First-cousin marriage linked to terrorist financing, money laundering and people trafficking, experts warn

The storm over first-cousin marriage deepened last night after experts linked it to terrorist financing, money laundering and people trafficking.

Tories called for the marriages to be banned after The Mail on Sunday revealed last month that NHS guidance promotes their ‘benefits’ despite an associated increase in birth defects.

The marriages are also connected to unregulated, untraceable ‘hawala’ financing – a way of transferring money worldwide that depends on family ties and doesn’t leave a paper trace.

To make a transfer using hawala, someone deposits cash in one country with a password.

The same amount can be withdrawn abroad using the password via a trusted middleman in both countries. It does not require physical movement of cash.

The National Crime Agency says risks of money laundering and terror financing under this system are high.

It says Hezbollah has received billions through the system and Isis depends on it.

British funds have reached terrorist cells in Somalia and Syria, adds the crime agency.

Government investigators believe hawala is being used to launder at least £2billion every year in the UK.

Academic Dr Patrick Nash says because cousin marriages are typically made with foreign relatives, they are more likely to import hawala to the UK, as well as needing to transfer money abroad to family.

He says: ‘Labour must act swiftly to ban cousin marriage and hawala or be complicit in terrorist atrocities.’

Since being cut off from financial markets by the US, Iran has become adept at using hawala to transfer British funds to prop up terrorist regimes in the Middle East.

The National Crime Agency has also found that hundreds of millions of pounds a year is being channelled through hawala to smuggle migrants and potential terrorists into Britain.

Documents have been unearthed showing Government ministers, tax authorities and law enforcement officials promoting the hawala network.

In one case they show how families can use hawala to pay people-smugglers to help to cross the Channel.

PROTECT WOMEN: Out-of-Control Trans Activists Vandalize Europe’s Largest Feminist Conference Happening in the UK

Trans individuals want to ‘teach’ women what they are.

In following a new trend, Trans activists vandalized the venue of Europe’s largest feminist conference, taking place in Brighton, in the UK.

Purple paint was sprayed on the façade and windows were smashed in the runup to this weekend’s FiLiA conference.

There’s no need for us to wonder who did this, since Bash Back, a trans activist group, has proudly claimed credit for the vandalism and even posted a video showing masked figures vandalizing the venue.

Around 2,400 people will participate in the gender-critical charity’s conference.

Author JK Rowling, a champion for women’s rights against trans activism, retweeted a post by journalist Julie Bindel.

The Telegraph reported:

“Ms. Bindel, who is speaking at this year’s event, wrote on X: ‘Trans activists have smashed one of the large front windows of the Brighton Centre – the venue where 2500 feminists are meeting this weekend to talk about male violence, misogyny and the like. Why can’t EVERYONE see this movement for what it is?’”

Starmer national security adviser accused of blocking spy case is senior member of shadowy lobby club China ‘uses to groom UK elite’

The senior Government adviser at the heart of the Chinese spying row was a member of a secretive network used by Beijing to cultivate Britain’s elites.

Jonathan Powell, Keir Starmer’s national security adviser, was a fellow of the 48 Group, a lobby club founded by British communists which allegedly ‘grooms’ British politicians and business leaders to fall under the sway of China’s Communist Party.

Sources have pointed the finger at Mr Powell for the Government’s failure to state that China represented a threat to national security – an omission which the Director of Public Prosecutions has said led to last month’s collapse of the trial of Chris Cash and Christopher Berry on charges of passing secrets to China between 2021 and 2023. Both men were formally declared not guilty and deny any wrongdoing.

The Tories have accused ministers of causing the collapse of a major spying trial because they feared that calling China a national security threat might jeopardise trade relations.

The Government has denied interfering with the case.

The 48 Group, which is one of the most prominent pro-China lobbying organisations in Britain, says its aim is to improve trade relations between the two nations – but has been accused of furthering the Beijing regime’s wider causes in Britain, as this newspaper first reported in 2020.

Its patrons have included Labour grandee Peter Mandelson, who was recently sacked as Britain’s Ambassador to the US over his links to paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Both Tony Blair and former Tory Chancellor George Osborne have attended events hosted by the 48 Group in London.

Spies were ‘gagged’ from objecting to new Chinese mega embassy plans

British spies were ‘gagged’ from raising objections to a new Chinese embassy in east London, documents suggest.

The revelations about the proposed embassy – dubbed a ‘spy campus’ – are likely to increase concerns about the development on the site of the Royal Mint buildings near the Tower of London.

A final decision on whether to approve the plan, revived by No 10 despite being blocked by the previous government after warnings from MI5 and Scotland Yard in 2022, has been deferred while the row about the collapsed Chinese spy trial continues.

Now unearthed documents show inspectors were denied access to key secret documents by Labour when approving the ‘mega embassy’ which will be ‘crawling with spies’.

The documents include a critical assessment from security services – the contents of which have been redacted.

Ministers refused to allow a private inquiry, which would have allowed secret evidence to be considered.

Critics have accused ministers of trying to ram the application through and shut down any dissent or security concerns which might jeopardise it.

Officials in the Communities Department, which is handling the planning case, are preparing to announce the October 21 deadline will be pushed back.

The department declined to comment.

New Docs Show Leftist Tony Blair Met With Late Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein While UK Prime Minister, After Lobbying by ‘Supreme Friend’ Peter Mandelson

Blair enters the Epstein controversy.

After the firing of Lord Peter Mandelson as US ambassador, the wall of silence imposed by the British authorities on Jeffrey Epstein’s documents has started to collapse.

The National Archives has just complied with a Freedom of Information request, with intriguing revelations.

It arises that Leftist Labour icon Sir Tony Blair met with Jeffrey Epstein in Downing Street while he was still prime minister, following diligent lobbying by Mandelson.

BBC reported:

“A memo written by senior civil servant Matthew Rycroft, dated 14 May 2002, briefs Sir Tony about “super-rich” financial adviser Epstein ahead of a meeting scheduled at 17.00 GMT that day.”

The Downing Street meeting happened in 2002, six years before Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor in Florida.

“Emails seen by BBC News show Lord Mandelson pushed for the meeting, telling Sir Tony’s chief of staff Jonathan Powell that Epstein was ‘a friend of mine’ who ex-US President Bill Clinton hoped to introduce to the PM.”

UK Digital ID: The BritCard Bait and Switch

In my previous article I suggested that the UK’s proposed “mandatory” digital ID, called the BritCard, was a bait and switch psyop. I posited that the arguments presented by Keir Starmer’s purported Labour government, to supposedly justify the BritCard rollout, coupled with the timing of the announcement, the apparent inability to understand public opinion, and the lack of necessity for the BritCard, indicated that there was something amiss with the so-called government’s BritCard proposition.

It seems to me that the purpose of the BritCard gambit is to frame the Overton Window for the public debate about digital ID in the UK. People can accept or reject it, imagining the BritCard represents the totality of digital ID infrastructure. If the population rejects the BritCard they may well do so under the misapprehension they have defeated digital ID in the UK.

Subsequent developments have strengthened my view.

Digital ID is a global policy initiative that governments around the world, including the British government, are following, not leading. It is the United Nation’s (UN’s) Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16.9 which promises to “by 2030, provide legal identity for all, including birth registration.”

Even before the ink was officially dry on SDG 16.9, the ID2020 group, tasked with meeting the “identity” sustainability target, outlined what achieving SDG 16.9 would mean in practical terms:

[C]reate technology-driven public-private partnerships to achieve the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goal of providing legal identity for everyone on the planet.

ID2020 further clarified the global policy objective:

By 2030, enabling access to digital identity for every person on the planet.

The objective of SDG 16.9 is to force not just approved “legal identity” but digital ID on every human being on earth. To this end, the UN has already created a nascent global digital ID database called ID4D. The ID4D Global Dataset aim to capture the data of “all people aged 0 and above.”

Run by the World Bank Group—a UN specialised agency—ID4D informs us:

The World Bank Group’s Identification for Development (ID4D) Initiative harnesses global and cross-sectoral knowledge, World Bank financing instruments, and partnerships to help countries realize the transformational potential of identification (ID) systems. [. . .] The aim is to enable all people to exercise their rights and access better services and economic opportunities in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

At first reading this might not seem so bad. Therefore, it is very important to be clear about what it implies.

National Trust Puts Vegan Tampons in Men’s Toilets

The National Trust is under fire for putting vegan tampons in men’s lavatories, dispensing them from a large box fixed to the wall near the urinals with the message: “Got a period situation going on? We got you.” The Telegraph has more.

The charity is providing the sanitary products in men’s toilets at Sizergh Castle, near Lake Windermere in the Lake District.

A large box fixed to the wall offers free tampons near the urinals, emblazoned with the wording: “Got a period situation going on? We got you”. Nearby is a disposal bin featuring a male icon.

One 79 year-old visitor to the stately home said he was “confused” to find the menstruation paraphernalia.

He said: “Entering the male-only designated toilet, I was confused. Pads and tampons were provided, plus a male disposal bin. There was a female-only toilet nearby, and both male and female facilities [were] clearly marked with a male figure and a female figure… not unisex facilities.

“As a man, I appreciate the prostate bins in the men’s toilet and pads for men, but having gone and used the urinal, I then turned around and I was facing a green bin saying something like: ‘Are you having period problems?’

“And I went outside and put my head outside the door. I wanted to check if I had used the wrong toilet. I was confused and it led to a great deal of discussion with my wife and friends as to why tampons and pads were put into the gents. I think it needs explaining as to what this policy means.”

The tampon box is provided by Dame, which specialises in sustainable period products and claims that nothing used in the making of its products is animal-derived.

The National Trust announced a partnership with the company in September, saying at the time it would allow the trust “to deliver period dignity sensitively, sustainably and with a distinct aesthetic in keeping with our unique spaces”.

UK Preparing False-Flag Attack in Europe to Blame Russia for ‘Terrorist Plot’ – Russian Intel

London is enraged that the UK’s long-standing efforts to achieve a “strategic defeat” of Russia are failing and is preparing a new provocation, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said on Monday..

“The Press Bureau of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation reports that, according to information received by the SVR, London is furious that long-standing British efforts to achieve the ‘strategic defeat’ of Russia and turn it into a pariah state are failing. [UK Prime Minister Keir] Starmer’s cabinet and its intelligence agencies are preparing to respond to Russia’s successes in the Ukrainian theater of military operations with yet another vile provocation,” the SVR said in a statement.

London’s plan suggests that a group of Russians fighting on the side of the Ukrainian armed forces is to carry out an attack on a Ukrainian navy ship or a foreign civilian vessel in a European port, the SVR also said, adding that members of the group have already arrived in the UK for training.

“After the terrorists are ‘discovered,’ it is planned to be announced that they were acting on ‘Moscow’s orders.’ London is counting on the fact that the Russophobic European political elite will happily swallow the fake news about ‘malicious Kremlin agents’ to justify the need to further increase military aid to Ukraine and the militarization of ‘united Europe’ to combat ‘Russian aggression,'” the statement read.

The UK plans to supply the group with Chinese-made underwater equipment and present it as a “proof” of Beijing’s support for special military operation, the SVR added.

Greens vote to ABOLISH landlords in bizarre assault on millions of Brits at party’s conference… even though one of their own MPs rents out a home

Green Party members have voted to ‘abolish’ landlords at their autumn conference as they took aim at the nearly three million people in Britain who rent out a home.

A motion passed at the Greens’ gathering in Bournemouth on Sunday committed the left-wing party to ‘seek the effective abolition of private landlordism’.

This would be achieved through punitive regulation and taxes on landlords, including the introduction of rent controls and scrapping of Right to Buy.

Those who let out Airbnbs would have to pay business rates under the Greens’ plans, while there would be double taxation for empty properties.

Party members also backed proposals for a ‘land value tax’ levied on owners not tenants, as well as the imposition of National Insurance on private rents.

In addition, the motion demanded the ending of buy to let mortgages as a means of removing finance for landlords.

It comes as the Greens look to build on their growing strength in major cities, with new leader Zack Polanski claiming they are ‘on track’ to supplant Labour in London.

But the motion could prove awkward for Adrian Ramsay, one of the Greens’ four MPs, who is landlord of a property on Norfolk.

According to his parliamentary register of interests, Mr Ramsay rents out a home he co-owns, which provides rental income of more than £10,000 a year.

The MP for Waveney Valley has previously defended being a landlord, posting on social media in August: ‘I co-own a property with my ex-wife, which we used to live in.

‘I don’t make a profit from it as I have kept the rent below market rate. I don’t intend to be a landlord long-term.’

The motion passed by Green members on Sunday stated: ‘The private rental sector has failed, it is a vehicle for wealth extraction, funnelling money from renters to the landlord class.

‘This motion makes it clear Green Party policy is to seek the effective abolition of private landlordism and our support for building council housing.’

It added: ‘The Green Party believes the existence of private landlords adds no positive value to the economy or society, that the relationship between landlord and tenant is inherently and intrinsically extractive and exploitative.’

Carla Denyer, Green MP for Bristol Central, said: ‘While the motion to confidence had an eye-catching name, it does not actually ‘abolish’ landlords.

‘It does however address the housing crisis, empowers tenants and improves their wellbeing.

‘It contains a range of policies which, over time, would reduce the proportion of the housing market that is privately rented, and increase the proportion of socially rented homes.’

Mr Polanski, who was elected Green leader last month, has been dubbed an ‘eco-populist’ and is aiming to replace Labour on the Left of British politics.

He told The Guardian this weekend:  ‘I think it’s already happening. It’s happening at defection level.

‘Just last month in Barking and Dagenham, we welcome three new councillors to the party. It’s also happening right across England and Wales.

‘At local council elections, there was a stunning victory recently in Brighton, where the Labour vote completely collapsed and the Green vote rocketed.

‘Reform are still a worry, yes, and the fact that they’re polling even reasonably in London is a real threat, I think, to anyone who’s a progressive voice.

‘But absolutely, the plan has always been to replace Labour at the electoral level, starting at the local level, and I think we’re on track to do that.’

Record number of children in England are abused because parents think they are witches or possessed by black magic

The number of children in England suspected of being abused because of witchcraft, sorcery and black magic beliefs has surged to its highest level on record, the Daily Mail can reveal.

Official figures show 2,180 children were identified as potential victims of abuse linked to faith or belief last year- a rise from 2,140 in 2023 and 1,960 in 2022.

The disturbing figure represents a 49 per cent increase on 2017, when 1,460 suspected victims were identified by social services.

Experts believe the true figure could be even higher due to under-reporting and a fear that officials are too afraid of intervening for fear of offending religious beliefs.

Megan Manson, of the National Secular Society, said: ‘It is alarming that thousands of children in England are suffering abuse relating to religion or belief – and that these numbers are increasing.

‘We know that fear of criticising religious or cultural beliefs can impede tackling these serious forms of abuse.

‘Authorities must ensure that the safety and wellbeing of children are always prioritised above any reluctance to criticise religion or culture.’

Abuse cases linked to faith or belief have seen children accused of harbouring demons subjected to exorcisms and ritualistic ‘cleasings’ to ‘deliver’ evil.

Others have been harmed because relatives believe their actions have brought bad luck – such as dialling a wrong number and supposedly allowing malevolent spirits to enter the home.

Among the most notorious cases was eight-year-old Victoria Climbié, tortured to death in 2000 by relatives who believed she was possessed.

She had been sent to England by her parents who hoped she would gain a better education than in her native Ivory Coast.

Instead she was starved, tortured, beaten with bike chains and kept prisoner in a freezing bathroom by her great-aunt Marie Therese Kouao and her partner Carl Manning.

When she finally died of hypothermia and multiple organ failure in a squalid flat in Haringey, east London, she was discovered with 128 separate injuries on her body.

Kouao and Manning claimed they believed Victoria, who died weighing just 3st 10lb, was possessed by evil spirits, before being jailed for life in 2001.

In 2002, former bus driver Manning apologised to Victoria’s parents for his part in her ‘sickening’ death. He last month lost a bid to be released on parole.

A decade later, 15-year-old Kristy Bamu was beaten and drowned on Christmas Day 2010 by his sister and her boyfriend in east London after being accused of being a witch.

Over four days, Kristy was subjected to torture with knives, sticks, metal bars, a hammer and pliers.

He was forced to pray for ‘deliverance’ and denied food and water. His siblings were also beaten alongside him but escaped further attacks after ‘confessing’ to being witches.
