Senator Ed Markey of Massachusetts Pushes Separate ‘Trans Bill of Rights’ and Wants Minors to Have Access to ‘Gender Affirming Care’

Democrat U.S. Senator Ed Markey of Massachusetts is pushing a separate ‘Trans Bill of Rights’ and believes minors should have access to ‘gender affirming care’ – a term that is completely Orwellian.

People in Massachusetts are struggling with massive home heating costs and other issues, yet this is what one of their senators is focused on. Separate rights for trans people.

As you’ll see in the video below, Markey insists that trans people have the right to live free of violence. That’s true of all people, including the people who have been shot and killed by trans people in two shootings in just the past two weeks.

US Justice Department issues new ‘Russiagate’ subpoenas – AP

The US Department of Justice has reportedly issued a fresh round of subpoenas, as it continues to investigate the campaign by President Donald Trump’s opponents to undermine his 2016 victory with claims of “Russian interference.”

The move was reported by the Associated Press on Wednesday, citing anonymous sources within the Justice Department. According to these sources, the department is seeking documents compiled since January 2017, when US intelligence agencies issued a statement alleging that Russia conspired with the Trump campaign to defeat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.

It is unclear whether the subpoenas will lead to any criminal charges.

The 2017 statement, issued jointly by all 17 US intelligence agencies, claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin personally “approved and directed” a cyber-warfare and influence campaign against the Clinton campaign. Controversially, it included in its appendices a summary of the so-called ‘Steele dossier’, a Democrat-funded report compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele.

“More Trust in Gas Station Sushi!” — FCC Chair Brendan Carr BLASTS Legacy Media, Colbert, and Dem Hopeful Talarico for FALSELY Claiming Trump’s FCC BLOCKED TV Interview Over Fears Talarico Could Flip Texas

FCC Chair Brendan Carr absolutely eviscerated the fake news peddlers who swallowed hook, line, and sinker a blatant hoax cooked up by late-night comedian Stephen Colbert and far-left Democrat Senate hopeful James Talarico.

Texas Democrat James Talarico apparently teamed up with late-night leftist Stephen Colbert to push a massive, embarrassing HOAX.

The ridiculous claim? That Donald Trump’s FCC supposedly “blocked” a TV interview because they were utterly “worried” Talarico might actually flip the deep-red state of Texas.

In January, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced a crackdown on partisan talk shows in both daytime and late-night in an effort to provide equal treatment for political candidates.

FCC Chairman Brendan Carr said at the time, “For years, legacy TV networks assumed that their late night & daytime talk shows qualify as “bona fide news” programs – even when motivated by purely partisan political purposes.”

“Today, the FCC reminded them of their obligation to provide all candidates with equal opportunities.”

As a result of the rules, CBS chose not to air an interview between Late Night host Stephen Colbert and Texas Democrat Senate candidate James Talarico on the network.

The interview was instead moved to YouTube, and Colbert was not pleased.

In an effort to look like a free speech warrior, Colbert mentioned Talarico during the show and released a false statement:

Colbert: You know who is not one of my guests tonight? That’s Texas State Representative James Talarico. He was supposed to be here, but we were told in no uncertain terms by our network’s lawyers—who called us directly—that we could not have him on the broadcast. Then I was told in some uncertain terms that not only could I not have him on, I could not mention not having him on.

And because my network clearly doesn’t want us to talk—let’s talk about this. This doesn’t just affect interviews. The rules forbid any candidate appearance, including by voice or picture. That’s right. I am absolutely not allowed to show a photo of Texas State Representative James Talarico.

Because that’s not him—that’s a stock photo we found when we Googled “not James Talarico.”

It was a couple of weeks ago, on Carr’s Orders, the SEC opened an investigation into ABC’s The View after their James Talarico interview. That is absolutely shocking. James Talarico did The View before my show?

So I cannot show you any form of James Talarico. I can’t interview James Talarico. I can’t show any pictures of James Talarico.

I’m not even sure I can say the words “James Talarico.” But what I can show you is what we always show when we have to pull material at the last minute: this tasteful nude of Brendan Carr.

Talarico also posted a clip of the segment, further spreading the lie.

“This is the interview Donald Trump didn’t want you to see. His FCC refused to air my interview with Stephen Colbert. Trump is worried we’re about to flip Texas,” Talarico wrote on X that was viewed 12 million times.

Here’s How We Know Tim Walz Is Lying About Filling Klobuchar’s Senate Seat

At the end of January, Senator Amy Klobuchar announced she was stepping into the Minnesota Governor’s race, just weeks after Governor Tim Walz announced he was dropping out amid the ongoing Somali fraud scandal. Klobuchar won reelection to the Senate last November, meaning she’s still got most of her current six-year term left. If she wins the gubernatorial race this year, that means her seat will need to be filled.

Someone asked Tim Walz if he would fill her seat for the rest of her term, and see if you can spot how we know Walz is lying when he says, “I would rather eat glass.”

Did you catch Walz’s tell? He touches his nose and his ear when he’s lying.

The same day that Klobuchar announced her campaign for governor, Walz said he was never going to run for elected office again.

We guess that the word “run” was the key there. Because he wouldn’t be running for Senate. He would just appoint himself to take Klobuchar’s seat.

Grage also spoke with an unnamed Minnesota state legislator who called B.S. on Walz’s statement.

Comer probes sudden wealth jump tied to Ilhan Omar’s husband, eyes link to Minnesota fraud

House Oversight Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., announced Friday that he’s investigating companies linked to Ilhan Omar’s, D-Minn., husband, citing a dramatic increase in value in a short time and raising questions about whether their success could be tied to widespread fraud schemes uncovered in Minnesota.

In a letter published Friday morning, Comer said the Oversight Committee would conduct a closer look at the ventures of Tim Mynett, who married Omar in March 2020.

“We want to know: who’s funding this? And who’s buying access?” Comer said.

In his letter, Comer described how two of Mynett’s companies, eStCru LL. and Rose Lake Capital LL., went from being worth $51,000 in 2023 to up to $30 million in 2024.

“Given that these companies do not publicly list their investors or where their money comes from, this sudden jump in values raises concerns that unknown individuals may be investing to gain influence with your wife,” Comer wrote in his letter to Mynett, citing congressional financial disclosures.

The Oversight Committee is asking Mynett to produce communications regarding the companies’ latest audits, communications with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), correspondence with any other federal agencies and travel records to or from the United Arab Emirates, Somalia or Kenya.

Comer did not explain how the committee is approaching the investigation but hinted that lawmakers were on guard for possible connections to the fraud schemes in Minnesota.

“The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is investigating widespread fraud in Minnesota’s social service programs,” Comer told Mynett in his letter.

Eric Swalwell’s Anti-Cop Radicalism: From Campus Editorials to Targeting ICE Officers

When I filed a Petition for Writ of Mandate to remove Eric Swalwell from the California governor’s race for failing to meet the state’s five-year residency requirement, I expected a legal response.

Instead, Swalwell responded on Twitter by calling me a “MAGA idiot.” That insult prompted me and my great researcher, Shannon Knutsen, to take a closer look at his past — specifically, his college writings.

What we found was revealing.

On December 3, 1999, while a student at Campbell University in North Carolina, Eric Swalwell published an opinion column in the student newspaper titled “U.S. Political Prisoners: A Cry for Justice.”

Writing under the moniker “Eric Swalwell, The Radically Poetic,” he concluded the piece with a blunt demand: “America, it’s time to wake up. Free Peltier. Free Abu-Jamal. Free all political prisoners.”

Eric Swalwell Eroticizes Violence Against Women in Disturbing Drunken College Sex Poem Inbox

After I filed a Petition for Writ of Mandate against the California Secretary of State, demanding that Eric Swalwell be removed from the California governor’s race, Swalwell attacked me on Twitter, calling me a “MAGA idiot”.

In my petition, I contended that because the California Constitution requires a candidate for governor to live in the state for 5 years prior to an election, that Swalwell does not qualify.

I cited the fact that Swalwell declared his Washington D.C. home as his principal residence on his Deed of Trust, while not having any address in California.

In fact, Swalwell used his attorney’s address on his personal candidate statement Form 501 when filing to run for governor in California, under penalty of perjury, stating that was his home address. Its all on my website: SwalwellIsDisqualified.com.

All Swalwell had to do on Twitter was say “Hey Joel, you are wrong, here’s my California home address”. But he didn’t have one, so he stooped to name calling.

Swalwell’s childish behavior inspired me to have a look at his college years, starting with his attendance at Campbell University, a private Christian, liberal arts university in Buies Creek, North Carolina for two years after graduating high school from 1999 to 2001.

Swalwell was a Government and History student and wrote for the student newspaper “The Campbell Times”.

Low and behold I discovered that Swalwell also contributed a disturbing violent sex poem to the annual literary magazine “The Lyricist”.

In the 2001 edition of “The Lyricist”, Eric Swalwell wrote a drunken violent erotic sex poem entitled “Hungover From Burgundy”.

The Contributor’s Notes page describes Eric Swalwell as “an active member off the Campbell University student body, a write for the Campbell Times, and is completing his third screenplay”.

Grand Jury INDICTS Democrat Former New Jersey Mayor and Police Sergeant for Drugging and Sexually Assaulting a Child He Met Online

A Democrat politician who once held executive office in Bergen County, while simultaneously serving in law enforcement, is now facing some of the most serious criminal charges imaginable after a grand jury handed down a sweeping indictment last week.

Andrew LaBruno, 44, of Dumont, a former Democrat mayor and current Jersey City police sergeant, has been indicted on multiple felony counts, including official misconduct, first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.

LaBruno, who previously served as mayor of Dumont, New Jersey from 2020 to 2023 after holding a borough council seat, allegedly initiated contact with a juvenile online before arranging an in-person meeting at the child’s residence in Englewood while the victim’s parents were not home.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in the case, LaBruno reportedly sprayed an unknown substance into his hand and placed it over the victim’s mouth and nose, causing the minor to become dizzy and cognitively impaired prior to the alleged sexual assault.

Authorities were alerted to the situation after a 911 call from a concerned member of the public. Responding investigators found the juvenile in what court documents described as a state of “cognitive impairment.”

The indictment includes an additional charge of official misconduct, which prosecutors say stems from LaBruno allegedly identifying himself as a police officer during the encounter in an attempt to hinder his own apprehension, according to NJ.com.

Schumer Moves to FEDERALIZE the Pride Flag After Rainbow Banner Removed from Stonewall Monument — Plans Bill to Make It a Congressionally Authorized U.S. Flag

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is reportedly preparing to introduce radical legislation that would effectively federalize the Pride Flag.

The uproar began when a large Pride flag was taken down from the federal monument in Greenwich Village that honors the 1969 Stonewall riots, the event widely recognized as the birthplace of the modern LGBTQ civil-rights movement.

Federal officials said the removal of the rainbow banner was to enforce longstanding rules limiting flags on National Park Service flagpoles to those officially authorized, namely the U.S. flag and certain others.

Outrage among Democrats was immediate. New York officials and activists re-raised the Pride flag days later in defiance of federal policy. The episode has now been seized upon by Schumer and allies in Congress as justification for a sweeping legislative grab.

Schumer, joined by Rep. Dan Goldman in the House, says he will introduce a bill to make the Pride flag a congressionally authorized national symbol that cannot be removed from federal monuments or properties.

Under the draft language reported in local outlets, the legislation would designate the rainbow banner as protected under federal flag law, giving it the same status as other flags sanctioned by Congress.

Colorado Democrats Introduce Bill to Fully Decriminalize Prostitution — Could Make State First in Nation to Legalize Sex Work

Colorado Democrats have officially introduced a bill to fully decriminalize prostitution.

If passed, Senate Bill 26-097 would make Colorado the first state in the entire country to completely remove criminal penalties for buying and selling sex between consenting adults.

If enacted, the legislation would repeal the state criminal offenses of:

  • Prostitution
  • Soliciting for prostitution
  • Patronizing a prostitute
  • Keeping a place of prostitution
  • Pandering related to arranging prostitution

According to the official legislative summary, the bill would statewide decriminalize “commercial sexual activity among consenting adults” and explicitly prevent local governments from passing their own ordinances banning prostitution.

That means cities and counties would be legally barred from criminalizing prostitution even if local officials or voters object.

Lead sponsors of the legislation include:

  • State Sen. Nick Hinrichsen (D-Pueblo)
  • State Sen. Lisa Cutter (D-Jefferson County)
  • Rep. Lorena Garcia (D-Adams County)
  • Rep. Rebekah Stewart (D-Lakewood)
