Dear Black People: Obamas, Biden and Liberal Media are Gaslighting You

The phrase, “who are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes” should be the theme of the last two days of media and democrats faux outrage and concern for black people versus what we know we saw for months on end during last summer’s BLM protests all across the USA. I live in a city that saw police being ordered to stand down as they stood and watched their police cars overturned and burned, buildings destroyed with barely any pushback.

The media coddled the violence and rioting for an entire summer where innocent people were not even allowed to enjoy a meal at an outside restaurant without being tormented by BLM protestors. In one instance instead of the media and the democrats clamping down on what was clearly an out of control situation when protestors pushed towards the White House over the summer, they all laughed and mocked Trump saying he was a coward hiding in fear in the White House bunker.

Yet there were no leaked pictures of Trump hiding in a bunker to confirm this childish rhetoric, but we all saw how Congress and Senate coward in fear on Tuesday. However, instead of it being a joke and liberal media mocking them for running and hiding, their headlines took on a more ominous tone.

The Skokie Case: How I Came To Represent The Free Speech Rights Of Nazis

The First Amendment principles that apply to prior restraints are straightforward. While any effort to censor by punishing a speaker after the fact is likely to violate the First Amendment, preventing the speech ahead of time is even more likely to violate the Constitution, even where the anticipated speech is profoundly offensive and hateful. Central to the ACLU’s mission is the understanding that if the government can prevent lawful speech because it is offensive and hateful, then it can prevent any speech that it dislikes. In other words, the power to censor Nazis includes the power to censor protesters of all stripes and to prevent the press from publishing embarrassing facts and criticism that government officials label as “fake news.” Ironically, Skokie’s efforts to enjoin the Nazi demonstration replicated the efforts of Southern segregationist communities to enjoin civil rights marches led by Martin Luther King during the 1960s.

Governor Noem issues executive order against legalizing marijuana

Governor Kristi Noem issued an executive order Friday, January 8, against Amendment A, which would legalize recreational marijuana in the state of South Dakota. This move officially backs South Dakota Highway Patrol Superintendent Col. Rick Miller and Pennington County Sheriff Kevin Thom, who originally filed the lawsuit.

Noem says she will be directing the suit challenging the amendment and has the authority to do so. She claims the process used to put it on the ballot violates the state constitution. A motions hearing is scheduled for January 27th.

With authorities tracking down the Trump supporters who barged into the US Capitol, teenagers have eagerly turned in their own family members who took part in the riot, and the media has encouraged the Stasi-style snitching.

Days after President Donald Trump’s supporters forced their way into the US Capitol and ran riot throughout the building, police and prosecutors are working to identify and track down members of the mob. DC police have already arrested at least 80 people, and Washington DC Attorney General Karl Racine told ABC News on Friday that his office would scour the internet for leads and ask the public to send in tips.

Chief Says Cop Wrote ‘F**king Pig’ on His Own Coffee, Sparking Nat’l Outrage — ‘As a Joke’

Another story of another cop getting insulted by a store employee created yet another internet outrage. This time, however, it is a little different, as it appears the police manufactured the entire ordeal — and were caught. A police department’s Facebook post went viral last year with Herington Police Chief Brian Hornaday’s rant about one of his officers receiving a coffee with “f**king pig” inscribed on it. That expletive is now the subject of embarrassment and controversy for the department who is attempting to write it off as a joke.

Before continuing with the rest of the story it is important to point out that had anyone else besides a member of the protected class like police officers gotten a “f**k you” written on their cup, we would not have heard about it at all. Only when it allegedly happens to cops does the nation collectively lose its mind.

Extreme BLM activist identified in mob that stormed Capitol detained by DC police

According to KUTV, John Sullivan is the founder of the civil rights group Insurgence USA and does not align politically with President Donald Trump, but has been in D.C. this week for several planned protests including Wednesday’s rally at the Capitol.

Sullivan told KUTV he was able to get inside the Capitol through a broken window.ADs

“Protesters weren’t really, like, trying to burn anything down, they weren’t really trying to break anything, their main motive was to make it into the chambers,” Sullivan told KUTV.

In that process, one woman was shot and killed, and Sullivan claimed he was standing right next to her when it happened.

“I remember looking into her eyes and seeing the lifelessness and understanding that she was dead,” he said.ADs

Sullivan claims he was inside the Capitol to document the chaos.

The woman who was shot and killed inside the Capitol during the protests, has been identified as Ashli Babbit, a 14-year veteran, who served four tours with the US Air Force.

A police affidavit confirmed Sullivan is part of the Insurgence USA group which planned to “kick these fascists out of DC” on January 6th.

ACLU Counsel Warns of ‘Unchecked Power’ of Twitter, Facebook After Trump Suspension

Alegislative counsel member of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) warned Friday that the suspension of President Donald Trump‘s social media accounts wielded “unchecked power,” by Twitter and Facebook.

Kate Ruane, a senior legislative counsel at the ACLU said in a statement that the decision to suspend Trump from social media could set a precedent for big tech companies to silence less privileged voices.
