The WHO is working on a global vaccine passport system

The World Health Organization will meet with member states and reps from vaccine certification credentials groups to discuss a global vaccine certification system.

Over the last two years, vaccine passports have become compulsory for international travel in some countries.

However, different regions and countries have different standards when it comes to proof of vaccination, meaning a passport that is verifiable in one country might not be verifiable in the other.

The World Health Organization wants to get involved in pulling it all together under a global system.

The WHO says it wants to create a “trust framework,” which will allow the verification of a vaccine passport anywhere in the world, co-founder of the Vaccination Credential Institute (VCI) Brain Anderson told POLITICO.

VCI is the group behind SMART Health Cards, which have been widely adopted in the US, and have become the de facto vaccine credentials standard.

‘Utmost seriousness:’ UK police probe death of Russian oil tycoon, Mikhail Watford

A Russian tycoon has been found hanged in his garage at home on one of Britain’s most exclusive estates.

The body of Mikhail Watford was found by a gardener on the Wentworth Estate in Virginia Water, located in the English county of Surrey. He was discovered on Monday.

The father of three, 66, made his fortune from oil refineries in Ukraine then set up a property firm after moving to Britain, The Sun reports.

Police are probing the death with the “utmost seriousness” amid fears he could have been on a hit list. Moscow has been linked to a number of exile deaths in Britain.

A family friend said: “His state of mind might have been affected by the situation in the Ukraine,

“The timing of his death and the invasion of Ukraine was surely not coincidental.”

Another associate said: “His death raises questions. After all the other suspicious deaths of Russian nationals and associates in the UK, it is only natural there will be speculation about his death.” Mr Watford changed his name from Tolstosheya after moving here in the 2000s.

He lived with Estonian wife Jane, their two children and an older son from his first marriage, in a $33 million mansion on the Wentworth Estate.

Joe Biden Seeks $10 Billion More from Congress for Ukraine After Spending $1.4 Billion

President Joe Biden wants Congress to send him $10 billion to help Ukraine fight Russia, according to a letter from his administration seen Thursday.

“[W]e are requesting $10 billion to deliver additional humanitarian, security, and economic assistance in Ukraine and the neighboring region in the coming days and weeks,” Biden’s acting budget director Shalanda Young wrote in a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Young said the money would be used for humanitarian assistance and additional defense equipment to help them defend against Russia’s invasion. It would also help fund Biden’s decision to send American forces to surrounding countries.

She indicated the White House wanted to see the spending package passed by March 11th but said more would be needed in the future.

“Given the rapidly evolving situation in Ukraine, I anticipate that additional needs may arise over time,” she wrote.

Just Released Documents by Pfizer Show BioNTech Paid FDA $2,875,842.00 “Drug User Fee” for COVID-19 Vaccine Approval

As the news cycle continues to focus on the Ukraine situation, the FDA complied with a court order to begin releasing 55,000 pages of Pfizer data per month that was used to authorize their COVID-19 vaccine produced with BioNTech, with the first batch quietly released yesterday, March 1st.

There are 150 documents that the public can now download here.

One of the documents released was the “Prescription Drug User Fee Payment” that BioNTech paid to the FDA on 4/20/2021 for the “COMIRNATY COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine” which the FDA subsequently approved in August of 2021.

That “Prescription Drug User Fee Payment” was $2,875,842.00. (Source.)

Another interesting document I found was the “EXTERNAL DATA MONITORING COMMITTEE” found here.

Here is the stated purpose of this “External Data Monitoring Committee”:

This External Data Monitoring Committee (E-DMC) (hereafter referred to as “the committee”) is a single, external,  independent, expert advisory group established to oversee safety and efficacy data from the BNT162 Vaccine Program. The  primary rationale for establishing the committee is to make certain that appropriate external safeguards are in place to help ensure the safety of subjects and to maintain scientific rigor and study integrity while the trial is on-going.

The committee will review accumulating safety data across all studies, as well as efficacy data in the Phase 2/3 portion of the C4591001 study. The committee will advise Pfizer regarding the safety of current participants and those yet to be recruited, as well as the continuing scientific validity of the trial. In addition to safety review by the committee, qualified Pfizer personnel will review safety data as specified in the safety surveillance review plan and will inform the committee of  significant findings. Efficacy data from the C4591001 study will be available to the committee when there is a planned  interim analysis of efficacy or if this is considered necessary to conduct a risk-benefit assessment.

And to make sure that this Committee is doing their job properly to ensure “the safety of subjects and to maintain scientific rigor,” who at the FDA is responsible to make sure this happens?

Well, that would be no one. Pfizer is the one who was responsible, and BioNTech funded it.

“Pfizer is responsible for conducting this study. BioNTech is the regulatory sponsor of this study.”

The committee members are to be free from “conflicts of interest.”

The committee members will complete a CT22-GSOP-RF01 Independent Oversight Committee Member Conflict of Interest Form. Committee members should be free of apparent significant conflicts of interest. Any potential conflict of interest that develops during a member’s tenure on the committee must be disclosed by the committee member.

And who at the FDA is responsible for assuring that this committee who is overseeing “safety and efficacy data” is free from conflicts of interest?

Well, that would be no one. Again, Pfizer is responsible for that.

“Pfizer will determine if any potential conflict requires termination of committee membership.”

The question that then begs to be answered here is, what role did the FDA play, if any, in the “external” monitoring of the data to ensure integrity and safety of a new vaccine about to be injected into hundreds of millions people in the U.S.?

The State Took Their Children For 467 Days After An Alleged Slight. Now The Family Is Suing.

A family is suing the state of Illinois, a child welfare investigator contracted by the state, and others, alleging their three children were taken away for more than a year over the investigator’s hurt feelings.

The Center Square reported that Jacob and Patricia Krueger’s three children were taken into custody by the Department of Children and Family Services (DFCS) in 2019 after their child was supposed to be discharged from a hospital for a complex medical issue. Aaron Rapier, the attorney representing the family, told the Center Square that Dr. Channing Petrak, the contractor for DCFS, was at the hospital and prepared to discharge the child following a year-and-a-half long investigation, but reneged after she was slighted by Jacob Krueger.

“While [Petrak] went into the meeting intending to discharge this child home to the family, which means of course that she didn’t suspect any abuse or neglect at that time, she did a complete 180 after she was embarrassed in front of a colleague,” Rapier told the outlet.

The three Krueger children are referred to as AA, BB, and CC, in the lawsuit, which was filed on January 20 in the Peoria Division of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. The oldest of the Krueger children was three when they were taken from their family for more than a year, and the youngest was just three days old.

The Center Square reported that the middle child, referred to in court documents as BB, was being treated for a complex medical issue and about to be discharged when the nightmare began.

“Petrak was not BB’s doctor,” the lawsuit says. “Jacob told Defendant/Petrak he did not want her involved in BB’s care, treatment, or discharge planning. Defendant/Petrak was offended and embarrassed by Jacob’s statements. She left the room, as requested, but Defendant/Petrak was not done with the Krueger family.”

The lawsuit alleges that Petrak contacted the others named in the lawsuit and told them her investigative finding was that the child was medically abused.

Rapier, the family’s attorney, said that the family had previously endured a 17-month long investigation that had found no medical neglect of the middle child being treated, but because Petrak changed her finding at the last minute, according to the lawsuit, all three children were taken from the Krueger’s for 467 days.
