Biden-Harris regime updates Bush-era DOD directive allowing government to ASSASSINATE American citizens

Just a few months remain before Joe Biden is removed from the White House and replaced by either Kamala Harris or Donald Trump. And one of the Biden-Harris regime’s top priorities right now is to strip away the protections that safeguard Americans against being assassinated by their own government.

According to the @amuse (@amuse) X / Twitter account, the Biden-Harris regime just updated the George W. Bush-era 2007 Department of Defense (DOD) Directive 5240.01 to remove provisions that protect American citizens against government-sanctioned assassinations.

The original directive contained an explicit prohibition on government-sanctioned assassination:

“Under no circumstances shall any DoD Component or DoD employee engage in, or conspire to engage in, assassination,” the original document stated. The Biden-Harris regime explicitly removed this language, which means American citizens can now be targeted for elimination by their own government.

With that language now removed, Washington is now free to target both foreign nationals and American citizens both abroad and on domestic soil just so long as certain vaguely ominous “special circumstances” are met.

“With just months left in office the Biden-Harris regime decided to update the 17 year old Bush-era directive against assassin@tion of Americans,” @amuse asked. “Why would the regime feel the need to legalize killing Americans who threaten the foundations of our democracy?”

BOMBSHELL: FBI arranged Trump’s real foreign assassin’s entry into the USA

The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) helped the Pakistani assassin, who planned to kill former President Donald Trump, to enter the United States.

Back in September, the Department of Justice said it charged a Pakistani national with ties to Iran in connection to a plot to assassinate a politician or U.S. government official on U.S. soil. According to reports, he targeted Trump.

Asif Merchant entered the country in April and was arrested on July 12 as he prepared to leave the country. It appears that Merchant was the Iranian threat the Secret Service was briefed on before Trump’s July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

According to an X post of Fox‘s Bill Melugin, Merchant “was admitted into the U.S. via parole for ‘significant public benefit’ when [Customs and Border Patrol] encountered him at the airport in [Texas] in April after he flew in from overseas.” The sponsor of his parole “was the FBI Dallas office, for ‘security interests.'”

According to Melugin and the FBI, the Bureau allowed the Pakistani into the country so they could monitor him and build a case.

“Merchant was arrested on July 12th, nearly three months after he was admitted into the US. The FBI had eyes on him during this time, and utilized numerous undercover agents, who Merchant thought were hitmen he was hiring,” Melugin wrote.

According to reports, Merchant was trying to hire assassins to kill Trump on behalf of the Iranian government. He allegedly explained his plot involved multiple criminal schemes: stealing documents or USB drives from a target’s home; planning a protest; and killing a politician or government official.

He met with purported hitmen, who were actually undercover U.S. law enforcement officers, in New York. He allegedly told them they would receive instructions on who to kill either the last week of August or the first week of September after Merchant had departed America. He paid them $5,000.

Analysts are now wondering if Thomas Crooks, the attempted assassination suspect who was immediately taken down by Security Service, had been in communication with Merchant or any other people hiring to kill the Republican presidential nominee. News reports indicated that Crooks had multiple cell phones and encrypted accounts communicating with people in other countries.

Meanwhile, former FBI agent Steve Friend also told bestselling author and journalist Lee Smith that it’s unusual that Merchant “was in the country for several months before they executed the arrest.” He also suggested the feds did not have any proof Merchant had connections to the Iranian government or that he had intentions of targeting Trump before he came to America.

It’s Time to Rationally Re-Investigate the JFK Assassination

A few weeks ago, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. suspended his presidential campaign to endorse former President Trump. As Kennedy joined Trump on stage, Trump announced that, if he is elected, he will immediately declassify all records related to the JFK Assassination that continue to be held by the National Archives – something Trump failed to do during his last term. Trump also announced that he would form a commission on assassinations, which would include looking at his own assassination attempt, and the murders of Robert Kennedy, Sr. and President John F. Kennedy.

Whether it is former President Trump or Vice President Kamala Harris, America desperately needs leadership that will provide transparency into these historical events. While the declassification of remaining JFK assassination records would be a wonderful development, the most important thing that could be done to regain the trust of Americans in their intelligence agencies is to reopen the investigation into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Most Americans know that the Warren Commission determined in 1964 that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone to kill President Kennedy. Fewer Americans are aware of the conclusion of a congressional committee – the House Select Committee on Assassinations – in 1978 that President Kennedy was “probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy.” Yes, you read that correctly. The recent government investigation into the JFK Assassination determined that there was a conspiracy.

After Oliver Stone’s film, JFK, was released in 1991, the public outcry to remove the shroud of secrecy around this historical event resulted in the JFK Records Act, which was passed unanimously and signed into law by George H. W. Bush. The JFK Records Act required the declassification of records and created the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB), which forced the respective agencies to turn over records and sit for depositions.

The work of the ARRB and subsequent declassified documents led to a mountain of new information about the assassination that has now had sufficient time to be absorbed by JFK Assassination scholars. The weight of that evidence now establishes by a standard of clear and convincing evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald didn’t act alone to kill President Kennedy.

So, what evidence has been unearthed that would justify the time and resources of reopening the JFK Assassination? There are at least ten indisputable facts that establish that President Kennedy was killed as the result of a conspiracy, all of which are explored in depth in a book that I co-authored with James DiEugenio, Paul Bleau, Andrew Iler and Mark Adamczyk called The JFK Assassination Chokeholds

  • Interviews with numerous insiders who worked on previous investigations, from the Warren Commission to the HSCA to the ARRB, confirm that the Warren Commission got it wrong.
  • Oswald had indisputable connections to intelligence agencies.
  • Oswald was impersonated by others on numerous documented occasions.
  • Oswald could not have been on the sixth floor when the shots were fired.
  • Jack Ruby’s murder of Oswald was not in the heat of passion. It was premeditated.
  • There were at least two other prior plots to kill President Kennedy before Dallas.
  • Best practices for conducting autopsies were not followed for President Kennedy, resulting in an evidentiary mess.
  • The single bullet theory cannot be true.
  • There is overwhelming evidence of shots fired in front of President Kennedy.
  • There has been sixty years of obstruction of justice, which was apparent in each investigation, and continues to exist today.

When we put these bodies of evidence together, it is clear that President Kennedy was not killed by a lone assassin. Researchers and authors have speculated as to who was behind the conspiracy and whether Oswald was involved at all over the years. Still, we do not know exactly who killed President Kennedy.

The FBI Entraps Another Fake Assassin

Two attempts on the life of a former president, less than two months apart, is unprecedented in American history. And yet it’s not entirely surprising given that the country’s most powerful institutions and industries have spent the last eight years weaponizing the most suggestible and mentally ill of our citizenry to target Donald Trump and his supporters. Now it seems the FBI may be recruiting from abroad as well.

According to the Trump campaign, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence recently briefed the Republican candidate on “real and specific threats from Iran to assassinate him in an effort to destabilize and sow chaos in the United States.” The Secret Service was alerted to the threat before the July 13 attempt on Trump’s life and reportedly increased his security because of it. But that was not enough to stop Thomas Matthew Crooks from shooting Trump in the face, killing Corey Comperatore, and wounding two other attendees.

There’s little doubt the Iranians are targeting Trump, say former intelligence officials with whom I spoke. “The Iranians are promiscuous assassins, and they hate Trump more than anyone else on earth,” says Peter Theroux, a retired CIA officer who worked on Iran and related issues during his tenure at Langley. “Trump enforced sanctions against Iran. He moved the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem. He was the most antithetical to everything Tehran wants, including the triumphal visit to Riyadh he made for his first presidential trip in 2017.”

But above all, there’s the fact Trump ordered the January 2020 assassination of Qasem Soleimani, onetime chief of the Quds Force, the external operations unit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), and second in command only to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The Iranians have vowed to avenge the terror master’s death and have threatened not only the former president but also former Trump administration officials, including Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Iran envoy Brian Hook, National Security Advisor John Bolton, and his successor Robert O’Brien. In August 2022, the Justice Department charged an IRGC officer for plotting to kill Bolton.

The Islamic Republic definitely has it out for Trump, but it seems this most recent Iranian plot to kill the Republican candidate was hatched by the FBI.

Last month the DOJ announced it had charged a Pakistani national with ties to Iran in connection to a plot to assassinate a politician or U.S. government official on U.S. soil. According to reports, Trump was the target.

The suspect, Asif Merchant, entered the country in April and was arrested on July 12 as he prepared to leave the country. It appears that Merchant was the Iranian threat the Secret Service was briefed on before the July 13 rally in Butler, PA.

The FBI arranged his entry into the U.S. According to an August Twitter post from Fox correspondent Bill Melugin, Merchant “was admitted into the U.S. via parole for ‘significant public benefit’ when [Customs and Border Patrol] encountered him at the airport in [Texas] in April after he flew in from overseas.” The sponsor of his parole, Melugin reported, “was the FBI’s Dallas office, for ‘security interests.’”

Melugin’s sources told him the FBI had intelligence on Merchant “before he arrived in the U.S. and needed him to physically come into the country to develop the case on him and arrest him, and that if they had arrested him at Customs, they would not have been able to gather evidence and information about his plot.”

But to date there’s little evidence the FBI developed a case based on intelligence collected before Merchant’s entry. Rather, it seems more likely that federal law enforcement imported a terrorist entrapment target for the purpose of fabricating a plot. Former FBI agent turned whistleblower Steve Friend says the Bureau’s playbook is simple: “Identify a vulnerable person. Establish fake friendships with undercover agents and informants. Encourage him to agree to commit a terrorist act he is otherwise incapable of committing. Arrest him.”

Friend says that if the FBI really had probable cause for an arrest, it would make sense to facilitate Merchant’s travel rather than going through a lengthy and possibly contentious extradition process. But what’s curious, he says, “is that he was in the country for several months before they executed the arrest.”

If the FBI had intelligence on Merchant’s plan to kill Trump before he arrived in the United States, there’s no evidence of it in the affidavit for his arrest. “It was all information about his actions while in the United States,” says Friend. “That doesn’t mean that he hadn’t done anything before then. But it confirms that they didn’t have enough to arrest him when he arrived here.”

Neither the affidavit nor the indictment make a strong case that Merchant is an experienced operative. The “use of coded language, use of multiple cellular telephones, and removal of cellular telephones to attempt to avoid surveillance” cited in the affidavit do not, contrary to the arresting agent’s contention, exemplify expert “tradecraft and operational security measures.” “It’s laughable,” says Friend. “Like complex tradecraft is telling an accomplice to put his phone in a box? A corner drug dealer’s tradecraft is more sophisticated than that.”

‘HE’S ON THE ROOF!’ – Tucker Carlson Releases Shocking Unseen Footage of Trump Assassination Attempt

Tucker Carlson has released shocking unseen footage of the first assassination attempt against Donald Trump.

The raw footage, captured across various cameras, shows attendees at the rally warning the Secret Service that the attempted shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, successfully scaled a nearby roof before coming inches away from assassinating the former president.

In separate footage, attendees are seen sheltering themselves from the gunfire, which sadly killed firefighter Corey Comperatore and seriously wounded two others.

Such footage corroborates the view that the Secret Service drastically failed in its duties to secure the area, a failure that led to the resignation of its director, Kimberley Cheatle.

US Likely ‘Had a Hand’ in Israel’s Operation to Eliminate Hezbollah’s Leader Nasrallah – Analyst

Iran has condemned the Israeli attack that killed Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, with President Masoud Pezeshkian claiming that the US greenlit the attack and bears partial responsibility for the “war crime.”

It is very likely that the US “had a hand” in Israel’s operation in Beirut that killed Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Hassan NasrallahNikolas Kosmatopoulos, assistant professor of public policy and international affairs at the American University of Beirut, told Sputnik.

“Certainly, there is good reason to believe that there has been diplomatic approval… military, most probably, and intelligence cooperation,” he said.

US interest in an operation targeting Nasrallah “might have to do with the protection of the role and power that Israel projects in the region,” the pundit speculated.

“It is no secret that Israel enjoys bipartisan support in the US Senate and Congress. It is also an important US ally, and carries out its dirty job in the region. It helps the US maintain economic, diplomatic, and political hegemony […] keeps the region in turmoil… It doesn’t allow for the unification of the region, doesn’t allow for the region to cooperate with each other… become a regional power that could endanger the interests of the US and the EU,” he underscored.

Kosmatopoulos pointed out that the military-industrial complexes of the US and Israel “are almost organically entwined, are an extension of each other.”

Former Opponent of Rep. Anna Paulina Luna Charged With Threatening to Hire Assassination Squad Against Her

A former congressional candidate was charged by the Justice Department over allegations that he threatened to hire a “Russian-Ukrainian” hit squad to murder his political opponent Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.).

The DOJ announced the unsealed indictment Friday, charging 41-year-old William Braddock of St. Petersburg, Florida, with one count of interstate transmission of a true threat to injure another person.

Braddock is accused of making “several threats to injure” two victims in a phone call on June 8, 2021 — including one where he threatened to “call up my Russian-Ukrainian hit squad” to murder his political rival.

Though prosecutors did not outright name the victims in the unsealed indictment, at the time Braddock was running against fellow Republican Luna in the 2022 Florida primary and he was allegedly caught on audio calling the lawmaker a “dead squirrel” and “a f—ing speed bump in the road.”

“I really don’t want to have to end anybody’s life for the good of the people of the United States of America,” he was heard saying in the audio, which was reported by Politico.

“That will break my heart. But if it needs to be done, it needs to be done. Luna is a f—ing speed bump in the road. She’s a dead squirrel you run over every day when you leave the neighborhood.”

Luna in 2021 had claimed in court documents that Braddock “[was] stalking her and [wanted] her dead.”

Claim: Trump’s Plane A Target For ‘Kill Teams’ With Surface To Air Missiles

Extravagant claims are being made that three so called ‘kill teams’ have taken delivery of sets of three surface to air missiles which they intend to use to target Donald Trump’s jet in a plot to assassinate him.

Conservative journalist Ann Vandersteel claims that the operation to smuggle the weapons into the US was facilitated by the Sinaloa Cartel of Mexico and that the weapons are possibly of Iranian origin.

Trump supporting journalist Lara Logan also claims that a source in New Mexico has confirmed the development, stating that Trump’s plane is the next target for assassination and his team has been informed along with US intelligence.

Others have also suggested that multiple sources have corroborated the claims.

Six most shocking revelations in Senate report on Secret Service’s handling of first Trump shooting

Some alarming revelations appear in the bipartisan Senate report on the U.S. Secret Service’s handling of the first attempted assassination of former President Trump at his campaign rally in Butler, Pa. in July.

Report on Trump shooting in Butler, Pa.pdf

1 – The full report, released on Wednesday by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, detailed how an inexperienced Secret Service drone detection operator was on the phone with customer service, trying to figure out how to properly operate the C-UAS drone detection system as suspect Thomas Crooks’ assassination plot was unfolding.

“C-UAS system experienced technical problems and was inoperable until 4:33 pm, after Crooks flew his drone near the rally site,” the report said. “With no backup system, the USSS agent responsible for overseeing the C-UAS capabilities at the July 13 rally called a toll-free 888 tech support hotline ‘to start troubleshooting with the company,’ which took several hours. That agent had only three months of experience working with that equipment and lacked knowledge about it.”

2 – The report revealed that a USSS Counter Sniper Team Leader warned counter snipers by email, not radio communications or mobile text messaging, about Crooks lurking with a rangefinder and did not urge agents to keep Trump off the rally stage.

The leader received text messages from a local sniper at approximately 5:45 pm “regarding an individual near the AGR building with a rangefinder looking toward the stage.” The text messages he received included two photos of Crooks, whose identity was unknown at the time. He forwarded the information to USSS counter snipers in an email, which contained an error. The message said, “Kid learning around the building we are in” instead of, “Kid lurking around the building we are in.”

One of the snipers who saw the email told the committee it was “worded vaguely” but they still tried searching the site for Crooks.

3 – A Secret Service sniper saw local law-enforcement with guns drawn, heading toward the building where Crooks was about to shoot from, but did not alert the agents protecting Trump.

“Shortly before shots were fired, a USSS counter sniper saw local law enforcement running toward the AGR building with their guns drawn, but he did not alert former President Trump’s protective detail to remove him from the stage,” the committee reported. “The USSS counter sniper told the Committee that while seeing officers with their guns drawn ‘elevated’ the threat level, the thought to notify someone to get Trump off the stage ‘did not cross [his] mind.’”

New Film Commemorates Legacy Of Lawyer Who Exposed Conspiracy To Murder MLK

Conventional wisdom holds that James Earl Ray was a deranged white supremacist who killed Martin Luther King, Jr., on April 4, 1968.

Research carried out by King family attorney William F. Pepper determined, however, that King was really killed in a conspiracy coordinated by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover.

Pepper died in April. He is the focus of a new film by John Barbour, with Len Osanic, A Tribute to William Pepper, that was screened on July 30 at American University at the 12th Annual Whistleblower Summit in Washington, D.C.

Barbour is a Canadian-born comedian, actor and TV host who directed two documentary films on Jim Garrison, the New Orleans District Attorney who uncovered a conspiracy to kill John F. Kennedy that involved elements of the CIA.

In introducing his film, Barbour said that Pepper and Garrison should be regarded, along with Abraham Lincoln, as among the greatest lawyers in U.S. history.

A Tribute to William Pepper begins by detailing the friendship that developed between Pepper and King after Pepper wrote an article in the countercultural magazine Ramparts in 1967 about the use of napalm in Vietnam called “The Children of Vietnam.”
