Venezuelan Prison Gang Seizes Multiple Apartment Buildings In Texas

A new shocking report has found that Venezuelan transnational gang Tren de Aragua has taken over at least four apartment building complexes in San Antonio, Texas, as thousands of its illegal alien gangsters run amok nationwide, sparking crime and chaos from Colorado to Texas to New York City. Many of the members of the armed migrant prison gang invaded the nation through Biden-Harris’ open southern borders.  

DailyMail revealed: 

A dangerous Venezuelan gang has taken over at least four apartment complexes in San Antonio, Texas, as it expands its reach in yet another America city, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The report confirmed that Palatia Apartments was one apartment complex where TdA members were operating out. This complex was the scene of a recent raid… 

Just last week a small army of police officers raided an apartment complex in San Antonio and arrested 19 individuals – including four gang members.

Law enforcement sources confirmed TdA had been operating at the Palatia Apartments for five to six months – squatting in empty units they either rented out to other migrants, used as a base to deal cocaine or, most horrifically, as prostitution dens to pimp out women and children.

But now DailyMail.com can reveal that this apartment invasion is just the tip of the iceberg in the major southern Texas city, with at least three other rental properties also occupied by the criminal organization. 

While Palatia Apartments was one complex full of TdA members, the other three buildings were not named in the report because of ongoing police investigations.

Stealth Edit: FBI Quietly Revises Violent Crime Stats

When the FBI originally released the “final” crime data for 2022 in September 2023, it reported that the nation’s violent crime rate fell by 2.1%. This quickly became, and remains, a Democratic Party talking point to counter Donald Trump’s claims of soaring crime.

But the FBI has quietly revised those numbers, releasing new data that shows violent crime increased in 2022 by 4.5%. The new data includes thousands more murders, rapes, robberies, and aggravated assaults.

The Bureau – which has been at the center of partisan storms – made no mention of these revisions in its September 2024 press release. 

RCI discovered the change through a cryptic reference on the FBI website that states: “The 2022 violent crime rate has been updated for inclusion in CIUS, 2023.” But there is no mention that the numbers increased. One only sees the change by downloading the FBI’s new crime data and comparing it to the file released last year.

After the FBI released its new crime data in September, a USA Today headline read: “Violent crime dropped for third straight year in 2023, including murder and rape.” 

It’s been over three weeks since the FBI released the revised data. The Bureau’s lack of acknowledgment or explanation about the significant change concerns researchers.

“I have checked the data on total violent crime from 2004 to 2022,” Carl Moody, a professor at the College of William & Mary who specializes in studying crime, told RealClearInvestigations. “There were no revisions from 2004 to 2015, and from 2016 to 2020, there were small changes of less than one percentage point. The huge changes in 2021 and 2022, especially without an explanation, make it difficult to trust the FBI data.”

“It is up to the FBI to explain what they have done, and they haven’t explained these large changes,” Dr. Thomas Marvell, the president of Justec Research, a criminal justice statistical research organization, told RCI.

The FBI did not respond to RCI’s repeated requests for comment.

Aurora woman speaks out after being forced out of her home by Tren de Aragua gang members

A woman who was terrorized out of her Aurora, CO apartment by the vicious Tren de Aragua gang has told ABC News to get a reality check after one of its hosts minimized the damage done in an interview with Republican vice presidential candidate Sen. JD Vance (R-OH).

“I feel like it’s a slap in the face,” Cindy Romero told Fox News Digital. “How many gangs is OK to have in Aurora? How many properties is OK to take over? How many people, who are citizens paying their bills, is it OK to displace?”

She and her husband Edward left their apartment after filming a shootout between members of the violent Venezuelan gang. Cindy Romero’s comments came after Vance and ABC News host Martha Raddatz strongly disagreed during a Sunday interview about the serious impact of Venezuelan gangs in Aurora, the Daily Mail noted.

Raddatz interrupted Vance over what she said were a “handful of problems” in Aurora and that gangs had not “taken over” apartment complexes and “invaded and conquered” the community. “I’m going to stop you because I know exactly what happened,” Raddatz told Vance. “I’m going to stop you. ‘The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes’ and the mayor said, ‘Our dedicated police officers have acted on those concerns.’ A handful of problems.”

Vance responded, “Martha, do you hear yourself? Only a handful of apartment complexes in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs, and Donald Trump is the problem and not Kamala Harris’ open border?”

Romero appeared on stage with former President Donald Trump who was in Aurora on Friday for a rally. He eviscerated the Biden-Harris administration’s lax border policies and proposed using various federal agencies to “hunt down, arrest and deport every last illegal alien gang member until there is not a single one left in this country.”

In her brief speech to the crowd, Romero recounted how she and her husband had recorded a group of armed men shoving their way into a nearby house, after which a shootout occurred. She said police largely ignore her 911 calls.

Vance Scolds ABC News Host For Saying “Only A Handful Of Apartment Complexes” Were Taken Over By Migrant Gangs

Appearing on ABC News’ This Week Sunday, Trump’s VP pick JD Vance schooled host Martha Raddatz when she attempted to argue that Trump is “exaggerating” accounts of how violent Venezuelan migrant gangs have taken over entire apartment complexes in Aurora Colorado.

“Do you support Donald Trump making those claims that the Republican mayor says were grossly exaggerated and have hurt the city’s identity and sense of safety?” Raddatz asked, referring to the situation.

She added, “The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes and the mayor said our dedicated police officers have acted on those concerns — a handful of problems.”

“Do you hear yourself?” Vance replied. “Only ‘a handful’ of apartment complexes in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs, and Donald Trump is the problem? Not Kamala Harris’s open border?”

Vance further urged, “I really find this exchange, Martha, sort of interesting because you seem to be more focused with nitpicking everything that Donald Trump has said rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in the United States of America are being taken over by violent gangs.”

Aurora apartment worker beaten to a pulp by Tren de Aragua — as owners say migrant gang took over and tried to extort them

The proof of Tren de Aragua’s violence in Aurora, Colo., is written in blood.

A fed-up landlord in the Denver suburb has shared a bloody photo of one of its workers after the man was allegedly beaten to a pulp by members of the brutal Venezuelan prison gang for refusing to let them stay in a vacant apartment they had taken over.

The Brooklyn-based company claimed that the gang effectively stole entire apartment complexes out from under it by threatening employees and tried to extort it for a cut of the rent in exchange for being allowed to keep operating the properties.

Local cops and the FBI were asked to help stop the extortion but refused to step in, CBZ Management said.

“Gangs have taken control of several of our properties in Aurora, Colorado,” the company wrote in a thread on X last week.

“In an attempt to discredit this fact for political purposes and avoid governmental accountability, some have spread false information about our situation.”

The company, which owns and had managed the properties, posted multiple surveillance videos from its apartment complexes — including the footage of the beating of the employee late last year — that it said prove the gang has a foothold in Aurora.

Swedish Police Want to Fight Crime with Live Facial Recognition

The Swedish police want to use facial recognition in real time to crack down on serious crimes.

Government investigators have already drafted a bill that will make it possible to use the technology. The regulation, however, still needs to be completed before it can be tabled, National Police Chief Petra Lundh told publicly funded radio broadcaster Sveriges Radio last week.

Lundh also noted that the legislation must comply with the EU AI Act and could potentially be temporary until crime rates settle down.

Sweden has been experiencing a flood of gang-related attacks, including firearms and explosives, leading the Scandinavian country to crown itself with the title of highest per capita gun violence rate in the European Union. Police Chief Lundh believes law enforcement agencies could use cameras to find suspects.

“It is not unusual that we have a picture of the likely perpetrator, but then we cannot find him or her,” Lundh says.

The suggestion has already been met with criticism. The technology could make incorrect matches for people with dark skin leading to perceptions that the AI is racist, says lawyer Kristofer Stahre.

“I am worried about what consequences it may have for the Swedish people,” he says.

The Swedish government has been working on expanding the use of biometric data in policing on other fronts.

Unhinged Dem Rep Says ‘MAGA Gang’ & ‘White Supremacists’ — Not Illegal Alien Gangs — Behind Exploding Crime in Blue Cities

Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett (Texas) admitted there is indeed exploding gang crime in cities across America, but that it’s due to the “MAGA gang” and “white supremacists,” not organized illegal alien gangs brought into the country by the Harris-Biden regime.

Crockett made the ridiculous comments Saturday while criticizing Trump’s recent rally in Aurora, Colorado, where he highlighted the rising chaos and violent crime in the community brought by Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

“He said that we’ve got these cities and these towns that have been overrun by gangs and the crime outta control. I absolutely agree with that,” Crockett said on MSNBC. “And guess what? It’s the MAGA gang. It’s the white supremacists that have decided to descend upon places such as Springfield, Ohio.”

“So, I agree with him. I just disagree with who the problems are,” she continued. “The problems are him and his minions. The problems aren’t the people that have come to make our economy stronger, the people that have actually been able to help to continue to make sure that we got out of the big hole that he put us in after COVID-19 with his ineptness.”

“Like yeah, I agree that there are problems in our communities. But usually it’s some white supremacists on the other side,” she added.

Trump blasted the rising migrant gang crime during a massive rally in Aurora on Friday and called Colorado Governor Jared Polis (D) “chickenshit” for trying to downplay the issue.

Lauren Boebert’s son pleads guilty to attempting to commit identity theft: reports

Tyler Boebert, Rep. Lauren Boebert’s (R-CO) eldest son, charged with I.D. theft and going on shopping sprees by swiping stolen credit cards, pleaded guilty to a single charge for attempting to commit identity theft, according to news reports.

Authorities said Tyler Boebert, who previously told the judge he was “working things out” to be able to afford an attorney in his criminal case, was caught with his three underage pals on surveillance camera marauding around Rifle, Colorado, breaking into people’s cars, taking any credit cards they had inside, and using them to go on a shopping spree.

Tyler Boebert ultimately copped to one charge, and the judge considered his lack of prior criminal conduct in sentencing. He also took a letter from Lauren Boebert herself into consideration, according to Courthouse News.

Biden-Harris DOJ Aggressively Goes After Landlords That Use Criminal Background Checks to Screen Renters, Accuses Them of Race Discrimination

The Biden-Harris DOJ is aggressively pursuing landlords that use criminal background checks to screen renters.

“To keep with an Obama era housing rule that prohibits landlords from banning tenants with criminal records, the Biden administration is going after property owners that use background checks to screen perspective renters. Under the civil rights law known as the Fair Housing Act, housing discrimination is prohibited based on race or color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability but Obama’s U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued an order in 2016 adding criminals to the protected class,” Judicial Watch reported.

Federal prosecutors argued in a lawsuit filed this month against the owners and managers of Suburban Heights Apartments in Kinloch, Missouri, that their criminal background checks discriminate against blacks because of racial disparities in incarceration rates.

The owners and managers of Suburban Heights Apartments, a residential property within proximity to UMSL, described itself as a “student village” and implemented criminal background checks to make living in the building safer for young renters.

However, the Biden-Harris DOJ is going after the landlord and accusing them of racial discrimination.

“The lawsuit seeks monetary damages to remedy the harms caused by the defendants’ policy, a civil penalty to vindicate the public interest and a court order barring future discrimination,” the DOJ said.

“It is well documented and known that there are statistical Black-White racial disparities in conviction and incarceration rates,” the DOJ lawsuit says.

Virginia Prosecutors Fight to Uphold Life Sentence for Man Found Not Guilty

In 1998, someone shot and killed police officer Allen Gibson in the woods behind an apartment complex in the small town of Waverly, Virginia. Police arrested Terence Richardson and Ferrone Claiborne for Gibson’s murder days later—despite a lack of physical evidence linking them to the crime and the presence of another possible suspect. 

In 2001, a jury found them not guilty of murder. A judge sentenced them to life in prison anyway. 

Richardson and Claiborne have been fighting to prove their innocence ever since.

In February, the Virginia Supreme Court gave Richardson a chance to make his case by ordering a new hearing to examine potentially exculpatory evidence. Richardson’s legal team says this material was never shared with his original defense attorneys—a violation of a U.S. Supreme Court decision known as Brady v. Maryland. (Richardson’s case is following a separate procedure than Claiborne’s.)

The innocence claim centers around three pieces of evidence: an anonymous call to a police tip line identifying someone other than Richardson as a suspect, a photo lineup administered to a 9-year-old witness, in which she identified a suspect other than Richardson, and a statement made by her on the day of Gibson’s death in 1998 describing someone whose hairstyle did not match Richardson’s.

At the hearing in Sussex County Circuit Court this May, Richardson’s legal team set out to prove that this evidence could have changed the outcome of the case. But they were derailed by what Richardson’s attorneys have characterized as a deliberate effort by state prosecutors and federal law enforcement officials to undermine Richardson’s innocence claim.

“Terence and Ferrone are innocent,” Jarrett Adams, an attorney for both Richardson and Claiborne, told The Appeal. “They are not innocent by accident.”

For Richardson and Claiborne, the hearing was perhaps their best chance to bolster their innocence claims with recently unearthed evidence. But ultimately, the judge allowed only one item to be admitted as evidence before the Virginia Court of Appeals—the same court that had previously dismissed his case.  With Richardson’s case now once again set to go before the potentially unfriendly Appeals court, his legal team fears he faces an uphill battle to prove his innocence.

“We’re up against the impossible,” Adams said.
