Senator Ron Johnson Says He Obtained Fauci’s COVID-Era iPhone from HHS Ahead of Contempt Vote

The Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations has obtained a copy of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s COVID-era iPhone as it continues its investigation into the federal government’s handling of the pandemic and Fauci’s past lies to Congress. 

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) confirmed a Wall Street Journal report revealing that the Department of Health and Human Services provided a copy of the phone to the committee.

“The Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations has obtained a copy of Dr. Fauci’s phone from HHS,” Johnson, who chairs the subcommittee, wrote on X.

“Hopefully, this device will address many of the questions he refused to answer at last week’s hearing.”

This comes after Fauci’s contentious Senate hearing last week, where he refused to answer any questions and invoked his Fifth Amendment right more than 100 times as Senate Republicans grilled him over the COVID pandemic and his many lies over the years.

After years of spreading COVID and vaccine disinformation, he couldn’t answer for any of it despite having a sweeping preemptive pardon from Biden.

Greer Blasts Democrat State Attorneys General For Choosing Foreign Sweatshops Over American Workers

U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer accused Democratic-led states challenging President Donald Trump’s new tariffs of putting foreign sweatshops ahead of American workers and siding with China against U.S. efforts to eradicate forced labor from global supply chains.

“It’s official: Twenty-five Democrat-run states, spanning from Michigan to California, have made their priorities clear: foreign sweatshops come before protecting hardworking Americans,” Greer said in a statement obtained exclusively by Breitbart News.

The statement is the Trump administration’s most forceful response yet to lawsuits filed by 25 states seeking to overturn tariffs of 10 percent to 12.5 percent imposed last month on goods from more than 80 countries.

The states, led by New York, California and Illinois, filed their complaint Monday in the U.S. Court of International Trade. They argue the administration used forced labor as a pretext for rebuilding the global tariff system invalidated by the Supreme Court in February.

“After losing at the Supreme Court, the administration is once again trying to illegally raise taxes on families and businesses with a new round of tariffs,” New York Attorney General Letitia James said when the lawsuit was filed.

Greer rejected that characterization, saying the states are asking courts to give countries that tolerate forced labor in their supply chains a free pass.

Spanish Leftists’ Push to Replace ‘Right-Wingers and Racists’ With Migrants: Is It Full Speed Ahead?

I called it at the time the most mask-drop moment by a leftist ever. That the radical admission came from the mouth of a petite Spanish woman only added to its shock value.

The tirade of Irene Montero, the political secretary of Spain’s far-left Podemos party (unlike normal conservatives who are smeared with the “far-right” label, these people really are far-left), was so rage-filled that it prompted Elon Musk to say she was advocating genocide. Here’s what Montero said earlier this year:

I want to ask migrant and racialized people that they please don’t leave us alone with so many retrograde right-wingers, and of course we do want them to vote, of course we do, we’ve achieved regularized-status legal papers, status regularization now already, and now we’re going either after full citizenship or after changing the law so that they can vote, of course. I hope for Great Replacement theory, I hope we manage to sweep this country of retrograde right-wingers and racists with migrant people, with working people, of course  I want replacement to take place. Replacement of retrograde right-wingers. Replacement of racists. Replacement of scroungers, and that we manage to do it with the working people of this country, whatever skin color they may present, whether Chinese, black, brown, with all comrades the working people of this country.

It was a political confession at its most revealing. There’s the reference to Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez’s plan to regularize more than 500,000 illegal migrants, with the admission that they’re seen as future leftist voters. There’s the shameless call for replacing naturalized citizens with illegal migrants. There’s the proud declaration that she views her political opponents as not merely wrong, but evil. And then there’s the standing ovation at the end to remind you how effective the left can be at rallying the mob.

It hits even harder in the aftermath of last month’s invasion of the Spanish North African enclave of Ceuta by an estimated 70,000 illegal migrants from Morocco. Want to take a guess how Montero responded to the crisis? Hint: It wasn’t with compassion for the Spaniards in Ceuta.

All Flock cameras taken down in Burnet County

The Burnet County Sheriff’s Office posted that all fixed Flock cameras in the county were taken down as of Monday.

Those cameras were installed by the Heart of Texas Auto Theft Task Force and commonly used to read license plates.

According to the sheriff’s office, two of the cameras were damaged by vandals before the removal effort. One camera was vandalized by someone who cut its mounting brackets and cables. In a separate incident, another camera was struck with a blunt object before its battery and cables were damaged. Criminal cases were opened; however, the task force said there were no known suspects in either case.

The Burnet County Sheriff’s Office tells KXAN they’ve received multiple concerns regarding the cameras.

Jasmine Crockett Said the Quiet Part Out Loud About James Talarico’s Chances

If Democrats were counting on Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) being a team player this cycle, they severely miscalculated. Sure, after she lost the Democrat Senate primary to state Rep. James Talarico (D-Texas) earlier this year, she endorsed him right away, but it’s basically been the cold shoulder ever since.

While Democrats nationwide are convinced Talarico represents their best chance to flip Texas, Crockett just threw cold water on their fantasy when she told a national reporter she has no idea if Talarico can win, and let slip the sign that he probably won’t.

Crockett sat down with NBC News reporter Sahil Kapur while she was in St. Louis, and he asked her a simple question: does she believe Talarico can flip Texas’ U.S. Senate seat this November? Her answer wasn’t the confident, party-line response Democrats wanted.

“I don’t know,” Crockett admitted.

That alone would have been enough to set off alarm bells inside a party desperate to project inevitability in Texas. But Crockett kept going, laying out exactly why she isn’t buying the hype. She said she doesn’t trust the polling that’s been floating around, because Texas polls have a long history of overstating Democrats’ chances right before Election Day. “I watch money,” she told Kapur.

“When I look at the money, if Republicans start spending money in Texas, then I’ll be convinced,” Crockett said. “But right now, national Republicans decided they wanted to dump money into North Carolina, as well as Georgia. That’s where they’re fighting, and national Democrats have not decided to dump money into Texas either.”

She went further, pointing to the two parties’ Senate campaign arms, which typically form joint fundraising partnerships with their endorsed candidates. “I look at: where does the NRSC stand? Where does DSCC stand? Right now, neither one are investing, which tells me that their internals are saying the same thing,” Crockett said. She added that she won’t commit to which races she’ll actually help with until roughly September or October.

Brand-new subpoena: State attorney general probing if Fauci personally profited from COVID

The next interrogation for Anthony Fauci, the ex-chief of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and once Joe Biden’s key COVID-19 pandemic adviser, appears to be lining up.

Last week he appeared before a U.S. Senate committee and, despite having in hand a presidential pardon from Biden, refused to answer questions 111 times, prompting analysts to suggest he by his actions may have publicly repudiated the pardon.

But now James Uthmeier, Florida’s attorney general, who already had announced plans to investigate Fauci for allegedly injuring Florida residents, confirmed a subpoena has been issued for his testimony.

Significantly, Biden’s pardon doesn’t protect Fauci from any state charges that could develop.

He said the subpoena for Fauci was issued under Florida state law and the questions will include what he knew and when he knew it.

That’s because Fauci’s public statements during the pandemic now are known to be in direct conflict with his own beliefs, expressed in a personal diary he kept on government computers and now has been made public.

One key subject that was new to the fight was Uthmeier’s questions about Fauci’s “self-dealing.”

He said there’s evidence Fauci was trying to profit, personally, from the events, through book deals and awards that he sought.

“This is wrong and it could go toward deceptive trade practices, fraud,” Uthmeier said, citing the evidence Fauci himself has revealed.

In emails, for instance, he was asking subordinates to work on applications for awards, including one with a cash compensation of $900,000.

Key is where that money ended up, Uthmeier said.

Uthmeier said a lot of Florida people were hurt and suffered.

“Was he pursuing profit or was he trying to protect the people of Florida?” he wondered. Fauci’s diary statements “scream of fame and fortune.”

If Fauci is found to have been seeking personal fame and fortune, he “could have problems,” Uthmeier said.

Communist New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani abruptly reversed his policy of requiring government ID to purchase food in his government-run supermarkets.

Even funnier is that, although we have it all on video, he’s now pretending that was never his policy. Remember, communists will tell any lie necessary to further the agenda. Communists have no ethics other than doing whatever is necessary to bring about the revolution. So, Mamdani is perfectly comfortable lying, knowing he will have the help of corrupt, far-left media outlets like the Associated Press, who publish lying fact checks, like this one, that brazenly and happily lie on his behalf.

Momma’s boy gangbanger who was driven to NYC shooting by cop mom, ex-con dad plotted hit while in court: DA

Chase Lackard, 20, faced a judge on a 2024 gun rap just 20 minutes before the alleged June 29 drive-by gang shooting – with help from his mom, disgraced Mount Vernon Deputy Police Commissioner Jennifer Lackard, and drug-dealing dad James Lackard, according to prosecutors.

“He’s captured on cameras running into this courthouse,” Bronx Assistant District Attorney Keturah Ladd told the judge. “He had a court date and a court appearance on the third floor of this building.”

Momma’s boy Chase Lackard, a reputed member of the “Slutty Gang,” was ordered held without bail.

Jennifer Lackard, 49, a former member of Bronx Community Board 9, was hired in 2020 to run the suburban department’s Wellness Unit, and was fired from the job after her arrest.

Also named in the Bronx indictment is her drug-dealing ex, James Lackard, who served 10 years in federal prison for peddling heroin in North Carolina — but remains on the lam.

According to sources and news reports, Jennifer Lackard co-founded and ran a North Carolina nonprofit with her ex-con hubby, which was shut down after James Lackard’s conviction.

Jennifer Lackard moved north and joined the Bronx community board and started a new nonprofit in the borough, Re-Entry Link LLC, before she was hired to the newly created position by Mount Vernon Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard.

A Secret Cuban CIA Task Force?

Before I get into this, I just want to say that all of this is coming from anonymous sources. Neither the White House nor the CIA has commented on it, and I can’t independently confirm it. More often than not, anonymously sourced MSM articles on Venezuela and Cuba tend to be false or only have bits of truth sprinkled in, but I felt this topic was worth a mention as we watch the Donald Trump administration work toward a free Cuba. So, take them with a grain of salt. They may or may not be true, but here’s what Politico and the New York Times are reporting this week. 

First up, on Tuesday, Politico reported that the United States has increased its intelligence presence in Cuba in recent months. It claims that it could lead to actions “ranging from a U.S. military operation in Cuba to stepped up efforts to turn Cuban officials or ordinary citizens against the regime.” 

This came from two individuals “familiar with the situation.” Here’s more: 

One of the individuals said the U.S. has recently sent spies and assets to Cuba. The person declined to specify the scope of the increased intelligence collection effort or which U.S. agencies are involved because they didn’t want to risk giving details that could compromise operations. The U.S. has 18 offices and agencies that make up the intelligence community.

The second person described the move as increasing the CIA’s ‘presence’ recently but declined to specify timeframes or who was involved.

Both people were granted anonymity because the topic involves sensitive intelligence.

One person described the move “as a key tactical step that could pave the way for a U.S. military incursion,” but said that nothing is set in stone. The other said that Trump still prefers to work this situation through diplomatically.   

On Wednesday afternoon, the New York Times saw the Politico “increase intelligence presence story” and raised it to a “secret Cuba task force.”    

“The CIA has secretly established a Cuba task force, setting in motion plans for a more concerted campaign to pressure the Cuban government to make the economic, political and leadership changes demanded by President Trump,” the Times reports, according to “people briefed on the action.”

Report: Ukraine IDs North Korean Missile Unit Active in Russian Invasion

A senior Ukrainian intelligence official told Reuters in a report published on Wednesday that Russia had begun deploying a North Korean missile unit to its war theater against Ukraine, apparently exploiting potential vulnerabilities the invaded country has against ballistic missiles.

According to the report, the North Korean hardware is active in Russia’s Voronezh, which borders the occupied Ukrainian region of Luhansk, one of the two Donbas regions strongman Vladimir Putin “annexed” in the early months of the invasion. The official sharing the information, Andrii Cherniak of Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence, said the new missile unit “could be equipped with 120 ballistic missiles and six launchers for strikes against Ukraine.” He estimated that about 90 North Korean troops are in Voronezh and are expected to help operate the newly arrived missile units.

North Korea has been an active belligerent in the Russian invasion of Ukraine since at least late 2024, when Ukrainian intelligence officials first began observing North Korean troops fighting alongside the Russians. That year, Putin visited Pyongyang for the first time in two decades and signed a “mutual defense treaty” with communist dictator Kim Jong-un, which preceded the Kim regime becoming a much more vocal supporter of the Russian invasion on the world stage and ultimately publicly confirming its participation in the war. Kim has claimed, however, that North Korean troops in Russia were there only to clear landmines placed by Ukrainians, contrary to evidence that Pyongyang has played a larger offensive role in the conflict.

Reuters noted that it could not independently verify the Ukrainian intelligence official’s claims or receive any meaningful response from Pyongyang or Moscow. Ukrainian media has documented the use of North Korean missiles against its targets in the past week, however. Cherniak stated that North Korean ballistic missiles, in particular, had been active against Ukraine since at least August 2025. North Korean KN-23 ballistic missiles were allegedly used to bomb civilian residences in Ukraine last week.
