The US Is Unprepared for the Next War

Earlier this year, speaking at a press conference in Qatar, President Donald Trump categorically declared that “nobody can beat us.” He continued, “We have the strongest military in the world, by far. Not China, not Russia, not anybody!”

We do have a strong military, but we are woefully unprepared to fight a modern war. That’s because, despite all of the major technological advances in warfighting in recent years, manpower is still absolutely critical, and understanding how those boots on the ground interact with emerging drone warfare is still in its infancy in the U.S. military.

Ground warfare has evolved over the past three and a half years since Russia invaded Ukraine. I’ve spent considerable time studying this conflict from strategic, operational and tactical angles, and I’ve conducted multiple interviews with combatants on both the Russian and Ukrainian sides. The picture that emerges explains not only why Russia’s progress is slow and Ukraine is gradually losing ground, but also why the U.S. would face serious challenges if forced into a similar fight today.

Some have argued that Russia has failed to completely conquer Ukraine because Russian generals and soldiers are of poor quality. That conclusion ignores the genuinely game-changing nature of drones on the conduct of land warfare.

There isn’t one category or type of drone that is game-changing by itself, but rather the categories of drones and the ways they can be employed in concert with other drones and legacy platforms and soldiers. There are primarily four main classes of drones: first-person view (FPV) drones that fly explosive charges directly into vehicles or soldiers, bomber drones that fly over a target and release bombs, missile-carrying drones, and reconnaissance drones.

Despite endless talk about game-changing weapons, only the widespread deployment of drones has truly altered the nature of this war. Armored vehicles remain essential for transporting infantry to the front, but they can’t move in large numbers without suffering catastrophic losses. Traditional armored charges – such as the type I participated in during Desert Storm’s Battle of 73 Easting – are deadly in today’s battlefield conditions. Russia has increasingly turned to motorcycles to improve frontline mobility – not because they offer protection, but because their speed and maneuverability improve their chances of defeating drone attacks. No armored vehicle can dodge an FPV or fiber optic-guided drone, but a motorcycle might.

World’s Largest Sovereign Wealth Fund Divests From Caterpillar Over IDF Rights Abuses

In the latest demonstration of growing Western opposition to Israel’s devastating campaign in Gaza, the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund on Monday announced it is divesting from Caterpillar, over concerns that the Israel Defense Forces are using Caterpillar bulldozers to violate human rights. Norway’s $2 trillion wealth fund — which springs from the country’s oil wealth — held a 1.17% stake in the Texas-headquartered company, valued at $2.1 billion as of June 30.

While Caterpillar’s products are classified as “construction” equipment, the IDF regularly uses massive, armored Caterpillar D-9 bulldozers to destroy homes and other civilian infrastructure — not only in Gaza, but the occupied West Bank as well.

Sovereign wealth funds are rare among the world’s democracies. In Norway, divestment decisions are largely driven by the recommendations of an independent ethics council established by the Finance Ministry. After evaluating Caterpillar, the Council on Ethics reported:

“There is an unacceptable risk that Caterpillar is contributing to serious violation of the rights of individuals in situations of war or conflict… Bulldozers manufactured by Caterpillar are being used by Israeli authorities in the widespread unlawful destruction of Palestinian property...There is no doubt that Caterpillar’s products are being used to commit extensive and systematic violations of international humanitarian law. The company has also not implemented any measures to prevent such use.”

Worse than Antifa: Inside the new breed of ultra-extremist groups dedicated to chaos, violence — and even alleged murder

Scram-tifa?

The far-left radical movement known as Antifa has been getting its own taste of cancel culture.

Just look at what happened on Aug. 19 in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights neighborhood. Masked, fist-clenched agitators belonging to the anarchist collective turned up to sow chaos — but locals banded together to confront the troublemakers, telling them to get lost.

Video captures members Antifa being told to “scram!” after they showed up in a Brooklyn neighborhood to sow chaos.

It was the 34th anniversary of the Crown Heights race riots and, instead of summoning a revival of 2020’s racial unrest, the Antifas slinked away as a crowd encircling them chanted, “F–k Antifa!”

Experts who track domestic terrorism and extremist movements aren’t surprised: Once the face of a grassroots leftwing insurgency, Antifa has lost its spark.

But experts warn that could be a dangerous thing — as the vacuum has given way to even more fringe and violent offshoots that are coalescing in the Marxist ether. And we’re only beginning to see the deadly fallout.

Last month, Benjamin Song, a member of the Antifa militant groups Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club and the Socialist Rifle Association, led a group of 10 radicals — eight of whom were found living in a reportedly squalid transgender commune — in an armed ambush at an ICE detention center in Alvarado, Texas. The shooting left one officer injured.

DNI Tulsi Gabbard Uncovers “Burn Bags” of Documents Tied to 2020 Election Corruption – Hidden from American Public

President Donald Trump announced that current Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has uncovered bags of hidden documents related to corruption in the 2020 election.

Trump, speaking in front of his administration as they continue a historic federal crime crackdown in Washington, D.C., and push for peace negotiations in the Russia-Ukraine war, directly addressed the bombshell findings.

According to a statement by President Trump, these files contain “massive” evidence of wrongdoing and will soon be made public.

President Trump:
“And you’ve also found many bags of information. I think they call them burn bags. They’re supposed to be burned, and they didn’t get burned, having to do with how corrupt the 2020 election was. And when will that all come out?”

Tulsi Gabbard, serving as Director of National Intelligence, confirmed the shocking find:

Tulsi Gabbard:
“Mr. President, I will be the first to brief you once we have that information collected. But you’re right, we are finding documents literally tucked away in the back of safes in random offices in these bags and in other areas, which again speaks to the intent of those who are trying to hide the truth from the American people and trying to cover up the politicization that was led by people like John Brennan and James Clapper and others that have caused really immeasurable harm to the American people and to our country.”

Sudden Deaths, Incapacitations Soar Among COVID-Jabbed Airline Pilots

“Something happened in 2021” that has jeopardized air travel safety, according to a disturbing report by Dr. Kevin Stillwagon, a retired airline pilot and immunology expert.

Mounting evidence points to the COVID-19 vaccinations that airlines, acting under pressure from the U.S. government, mandated or otherwise coerced their cockpit, cabin, and ground crews into taking.

Since 2021, there has been a marked increase in deaths of “younger” airline pilots while long-term disabilities for pilots have skyrocketed. All of this has been accompanied by an astronomical increase of near-miss incidents at the nation’s airports.

“Incapacitations of pilots are definitely increasing, especially in younger pilots,” Stillwagon said in a video discussion with Nicolas Hulscher, an epidemiologist and administrator at the McCullough Foundation.

“There was a 40% increase in pilots dying early – before mandatory retirement age of 65 – in 2021,” Stillwagon said.

“Starting in 2021, pilot long-term disabilities have tripled,” he noted. “Prior to 2021, there was only one near-miss at the Washington National Airport (DCA).  But after 2021, there were 28 near-misses per year.”

Cannon Fodder: How Democrats Sacrificed Black Prosecutors in their Lawfare Campaign Against Donald Trump

“Cannon fodder” is a term used to describe combatants thought to be expendable. Those who send “cannon fodder” into battle have little regard for their well-being. A high casualty rate they see as the price to pay for accomplishing some strategic goal, in the case in question, the removal of Donald Trump from the battlefield.

The question needs to be asked, why did Democrat strategists push Black officials into the forefront of their lawfare campaign against Donald Trump? With the exception of Special Counsel Jack Smith, nearly every high-profile prosecution was spearheaded by Black attorneys, judges, and committee chairs like Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis, Tanya Chutkan, and Bennie Thompson. They became the public face of the campaign to “get Trump,” even as they bore the personal and professional risks of failure.

Make no mistake, Democrats intentionally used Black prosecutors because of their race. On the most basic level, Black prosecutors would have a stronger pull over Black jurors and White liberal jurors as well.

More critically, if these cases were criticized, party leaders could circle back with their common anti-Trump narrative and claim that the pushback was due to racism. The media would relish this narrative. As the election approached, this tactic would strengthen the bond between the Black community and the Democrats even if the cases against Trump should fail.

From a strategic perspective, Democrat party leaders believed the Trump prosecutions offered multiple advantages. Each indictment created headlines, keeping Trump’s alleged misconduct front and center while burying his policy arguments. They thought the prosecutions reinforced their portrayal of Trump as lawless, a framing that reenforced Joe Biden’s messaging about Trump being unfit for office and “a threat to democracy.”

That said, each prosecution was something of a trial ballon, floating novel legal theories on insurance fraud, campaign finance violations, racketeering, and federal obstruction. Democrats had to know how flimsy were their cases, and how vulnerable the prosecutors. They just did not seem to care.

Enter James, Bragg, Willis, Chutkan, and Thompson. These Black figures were thrust into the spotlight not merely as lawyers or investigators, but as political symbols. Democratic leaders surely understood the likely outcome, that these individuals would be intensely scrutinized, harassed, and possibly discredited if the prosecutions faltered. But from the perspective of the party’s political calculus, these Black figures were acceptable casualties.

Walmart Tech VP took $30K daily kickbacks to boot Americans and hire H-1B workers…

The H-1B visa system is a scam, plain and simple. What started decades ago as a “temporary work program” to fill supposed gaps in specialized fields has turned into a full-blown racket that sells out American workers and ships our middle class right out the window. And US corporations are gaming the system, replacing qualified Americans with cheaper foreign labor, all while patting themselves on the back for being “innovative” and “diverse.”

This program is so rotten from the inside out, it can’t be fixed with a tweak here or a reform there. It’s corrupted to the core, and at this point, the only real solution might be to scrap the entire thing and start over with a true America First reset that puts American workers first, not multinational profits.

And Charlie Kirk agrees.

And speaking of H-1B scandals, there’s a huge one brewing inside of Walmart.

A very high-ranking Walmart executive was allegedly tossing American tech workers aside while pocketing massive bribes to bring in Indian H-1B workers from shady “visa mills.” And once again, the globalist lie about “filling jobs Americans won’t do” is blown to pieces.

This scandal was never about talent shortages or innovation. It was about greed, lining pockets, cutting costs, and selling out the American workers who built Walmart into what it is today.

HUGE HIRING SCAM EXPOSED!… Job Search Sites Caught Hiding High-Paying Jobs from Skilled American Workers in Order to Hire Foreigners! – But They Got Caught!

Internet sleuths have uncovered a likely illegal scheme where U.S. companies and job search sites are systematically hiding lucrative job openings from qualified, skilled American workers, all to funnel those jobs directly to foreign workers through H-1B and green card Permanent Labor Certification “PERM” loopholes.

The scheme is as dirty as it gets: corporations bury ads in obscure corners of the internet or tiny Sunday print listings, while deliberately keeping those same jobs off their main career sites where real Americans are actually looking.

Why? So they can claim to have “advertised” positions to U.S. citizens while quietly handing them to foreign applicants.

This was discovered by a grassroots group, and that’s why the group of investigators has launched Jobs. Now: Exposing hidden jobs for Americans, a new job board exposing these hidden skilled jobs and PERM jobs, and putting them back in the hands of American workers.

So what is a “Permanent Labor Certification (PERM)” worker?

According to the Department of Labor:

A permanent labor certification issued by the Department of Labor (DOL) allows an employer to hire a foreign worker to work permanently in the United States. In most instances, before the U.S. employer can submit an immigration petition to the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the employer must obtain a certified labor certification application from the DOL’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA). The DOL must certify to the USCIS that there are not sufficient U.S. workers able, willing, qualified, and available to accept the job opportunity in the area of intended employment and that employment of the foreign worker will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of similarly employed U.S. workers.

According to their X account, “The mission of Jobs. Now is to get Americans access to quality jobs in their own country. We think American workers are the greatest workers in the world, and we exist to make sure they get the chance to be considered for every job first!” the group wrote.

Australian ‘Experts’ Propose Tax On Spare Bedrooms To Ease Housing Shortage

In a brainstorm that has leftist central planners around the world salivating, an Australian market analytics firm has proposed that the country start imposing a tax on spare bedrooms. The aim: To ease the country’s housing shortage by incentivizing those who have more housing than they “need” to sell and downsize.

Cotality Australia notes that 61% of the country’s households comprise just one or two people, yet the housing stock is dominated by three- and four-bedroom homes. Cotality says that, to “fix” this discrepancy, “governments could make it more expensive to have more housing than you need, and cheaper to live in smaller housing.”

“It’s perfectly acceptable and desirable for people to have spare bedrooms, [but] you could ask them to pay for it through land tax,” Cotality Australia head of research Eliza Owen told the Sydney Morning Herald. “Or you could incentivize them to move on through the abolition of stamp duty or some combination of both.” The stamp duty is an Australian tax on property transfers that’s paid by buyers. Depending on factors that include location and purpose — for example, whether the buyer is going to live in the home or use it as an investment — it usually falls between 3 and 5% of the property’s value.

Voices on the Australian right are firing back, among them Alexandra Marshall at The Spectator:

“In the interests of ‘saving the economy’…we’ve witnessed the start of open season on private assets as part of the intellectual discussion to provide equity. The government didn’t just run out of other people’s money, it’s run out of other people’s houses.

It’s not the fault of Australians that the government started importing millions of foreigners into the country or that the government turns a blind eye when millions more refuse to leave after their visa has expired…How wildly unfair and sinister it is to turn around to Australians and say, I see you have an extra bedroom in that house you worked your arse off to pay for… Move or we’ll tax you.”

Meanwhile, Australian redistributionists are busy cooking up other means of extracting wealth from homeowners. In a new paper, university professors Peter Siminski and Roger Wilkins assail Australia’s capital gains tax exemption for owner-occupied housing, by which the government foregoes the coercive collection of $50 billion a year. They also urge the imposition of a tax on “imputed rental income” — the value of owning a home and not having to pay rent. In a manifestly Marxist sentence, the academics complain that favorable treatment of owner-occupied housing is “a major driver of inequality, undermining the redistributive role of government.“

Colorado’s Zoning Tyrants Go To War Against A Christian-Owned French Bakery

Acherished French bakery in Jefferson County, Colorado, is facing potential closure because of the county’s harsh enforcement of exclusionary zoning regulations. This situation underscores how overly restrictive regulations create unnecessary hurdles that stifle entrepreneurship, especially when the local economy is struggling.

Lookout Mountain, Colorado, is celebrated for its breathtaking views, luxurious homes, and as the final resting place of Buffalo Bill. Just 12 miles from downtown Denver, it has become a must-visit destination for hikers, mountain bikers, and tourists from all over the globe.

This charming mountain community has long grappled with one significant drawback: the lack of a quality café. For many years, residents and visitors have had to travel to the nearby city of Golden for a decent cup of coffee or tasty pastries. So both locals and tourists were thrilled when a French bakery, Et Voilà!, opened less than half a mile from Buffalo Bill’s Museum and Grave.

Et Voilà! — meaning “Here you go” in French — is run by a passionate trio of French immigrants: husband-and-wife team Eric and Rachel Dufour, along with Rachel’s sister, Ruth. After leaving a successful career as an economist, Ruth pursued her passion for baking at renowned chef Olivier Bajard’s pastry school. The Dufours want to share their love for authentic French cuisine with the Lookout Mountain community, creating a welcoming space for locals and visitors. They also count on the bakery’s financial success to support their nonprofit, Serving Alongside Ministry (SAM), which provides counseling services for Christian organizations and leaders globally.

To turn their dream into reality, the Dufours sold their home and put the proceeds into starting a bakery business. They rent an old storage building on Lookout Mountain Road and spent almost a year transforming it into a clean and inviting space.

With American and French flags at the entrance, the bakery feels like a community hub. One side features cozy café seating, while the other has a long picnic table for gatherings. The walls showcase vibrant posters of famous Paris landmarks, and shelves with board games invite customers to relax and connect.

Like many immigrant entrepreneurs, the Dufours work tirelessly. Their bakery is open six days a week, with Ruth starting her baking at 1 a.m. every day. Eric and Rachel typically work on their nonprofit from 4 to 6 a.m. before joining Ruth to prepare for the bakery’s 7 a.m. opening.

The Dufours recognized from the beginning that living within walking distance of the bakery is crucial for the success of their business adventure. Winters in Lookout Mountain are long and harsh, and frequent snowstorms can easily dump several feet of snow and block the road. Operating their business during these long winters would be nearly impossible if they lived further away.

The Dufours found a strategic temporary solution, ordering two custom-made trailer coaches from Canada and placing them behind their bakery shop. These trailer coaches serve as their living space, home office, and Ruth’s test kitchen. The solar panels attached to the trailer coaches even became the emergency energy source to keep the bakery running during a recent power outage. Always respectful of the surroundings, the Dufours ensured the trailer coaches’ exterior and design matched the bakery’s, while tastefully blending in with the natural environment.

The Dufours plan to live in the trailers for the first two years while saving to buy a home nearby. While the plan is ambitious — given that the median house price in the neighborhood is around $1.4 million — the Dufours are driven by the promise of the American dream. Importantly, they communicated their plan to their realtors and landlord before signing the lease and received unanimous support.

Unfortunately, an anonymous zoning complaint in September last year claimed that the area where the Dufours’ trailers are located is not zoned for residential use. As a result, Jefferson County’s zoning inspectors have ordered the Dufours to remove the trailer coaches.
