After Backlash, Milwaukee Radio Host Apologizes for False Claim About Oct. 14 Kirk Memorial

The Milwaukee County Republican Party is planning to hold a memorial for TPUSA Founder Charlie Kirk on October 14. That would’ve been Kirk’s 32nd birthday.

It also happens to be the birthday of George Floyd.

Now, one Milwaukee area radio host, Sherwin Hughes, was forced to apologize after attacking Milwaukee Republicans for holding this event.

“The Milwaukee County Republican Party is commemorating the life of Charlie Kirk,” Hughes said on his show. “Why would they pick October 14? ‘Cause it’s George Floyd’s birthday. How… just disgustingly, utterly, low-life disrespectful. How could you?”

Hughes continued, “And these are the people that we share a county with. People that we share society with. People that we share space with. Where if we want a decent, honest, fair, harmonious Milwaukee city and Milwaukee County…and they picked the day on purpose.”

“And it’s just a random day,” Hughes claimed, “They could’ve did it on the weekend. They could’ve did it last week. They could do it in November. They could do it around the birthday of Jesus. But no, they’re going to pick George Floyd’s birthday to commemorate Charlie Kirk.”

While it appears Hughes’ remarks were from late September or early October, they just caught the attention of Hilario Deleon, chair of the Milwaukee County Republican Party. Deleon responded to Hughes in a lengthy post on X that debunked the ridiculous claims and set the record straight.

Paxton expands Discord probe after Kirk’s alleged assassin seemingly confessed on platform

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced he is investigating Discord after a report surfaced alleging that the man accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk used the messaging platform to communicate with friends about the murder.

I’m standing shoulder to shoulder with the Trump Administration to root out and defeat nihilistic violent extremism in all its forms,” Paxton said on Thursday in a new release. “Discord has chosen to allow extremist content, sexual exploitation, and addiction to flourish on its platform. It has a legal obligation to prevent minors from being exposed to these evils, but instead its actions have contributed to the growing wave of nihilistic violence all across our nation.”

Just days after Kirk’s assassination, The Washington Postsaid 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who was charged in connection to Kirk’s death, appeared to confess to the murder via the app.

The Washington Post previously said a member of a roughly 30-person Discord chat shared screenshots of Robinson’s messages with the media outlet.

COLD WAR DISINFORMATION & ASSASSINATIONS by CIA in the GLOBAL SOUTH. Operation Colombo, Killing of Chile’s Allende and Ceylon’s Bandaranaike

September saw anniversaries in the chilling deaths of two democratically elected Socialist heads of state during the United States’ led Cold War anti-communist crusade that unfolded across the world between 1948-91:

The first assassination of concern here happened in Colombo, the capital of the geostrategic Indian Ocean island of Ceylon on September 25, 1959. The second death happened half way across the world fourteen years after the assassination of South Asia’s first Socialist Prime Minister S.W.R.D Bandaranaike.

On September 11, 1973, President Salvador Allende, South America’s first Socialist head of state died during a US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), backed coup as military helicopters strafed the Presidential Palace in Santiago de Chile. The campaign of murder, suppression and disinformation against the Left that followed Allende’s death was Code Named “Operation Colombo”.

Both deaths of democratically elected Socialist heads of State were Cold War operations, which sent shock waves around the world at the time.

Both Bandaranaike and Allende, had promised to fully de-colonize and nationalize their countries’ plantations, ports, minerals and mines to benefit their native peoples, rather than foreign corporations drawing profits from the resource wealth of Global South countries. Both Bandaranaike and Allende died three years into their terms in office before they were able to deliver on the promise of full Economic independence for their citizens.

Remarkably, Prime Minister Bandaranaike was killed minutes after the US Ambassador, Bernard Gufler, had visited him in Colombo. Details of Gufler’s brief visit to Bandaranaike and departure from the scene of the crime just minutes before the assassination were revealed in de-classified US State department documents, some published on Wikileaks and corroborated by British intelligence source reports.

The narrative that a Buddhist monk had shot the Prime Minister compounded the shock, horror and grief that engulfed the British Dominion of Ceylon which had received faux independence just 9 years earlier in February 1948.

US Ambassador Guffler’s profile is of interest here. He was a Special Ambassador and a veteran of GLADIO, the clandestine NATO and CIA ‘stay behind’ secret operations network in Europe, established after World War 2 in partnership with British intelligence.

After Charlie Kirk’s Assassination, This State Is Launching an Undercover War on Antifa

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced on Tuesday that he is launching an undercover operation to “infiltrate and uproot leftist terror cells” in the Lone Star State.

The announcement comes after a flurry of Antifa activity in the state — especially against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

In a press release, Paxton’s office indicated that the undercover operation is a response “to the political assassination of national hero Charlie Kirk and the disturbing rise of leftist violence across the country.”

“Leftist political terrorism is a clear and present danger. Corrupted ideologies like transgenderism and Antifa are a cancer on our culture and have unleashed their deranged and drugged-up foot soldiers on the American people,” Paxton said. “The martyrdom of Charlie Kirk marks a turning point in America. There can be no compromise with those who want us dead. To that end, I have directed my office to continue its efforts to identify, investigate, and infiltrate these leftist terror cells. To those demented souls who seek to kill, steal, and destroy our country, know this: you cannot hide, you cannot escape, and justice is coming.”

President Donald Trump, in September, signed an executive order labeling Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization because of its violent activities. This came just after Kirk’s assassination. Paxton indicated that the operation is “building on President Trump’s bold actions.”

Kentucky AG sues Roblox after Charlie Kirk ‘assassination simulators’ found on platform

Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman has filed a lawsuit against Roblox, alleging the company failed to protect minors from sexual predators and explicit material, including violent simulations depicting the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Filed on Monday, the suit accuses the California gaming platform of operating as a “playground for pedophiles” by neglecting to implement any meaningful age verification, moderation, or parental safeguards. Roblox, which reports more than 111 million active monthly users, is used by roughly two-thirds of American children aged 9 to 12.

According to the complaint, predators frequently create fake accounts posing as children to contact and groom minors. “Roblox is designed to allow predators easy access to children,” prosecutors wrote, alleging that the company’s inaction has resulted in “harassment, kidnapping, trafficking, violence, and sexual assault.”

The lawsuit also highlights the appearance of “Charlie Kirk assassination simulators” following the Turning Point USA founder’s assassination at Utah Valley University last month. Prosecutors said the user-created games allowed children “as young as five” to view animated depictions of the September 10 shooting.

At a press conference, Coleman called on Roblox to implement stronger parental controls, improved content filters, and more stringent verification procedures. Kentucky mother of three Courtney Norris joined him, saying she had once considered Roblox a safe option for her children. “I came to realize, later than I would like to admit, that it actually is the ‘Wild West’ of the internet, targeted at children,” she said, according to the New York Post.

Kentucky’s legal action follows similar cases in Louisiana, Iowa, and North Carolina, where parents allege their children were exploited through the platform. In one instance, a 13-year-old girl was reportedly trafficked across several states and raped after meeting a predator on Roblox.

In a statement, Roblox said it maintains “rigorous safety measures” including artificial intelligence monitoring, 24/7 moderation, and age-estimation technology. “No system is perfect, and our work on safety is never done,” the company said.

Meet the Democrats Who Still Endorse Jay Jones After Remarks About Wanting a GOP Leader and His Children Dead

Virginia Democrat attorney general candidate Jay Jones continues to hold nearly 200 endorsements from organizations, elected officials, and prominent Democrats, several days after text messages resurfaced from 2022 in which he discussed shooting former Republican House Speaker Todd Gilbert and referenced his children dying. As of Monday, October 6, none of his endorsers have withdrawn their alignment or publicly called for him to drop out of the race.

The fallout erupted late last week after National Review published messages between Jones and Republican Delegate Carrie Coyner. In the texts, Jones wrote that if faced with a choice between shooting two dictators or Gilbert, he would “pick Gilbert every time.” Coyner confirmed that Jones also referenced Gilbert’s children dying “in the arms of their mother.” Jones later apologized, saying he was “deeply sorry” and took “full responsibility” for his comments.

Since the report, calls for Jones to withdraw have come from President Donald Trump, Vice President JD VanceHouse Speaker Mike JohnsonVirginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, and Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, who is running for governor. Earle-Sears released an ad Sunday featuring Democratic support of Jones and urging voters to “reject the insanity.” Trump endorsed incumbent Attorney General Jason Miyares, describing Jones’s statements as “sick and demented,” while Miyares called them “disqualifying.”

His campaign website continues to feature backing from national figures, including Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), former Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, former Virginia Gov. Ralph S. Northam, former first ladies Dorothy McAuliffe and Pamela Northam, Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA), Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA), Rep. Eugene Vindman (D-VA), and former Reps. Elaine Luria and Tom Perriello.

Flaw in Charlie Kirk Assassination Case Could Derail Everything: Expert

A well-known defense attorney in Utah says that the timeline of events could be a major weakness in the prosecution’s case against Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The defense is likely to delay the discovery process for up to a year before the case goes to a preliminary hearing.

Kirk, who was 31 and had two kids, was shot and killed at 12:20 p.m. on September 10 while giving a speech at a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University. He started the conservative student group, which turned into a national movement that is credited with getting more young people involved in the Republican Party.

Skye Lazaro of the Salt Lake City firm Ray Quinney & Nebeker told Fox News, “There is just so much we don’t know yet as this case develops.”

The defense team also doesn’t know much at this point. The discovery process started on Monday, and prosecutors have five days to make their first revelations. Robinson’s lawyers have already pushed back his waiver hearing by a month.

News briefings, statements from law enforcement, and charging paperwork filed last week have made some evidence public. The documents include text exchanges between Robinson and his roommate and love partner, Lance Twiggs. In these communications, Robinson is said to have taken responsibility for Kirk’s death. But the messages don’t have any timestamps.

Robinson, 22, was taken into custody in his hometown in southern Utah 33 hours after the shooting. Fox News Digital reports that authorities said he went back to the crime scene before he was arrested, where police later located the gun they think he used to kill someone.

The outlet said that investigators have not made clear when he talked to a police officer who was stationed along the edge of the area.

Lazaro told Fox that “If it doesn’t line up in a way that makes sense, it could definitely be bad for them.”

Fox said that a police source said Robinson told an officer at the site that he was trying to get back something he had left in a parking garage close to where police subsequently found the rifle they think was used in the murder.

At the time, the contact didn’t trigger any red flags because hundreds of individuals had left their things behind while running away from the location after Kirk’s deadly shooting in front of about 3,000 people.

Assassin Trial Bombshell: Huge Plea Deal Imminent?

A potential plea agreement looms over the trial of the alleged assassin of conservative figure Charlie Kirk, Tyler Robinson.

Robinson’s Court Appearance

Tyler Robinson, accused of attempting to assassinate prominent conservative advocate Charlie Kirk, appeared in court recently. The hearing could lead to a plea agreement, potentially altering the trajectory of legal proceedings. Robinson, 24, accompanied by his new legal counsel, faced the decision of pursuing a preliminary hearing. This step would determine if sufficient evidence exists for the trial to proceed, a pivotal moment in this high-profile case.

The case has garnered significant attention due to its political implications, with many conservatives closely watching the developments. The legal system’s handling of this case is crucial for those concerned about political violence and its impact on free speech and public safety.

Plea Agreement Possibilities

A plea agreement in this context could mean several outcomes, including reduced charges or sentencing in exchange for a guilty plea. The decision to accept such an agreement hinges on the strength of the evidence presented by the prosecution. This case highlights the delicate balance between ensuring justice and navigating the complexities of legal strategy in politically charged cases.

Conservatives view the prosecution’s ability to present a compelling case as essential, not just for ensuring justice for Kirk but also for sending a strong message against political violence. The potential plea deal raises questions about accountability and the consequences of actions that threaten public figures and, by extension, democratic discourse.

Implications for Political Discourse

This case has broader implications for political discourse in the United States, particularly in how threats and acts of violence against public figures are addressed. For many, it underscores the need for a robust legal framework that protects individuals’ rights while deterring politically motivated violence. The outcome could influence future cases and be seen as a barometer for how seriously such threats are taken.

As the legal process unfolds, conservatives are reminded of the importance of a fair and decisive judiciary that upholds the rule of law and safeguards the foundational principles of free speech and security for all citizens.

Deranged DEMOCRAT Receives Maximum Sentence After Threatening to KILL Federal Judge

A California woman has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for issuing a death threat against a federal judge in Texas.

The case is yet another reminder of how political violence—too often excused, ignored, or downplayed by the Left—has become a dangerous feature of American life.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, 46-year-old Dolly Patterson admitted she transmitted an interstate threat against a federal judge in Amarillo in April 2023.

Her message, submitted online, read: “Tell that anti-abortion judge he better watch his back . . . for the rest of his life!”

Federal prosecutors emphasized that Patterson’s intent was clear: she wanted her threat to be perceived as genuine, and she fully understood that it crossed the line into criminal behavior.

The court handed down the maximum statutory penalty—five years in prison. Federal officials were blunt in their assessment.

“The safety of our federal judiciary is paramount,” Acting U.S. Attorney Nancy Larson said.

“Threats of violence to our judges are becoming all too common—whether made online or in person. Such threats are illegal and will be prosecuted.”

This sentencing shines a light on a broader problem. Political intimidation, harassment, and violence are increasingly tolerated in progressive circles.

From protests that devolve into riots to personal threats against judges, politicians, and law enforcement officers, the pattern is consistent: when the Left doesn’t get its way, it often resorts to violence.

Judges in particular have become targets of anger from activists who view the judiciary not as a neutral arbiter but as an obstacle to their political goals.

German Left Party Calls for Assassination of AfD’s Alice Weidel After Justifying Killing of Charlie Kirk – Taxpayer Funded with $27.5 Million

The Antifa-related youth wing of the German opposition party The Left has called for the assassination of AfD leader Alice Weidel, two weeks after justifying the assassination of American hero Charlie Kirk. The party The Left is state-funded with €9 million a year, plus €14 million for its foundation.

The Hanover chapter of the “Left Youth” (Linksjugend.solid) stickered an image of Alice Weidel, chairperson of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, with crosshairs and the text “Aim Here”, across town in Hanover,  as videos show.

After the assassination of Charlie Kirk Sept. 10, the “Left Youth” posted that “right-wing politics leads to bloody bullets” on Instagram, which has since been deleted. The post called it a “fatal mistake” to mourn the father of two. “A targeted shot” brought “the end of his right-wing radical, inhumane and exploitative policies”, the Left Youth posted. “We do not mourn the reactionary ideas of Charlie Kirk, which are not out of the world with his death,” the Left Youth wrote.

The youth wing of the party The Left has been classified as far-left since 2012. The Left is the successor of the former East German Communist Party and has 64 seats in the Bundestag out of 630 (8.8%). The Left is also represented in 7 State Parliaments, including 22 seats out of 159 in Berlin and 15 seats out of 121 in Hamburg.

In 2025, the party The Left receives €9,144,020 federal funding plus €14,370,800 for its Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, meaning over $27.5 million federal funding for a party that calls for the assassination of their political opponents in Germany and the United States.

The AfD is currently polling in first place in Germany, with 26% of the population. AfD politicians are regularly threatened and attacked, with tacit approval of the leftist legacy media, the losing center-left parties and the failing Merz government.

In 2023, Alice Weidel had to be evacuated by police from her home after clear and present danger of a threat to her life.
