Illegal Biolabs In Vegas & California Linked To Chinese National With Alleged Military-Civil Fusion Ties

Federal and local authorities are investigating suspected illegal biological laboratories in Las Vegas and California’s Central Valley linked to a Chinese national accused by Congressional investigators of ties to a PRC military-civil fusion enterprise, who spent a decade operating what Canadian courts found was a systematic technology-theft operation from British Columbia before fleeing south with a $330 million fraud judgment against him.

The FBI and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department executed search warrants over the weekend at two residences connected to Jiabei “Jesse” Zhu, a 62-year-old Chinese citizen already under federal indictment for operating an illegal biolab in Reedley, California that contained labeled samples of at least 20 infectious agents including HIV, tuberculosis, and what the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party described as “the deadliest known form of malaria.”

Las Vegas Metro Sheriff Kevin McMahill confirmed Monday that investigators recovered over 1,000 samples of biological material “consistent in appearance” with items found in the California facility.

“This can’t keep happening,” Congressman Kevin Kiley said after the Las Vegas raid, calling for immediate hearings on bipartisan legislation he introduced with Representatives Costa and David Valadao. “The illegal bio lab just raided in Las Vegas was operated by the same LLC and Chinese nationals as the one discovered in Reedley.”

In the Reedley case, investigators discovered nearly 1,000 bioengineered laboratory mice, infectious agents including E. Coli, malaria, various chemicals, medical waste, blood, tissue, serum, body fluid samples, and illegal pregnancy tests, Congressman Jim Costa noted, citing the Select Committee’s review.

Property records show both the Reedley warehouse and the Las Vegas homes are owned by the same limited-liability company whose officers include Zhu and his business partner Zhaoyan Wang, both Chinese citizens facing federal trial in April 2026 on charges of distributing hundreds of thousands of misbranded COVID-19 and other testing kits.

The House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party’s investigation frames Zhu as a Chinese citizen from Canada “associated with PRC-government linked companies” and with direct ties to state enterprises and military-civil fusion networks.

Photos from their review show freezers packed with numerous small bottles and sample containers holding what the caption identifies as blood and other fluids, plus sealed bags labeled with apparent drug shorthand (for example “MDMA,” “Coca,” and “Met”), suggesting the freezers were being used to store both biological materials and suspected narcotics-related items.

The report states that in the early 2000s, Zhu served as vice chairman of Henan Pioneer Aide Biological Engineering Company Limited, a PRC state-controlled enterprise whose corporate ownership structure the Committee mapped to show interlacing with state-linked financing channels running through China Development Bank and its affiliated funds, the National Council for Social Security Fund, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

The report explicitly flags Chinese military exposure, noting that beneficial owners operated through passthrough joint-venture companies including Henan Investment Group Company Limited, which the Committee describes as “involved in military-civil fusion.”

The Select Committee documented that Zhu’s work in cattle genetics connected to strategic PRC priorities.

As Zhu stated in documents obtained from the Reedley Biolab, “the Company is looking to seize the opportunity to develop the operational platform for the rapid growth in the Chinese dairy industry, fulfilling [PRC] Premier [and CCP Politburo Member] Wen Jiabao’s wish to ‘provide every Chinese, especially children, sufficient milk every day.’”

At that time, China faced a pressing milk crisis.

U.S. Intelligence Was Secretly Studying COVID Lab-Origin Scenarios in Early 2020

More than six years after COVID-19 emerged in China and killed millions worldwide, newly released intelligence records show that the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) was evaluating a detailed lab-origin scenario as early as March 2020 — weeks into the pandemic and well before the issue became a subject of public debate.

Dated March 27, 2020 — just 16 days after COVID-19 was officially declared a pandemic — the DIA “Authoritative Assessment” appears as part of a slide deck and supporting material shared among analysts and senior officials within the Defense Department’s intelligence arm.

The assessment focuses heavily on the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and its leading coronavirus researcher, Zhengli Shi, whose laboratory for years conducted high-risk experiments on wild bat coronaviruses.

The never-before-published details were revealed in bits and pieces over the last three months in court-ordered productions of COVID-19 origins intelligence records released by the agency in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by U.S. Right To Know more than a year and a half ago.

The new details bring added context to slides that were previously released in early 2025, showing they were part of a broader, evolving assessment on the pandemic’s roots that the DIA had been shaping for months.

On a previously published slide headed “Hypothetical Laboratory Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” the assessment sketches a step-by-step timeline of real and speculative work at the WIV that explains the techniques for how the virus that caused the pandemic could plausibly have been created in a lab with insufficient biosecurity containment.

It then posits that an uncharacterized virus escaped in mid-2019, sparking the outbreak, and that the WIV later published disinformation that analysts speculated helped to bolster a natural-origin narrative.

On a final slide titled “Concluding Points” — also previously released, but now shown to be part of the March 2020 assessment package — a comment bubble appended to a list of observations about WIV’s capabilities reads:

“The molecular biology capabilities of WIV and the genomic assessment are consistent with the hypothesis that SARS-CoV-2 was a lab-engineered virus that was part of a bank of chimeric viruses in Zhengli Shi’s laboratory at WIV that escaped from containment.”

The new material also shows the DIA’s detailed early assessment circulated through the agency’s top ranks just weeks into the pandemic, but the DIA’s official position remained that the virus’s origins were “unknown.”

FBI and Metro Police Raid Illegal Bio Lab in Las Vegas

The FBI and Metro Police raided an illegal biological lab in Las Vegas on Saturday morning.

The bio lab in Vegas is possibly linked to another illegal lab under investigation in Fresno, California, where authorities found deadly viruses such as HIV, Covid and Ebola.

As TGP’s Brian Lupo reported back in July 2023, – An illegal bio lab was discovered in a believed-to-be vacant building in Reedley, California in Fresno County.

City code enforcement stumbled upon the building in December 2022 when they discovered a garden hose running up into the building through a hole in the wall. In March 2023, they obtained a warrant to inspect the property, and in April, the Fresno County Department of Public Health ordered an inspection of the facility.

Investigators inspected the building that contained the lab in July 2023 and found a room used to make COVID-19 tests and pregnancy tests. They also found over 35 freezers and refrigeration units that contained “thousands of bodily fluids, serums, tissues, and other medical items.”

The lab contained refrigerators full of deadly viruses and genetically engineered mice to transmit the deadly viruses to humans!

The man connected to the bio lab in Fresno is in federal custody.

KLAS reported:

A suspected biological laboratory raided by Metro police and the FBI may be connected to a similar incident in California, where officials found infectious agents such as HIV and malaria, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.

Police and the FBI searched the home on Saturday, Jan. 31, finding a “possible biological laboratory,” including “refrigerators with vials containing unknown liquids,” police said.

Shortly before 6 a.m., a Metro SWAT team served a search warrant at the home on Sugar Springs Drive near Washington Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard to search for a possible “biological laboratory” inside the home. A second location was also searched, but no lab was located.

An LLC tied to the home’s county records matches the name of a company that is part of an ongoing federal case in California involving a biological laboratory there. In that case, a Chinese citizen faces federal charges for allegedly manufacturing and distributing misbranded medical devices, according to federal prosecutors.

NIH Lab Studying Deadly Pathogens Reported Biological Incident In November: Federal Records

The White Coat Waste Project – which you may remember for exposing Dr. Anthony Fauci’s sick experiments on beagles in 2024 – has obtained a document revealing that the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML) in Hamilton, Montana reported a biological incident in November 2025

RML, which operates BSL-2, BSL-3, and BSL-4 ‘full suit’ laboratories notably studies viral hemorrhagic fevers such as Ebola, Marburg and Lassa virus, as well as coronavirusesdangerous bacteria, tuberculosis, tick-borne pathogens (Rocky Mountain spotted fever, for example), West Nile virusPrion diseases, and others.

According to a November 2025 biosafety report obtained by WCWP, a ‘Form 3’ was reported to the Federal Select Agent Program on Nov. 13, 2025. Form 3 is a mandatory notification form used to alert the Federal Select Agent Program of any ‘theft, loss, or release’ involving select agents or toxins, Infowars’ Breanna Morello reports after interviewing WCWP’s Justin Goodman – who called Rocky Mountain Laboratories ‘one of the most dangerous biolabs in the country.

Bird flu outbreak near Wisconsin lab raises gain-of-function concerns

bird flu outbreak in a Wisconsin dairy cattle herd has raised questions about whether gain-of-function research at a nearby university laboratory may have played a role.

Last month, the US Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) identified what it described as the first known case of highly pathogenic bird flu  in a dairy cattle herd in Dodge County, Wisconsin. The agency characterized the outbreak as a “spillover” event from wildlife to cattle.

The virus responsible for the outbreak was identified by two scientists at the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Veterinary Medicine — Keith Poulsen, DVM, Ph.D., and Yoshihiro Kawaoka, DVM, Ph.D. Both scientists have published research on gain-of-function experiments involving bird flu viruses.

Kawaoka directs the university’s Influenza Research Institute, a lab known for conducting gain-of-function research on H5N1. The lab is located approximately 40 miles from the Dodge County outbreak site.

The university confirmed that both scientists are conducting H5N1 research but denied that the work constitutes gain-of-function experimentation. University officials said the research is intended to better understand bird flu strains circulating among wildlife and livestock.

The scientists identified the virus as the H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b genotype D1.1 — a strain that contains mutations linked to increased transmissibility.

Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., senior research scientist at Children’s Health Defense, said the outbreak is notable because national databases show no recent mammalian hosts of the D1.1 strain near Wisconsin.

Two isolated spillover events involving the same strain were identified earlier in Arizona and Nevada, though federal officials said the Wisconsin case is unrelated.

While federal agencies said bird flu currently poses a low risk to the general public, the World Health Organization reported that a 3-year-old girl in Mexico died in 2025 after contracting the D1.1 strain.

Recent scientific studies have suggested the D1.1 variant may be better adapted to infect mammals, including humans, than earlier strains.

DID WE LEARN NOTHING? NIH Funds Wuhan-Style Bat Lab at Colorado State University

It has been four years since the world was brought to its knees by a virus that many evidence-based reports now indicate leaked from a laboratory in Wuhan, China. You would think the federal government and the “experts” in the public health establishment would have learned their lesson.

You would be wrong.

Colorado State University (CSU) is moving full steam ahead with a massive, taxpayer-funded “Bat Resource Center.”

This new facility, which is bankrolled by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the very same agency that funded dangerous research in Wuhan, will import and breed exotic bats to experiment on them with deadly pathogens.

The facility is being touted by the university as a “critical resource” to study how bats carry viruses like Ebola, Nipah, and SARS-CoV-2 without getting sick.

According to documents uncovered by the watchdog group White Coat Waste Project, this isn’t just a simple animal shelter. It is a vivarium designed to house huge colonies of bats, the very same animals identified as the reservoir for the COVID-19 virus.

White Coat Project wrote on its website:

We’ve now revealed that the NIH is still eager to move forward with the project minus EHA; and gave CSU an additional $2.3 million to do so just two months ago.

China’s Military AI and Biotechnology Directed at the United States

According to a congressional report, the People’s Liberation Army continues to exploit military-civil fusion to integrate commercial and academic research into military systems. Military-Civil Fusion is China’s national strategy to merge civilian technology, research institutions, and industry with the defense sector in order to build a world-class military.

The strategy aligns commercial innovation with military requirements across fields ranging from artificial intelligence to semiconductors, pooling state and private resources to accelerate military development. Chinese authorities describe military-civil fusion as a core component of comprehensive national power and a central driver of long-term military modernization.

Through state laboratories, funding programs, conferences, and industrial parks, China has ensured sustained private-sector participation in this effort. As a result, it has made significant advances in artificial intelligence and large language models that underpin many emerging PLA technologies. AI reasoning systems support cyber operations, command decision-making, and influence campaigns, while also enabling autonomous and unmanned platforms, drone swarms, and loyal wingman UAVs.

These capabilities increasingly intersect with developments in quantum computing, quantum sensing, and quantum communications, which China has identified as priorities for national security and future warfare.

Chinese leader Xi Jinping has described quantum technologies as drivers of industrial transformation, and Beijing is investing in post-quantum cryptography, military applications of quantum sensing, and ground- and space-based infrastructure for a global quantum communications network with both civilian and military uses.

Quantum communications support nuclear command, control, and communications by enabling hardened and interception-resistant links, while quantum sensing has potential applications in anti-submarine warfare by enabling detection methods that do not rely on active sonar.

Semiconductor self-sufficiency remains a parallel strategic objective. In 2024, firms including Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp and Huawei Technologies received substantial local government funding to accelerate chip indigenization. Although China continues to lag the West in the most advanced GPUs, it is pursuing alternative pathways through nontraditional microchip technologies, including photonic components developed by state research institutes.

Domestic chip production underpins military resilience by enabling continued weapons manufacturing under sanctions and securing supply chains for missiles, drones, and radar systems. Alternative chip architectures support AI processing and reduce reliance on advanced Western GPUs, sustaining production capacity during conflict.

Plot to kill blacks with HIV exposed

Shocking allegations have surfaced that apartheid-era operatives orchestrated a campaign to spread HIV/Aids among black South Africans to reduce the
population ahead of the country’s first non-racial elections.

The claims, detailed in a new book, Who Really Killed Chris Hani?, point to a deliberate effort to use biological warfare as a tool of oppression.

In a devastating exploration of apartheid’s final, desperate years, retired judge Chris Nicholson’s new book alleges that the racist regime and its allies actively pursued a campaign of biological warfare, seeking to use the emerging HIV/Aids pandemic as a weapon to alter the demographic balance of power.

The book presents a tapestry of evidence, drawing from apartheid-era documents, testimonies from former security operatives, and historical connections to global eugenics movements, to support the harrowing claim that the spread of the virus was not merely neglected but, in some instances, deliberately facilitated.

Nicholson posits that for the apartheid state and its business beneficiaries, faced with the inevitability of non-racial elections, two nightmares loomed: Nuremberg-style trials for crimes against humanity and the economic redistribution promised by the ANC’s Freedom Charter.

“So desperate were the right-wing whites to retain power and wealth that they would consider any solution to avoid these two consequences,” he writes.

The emergence of Aids in the early 1980s presented a macabre opportunity: “Some extremists went as far as looking for ways that the black majority could be reduced, short of a Nazi-style mass extermination strategy.

“The arrival of the deadly Aids virus… gave hope to these white supremacists that nature might achieve their goal for them.”

This notion, Nicholson suggests, was discussed at high levels. He cites former security branch policeman JG Scholte, writing under a pseudonym, who
recalled a conversation with a soldier in 1983.

The soldier allegedly revealed: “South Africa is busy doing research, developing a method of curbing blacks from multiplying. The plan is to make it look natural so the world wouldn’t suspect anything.

“One of the aspects was to make it a sexually transmittable disease because of the blacks’ hyperactive sexual tendency and having multiple sexual partners.”

The book directly implicates the apartheid state’s clandestine chemical and biological warfare programme, Project Coast, and its head, Dr Wouter Basson.

Nicholson quotes academic Robin Jakob’s dissertation, which found that “evidence emerged that the state had tried to develop HIV as a biological weapon”.

Jakob noted that one Project Coast project at the Roodeplaat research laboratories (RRL) “sought to turn HIV into a sterility agent that could be administered to black women, reducing birth rates and opposition to apartheid”.

Another scholar, Jeremy Youde, is cited confirming that “RRL [Roodeplaat research laboratories] spent a great deal of time and money on utilising HIV as this agent”.

Defense Bill Requires Trump Spy Agencies To Declassify COVID-19 Origins Intel, Chinese Obstruction

Slipped into the nearly 3,100-page National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is a provision that requires “declassification” and “transparency” related to the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, and would require the Trump administration’s spy agencies to release its intelligence related to the Wuhan Institute of Virology where COVID research was offshored by the Obama administration in October of 2014 with a grant to EcoHealth Alliance, a New York City nonprofit run by Peter Daszak.

In March of 2018, Daszak submitted a grant proposal titled Project DEFUSE (short for “Defusing the Threat of Bat-borne Coronaviruses”) to DARPA, which sought to create genetically modified bat coronaviruses with enhanced potential for human infectivity – including features that could enable aerosol (airborne) transmission. The proposal was ultimately rejected by DARPA over safety concerns – however “if funding became available,” then certain components of particular interest could proceed.

So, let’s see if the NDAA passes with this language – and whether it confirms the above Fauci-funded adventures in Wuhan. Of note, Peter Daszak – unlike Fauci – was not pardoned by former President Joe Biden and the infamous autopen.

The text of the NDAA – specifically section 6803 of the text, calls on the Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to work with the heads of all 18 US spy agencies to “perform a declassification review of intelligence” related to “the origins of Coronavirus Disease 2019,” and related to “efforts by government officials of entities of the People’s Republic of China” to cover up the origins of the pandemic.

“DNI Gabbard remains committed to declassifying COVID-19 information and looks forward to continued work with Congress to share the truth about pandemic-era failures with the American people,” a DNI spokesperson told Just the News.

EXPOSED: US Labs Breeding Deadly Foreign Ticks in Bid for mRNA Vaccines

U.S. government-funded labs are actively breeding colonies of exotic Hyalomma ticks imported from Africa to study Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF), a brutal tick-borne virus with a 30% mortality rate that’s never been detected in America.

This high-stakes research, aimed at developing mRNA vaccines and analyzing transmission in livestock, is raising red flags among experts who warn of catastrophic lab leaks that could unleash the disease on U.S. soil, devastating agriculture and public health.

The program involves multiple facilities, including the USDA’s Agricultural Research Service in Manhattan, Kansas (tied to the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility, formerly on Plum Island), UC Davis in California, and Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas, according to research from the White Coat Waste project, first reported by The Highwire.

These sites are establishing tick colonies to experiment on CCHF transmission in cattle, sheep, and goats, assessing risks for the virus establishing itself here based on climate and ecology.

“The White Coat Waste Project uncovered 10 existing USDA contracts to work on mRNA vaccines, including one that is studying Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF), a highly pathogenic tick-borne disease with a 10-40% case fatality rate,” The Highwire reports. “The research grant is given to the Agricultural Research Service in Manhattan, Kansas, in combination with researchers at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF), which was formerly on Plum Island, where researchers were studying Lyme disease near Lyme, Connecticut, where the first outbreak occurred.”

CCHF, first identified in Crimea in 1944, causes severe symptoms and can spread from ticks to animals or humans, and even person-to-person.

There’s no widely licensed vaccine, only a dubious Soviet-era one from 1970.

Funding flows from USDA contracts for mRNA vaccine development, including 10 ongoing deals specifically targeting CCHF.

EcoHealth Alliance, infamous for its role in COVID origins research, snagged a $3.7 million Department of Defense grant from 2020-2024 to study CCHF as part of “combating weapons of mass destruction.”

The Highwire notes, “WCWP was the organization that first uncovered that EcoHealth Alliance was involved in gain-of-function research with coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, approved by NIAID head Dr. Anthony Fauci, which the FBI and CIA both state is the most likely source of the COVID-19 virus that sparked a worldwide pandemic. WCWP celebrated the announcement that the CDC will be closing all monkey studies by the end of the year.”

Another USDA contract, running through March 2026, supports the core research.

Critics are blasting this as reckless madness.
