Florida Man Busted by Secret Service and Local Authorities After Posting a Shocking Threat Against President Trump During Wild Social Media Rant

The United States government and the state of Florida are not messing around when it comes to demented individuals threatening the life of President Trump.

As WPBF reported, a 42-year-old Florida man from St. Lucie County was busted by both the Secret Service and sheriff’s deputies on Monday afternoon after posting a disturbing threat against Trump on social media during a wild social media rant.

Kendal Aaron Todd began his 80-second tirade by making a series of confusing accusations against Trump, including calling him the “Antichrist.”

“Because of Donald Trump, every single person in the world is cursed,” Todd begins. “Donald Trump is the Antichrist.”

“Donald Trump has personally made business decisions which have hurt so many different reincarnated Jesuses,” he adds.

Todd goes on to issue this shocking threat against the president, which calls his mental health further into question.

“Fight me naked to the death!” Todd said. “I’m going to cut you up with a chainsaw and put you in acid.”

Obama Judge Rules Against DOGE Shutdown Of USAID, Orders Employee Access Reinstated

In the latest legal turn of events – since the United States is now governed by activist judges, an Obama-appointed federal judge on Tuesday found that Elon Musk and DOGE likely violated the constitution when it shut down deep state slush fund USAID, and has ordered them to restore access for current (remaining) employees.

US District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled in favor of more than two dozen unnamed current and former USAID employees and contractors who challenged the Trump administration’s efforts to shutter the organization.

In a 68-page decision, Chuang granted in part their request for a preliminary injunction, ruling that DOGE and Musk likely violated the Constitution’s Appointments Clause and separation of powers.

A Revealing Poll by NBC News Tells People How and What To Think

According to an NBC News poll, America is rooting for Ukraine but Trump prefers Russia. Seriously. That’s the gist of the headline.

The intent of this poll wasn’t to analyze how Americans think about the Russia-Ukraine War or Trump or military strength. It was to control how they think by giving them only the most constrained choices.

Let’s take a close look at the results and the NBC headline. According to NBC News:

When asked where they believe Trump’s sympathies are, 49% choose Russia, 40% say they think Trump favors neither side, and 8% choose Ukraine. Another 3% say they are not sure.

So, a majority of Americans, 51%, believe Trump is either carefully neutral on the war, a Ukraine supporter, or they don’t know. A minority (49%) believes he sympathizes with Russia. But the headline says Americans believe “Trump prefers Russia.”

Interestingly, I see no question about whether the Russia-Ukraine War should end after three long and bloody years so that lives are saved, or whether the U.S. should stop sending billions in weaponry to Ukraine with virtually no oversight as to where the weapons end up.

Further on, Americans are asked whether we should focus more on domestic affairs or whether we haven’t been strong enough globally. A majority of Americans believe we should focus on domestic affairs. But note how there’s no choice given for opposing war and preferring peace. Americans aren’t asked if they think the government is relying too much on military force. You have only two options: focus more at home, or strengthen the U.S. position abroad.

Interestingly, it’s Democrats who are most concerned with strengthening America’s position abroad, with nearly six out of ten taking this position, whereas six out of ten Republicans want to focus on domestic affairs. That is a remarkable result, as Democrats have supplanted Republicans as the party of military interventionism and “strength.”

Again, NBC didn’t bother to ask directly whether Americans would prefer peace and substantial reductions to military spending. You are not supposed to have those preferences, so you’re not asked about them.

Why Is the Media So Quiet About the Anti-Trump Violence That Is Erupting All Over the Nation?

If the left is this angry now, what do you think they will be like once President Trump and Elon Musk have had six more months to make major changes?  They are calling it “the anti-Trump resistance”, and all over the nation this movement is becoming increasingly violent.  If Trump supporters were using explosives, shooting up dealerships, setting vehicles on fire, stockpiling guns and throwing Molotov cocktails, the mainstream media would be going absolutely nuts.  But since it is radical leftists that are doing it, the mainstream media is treating the violence as if it is no big deal.

I asked Google AI to give me a definition of “terrorism”, and I was told that it is “generally understood as the calculated use of violence or the threat of violence to instill fear and coerce or intimidate governments or societies in pursuit of political, religious, or ideological goals”.

That is precisely what these anti-Trump leftists are doing.

They are literally using violence to advance their political goals…

Graffiti on a Tesla dealership sign. Molotov cocktails thrown in another dealership’s lot. Tesla charging stations set on fire. Across the country, the electric vehicle company’s facilities and vehicles are being hit with protests and violence over Elon Musk’s role in the Trump administration.

A wave of anti-Tesla protests and attacks have occurred as Musk, Tesla’s CEO, takes a leading role in President Trump’s cost-cutting task force, the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE. The agency has cut thousands of jobs since its inception in January.

These are not “protests”.

What we are witnessing is terrorism on American soil.

French MEP Throws Temper Tantrum: Wants Statue of Liberty Back Because America Supports Trump

A French leftist politician is demanding that the United States return the Statue of Liberty—claiming that America no longer upholds the values for which France originally gifted the monument in 1886.

At a gathering of his Place Publique movement, Raphaël Glucksmann, a member of the European Parliament (MEP), launched an unhinged attack on the U.S., criticizing President Donald Trump’s foreign policy, defense of scientific freedom, and budgetary decisions.

“We’re going to say to the Americans who have chosen to side with tyrants, to the Americans who fired researchers for demonstrating scientific freedom, ‘Give us back the Statue of Liberty. We gave it to you as a gift, but apparently you despise it. So it will be just fine here at home,’” Glucksmann told supporters.

“The second thing we’re going to say to the Americans is ‘if you want to fire your best researchers, if you want to fire all the people who, through their freedom and their sense of innovation, their taste for doubt and research, have made your country the world’s leading power, then we’re going to welcome them,’” he added.

Glucksmann also addressed the dismissal of American researchers advocating for scientific freedom, expressing France’s willingness to welcome these scientists. He further criticized right-wing French parliamentarians who support Trump and Elon Musk, labeling them a “fan club.”

Radical Clinton Judge Accuses Trump Admin of Violating His Court Order After He Rehires Thousands of Probationary Employees

US District Judge William Alsup, a Clinton appointee, declined to stay his previous order rehiring thousands of probationary employees across six federal agencies and accused the OPM chief of violating his court order.

Judge Alsup on Thursday said the Trump Administration’s Office of Personnel Management (OPM) illegally fired thousands of probationary employees.

The activist judge ordered the Trump Administration to rehire thousands of fired probationary employees in six federal agencies.

Alsup blasted the Trump Administration and said he felt “misled by the US Government” as he ordered six federal agencies to offer reinstatement to fired probationary workers.

“It is a sad day when our government would fire some good employee and say it was based on performance when they know good and well that’s a lie,” Judge Alsup said. “That should not have been done in our country. It was a sham in order to avoid statutory requirements.”

The six government agencies include: VA, DOD, Energy, Interior, Treasury and Agriculture.

On Saturday, Judge Alsup declined to pause his order and said the acting OPM Chief’s failure to testify violated his court order, Politico’s Josh Gerstein reported.

“This order pauses to address defendants’ attempts to frustrate fact-finding. The defense submitted a single declaration, from defendant Charles Ezell, in opposition to plaintiffs’ motion for a TRO. The undersigned ordered defendant Ezell to appear for cross examination at the subsequent evidentiary hearing, or, alternatively, to submit to a deposition at his convenience. Plaintiffs were likewise ordered to make their declarants available for examination. Defendants chose to withdraw the Ezell declaration to avoid submitting its declarant to examination, in violation of this Court’s order,” the judge wrote.

Attorney General Pam Bondi Slams Radical Judge’s Order to Halt Trump Admin’s Deportation Flights for Venezuelan Gang Members

A radical leftist judge has thrown a wrench into President Donald Trump’s bold mission to secure America’s borders and protect its law-abiding citizens from foreign threats.

On Saturday, Chief Judge Judge James E. Boasberg—an Obama appointee—issued a temporary restraining order to block the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan nationals, including dangerous gang members, under the Alien Enemies Act.

This wartime measure, a cornerstone of executive authority, has been wielded for centuries to expel hostile foreign nationals.

This outrageous ruling comes after far-left activist groups, including the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Democracy Forward, rushed to court in a desperate attempt to shield violent illegal immigrants from deportation.

Their lawsuit, J.G.G. v. Trump, claims that using the Alien Enemies Act to remove illegal immigrants—many of whom are tied to the brutal Tren de Aragua gang— is “unlawful” and “unprecedented” during “peacetime.”

Never mind that the Constitution grants the president sweeping powers to defend the nation from foreign threats, or that these deportations target criminals who have no business roaming American streets. For now, Boasberg’s order halts deportations for the lawsuit’s named plaintiffs for a mere 14 days.

Judge Boasberg’s radical ruling reached a new level of insanity later on Saturday when he ordered the Trump administration to immediately return planes that were already deporting members of the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua—one of the most dangerous criminal organizations in the Western Hemisphere.

Activist Judges and the Overreach of Judicial Authority: A Case for Sedition and Treason

Executive Summary

The balance of power among the three branches of government is a cornerstone of the United States Constitution.

However, activist judges have increasingly encroached upon executive authority, undermining the separation of powers.

When judges exceed their constitutional authority by obstructing or overturning executive actions without legitimate constitutional grounds, they not only overstep their role but may also commit acts tantamount to treason and sedition.

This essay explores the legal basis for holding such judges accountable, citing relevant laws, cases, and precedents.

The Constitutional Framework

Article II of the U.S. Constitution vests executive power in the President, granting him authority over the administration of federal agencies and the enforcement of laws.

Conversely, Article III establishes the judicial branch, limiting its role to interpreting the law rather than legislating or executing it. The principle of separation of powers is intended to prevent any branch from usurping the functions of another.

James Madison, in The Federalist Papers No. 47, emphasized that “the accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands… may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” When judges attempt to override executive decisions outside their jurisdiction, they disrupt this balance and engage in judicial tyranny.

The Left’s Judicial Insurrection Against Trump Is a Constitutional Crisis — Here’s Why It Must Be Stopped

Since returning to the White House in January, President Donald Trump has been met with an unprecedented legal onslaught from far-left activist judges and radical groups determined to sabotage his administration at every turn.

These rogue judges—many appointed by Clinton, Obama, and Biden—have launched a relentless legal coup to undermine the will of the American people and prevent Trump from carrying out his constitutional duties.

Appearing on The War Room with Steve Bannon, Josh Hammer, Senior Counsel for the Article III Project, warned that what America is witnessing is no ordinary judicial activism—it’s a full-blown judicial insurrection.

So far this year, President Trump has faced 125 legal challenges in just two months.

The full list of 125 legal challenges remains active and is documented on the Just Security website.

Glorious: Broken MSNBC Host Needs Time Off Because Of ‘Trump Exhaustion’

MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell whined to his colleague Rachel Maddow that he is so exhausted from reporting on President Trump that he is taking some time off.

Poor baby.

O’Donnell told Mr Maddow “I know you’ve pledged to cover and be here for the first hundred days of the Trump presidency. I hope you noticed that I did not make that same pledge when you did.”

He added, “This is day 52. I thought it was day 92. It turns out it’s day 52, Rachel, and I’m exhausted at day 52.”

So I’m going to take next week off. And I’m telling you that now cause I know you don’t like it when I just drift away. I’m just taking next week off, then I can come back, and go with you all the way to the 100 days,” O’Donnell whimpered.

Mr Maddow responded, “You have to take care of yourself, you got to pace yourself” as if O’Donnell was about to run back to back marathons or something.

O’Donnell then had the temerity to claim that ” Donald Trump’s brain is broken, badly damaged, as he exhibits every day.”

Who has the broken brain here?

“Can I go with you?” Maddow added.
