Woman Who Tried to Take Trump Off 2024 Ballot in Colorado Calls Him a Threat to Democracy for Wanting to End Mail-In Voting

Jena Griswold, the Secretary of State in Colorado, who tried to take Trump off of the 2024 election ballot in her state, went on CNN this week and accused Trump of being a threat to democracy.

Do people on the left even hear themselves talk?

Griswold is apparently very upset that Trump is trying to do away with mail-in ballots. Just two days ago, a video emerged of Democrats in Michigan stuffing a ballot box.

She sure seems angry about the idea of losing mail-in voting. What does her reaction to this tell you?

The Washington Examiner reports:

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold said Tuesday that President Donald Trump is attempting a “power grab” in trying to clamp down on mail-in voting.

Trump discussed mail-in voting during his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, where he said the two agreed it is not “honest.” Trump vowed Monday he will issue an executive order to ban mail-in ballots and voting machines ahead of the 2026 elections.

Griswold said states are responsible for overseeing elections, “not Donald Trump.”

“Look, mail ballots are secure. They cannot be hacked because they‘re a piece of paper. That is increasingly more important, as Trump has made our elections less secure since taking office again. He‘s disbanded much of the federal government‘s work on countering foreign disinformation, and is obviously taking cues about democracy from a dictator, Putin,” Griswold said on CNN.

Illegal Aliens Rig The Census For Blue States, And Trump Is Right To Correct It

President Donald Trump announced Thursday he instructed the Commerce Department to begin working on a census that does not include illegal aliens. It’s a long-overdue correction to a system that Democrats have exploited for years to tip the balance of power in Washington.

“I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024. People who are in our country illegally WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN THE CENSUS. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump said.

Trump previously signed a memo in 2020 that barred illegal aliens from being counted in the census. The memo was challenged and made its way to the Supreme Court, which ultimately did not rule on the merits as to whether all residents — regardless of their legal status — must be counted and if the president has the authority to exclude nonresidents.

The high court however did rule in the 1976 decision Mathews v. Diaz, a case regarding the Social Security Act, that while illegal immigrants are entitled to due process protections under the Fifth and 14th Amendments, they are not entitled to the benefits of citizenship.

Justice John Paul Stevens wrote for the unanimous court:

Neither the overnight visitor, the unfriendly agent of a hostile foreign power, the resident diplomat, nor the illegal entrant, can advance even a colorable constitutional claim to a share in the bounty that a conscientious sovereign makes available to its own citizens and some of its guests.

If voting, which is a benefit exclusively for citizens, is off-limits to illegal immigrants, it would be hard to imagine that illegal immigrants should be empowered to dilute the weight of a vote by artificially expanding the population and increasing the representational advantage of one area while taking it away from another area that is populated by legal residents. And yet, thanks to Democrats, that’s exactly what they’re doing.

President Joe Biden, of course, ordered the census to include illegal aliens and other noncitizens and, coincidentally, opened the floodgates at the border, letting in millions of illegal aliens — all of who which could be counted in the census.

And where are these illegal aliens welcomed with open arms?

Kamala Harris Announces Memoir And Oof, The Responses

Fresh off realising that she probably can’t even win in California, and that another monumental loss would finish her off for good, Kamala Harris has decided to stick with just hawking a book attempting to reframe the narrative of just how badly she lost the 2024 election to President Trump.

She’s called it 107 Days, because that’s how long Americans had to worry that somehow the Democrats might rig it for her to become the 47th President of the United States.

Harris made the announcement in social media posts, claiming “What the world saw on the campaign trail was only part of the story.”

Oh really! The undecipherable word salads and complete lack of any intelligible policy were not the only aspects of the story.

And the inability to answer the most softball question ever pitched toward a politician.

Who knew?

Kamala Harris Mocked for Writing ‘Word Salad’ Book About Failed 2024 Presidential Campaign

Former Vice President Kamala Harris announced on Thursday her memoir about her time on the campaign trail after former President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 race.

Harris said her forthcoming book will give readers a behind-the-scenes look at her experience “leading the shortest presidential campaign in modern history.”

The book, titled “107 Days,” is set for release on September 23.

Harris said she wrote it “with candor and reflection” and believes, “There is value in sharing what I saw, what I learned, and what I know it will take to move forward.”

Her video announcement drew widespread criticism from social media users. One person replied, “How are you not embarrassed to have run one of the worst presidential campaigns in history? You literally had rappers twerking at your events.”

Trump Says Kamala Campaign ‘Broke the Law’ by Paying Beyoncé, Oprah

President Donald Trump accused former Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign of breaking the law regarding alleged payments to celebrities such as Beyoncé and Oprah Winfrey for their endorsements.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump revealed that he was “looking at the large amount of money” the Democrats owed after the 2024 presidential election, adding that “They admit to paying, probably illegally” millions of dollars to Beyoncé, Winfrey, and MSNBC political commentator Al Sharpton, among others.

Trump wrote in his post:

I’m looking at the large amount of money owed by the Democrats, after the Presidential Election, and the fact that they admit to paying, probably illegally, Eleven Million Dollars to singer Beyoncé for an ENDORSEMENT (she never sang, not one note, and left the stage to a booing and angry audience!), Three Million Dollars for “expenses,” to Oprah, Six Hundred Thousand Dollars to very low rated TV “anchor,” Al Sharpton (a total lightweight!), and others to be named for doing, absolutely NOTHING!

Trump continued to state that “tThese ridiculous fees were incorrectly stated in the books and records.”

Despairing Hunter Biden Says Democrats Lost Election Due to Disloyalty to His Father

Democrat disloyalty to President Joe Biden sowed the seeds for the party’s spectacular loss to President Donald Trump in the last election, according to no lesser authority than Hunter Biden.

The Hill reports the claim comes in an interview the ex-president’s son gave to former DNC Chair Jaime Harrison and his new podcast, “At Our Table.” He reportedly despaired:

You know what, we are going to fight amongst ourselves for the next three years until there’s a nominee. And then with the nominee, we better as hell get behind that nominee.

And I will tell you why we lost the last election. We lost the election because we did not remain loyal to the leader of the party. That’s my position.

We had the advantage of incumbency. We had advantage of an incredibly successful administration and the Democratic Party literally melted down.

The remarks are a part of a broader interview Harrison did with Biden junior set for podcast launch on Thursday, according to The Hill.

Hunter’s dire 2024 election post mortem on Democratic failures came within days of former President Barack Obama accusing the party of being weak and ineffectual in the face of Trump’s triumphs.

He addressed fellow Democrats and told them to stop whining and start fighting, using a private fundraiser in New Jersey as a backdrop to his exhortation to toughen up, as Breitbart News reported.

“I think it’s going to require a little bit less navel-gazing and a little less whining and being in fetal positions. And it’s going to require Democrats to just toughen up,” Obama said at the event on Friday, according to excerpts of his remarks exclusively obtained and released by CNN.

Law Enforcement Ignored Dire Threats Against Pennsylvania Trump Voters’ Families, Property, And Pets

“We know where you live. … In the dead of a cold winters [sic] night, this year, or next and beyond, there is no knowing what may happen. Your property, your family may be impacted, your cat may get shot. And more. … Your vote for this guy [Trump] is seen as treading on my rights. You tread on me at your peril, motherf-cker. We look forward to visiting in the future.”

That is language from the nasty, vile letter that Pennsylvania voters received through the U.S. mail in October 2024, just prior to the presidential election. What was their crime? They had Trump signs in their yards.

And what did local law enforcement, the Pennsylvania state police, the FBI, the U.S. Justice Department, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service do about this intimidation and threats of violence against voters in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and various Pennsylvania counties?

Apparently, nothing at all.

This attempt to scare Trump voters is the subject of a new lawsuit filed in federal court in Philadelphia by the Public Interest Legal Foundation against “John Doe 1” and “John Doe 2,” the term used by plaintiffs in litigation when they have been unable to identify the defendants. The unknown bullies are being sued under both Section 3 of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 and Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act.

The civil portion of the Ku Klux Klan Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1985 (3), provides for the recovery of damages against miscreants who “conspire to prevent by force, intimidation, or threat, any citizen who is lawfully entitled to vote, from giving his support or advocacy in a legal manner, toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person.”

Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act, 52 U.S.C. §10307(b), makes it a federal crime to “intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote.”

During the time these acts were committed in 2024, the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice was headed by Kristen Clarke. The Civil Rights Division of DOJ is responsible for enforcing Section 11b.

Clarke is probably the most biased, partisan ideologue to ever head that division. She had no interest whatsoever in protecting Trump voters. But then, apparently no one else at the local, state, or federal level did either.

If you’re wondering why one would file a lawsuit against unknown defendants, here is the point. The Public Interest Legal Foundation obtained a federal judge’s approval to issue subpoenas to various law enforcement agencies notified by the Trump voters of what happened to them. These agencies had a duty to conduct investigations into what was a serious attempt to coerce voters and a dangerous threat to the election process in a state with a dismal record when it comes to the integrity of its elections — including violence directed at government officials, as Gov. Josh Shapiro can testify.

Competent investigators would have checked the anonymous letters for fingerprints and DNA. They would have checked the postmarks to see if they could determine where the letters were mailed from and whether there were surveillance cameras at those locations.

Since the threatened voters lived in multiple locations, the perpetrators apparently identified them through the Trump signs in their yards. Investigators should have checked for surveillance cameras, including front-door Ring cameras, in the victims’ neighborhoods to see if the same individuals or cars were seen in those different neighborhoods.

But was any of this done? It doesn’t appear so. The Pennsylvania State Police responded to a subpoena by saying no investigation was opened. One of the victims filed a complaint with her local police department in Lower Merion but never received any follow-up calls or information from that department. The department admitted another voter had received the same letter and still did not act.

Rep. Abe Hamadeh Fires Off Letter to DOJ Requesting Investigation into Runbeck Election Services’ Breach of Protocols in 2024 Election in Several States – Blank Ballots Mixed with Voted Ballots in Runbeck Warehouse!

Rep. Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday, asking the DOJ to investigate “credible claims” of election security violations involving the Arizona-based ballot printing firm, Runbeck Election Services.

Runbeck provides ballot printing and mail-in ballot services in 31 states and 54% of the nation’s voters, according to its website.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on this shady private entity, which was founded by leftists and transports and scans Maricopa County mail-in ballots with no oversight or chain of custody before they are processed and counted by the County.

As revealed in Trump-Endorsed former Gubernatorial and Senate candidate Kari Lake’s 2022 election lawsuit, roughly 81% of the 1,311,734 Maricopa County 2022 election voters voted by mail and had their ballot sent to Runbeck for signature verification. Investigators then found massive discrepancies in ballot chain of custody documentation and tens of thousands of ballots that seemingly came out of nowhere!

Also in 2020, Runbeck was suspected of sending pallets of fake ballots to Georgia.

Now, Hamadeh says he’s received “credible reports indicating that boxes of printed blank ballots from several western states were improperly mixed in a warehouse with returned voted mail ballots that were in the process of being prepared for tabulation” during the 2024 vote counting process.

This could help explain Kari Lake’s 2024 Senate election loss to Soros-backed and cartel-tied Ruben Gallego by 80,000 votes. This made no sense as Trump-aligned and Kari Lake-backed Republican candidates dominated across Arizona in every statewide race except for the Senate.

Republicans also dominated in corrupt Maricopa County, where Runbeck is headquartered, but Lake allegedly lost that County. In the countywide race for Maricopa County Recorder, Lake-Endorsed Republican Justin Heap won by over 80,000 votes. Likewise, President Trump took a 70,000-vote lead in Maricopa. But we’re being asked to believe that Kari Lake lost by over 100,000 votes in the same county.

“This alarming situation raises serious questions about the security and integrity of the election process in Maricopa County and potentially beyond,” Hamadeh said. “We have known for years that our election processes in Arizona are flawed and ripe with opportunities for nefarious forces. There appears to be a clear pattern and practice of security breakdowns, system failures, and outright manipulation that must be investigated and remedied.”

Hamadeh is asking the Attorney General to examine how and why these blank ballots were mixed with voted ballots and what impact this had on the 2024 election, namely in Maricopa County.

Previously, in an exclusive interview with The Gateway Pundit, Hamadeh signaled that the FBI was looking into the fraud in Arizona.

Trump admin orders Colorado to turn over ‘all records’ from 2024 federal election

The US Department of Justice has ordered Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold to hand over “all records” related to the 2024 federal elections.

In a letter to Griswold, the DOJ stated, “We recently received a complaint alleging noncompliance by your office” concerning the National Voter Registration Act, and that “all records” related to election were needed to evaluate the complaint. The DOJ also requested “All statutes, regulations, written guidance, internal policies, or database user ‘manuals that set out the procedures Colorado has put in place” to retain records related to elections.

Matt Crane, executive director of the Colorado County Clerks Association, said in response to the order, “Well, it’s certainly an unusual request. I don’t remember any request from the federal government this expansive coming in,” according to Denver 7.

Crane claimed that the order from the DOJ was too broad, “It could be anything from voter registration information, voter turnout information. It could be information from the voting system access and activity logs… It could be the actual ballots themselves.”

Under Colorado law, election records must be kept for 25 months—longer than the 22 months required under federal law, but Crane said that window has long closed, the outlet reported.

“Most, if not all, counties have destroyed all of those records now from the 2020 election,” Crane continued.

Crane added that counties are still in the process of retaining records from the 2024 election and that most relevant data resides at the county level. “The Secretary of State will have some of the data… but most of this data is in each of the 64 counties who actually run the elections.”

It’s still unclear why the Department of Justice is seeking the records. Two DOJ spokespeople declined to comment when asked by Denver7.
