Judge Issues ARREST WARRANT for Perennial Green Party Presidential Candidate Jill Stein After She Pulls a No-Show in Court Over 2024 Cop Assault Charges

A judge issued an arrest warrant Monday for perennial Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein after both Stein and her attorney failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing.

An order filed by St. Louis Judge Karma Johnson states that neither Stein nor her lawyer appeared Monday morning, First Alert 4⁠ reported.

Stein, the Green Party’s recurring presidential standard-bearer, is charged with first-degree trespassing and fourth-degree assault.

Both charges are misdemeanors and arise from an April 27, 2024, anti-Israel protest at Washington University in St. Louis.

Court documents say the demonstration began in Forest Park before moving onto the university’s Danforth Campus. Protesters reportedly entered the area around Olin Library, erected tents and refused repeated orders to leave.

Police delivered a final warning at approximately 7:41 p.m., according to court records.

Rather than disperse, protesters allegedly locked arms and chanted “hold the line” as officers moved forward.

Declassified Files Reveal Eric Swalwell Admitted to Sex with Chinese Spy Fang Fang

Files declassified by President Donald Trump on former Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and the Chinese spy known as Fang Fang reveal that the disgraced ex-congressman admitted to the FBI he had a sexual relationship with her  — and that the bureau attempted at one point to recruit her without her knowledge.

The documents prove that the United States government was aware of the suspicious relationship between Swalwell and Fang since at least 2014, years before Axios broke the story in 2020.

A zip file of documents, labeled “Rusty Thumbs” after the FBI’s codename for Fang, was published on the White House Election Integrity webpage on Monday along with the following synopsis:

The FBI developed evidence that a Chinese woman with direct ties to that country’s intelligence service had potentially compromised a Democratic congressman from California with sex, foreign interns and illicit donations while she was being recruited to become a bureau informant a decade ago, according to bombshell memos that expose another threat to America’s political system from Beijing.

The files chronicling the relationship between Rep. Eric Swalwell and the Chinese national Fang Fang – also known by her English name Christine Fang – were declassified by President Donald Trump and released Monday by the White House Government Transparency Task Force as part of a broader effort to unmask foreign threats to U.S. political and election systems.

According to the explosive FBI files, the bureau had opened a full-scale investigation into Swalwell over the allegations that Fang, a suspected intelligence operative for the Chinese government, had been facilitating campaign contributions for him in exchange for placing interns in his office. At one stage of the operation, the objective was to gather enough evidence to arrest and charge both Swalwell and Fang, who had ties to China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS).

Multiple witnesses described their interactions with Fang to the FBI, including a winery owner who said that Fang told him to “just bring his checkbook” to a campaign event for Swalwell because she would reimburse him, and a wealthy restaurant franchise owner who said that Fang wanted his contribution to Swalwell attributed to her. 

The FBI’s case, codenamed “Freshman Fifteen,” was opened as a “Sensitive Investigative Matter” due to one of its subjects being a sitting member of congress at the time. In June 2014, an FBI memorandum stated that the possible violations included bribery of public officials, conspiracy, excessive campaign contributions, prohibited foreign-national contributions and contributions through conduits. 

In a May 2015 FBI interview, Swalwell said he first met Fang in 2012 when they were seated at the same table at an event celebrating the Chinese-American community. In the interview, he described Fang as a “striking individual,” and admitted that he met her for a drink a couple of weeks later. 

After that drink, he said that their relationship became sexual. 

According to Swalwell, he had “physical relations with Fang on a handful of occasions,” although the relationship did not become romantic. He said their last sexual encounter was in March 2015, just a couple of months before he sat down for that interview. 

While he described the relationship as casual, he stated that he believed that Fang wanted something more romantic. 

“Investigation has revealed that Fang Fang, a Chinese foreign national residing in the United States, is the facilitator of a scheme to trade internships in Congressman Eric Swalwell’s Congressional office in return for campaign contributions,” an FBI memorandum stated. 

The memorandum noted that “in at least two cases,” Fang used middlemen in order to conceal herself as a foreign-national source of political donations. 

When Swalwell was interviewed by the FBI again in March 2016, he brought along legal counsel. He again admitted to once having an ongoing physical relationship with Fang, but reiterated that it never advanced into formal dating. 

The FBI records also stated that Fang was introduced to Swalwell by the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association (APAPA), with Swalwell telling the FBI that anyone Fang recommended for an internship with his office was effectively coming through APAPA. 

One of these referred interns who worked on Swalwell’s campaign was a Chinese national Fang referred to as her sister, though they were not related. 

Another Fang referral, who was a student at University of California, Davis, was given an internship in Swalwell’s office in Washington, DC.

Fang also extended multiple invitations to Swalwell and his family, including his father, to visit China. The Swalwells declined these invitations, with the then-congressman telling the FBI that he did not want to go unless it was an official trip sanctioned by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

Pay The Money Back: Ford cabinet ministers’ riding associations spent $356,000 on meetings, restaurants and events

Five riding associations represented by Ontario Progressive Conservative cabinet ministers spent more than $356,000 over two years on expenses categorized as “meetings hosted,” according to an analysis first reported by the Toronto Star.

The expenses were paid from political donations, which qualify donors for provincial tax credits. Elections Ontario records do not identify who was reimbursed for the meetings or, in many cases, who attended.

The biggest spender was Associate Solicitor General Michael Tibollo’s Vaughan—Woodbridge PC riding association, which reported $47,200 in meeting expenses in both 2024 and 2025, for a two-year total of $94,400. The money went to Venu Event Space for Tibollo’s annual “Chestnut Roast” fundraiser.

Energy Minister Stephen Lecce’s King—Vaughan association came next at $79,647 over two years. Its expenses included nearly $15,000 for Beretta Farms beef at a 2024 community barbecue, $1,850 at Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine and $900 at Eagles Nest Golf Club.

Former tourism minister Stan Cho’s Willowdale association spent $68,646 over two years. In 2024 alone, it reported $54,000 in meeting expenses, including $4,333 in meals at the Niagara Marriott on the Falls, $3,409 at Japanese restaurant and oyster bar Nome Izakaya, $6,970 listed as “Rogers Blue Jays” and $9,708 at Sher-E-Punjab.

Labour Minister David Piccini’s Northumberland—Peterborough South association spent $57,325 over the two years. Expenses previously reported by the Star included sushi-rolling classes and restaurant meals in Toronto and Fort Lauderdale. In 2025, the association also spent $1,533 at BATL Grounds, an axe- and knife-throwing venue.

Solicitor General Michael Kerzner’s York Centre association rounded out the top five with $40,472 over two years. Its 2024 expenses included $17,374 in hospitality catering, plus $831 at Chicken’s Nest Kosher Restaurant and another $5,642 in catering from the restaurant.

The five associations spent $356,312 combined. By comparison, riding associations representing the other 32 cabinet and associate ministers spent a combined $325,720 over the same period. Premier Doug Ford’s Etobicoke North association reported just $2,548 in “meetings hosted” expenses.

The Ontario PC Party said riding association budgets can be used for fundraising, volunteer appreciation, stakeholder outreach and community events. The spending complied with Ontario election financing rules.

What’s Going on in Gwangju, South Korea? Leftist Stronghold Honors Communist Composer Who Defected During War to North Korean Hellhole

Gwangju, South Korea has a long history of voting for left-leaning politicians and is the main hub for the far-left Democratic party of Korea.

For years, Gwangju has built an extensive public culture of commemoration around composer Jeong Yul-seong.

Jeong joined the Chinese Communist Party. He composed the March of the Eighth Route Army, which later became the official military anthem of China’s People’s Liberation Army.

Jeong Yul-seong also composed military music for North Korea and returned to North Korea during the Korean War with the Chinese People’s Volunteers — the Chinese forces fighting South Korea and the United Nations Command.

Despite that history, his legacy in Gwangju has been honored for decades.

His name was placed on a road.

A bust was erected in his honor.

A street exhibition and memorial facilities were created.

His birthplace was restored.

Gwangju pursued a Jeong Yul-seong historical park project costing approximately KRW 4.5 billion, roughly $3.3 million.

Music festivals and other cultural projects were organized around his legacy.

And Korean children were brought into this commemorative system through the Jeong Yul-seong Children’s Song Competition.

The attached footage shows just how far this went.

Korean children perform Jeong’s songs. Chinese-language performances appear on stage. An award is presented in the name of the Confucius Institute at Honam University. Chinese participants praise Jeong’s status in Chinese music history, while an event official speaks about protecting his reputation.

The Confucius Institute’s role went beyond appearing on an award.

The children’s competition was jointly organized with the Confucius Institute at Honam University. Winning Korean elementary-school students were given opportunities to travel to China, where they performed Jeong Yul-seong’s songs, including in Chinese.

Chinese state media also took notice of these activities.

China’s interest is entirely understandable. Jeong Yul-seong occupies an important place in China’s communist revolutionary and military history.

What is extraordinary is the degree to which public institutions in a U.S.-allied South Korea helped transform that same figure into a local cultural icon.

The Chinese government’s interest extended beyond cultural events.

After Jeong’s bust in Gwangju was damaged, the Chinese Consulate General in Gwangju requested its restoration. In 2025, the local district government decided to restore it, reportedly citing diplomatic relations with China among its considerations.

The symbolism is remarkable.

A South Korean local government had erected and maintained a memorial to a figure celebrated for his contribution to Communist China’s military tradition. When the memorial was damaged, representatives of the Chinese government asked that it be restored, and the Korean local government agreed.

California Dem Calls Out ‘Collapse’ of Hollywood on Newsom’s Watch: ‘Industry Beaten Down Watching the Exit of Productions to Other States and Overseas’

As the costs of making movies and TV shows continue to soar, California has found itself last on the list of locations for productions looking to cut costs. But despite this pressure, California’s Attorney General, Rob Bonta, is making it harder for film and TV productions to stay and now he’s even on the verge of chasing Paramount out of the Golden State entirely.

Workers, tens of thousands of them blue-collar, are hardest hit by these political battles. As the industry deteriorates in the state, congresswoman Laura Friedman (D-CA), a former film producer, says employees feel “beaten down,” according to Politico.

Los Angeles County has already lost more than 42,000 film and TV jobs since 2022. Studios, production companies, and filmmakers continue to escape to other states and even other countries to create their entertainment, Politico noted.

Productions have fled the extremely high costs of filming in California and have ended up in Illinois, Louisiana, Georgia, New Mexico, and New York, among a growing list of other U.S. states. Foreign locations are an even greater draw as countries offer huge tax incentives and lower wages, and even fewer union rules in some cases. Countries such as Canada, the UK, Romania, and the Canary Islands have all jumped into the TV and film production game drawing more productions to their shores and away from California.

To combat this massive loss of revenue and jobs, California’s legislature has more than doubled the state’s Film & Television Tax Credit Program to $750 million. But Democrat Gov. Newsom is even working to undermine this credit offer by proposing limitations on the state’s corporate tax credits.

Lily-White MSNOW Guest Calls Black Republican Byron Donalds a ‘Bigot’ and Compares Him to a Drug Dealer 

During a recent broadcast on MSNOW, John Fugelsang, a supposed actor and comedian, was invited on as a guest. When the host began talking about the Florida governor’s race, Fugelsang called black Republican Byron Donalds a ‘bigot’ and then proceeded to compare Donalds to a drug dealer.

There is nothing white liberals hate more than a conservative black person. We have seen countless examples over the years of liberals lashing out at black people who vote for and support Republicans.

It’s ugly, and so is Fugelsang.

CATHERINE RAMPELL: So, speaking of potentially flipping certain offices, as I mentioned in the last segment, the Republican primary to replace Florida governor Ron Desantis has been like, totally nuts. You have the Trump-endorsed candidate, Byron Donalds. You have this bigoted guy, James Fishback. And Donalds, of course, has endured — has embraced the anti- weaponization fear.

FUGELSANG: Hey, let’s be clear. Donalds is a bigot, too. He’s a bigot as well. Come on, now.

RAMPELL: Okay, if you say so. Florida has not actually had a Democratic governor that is elected in over 30 years. Like since I was a child growing up in Florida. And so my question to you is, given this sort of clown car of candidates who are running on the Republican ticket, is this the chance for David Jolly, who’s running as the Democrat, to actually finally turn that governor’s mansion blue?

FUGELSANG: A lot will depend on who the Republicans pick. I think.

RAMPELL: Well, who’s the good one?

FUGELSANG: Who’s the best — as a comedian or as a civic society? It’s hard to say. I mean, Byron Donalds is like the guy you’d buy weed from and then watch him put other men in jail for selling weed, isn’t he? So there’s that.

David Jolly gets to come out there and say, “I’m not a radical. I was a Republican. And then I looked around and saw what was going on. Their entire MO is selling the Democratic party as communist, radical, groomer, transgender lunatic.”

Governments Don’t Like It When We Gather Without Their Permission

There are a number of ways in which Western governments are waging war against their citizens.  The United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and leftists in the United States do not believe in free speech.  These Western governments also spy on their citizens without warrants or probable cause.  They have transformed their court systems into ideologically-partisan dictatorships that impose rulings based upon feelings and “political correctness,” rather than black-letter law and self-restraint.

An offense that often gets overlooked, however, is Western governments’ infringement of citizens’ freedom of association.

Freedom of association is our natural, God-given right to meet with likeminded people, discuss ideas, express ourselves, and promote our mutual interests.  As with freedom of speech, it is fundamental to any notion of liberty.  Respect for freedom of association is the bedrock for religious freedom, freedom of conscience, communal identity, and national self-determination.

Countries are born when people of common ancestry, language, history, and customs choose to work together and defend their way of life.  Towns spring up when likeminded people settle and develop a region together.  Religious congregations grow through common worship.  Schools, skilled trade unions, clubs, sports leagues, and civic organizations of all types are formed when people come together to pursue similar interests and advance shared ideas.

At its heart, freedom of association respects human beings’ natural inclination to cooperate with others to build something together that would not be possible for any one person to build alone.  As a voluntary commitment to pursue a group’s common aims, it is the collective expression of each individual’s personal liberty.

As with all God-given rights and liberties, government power (or State authority) is the greatest threat to freedom of association.  When governments prevent people from discussing ideas, worshiping together, working together, or pursuing common interests, the State is using its monopoly on the lawful use of force to infringe citizens’ inalienable rights.

What we see across the West is the bureaucratic State imposing its political will in defiance of the collective will of citizens.

Perhaps the most glaring problem of the last several decades has been Western governments’ refusal to secure their national borders.  There is no more natural political association than a nation state’s citizenry.  Over centuries and millennia, tribes of similar peoples came together to protect their lands and resources from foreign invasion, while promoting domestic order, safety, and peace.

WSJ Hid Reporter’s Soros-Funded Ties in Kushner Albania Hit Piece

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) published a report this month on the Albanian corruption case entangling Jared Kushner’s resort project that was co-written by an editor at a newsroom funded by George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, a tie the paper did not disclose to readers.

The August 8 report, “The Suspected Gangster Causing Headaches for Kushner’s Albania Deal,” carried the byline of WSJ staff reporter Eliot Brown and Vladimir Karaj. The story detailed prosecutors’ allegations against Artur Shehu, a landowner who sold property to the Kushner-backed development group before Albanian authorities sought his arrest in a cocaine trafficking and money laundering case.

Karaj is an editor at the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network’s (BIRN) Albania office, which runs the outlet Reporter.al. BIRN’s own donor page states that the Open Society Foundation Albania funds the network’s anti-corruption program “through investigative reporting and closer cooperation between journalists and civil society organizations.” Reporter.al is grant-funded by the same Soros foundation.

The prosecutors’ office driving the case, known as SPAK, traces directly to the same donor network. SPAK was created under Albania’s 2016 justice reform, an overhaul the U.S. backed with roughly $270 million in USAID spending routed through organizations tied to Soros over fifteen years.

Andi Dobrushi, the executive director of OSF Albania, described his foundation’s role plainly.

“OSF Albania has been the main funder of the entire reform process,” Dobrushi said.

Six Republican senators, including Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), pressed the State Department in 2017 to examine the relationship between USAID and the Soros foundations in Albania. Judicial Watch later obtained embassy records through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation showing the U.S. mission in Tirana gave the Soros organization input into its own program funding reviews.

Open Society has rejected characterizations linking its work to U.S. government money. The foundation called claims that it receives USAID funding or directs the agency’s spending “manifestly false,” saying it sets its own priorities and uses its own funds.

Kushner’s $1.4 billion Sazan Island project faces daily protests in Tirana. Prime Minister Edi Rama, who has been described as Soros-linked and calls Alex Soros his “brother in Tirana,” has vowed the development will proceed.

‘Antisemitic’ Fla. Congressional candidate Dan Bilzerian receives heavy backlash after posting highly offensive AI ad targeting Rep. Fine

Bipartisan leaders in Washington are uniting to condemn an increasingly bitter Republican primary in Florida’s 6th Congressional District.

The backlash follows social media personality Dan Bilzerian’s release of an AI-generated attack ad against incumbent U.S. Representative Randy Fine, one of just four Jewish Republicans currently serving in the House.

Bilzerian, who is running in the Republican primary in Florida’s 6th Congressional District, has previously expressed immense respect for the Muslim community, praised aspects of Islamic culture and stated that he began reading the Quran out of personal interest — during podcast appearances and interviews.

He has also been an outspoken critic of Israel and a vocal advocate for “Palestinian rights.”

In the most shocking attack ad, Representative Fine (R-Fla.) appears adorned with the Star of David alongside images of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, using artificial intelligence (AI) to sprout devilish horns from Fine’s head while referring to him as a “satanic whore.”

“It is unheard of to share an opponents television commercial. But I want you to watch it. Every second. Celebrating Hitler. Having horns grow out of the heads of Jews. Showing me violently assaulted. And if this appeals to you, I don’t want your vote. We have a choice on Tuesday, to embrace the kind of Nazism that led to the Holocaust or to repudiate this filth and reaffirm American values and character. Let’s send a resounding message on Tuesday,” Fine (R-Fla.) posted on X.

Russia Hypes ‘Nuclear War’ Threat After British Drones Launched By Ukraine For First Time

British-made drones have been used by the Ukrainian armed forces for deep-strike missions against the Russian economy for the first time, a report states, prompting Moscow to make one of its periodic allusions to the threat of nuclear war.

Drones built by two British companies have been successfully used for long-range deep strikes into the Russian hinterland against military and economic targets in recent months, a report in The Sunday Times states, citing both Ukrainian and British government sources. The report states one of the weapons transferred from Britain to Ukraine is the Callen-Lenz / BAE Systems developed ‘Nyan’ drone, which has been used on strikes said to include targets such as “oil refineries in Volgograd, southwest Russia, and Yaroslavl, near Moscow”.

The Nyan cited in the Times report is a compound delta-winged, jet-powered, carbon-fibre drone — also known as a “One-Way Effector (OWE) Uncrewed Air System (UAS)” — designed to do the job of a cruise missile at a fraction of the cost. Crucially for the Ukraine conflict, the design has some ‘stealth’ properties, it has backup navigation systems to find its target in areas where heavy radio jamming means guidance systems like GPS can’t be guaranteed, and it can be mass produced quickly to a price.
