NIH Ends Secretive Pass-Through Funding to Foreign Labs, Which Previously Funded the Wuhan Lab and Fauci’s Beagle Experiments

The National Institutes of Health has banned U.S. scientists from directing federal funds to international research partners.

This secretive practice has previously allowed the funding of the Wuhan animal lab, paid for Dr. Anthony Fauci’s cruel beagle experiments in Tunisia, and funded Russia’s cruel kitten treadmill tests.

The decision addresses long-standing transparency issues with foreign funding for taxpayer-funded research projects.

According to a notice by the NIH, some recipients have failed to accurately report subawards of $30,000 or more, as required by the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA). This lack of transparency, particularly with foreign subawards, has raised national security concerns for the U.S. government. To rectify this, NIH is establishing a new award structure prohibiting foreign subawards from being nested under parent grants, effective for all new, renewal, and non-competing continuation grants issued to domestic and foreign entities.

“NIH recognizes that some recipients do not accurately report on subawards consistent with Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) subaward reporting requirements (NIH GPS 8.4.1.5.5), which state that recipients must report on all subawards/subcontracts/consortiums equal to or greater than $30,000,” the agency said. “This includes awards that are initially below $30,000 but subsequent grant modifications result in an award equal to or greater than $30,000. This lack of transparency is particularly concerning in the case of foreign subawards, in which the United States government has a need to maintain national security.”

NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya, who has been critical of previous NIH spending practices, emphasized the need for accountability in a statement about the change.

“By creating a more unified view of where NIH dollars are going, we are strengthening public trust and improving accountability to recipients of federal dollars,” Bhattacharya said.

The decision follows years of investigations by the White Coat Waste Project (WCW), a watchdog organization that has worked to expose taxpayer funding of controversial animal testing domestically and in projects linked to foreign labs.

Trump’s New Executive Order Does Not Outright Ban Gain-Of-Function

A new rule issued last year by the U.S. Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) takes effect today that allows the Secretary of “any federal department” to indefinitely waive oversight requirements for high-risk experiments involving the most deadly pathogens known to man.

That means no safety checks and no independent review for government-led gain-of-function (GOF) experiments, despite the risky practice causing the COVID-19 pandemic that killed millions of Americans.

I sounded the alarm over the new waiver rule in October 2024again the following month, and in various subsequent articles.

The document for the OSTP’s new rule avoids using “gain-of-function” terminology despite describing activities that match the practice, likely due to the controversy linking GOF research to the origins of the COVID pandemic.

The government wants to continue engineering dangerous pathogens to be even more lethal, but without anyone knowing.

The document, titled “United States Government Policy for Oversight of Dual Use Research of Concern and Pathogens with Enhanced Pandemic Potential,” was quietly issued without congressional approval on May 6, 2024.

It takes effect today, exactly one year after the issuance.

The policy “addresses oversight of research on biological agents and toxins that, when enhanced, have the potential to pose risks to public health, agriculture, food security, economic security, or national security,” the document reads.

President Trump Stuns The World By Signing Executive Order Protecting Americans From Gain-of-Function Research

On Monday, President Trump was joined by his cabinet in the Oval Office to sign an executive order banning the government from funding gain-of-function research, prompting a response from Alex Jones.

Meanwhile HHS Secretary RFK Jr. and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard are closing in on indicting Dr. Tony Fauci for using illegal gain-of-function research to create the COVID-19 virus that was suspiciously unleashed during Trump’s first term.

Jones celebrated the move as “the biggest move Trump has made yet” in the ongoing revolution against the globalist death cult.

POTUS is striking “the heart of the Deep State control system” and taking the gloves off to combat the New World Order depopulation operation, Jones noted.

Also during the Oval Office executive order signing, RFK declared the historic day “the end of gain-of-function research funding by the government” and private entities.

Tulsi Gabbard Reveals The Reason Anthony Fauci Sought a Preemptive Pardon from Joe Biden – Wicked Doctor Could Now Face Federal Perjury Charges

DNI (Director of National Intelligence) Tulsi Gabbard dropped a bombshell during an interview this week with Megyn Kelly, and former NIH Director Anthony Fauci should be worried.

Gabbard appeared with Kelly to discuss a variety of issues on investigating leaks from within the administration, whether she would run for president (she did not rule it out), and the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic. When the issue regarding COVID-19 came up, Gabbard had plenty of interesting news to share.

Gabbard told Kelly that she, along with others, were investigating whether the United States funded gain-of-function research which caused the COVID-19 pandemic. This would mean U.S. taxpayer dollars courtesy of Fauci fueled the worst health crisis in over 100 years.

“The thing we are working with Jay Bhattacharya (NIH Director) on, as well as Secretary (Robert) Kennedy, is looking at the gain of function research that in the case of the Wuhan Lab, as well as many others,” Gabbard said. Many of these biolabs around the world were actually US-funded and led to this dangerous kind of research that, in many examples, has resulted in either a pandemic or some other major health crisis.”

“If it was Peter Daszak’s research with the Wuhan bat lady that caused this pandemic, then we did fund it, Anthony Fauci did fund it,” Kelly said.

Gabbard then revealed this was exactly why Fauci sought a pardon from Joe Biden (who of course granted it), especially since he was previously caught under oath lying to Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) about his role in the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The thing that he denied over and over to Senator Rand Paul’s questioning under oath,” Gabbard responded. “Is it any wonder why he sought a preemptive pardon for ANYTHING, during a certain period of time, from President Biden before he left office.”

North Korea continues to pursue covert biological weapons program: US report

North Korea continues to maintain a covert biological weapons program in violation of international treaties, according to a newly released U.S. government report.

Biological weapons use pathogens such as bacteria or viruses to sicken or kill. Their invisible nature and devastating potential make them one of the most insidious forms of weaponry.

“The United States assesses that the DPRK has a dedicated, national-level offensive [biological weapons] program,” the State Department said in its 2025 report on global compliance with arms control and disarmament agreements.

The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, or DPRK – North Korea’s official name – has long drawn suspicion for its clandestine research including nuclear weapons.

According to the report, the regime possesses “the technical capability to produce bacteria, viruses, and toxins that could be used as BW [biological weapons] agents” and is also capable of genetically engineering biological materials.

Even more concerning, it said, is Pyongyang’s potential capacity to deploy these weapons using unconventional and covert delivery systems.

“Pyongyang probably is capable of weaponizing BW agents with unconventional systems such as sprayers and poison pen injection devices, which have been deployed by the DPRK for delivery of chemical weapons and could be used to covertly deliver BW agents,” the report said.

Despite being a State Party to the Biological Weapons Convention, or BWC, since 1987 – a treaty that bans the development, production, and stockpiling of such weapons – North Korea has shown little intention of abiding by its commitments.

White House unleashes confirmation feds lied to Americans about COVID

Many in America’s government, along with those in the highly profitable pharmaceutical industry, insisted at the time, and some even insist how, that COVID-19 was a natural variation of a bat virus that came out of a Wuhan, China, “wet market” and infected people.

Ultimately, millions of people around the world died and trillions of dollars were lost economically. Even now, the side effects of the often-injurious mRNA shots are harming people, with consequences such as heart failure.

The government at that time, as President Donald Trump’s first term was ending and Joe Biden was taking over White House operations, claimed that only the new shots could be used, that other medications like hydroxychloroquine, which was proven effective against COVID, should not be allowed.

One of the results was billions of dollars going to the makers of the new shots.

But now the White House has exploded the COVID myths pushed by officials and authorities with a new report.

COVID Could Have Been Engineered in Wuhan Lab, U.S. Intelligence Agency Concluded 5 Years Ago

An analysis by the U.S. Department of Defense’s intelligence agency concluded five years ago that the virus that caused COVID-19 could have been engineered in a Chinese laboratory and later escaped to spawn the pandemic that eventually killed millions of people, recently released documents obtained by U.S. Right to Know show.

The never-before-published analysis by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) points out that the lab in question — the Wuhan Institute of Virology — was highly capable of genetic manipulation, and includes an assessment that the genome of the coronavirus strain that caused COVID-19 is “consistent with the hypothesis” that it was “a lab-engineered virus” that “escaped from containment.”

The analysis by scientists in the DIA, which is charged with collecting and analyzing medical and health intelligence as part of its operations, also concluded that the virus that became known as SARS-CoV-2 could have come from “a bank” of bat coronaviruses in the Wuhan lab that was under the research of senior virologist, Shi Zhengli.

The DIA referred questions about the analysis to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which did not respond to requests for comment for this story. Shi, who also did not respond to interview requests, previously denied in news reports that her lab held the virus strain that caused the pandemic.

The DIA has not publicly recognized the analysis as its official position on the matter. But, unlike other federal assessments that provide few details to back up their findings that COVID-19 likely emerged from a lab, the DIA assessment offers the most detailed U.S. agency scientific analysis made public to date supporting why such a conclusion was drawn.

The DIA analysis appears to be the work of reputable government scientists whose findings, made during the first months of the pandemic, were kept secret while a competing hypothesis that COVID-19 emerged by natural means gained traction and became widely accepted.

“The slides are highly significant because they show that a strong scientific basis supporting a potential lab leak was identified early on,” said Steve Massey, a University of Puerto Rico bioinformatics professor and researcher for DRASTIC, a group of scientists investigating COVID-19 origins.

“Much of that basis has subsequently been fortified by new information, such as the absence of furin cleavage sites in newly sequenced coronaviruses related to SARS-CoV-2,” he added.

The DIA analysis, which is dated June 25, 2020 —  about three and a half months after COVID-19 was declared a pandemic — has not been previously disclosed to the public.

The documents consist of a 46-page slide deck and are labeled with the classification “secret/noforn” — or, not releasable to foreign nationals. Eight pages of the analysis remain classified and were withheld from disclosure.

The analysis was part of a batch of documents — some heavily redacted and one marked “top secret” — recently released to U.S. Right to Know after it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and later sued to get the records.

The DIA analysis does not prove how the pandemic began. Rather, it argues that the virus could have come from a lab, and shows that multiple features in its genome are consistent with genetic manipulation. The analysis also offers a plausible scenario for how the virus could have been made in the lab and then escaped.

Over the past two years, U.S. agencies, including the FBI, the U.S. Department of Energy and the CIA, have publicly acknowledged assessments concluding that COVID-19 could have emerged from a lab, though most intelligence agencies assess that the virus likely occurred naturally by passing from an infected animal to a human.

Neither scenario has been disproved.

‘Entirely Man-made’: Former U.K. Prime Minister Now Says COVID Leaked From Lab

Former U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson says the COVID-19 pandemic resulted from a lab leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“The awful thing about the whole COVID catastrophe is that it appears to be entirely man-made in all its aspects,” Johnson wrote in his new memoir, “Unleashed.”

“Some scientists were clearly splicing bits of virus together like the witches in Macbeth — eye of bat and toe of frog — and oops, the frisky little critter jumped out of the test tube and started replicating all over the world,” Johnson wrote.

YouTube medical commentator John Campbell, Ph.D., agreed. “I couldn’t have put it better myself,” Campbell said on the latest episode of his YouTube program.

Johnson previously in public supported the theory that the pandemic was the result of animal-to-human transmission in a Wuhan animal market. He now says the U.K. fought the “anthropogenic disease” with “a growing panoply of restrictions that were literally medieval in their savagery and their consequences.”

Campbell praised Johnson for his honesty, calling it essential for restoring trust, though he doubted it would be enough.

The Daily Mail, which published Johnson’s remarks, also reported that COBRA, the U.K. government’s “secret emergency committee,” analyzed intelligence that pointed to the validity of the lab leak theory during the pandemic. The committee noted a “deafening” silence on their findings from the scientific and political community at the time.

“We actually know more by what is not said than what is said,” Campbell said, “because very often what is said is controlled.”

Campbell presented some of the key findings from the U.S. congressional report, “After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Lessons Learned and a Path Forward,” published in December 2024. The report also found the virus “most likely” emerged from a lab.

Why Is The NYT Admitting the Covid Lab-Leak Theory Now?

Yesterday the New York Times, the written order-of-the-day for the old school left, put out an op-ed admitting, in so many words, the covid lab-leak theory. Check the revealing title: “We Were Badly Misled About the Event That Changed Our Lives“. Some were surprised about this.

I am not. I’ll tell you exactly why these prevaricating no-good slime-pushing would-be tyrants are admitting what the rest of us have been saying for years. Because they are scared for their jobs, their funding, their money, their slipping prestige.

Good. Be afraid. We should take it all away. All of it.

Now you’ve heard me many times call for the ending of government having a direct, and the direct, hand in funding science. But it sounds strange to hear. It doesn’t sound sensible. It sounds impossible. But let the NYT itself convince you.

Gain-of-function is the euphemism. Gain-of-lethality is the truth. Scientists, funded by you, dear reader, monkey with bugs to see if they can make them deadlier. To you. Which you pay for. They do this out of morbid curiosity, from the fiction that having created Frankenstein bugs they’ll be able to find cures for their own creations, cures which they wouldn’t need if they didn’t invent Accelerated Death, and because they have money to spend and prestige to seek. Your money.

They made the covid bug in a Chinese lab, which you partly paid for, and they were sloppy and it got out. That story has been told so many times you’re sick of it. But one item I don’t always emphasize. Why did they panic, when it was obvious to the sober there wasn’t any need?

NYT: We Were ‘Badly Misled’ on Covid Lab Leak. But Guess Who’s to Blame?

An Opinion piece in the New York Times by Zeynep Tufekdi made a shocking admission: “We Were Badly Misled About the Event That Changed Our Lives.”

Actually, it’s not shocking at all to anyone who has been paying attention for the last five years.

Tufekdi, a professor of sociology and public affairs at Princeton University and a New York Times Opinion columnist, wrote on Sunday:

Yet in 2020, when people started speculating that a laboratory accident might have been the spark that started the Covid-19 pandemic, they were treated like kooks and cranks. Many public health officials and prominent scientists dismissed the idea as a conspiracy theory, insisting that the virus had emerged from animals in a seafood market in Wuhan, China.

She goes on to detail how scientists and public health officials went to extraordinary Orwellian lengths to cover up any information that pointed to a leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology as the cause of the global pandemic that shut down schools, social lives, and the economies of the worlds most powerful countries, including the United States.

We have since learned, however, that to promote the appearance of consensus, some officials and scientists hid or understated crucial facts, misled at least one reporter, orchestrated campaigns of supposedly independent voices and even compared notes about how to hide their communications in order to keep the public from hearing the whole story. And as for that Wuhan laboratory’s research, the details that have since emerged show that safety precautions might have been terrifyingly lax.

Tufekdi describes high-ranking members of the scientific community using burner phones and making “emails disappear” to keep the bat soup narrative going. Scientists discussed on Slack how they believed the lab leak theory to be plausible even while endorsing the infected bat theory publicly. Evolutionary biologist Kristian Andersen exclaimed in one message, “The lab escape version of this is so friggin’ likely to have happened because they were already doing this type of work and the molecular data is fully consistent with that scenario.”

This wasn’t just a case of reporters being tricked into dismissing the lab leak theory — it was a combination of willful blindness and disinformation.
