President Donald Trump has once again become the target of lawfare following his interview with X boss Elon Musk.

Democrat political action committee End Citizens United filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) over the interview.

The unprecedented live-streamed conversation received over one billion views around the world.

Musk has also offered the same opportunity to Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris, but the offer was ignored.

The FEC complaint alleges their broadcast “amounted to a virtual campaign event” for Trump, Newsweek reported.

The 45th president sat down with Musk on his X platform for a two-hour interview.

The pair spoke about a wide range of issues, including criticism of Trump’s agenda and Harris, his Democrat opponent.

During an appearance on MSNBC, she asked: “I think it’s a legitimate question to say, is this an episode or is this a condition?”

July 20: Biden’s anger is palpable as he isolates at his Rehoboth Beach home following a supposed COVID diagnosis. According to sources close to Biden, he is furious with Pelosi and Obama, accusing them of orchestrating coordinated leaks to force him out of the 2024 race. The New York Times and CBS News have confirmed that these damaging leaks are part of a larger strategy by powerful Democrats to remove Biden from the race.

July 21: The situation reaches a boiling point as Politico reports that Pelosi delivered a chilling ultimatum to Biden. According to a Democrat familiar with the private conversations, Pelosi said, “Nancy made clear that they could do this the easy way or the hard way. She gave them three weeks of the easy way. DNC operatives launch new legal battle to remove Green candidate from ballot

These are lawfare Democrats, not democracy Democrats.

According to an Associated Press article out today, an official employee of the Democratic National Convention just filed a new lawsuit in Wisconsin in an attempt to disqualify the Green Party candidate from being included on the November ballot. This new litigation is just one datum point in the overall trend of Democrats trying to remove opponents from ballots everywhere.

Here are some of the details reported by the AP:

An employee of the Democratic National Committee filed a complaint Wednesday seeking to remove the Green Party’s presidential candidate from the ballot in Wisconsin, arguing that the party is ineligible.

It’s the latest move by the DNC to block third-party candidates from the ballot. Democrats are also seeking to stop independent Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in several states.

Jill Stein is expected to officially become the Green Party’s presidential nominee at its national convention, which begins Thursday.

First the Democrat operatives aimed high, seeking to disqualify President Trump in a number of states, both through the courts and unilaterally via executive election officials—it didn’t work.

They also went after Robert F. Kennedy Jr., seeking his removal—that litigation is ongoing.

Now, they want the Green candidate gone too, arguing that the whole party is “ineligible.”

We can understand their desire to get rid of Trump—heaven knows they’ve done their darnedest—but the Greens and RFK Jr. aren’t Trump, so why are they in the crosshairs?

Chicago Braces for Chaos: Courtrooms Prepared for Mass Arrests as Chicago Police Expect as Many as 100,000 Pro-Palestinian Protesters During DNC

The 2024 Democratic National Convention (DNC) is scheduled to take place from August 19-22, 2024.  The event will be held in Chicago, Illinois.

The convention is expected to celebrate Kamala Harris as the presumptive Democratic nominee for president and Tim Walz as the nominee for vice president.

However, the city is bracing for what could be a perfect storm of chaos. With the possibility of up to 100,000 pro-Hamas protesters flooding the streets, the Chicago Police Department (CPD) is preparing for the worst.

According to WGN9, “Leaders of four Muslim organizations say they’re expecting upwards of 100,000 demonstrators to take part in a number of protests during the Democratic National Convention.”

The news outlet added that “three main protests are being planned for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, the first and last days of the convention. More than 150 organizations from around the country say they’ve formed a collective to have these protests be large in numbers, and while they represent a number of different interests, they say they will be focused on the Israeli-Palestinian war.”

The city’s preparation includes the transformation of a disused courtroom to streamline the processing of mass arrests during the DNC, according to News Nation Now.

Despite officers having undergone specialized de-escalation training, there is an expectation of violence and vandalism at the DNC.

The Chicago Police Department has taken proactive measures to handle this potential unrest, including centralizing its response to mass arrests.

Stolen Valor Walz Plays Victim: “You Should Never Denigrate Another Person’s Service Record”

Bragging that he’s “a champion of our men and women in uniform” during a recent labor union conference for government employees, Walz also clapped back at media reports criticizing him for lying about his National Guard service.

“I’m gonna say it again as clearly as I can. I am damn proud of my service to this country. And, I firmly believe you should never denigrate another person’s service record. To anyone brave enough to put on that uniform for our great country, including my opponent, I just have a few simple words. Thank you for your service and sacrifice,” he told the audience.

However, people aren’t denigrating Walz’s service record, they’re exposing the fact that he ditched his National Guard unit just after he learned they’d be sent to fight in the Iraq War.

The complaints are also coming from high-ranking servicemen like Walz’s battalion commander and others.

Biden Admits Coup, Pelosi Says Resignation Letter “Didn’t Sound Like Joe Biden”

Speaking for the first time since he was apparently forced to step aside, Joe Biden confirmed that high ranking Democrats pushed him out of the race, essentially corroborating the accusations of a ‘coup’.

In an interview with CBS’ Robert Costa, Biden stated “The polls we had showed that it was a neck-and-neck race that would have gone down to the wire. But what happened was a number of my Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate thought that I was going to hurt them in the races.”

He continued, “And I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the topic — you’d be interviewing me about why did Nancy Pelosi say (unintelligible). And I thought it’d be a real distraction.”

2008 Video Shows Tim Walz Implying He Suffered PTSD from Afghanistan Deployment

Newly resurfaced video from a hearing in 2008 shows Minnesota Governor Tim Walz implying heavily that he suffered PTSD from deployment to Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Walz was speaking to the family of a Gold Star veteran at the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee on Veterans and Mental Health when he made remarks that suggested he had personal experience of PTSD after serving in Operation Enduring Freedom in 2004 with the National Guard.

“I can tell you this, having been one of those that came back. We were in support of OEF [Operation Enduring Freedom]… when we came back, they showed us the horse whisperer and told us to be nice when we went home. And that was the extent of it. That was in 2004.”

Since Walz became Kamala Harris’s presumptive running-mate, there has been intense scrutiny of his service record. Walz has been accused of “stolen valor” for making misleading statements about his rank and operational deployments. Walz never took part in Operation Enduring Freedom, the name for US operations directly in and above Afghan territory, but was posted to Italy with the National Guard in a support role. He has also been criticized for retiring from the National Guard in order to avoid a deployment to an actual warzone, Iraq.

On the mediocrity and mendacity of Tim Walz

Tim Walz, Kamala Harris’s new vice-presidential candidate, plays as a huntin’ and fishin’ Midwestern dad.

In truth, he leans even harder left than Harris. As governor of Minnesota, he legalized recreational cannabis, pushed net-zero carbon emissions, made his state a sanctuary for teen transgender surgeries, and was a hard-core Covid authoritarian.

All predictable for a blue-state governor. But put aside Walz’s policies (for now) and consider what we have learned about his personality and history since he was picked.

Nothing fueled Walz’s rise in the last few weeks more than his canny description of JD Vance and Donald Trump as “weird.”

The media and Democrats lauded him as plainspoken, a straight shooter who calls it as he sees it. A typical New York Times encomium1 for him began:

Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota presents as a regular dad from the Midwest. He hunts. He fishes. He ice fishes… He is so normal that his normality has become exceptional…

[He has] the energy of a sitcom dad, one who embodies the archetype so winningly that he walks onto the pilot set and immediately becomes a star.

But n comparing Walz to a breakout actor, the Times may have stumbled upon an unfortunate truth.

When it comes to his military service, arguably the key to his political biography, Walz has – at best – danced between the raindrops for a long time. He put in 24 years in a Minnesota Army National Guard battalion, rising steadily through the enlisted ranks.

But he quit in May 2005, just before his unit was deployed to Iraq.

Walz says he had decided to leave in order to run for Congress before the unit received any formal deployment orders. The key word there is “formal.” Walz was among the battalion’s most senior enlisted men, and it was no secret by the end of 2004 that the war in Iraq was not going well and United States would likely need to call up and send more units.

Regime-Approved ‘Fact-Checkers’ Rush To Downplay Tim Walz’s Stolen Valor Controversy

It’s another day that ends in “-y,” which means legacy media hucksters are running dishonest interference for the Democrat Party.

The latest example comes in the form of a Friday “fact-check” by The Washington Post’s Glenn Kessler. Known for his willingness to lie on behalf of Democrats, the Post’s “democracy dies in darkness” guru decided to offer his “assessment” of the controversy engulfing Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

While lauded by regime-approved media for his National Guard service, Walz’s rollout as Kamala Harris’ 2024 running mate has been marred by reports and resurfaced clips indicating he committed “stolen valor.” As Matt Beebe has detailed at length in these pages, Walz abandoned his unit before it deployed to Iraq to run for Congress and has inflated his military rank throughout his political career.

Rather than present those facts up front for Post readers, Kessler begins his “fact-check” by citing a quote from Harris announcing Walz as her vice-presidential pick and the following paragraph:

Since [Harris’ announcement], Walz’s record has been under attack by Republicans, with claims that he abandoned his troops on the eve of a deployment to Iraq and that, in an instance of “stolen valor,” inflated his credentials and wartime experience.

The implication, of course, is that any and all scrutiny of Walz’s record and prior claims about his military service are solely the product of GOP partisanship — not the actual facts documenting Walz’s dishonesty. By deploying this deceptive tactic, Kessler aims to convince readers his subsequent “fact-checks” are valid, despite their representation as blatant attempts to run interference for Walz.
