FBI strategy memo on election violence raises questions about double standard between J6, BLM riots

When the FBI prepared on the eve of the 2020 presidential election for possible violence in case of a disputed election, it made no distinction between left and right-wing groups when it recommended prosecutions to deter illegal activity. 

Yet, months later, there was a disparity in how the FBI, the Justice Department, and local prosecutors were treating illegal activity during the breach of the U.S. Capitol Building on Jan. 6, 2021, compared to the summer of 2020 Black Lives Matter protests.  

An FBI memo reported on by Just the News earlier this week shows the bureau’s Boston office led a tabletop exercise and culled open-source intelligence on the potential for violence from both left-leaning anarchists to right-leaning extremists. It recommended relying on undercover informants and aggressive prosecutions for minor crimes to keep tabs on potentially violent groups and deter them.

The document raises new questions for congressional investigators about why the bureau failed to heed its own warnings ahead of the Capitol riot and whether it provides further evidence there was a double standard in federal prosecutions. 

News outlets have reported for years on the fact that a vast majority of cases against protesters who broke the law during the fiery and violent summer of 2020 were dropped, especially by localities. A 2021 analysis from The Guardian found that this happened in about 90% of cases across a dozen U.S. jurisdictions that experienced protests. 

In Houston, one of the epicenters of protests in Texas, about 93% of all charges brought were dropped, The Guardian reported. This is despite the fact that the demonstrators blocked a federal highway, threw objects at police officers, and damaged buildings. Eight officers were also injured. In Philadelphia, where protesters smashed windows, looted stores, and set fire to police cars, at least 95% of the arrests resulted in no prosecutions or dropped charges.

Many of these cases were handled by local prosecutors. In the more than 300 federal cases brought against those involved in the protests, fewer than half pleaded guilty or were convicted at trial, the Associated Press found.  

Conversely, more than 1,500 individuals were arrested in connection with the Capitol riot, resulting in 1,270 total convictions–making that outcome about 80% of the cases–on the eve of President Donald Trump’s sweeping pardon last year. That comes out to about 86%.

Federal prosecutors also used a controversial statute that allowed them to prosecute some of those who were charged with obstructing an official proceeding for interrupting the Jan. 6 congressional certification of the electoral college vote. The statute was also used in some of the charges levied against President Trump by Special Counsel Jack Smith in his case arguing Trump was directly responsible for the violence that day. 

That interpretation of the statute, which Republicans often pointed to as evidence of the double standard of aggressive prosecutions, was eventually struck down by the Supreme Court in June 2024. The high court ruled that the law only applied when a defendant prevented the use of “records, documents, objects, or other things used in an official proceeding.”

Report: CCP Official Tied to 26 Babies in CA Surrogacy Scam Wanted One of His Offspring to Eventually Become U.S. President

A senior Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official who was allegedly involved in a massive surrogacy scam in California had an obsession with one of his children eventually becoming president of the United States, according to a new report.

Guojun Xuan and his partner Silvia Zhang allegedly took advantage of California’s wild west surrogacy industry to have at least 26 children via surrogates using Xuan’s sperm and an anonymous egg donor, The New Yorker detailed. The pair amassed more than two dozen children by creating their own agency, called Mark Surrogacy, which was located at their multimillion dollar home in Arcadia (seen above.)

Employees who worked at the couple’s home said Xuan was a “rich man who wants a lot of kids” by any means necessary, according to the New Yorker. 

Other employees claimed Xuan was obsessed with having as many children as possible in the hopes that one would eventually become president of the United States, per the report. 

“Several of the children were named after prominent US politicians and foreign leaders — which Song suggested was out of jealousy, since Xuan isn’t a ‘natural-born’ American and cannot run for president,” the New York Post detailed. Song had been an aide to the couple.

Xuan and Zhang allegedly posed as an unmarried couple who wanted to give their daughter a sibling — a claim which attracted dozens of women who agreed to be surrogates for the couple. None of the women were aware of the other surrogates when they entered into agreements, according to the report.

Xuan’s alleged surrogacy scam was revealed after a two-month-old infant under his care was hospitalized with head injuries in May 2025. Officials discovered the more than two dozen other children in his care, ranging from infants to teenagers. The couple is out on bond while a state child abuse investigation is ongoing, according to the report. 

Since the pair was arrested, at least five more of their surrogates have given birth, according to reports cited by The Post. Some surrogate mothers are fighting for custody of the children after discovering the alleged scheme. Xuan and Zhang have filed lawsuits against at least two expecting surrogates who have allegedly cut off contact with the couple since their arrest, per the report.

The New Yorker piece alleges that Xuan’s behavior had become more chaotic in recent months, including actions such as carrying around business cards claiming to be a “Trump Doge Member,” “an Official Trump Cabinet Member,” and a “Trump Advisor,” although he appears to have no ties to the Trump administration.

Massachusetts Dems join Pelosi school of get-rich-quick schemes

A growing number of Democratic lawmakers – including several in Massachusetts – are following the Nancy Pelosi school of get-rich-quick schemes, a sure-fire way of seeing your family wealth skyrocket while serving in Congress.

Ayanna Pressley, Elizabeth Warren, Katherine Clark, Ilhan Omar have all become richer – some astonishingly so – after stepping in the cash-lined halls of the Capitol, whether it’s from their husband’s businesses, their stock portfolios or their book deals.

Far left “Squad” member Pressley’s rise from nearly zero to up to $8 million in net worth, fattened by her and her husband’s four rental properties in Mattapan, Boston, Fort Lauderdale and Martha’s Vineyard, is drawing increasing scrutiny, as she bristles at questions about her newly-acquired wealth. Pressley and hubby Conan Harris sold the half-million-dollar Florida pad for a $67,000 profit in 2024.

“I wish you people would stop reporting fake news,” a heated Pressley, surrounded by a team of security in black SUVs, said in Washington when confronted by a reporter recently. “You don’t know anything about me and my life. I was raised in a single-parent home. Every single thing my family and I have we have earned. And you are reporting fake news. Do your homework.”

Pressley, who makes $174,000 a year and like Warren has railed against tax breaks for the wealthy, also told Fox News “there’s nothing to see here” about her financial rise.

“Sir, I submit a financial disclosure, just like everybody else,” she said.

Squad member Omar and her husband, Tim Mynett, who owns several businesses, had almost nothing when she was first elected, but her net worth reportedly exploded in just a few years to $25 million.

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee is now investigating Omar’s mysterious rise to wealth, which comes amid a federal social services fraud probe in her home district in Minnesota.

“We’re going to get answers, whether it’s through the Ethics Committee or the Oversight Committee, one of the two, “ Oversight chair James Comer (R-Ky.) told the New York Post. “There are a lot of questions as to how her husband accumulated so much wealth over the past two years. It’s not possible. It’s not. I’m a money guy, it’s not possible.”

Warren’s net worth has risen to a reported $10 million from book deals and her Senate salary. Known for her rants against billionaires and standing up for the little guy, she holds mutual funds worth an estimated $1.76 million. The Cambridge Democrat and her husband, Bruce Mann, reported earning more than $912,000 in 2024, according to their tax forms.

Clark and her husband, Rodney Dowell, are worth more than $14 million, making a cool $458,000 in the stock market last year before stopping trading, according to reports.

She was estimated to be worth $6.8 million in 2018, before her rise to Democratic House Whip, which is second in command to the House Minority Leader.

The STOCK Act, signed into law by Barack Obama in April 2012, prohibits members of Congress from using private information given to them because of their positions for personal gain, such as stock trades.

Former House Speaker Pelosi, 85, and her husband Paul have an estimated net worth of more than $278 million, making her one of the richest members of Congress. Her investment moves in the stock market while serving in Congress have added millions to her net worth.

US Customs and Border Protection supervisor arrested, charged with harboring illegal immigrant

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection supervisor was arrested and charged with harboring an illegal immigrant, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas.

CBP supervisor Andres Wilkinson, 52, allegedly had an illegal immigrant woman, with whom he was in a romantic relationship, and her child living with him, the Justice Department said Wednesday. Wilkinson had worked at CBP since 2001 and became a supervisor in 2021.

The woman allegedly initially entered the U.S. on a nonimmigrant visa in August 2023, then overstayed authorized travel. 

Law enforcement learned that an illegal immigrant was residing at Wilkinson’s residence without legal authorization, according to the criminal complaint.

Authorities surveilled Wilkinson’s residence from June through November 2025, and observed the illegal immigrant living there with Wilkinson and her child, according to the charges. She was also observed using vehicles registered to Wilkinson, court documents allege.

Investigators interviewed the woman in February 2026, and she said she had been living with Wilkinson since August 2024, according to the criminal complaint. Wilkinson allegedly provided her with financial support in addition to housing, such as credit cards, help with financial obligations, and access to his vehicle. He also allegedly transported her through U.S. Border Patrol checkpoints. 

Wilkinson allegedly traveled with her to San Antonio. 

If convicted, Wilkinson faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a possible $250,000 maximum fine.

28% of US Voter Verifications Have NO MATCH at Social Security Administration

Since 2004, the Social Security Administration has provided a simple process to help States with verifying voter applications. It’s called the HAVV System. States send in the name, DOB, and last four digits of the voter’s SSN. The SSA then notifies the State if that person is deceased, alive, matches SSA records, or No Match Found!

A whopping 13% of all HAVV verifications processed in 2025 came back as NO MATCH. That’s 318,217 of the 2.37 million submitted. Since 2011, an astounding 28.8% of all HAVV submissions have come back as NO MATCH. For the past 15 years, the federal government (SSA) has been unable to match 28.1 million voter submissions from States, to the information in its comprehensive computer systems. The Feds have every right to know what garbage is being processed at the State level for our Federal elections.

These alarming percentages most certainly are justification for the DOJ to have access to any State’s voter rolls, including the voter’s full SSN. Yet, activist Judges in MI, OR, and CA tossed out the DOJ cases for voter rolls. The HAVV program was created to process new voters who can’t provide a valid Driver’s License during registration.

This amount of “Non Matches” is why passing the SAVE Act, which requires voter ID, is simply imperative.

State Department Hones In On Left-Wing NGOs As Vectors Of Chinese Influence Operations

It appears the Trump administration is finally getting serious about dark money-funded NGOs that are sowing chaos on America’s city streets, with apparent links to foreign influence operations. More alarmingly, these same nonprofits appear to sit at the center of the protest industrial complex and are actively amplified and promoted by prominent members of the Democratic Party. This highly organized and well-funded protest machine has waged an endless decade-long color revolution-style operation of chaos against President Trump.

The New York Post reports the State Department has sent a report to Congress connecting the left-wing nonprofits Code Pink and the People’s Forum to Chinese propaganda influence operations, mostly because of their direct association with China-based Marxist Neville Roy Singham, who operates the so-called “Singham network” of nonprofits.

The Post wrote:

“Partisan hacks spent years peddling the phony Russia collusion hoax while turning a blind eye to the sprawling web of far-left activist organizations who push the agendas of the Chinese Communist Party,” Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy Sarah Rogers said in a statement provided to The Post.

“Organizations like Code Pink and the People’s Forum denigrate the United States, whitewash the violence of Marxist regimes, and run cover for China while enjoying an influx of cash from a donor network with connections to the Chinese Communist Party,” Rogers added.

“The State Department will pursue complete transparency for the donor and NGO networks that lobby for our adversaries and seek to weaken the resolve of the United States.”

And continued:

The report on “Countering Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference” alleges that China “spreads propaganda through influence campaigns run by nonprofit organizations like Code Pink, the People’s Forum and groups linked with the notorious Singham network.”

The so-called “Singham network” are nonprofits funded by tech mogul Neville Roy Singham, whose wife is a co-founder of Code Pink.

Singham, an American expat living in China, “works closely with the Chinese government media machine and is financing its propaganda worldwide,” the New York Times reported in 2023.

“Chinese diplomats, state media, and pro-China influencers use social media, content-sharing agreements, and local partnerships to publish pro-CCP propaganda,” the report continues. “China invests in [public diplomacy], exchanges, reporting tours, and educational and cultural initiatives to boost its image.”

“The Department assesses that China, Iran, and Russia aggressively use state media, proxies, and digital platforms to spread propaganda and falsehoods, undermine U.S. credibility and policies, and expand their influence.”

213 Democrats Vote Against Requiring Voter ID And Proof Of Citizenship To Vote

Nearly every single Democrat voted against legislation that would require documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote and photo ID for voting in federal elections.

The House passed the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) America Act 218-213. Just Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas voted to pass the legislation alongside his Republican colleagues. A similar version, known as the SAVE Act, passed the House last year with the support of four Democrats.

The legislation now heads to the Senate, though it would need 60 votes to reach cloture. Self-described “Republican” Lisa Murkowski has already stated she would oppose the election integrity legislation, while Democrat Chuck Schumer has suggested the legislation is “dead on arrival.”

But as The Federalist’s Matt Kittle reported, Republicans — who control the Senate — could invoke the “talking filibuster,” which would force Democrats to keep talking to stall a vote on the legislation. Legislators would have no opportunity for a break and, as Kittle points out, would have to “explain to the 80 percent of Americans (including a significant number of Democrats) who support citizenship and ID requirements, why they so vehemently oppose basic election integrity.”

Some Republicans, however, don’t want to force a vote on the popular legislation, as Kittle reported — but they should.

Greenland still an ‘urgent issue’ as more than 50 nations head off to Munich Security Conference

Greenland’s strategic significance remains a primary concern for U.S. security policy heading into the Munich Security Conference, according to an expert.

More than 50 heads of state are expected to attend the global security conference held in Germany. Last year’s event featured remarks from Vice President J.D. Vance, who urged Europe to curb migration and criticized some European allies.

Jacob Olidort, chief research officer and director of American Security at the America First Policy Institute, said Greenland remains both an urgent threat and a critical opportunity.

“It’s kind of interesting that Europe doesn’t see the urgency around something in their backyard,” Olidort said Wednesday.

He stressed that security planning for Greenland must focus on missile defense and Arctic territorial defense.

Since returning to the White House in 2025, President Donald Trump has pushed to annex Greenland for more than a year. In January 2026, Trump put the issue at the center of his address to world leaders at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Trump previously said talks about including the 800,000-square-mile Arctic island under his planned “Golden Dome” missile defense system were ongoing.

After meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in Davos, Trump called off threatened tariffs over the issue. Earlier in January, Trump had threatened eight European allies with higher tariffs until Denmark gave up Greenland. However, Trump backed off after reaching what he said was a “framework of a future deal” on Greenland and the rest of the Arctic region.

Trump wants to buy the sparsely populated island, but officials in Denmark and Greenland have said it’s not for sale. Public polling shows Greenlanders overwhelmingly oppose joining America.

As ice melts in the Arctic, more shipping and military ship routes could open in the region, changing the global trade and the defensive relationship between the U.S. and Russia. More mining and drilling exploration could also open up.

Trump maintains that the U.S. acquisition of Greenland is crucial to national security, warning that inaction could allow Russian or Chinese influence. His stated preference remains purchasing Greenland.

Greenland, home to about 57,000 people, depends on Danish subsidies and fishing.

Democrat Rep. Nadler Has to be Woken Up by Staffer During Bondi Hearing – Not the First Time! 

Democrat Rep. Jerrold Nadler (NY) had to be woken up by a staffer on Wednesday morning during a congressional hearing.

US Attorney General Pam Bondi testified at a House Judiciary Committee hearing on the Epstein files, fatal shootings of two anti-ICE agitators and more.

Nadler fell asleep just minutes into Wednesday’s hearing.

A staffer walked over to Nadler and woke him up.

Later on during the hearing, Nadler and Bondi got into a shouting match over Jeffrey Epstein’s co-conspirators.

“How many [co-conspirators] have you indicted?” Nadler asked Bondi.

“Excuse me! I’m going to answer!” Bondi said.

“Answer my question!” Nadler demanded.

“I’m gonna answer the question the way I want to answer the question. Your theatrics are ridiculous,” Bondi said.

“Chairman Jordan, I’m not gonna get into the gutter with these people,” Bondi said.

Bondi and Nadler continued to talk over each other until Chairman Jim Jordan intervened.

UK RELEASES Dangerous Bomb Plot Terrorist From Prison EARLY

The UK continues its slide into absurdity, where convicted terrorists plotting to bomb British targets get early release or even run for office, while citizens daring to post about grooming gangs or question mass migration face prison time.

The latest insanity comes in the case of Zahid Iqbal, one of Britain’s most dangerous terrorists, who is poised for release just weeks from now—a full three years ahead of schedule.

Jailed in 2013 for plotting to bomb an Army base in Luton using instructions from an Al-Qaeda manual titled “How to make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom,” Iqbal admitted to engaging in conduct in preparation for acts of terrorism.

Recordings revealed Iqbal suggesting an IED attached to a remote-controlled toy car to target a TA centre. He also facilitated travel for extremist training abroad. Despite expert advice against it, the parole board has greenlit his freedom under strict conditions, even ignoring warnings from his prison and community offender managers.

Reform UK’s crime adviser Colin Sutton called it a “baffling decision,” noting that Iqbal’s prior early release in 2021 was revoked for non-compliance, and questioning why he’d behave now.

“You know, there’s an expectation we’ve all got. These are the most serious offences that you can commit against our society,” Sutton urged, adding “this wasn’t a guy in his bedroom cooking something up. This was somebody who arranged training. He had links with al-Qaeda. He was a proper terrorist. And he was released early in 2021 and had to be called back in because he wasn’t complying with the conditions.”

This isn’t isolated. As we previously covered, Shahid Butt, convicted in 1999 for conspiring to bomb the British consulate in Yemen, is standing for election as a pro-Gaza independent in Birmingham’s Sparkhill ward. Linked to an armed Islamist group and past violence, Butt urges Muslim youth to “work out at the gym and learn to fight” against “disbelievers.”
