Florida Judge Says ‘Hands Are Tied,’ Won’t Unseal Epstein Grand Jury Transcripts

A federal judge has denied the Trump administration’s request to unseal transcripts from Florida grand jury proceedings related to a 20-year-old criminal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, saying her “hands are tied.”

U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida Robin Rosenberg wrote in her denial that an unrelated 2020 ruling by the Eleventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals “does not permit” her to unseal grand jury records in instances not covered by the criminal procedure rule, CNBC reported.

“Eleventh Circuit law does not permit this Court to grant the Government’s request; the Court’s hands are tied — a point the Government concedes,” Rosenberg wrote.

President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) petitioned the U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach, Florida, to obtain the transcripts from two grand juries that convened there in 2005 and 2007, respectively.

In its argument for the transcripts, which are normally left sealed in such cases, the DOJ pointed to a “strong public interest in the historical investigation into Jeffrey Epstein,” the convicted sex offender suspected of trafficking minors to other pedophiles.

The DOJ also argued that “many of the rationales supporting grand jury secrecy” no longer apply since Epstein’s 2019 death, which the department claimed was a suicide earlier this month.

The controversial memo from the DOJ, headed by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, also claimed there was no evidence of a “client list” belonging to Epstein to blackmail people with.

Neither argument provided by the department would qualify as an exception to the rule regarding the transcripts, Rosenberg wrote in her Wednesday decision.

The Florida judge’s ruling does not impact two other pending requests by the DOJ that seek grand jury transcripts related to the later investigations that led to the 2019 and 2020 New York indictments of Epstein and his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell.

House speaker says there will be no votes on releasing Epstein files before August recess

The House of Representatives will not move forward with any legislative efforts aimed at releasing files related to notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein before its monthlong August recess, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) said Monday.

“No,” Johnson responded when asked by CNN reporter Manu Raju if lawmakers would vote on a resolution calling for the public disclosure of documents related to Epstein’s case before the lower chamber takes its annual summer break.

The House speaker argued that Congress needs to give the Trump administration “space” to handle the hot-button issue on its own for the time being.

“There is no daylight between the House Republicans, the House and the president on maximum transparency,” Johnson said. “[President Trump] has said that he wants all the credible files relating to Epstein to be released. He’s asked the attorney general to request the grand jury files of the court. All of that is in process right now.”

“My belief is we need the administration to have the space to do what it is doing.”

US House Oversight Committee Subpoenas Epstein’s Accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell – Disgraced British Socialite and Convicted Sex Trafficker Will Be Deposed on August 11

Maxwell is back in the spotlight.

From the obscurity of her FCI Tallahassee, Florida cell, to the screens of the US Capitol in DC, Ghislaine Maxwell is again the talk of the town.

She was born into a life of privilege and tragedies. The youngest daughter of Czech-British media mogul (and alleged intelligence asset) Robert Maxwell, she saw her life crumble after his father ‘fell from the boat’ and a scandal broke regarding the fact that Maxwell was stealing from the pension funds of his employees.

She fled Britain and the scandals, and ended up with her Jay Gatsby from hell, the ‘financier’ Jeffrey Epstein, coincidentally also rumored to be an intelligence asset.

CBS News reported:

“The House Oversight Committee on Wednesday subpoenaed Ghislaine Maxwell, an accomplice of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein who is serving a 20-year prison sentence, to sit for a deposition as fallout over the Trump administration’s handling of the case intensifies.

‘The facts and circumstances surrounding both your and Mr. Epstein’s cases have received immense public interest and scrutiny’, Republican Rep. James Comer of Kentucky, the chairman of the committee, wrote to Maxwell.

Comer said the committee is seeking Maxwell’s testimony “to inform the consideration of potential legislative solutions to improve federal efforts to combat sex trafficking and reform the use of non-prosecution agreements and/or plea agreements in sex-crime investigations.”

What Ghislaine Maxwell really knows — and why she could finally spill all on Jeffrey Epstein: sources

Ex-socialite Ghislaine Maxwell will try to cut a deal with federal authorities during a jailhouse meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, sources told The Post.

Blanche said Tuesday he plans to meet with the convicted madam, currently serving a 20-year sentence in Florida for sex-trafficking young women for her former boss, notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

“She’s going to make a deal,” said Alan Dershowitz, a lawyer and law professor who was pals with, and previously represented, Epstein, who died in federal custody in August 2019.

“That’s the way things are done. They make deals with the Mafia, so I’m certain they are going to try to make a deal with her.”

A separate legal expert explained that meeting with Blanche presents an opportunity for Maxwell to potentially lessen her sentence or get out of prison in exchange for spilling secrets about her and Epstein’s life, which she has closely guarded since his death.

Dershowitz has referred to Maxwell, 63, as the “Rosetta Stone” of information about Epstein, and told The Post Tuesday “she knows everything — not just about the perpetrators but the victims. And she knows about the victims who became perpetrators.”

Some of Epstein’s victims — who number over 1,000 in total, according to the Department of Justice — were groomed to recruit other young women, according to court papers.

The Untouchables: The Sexual Predators Within America’s Power Elite

Now by coming in and being part of the cover-up, the Trump administration has become part of it.
—Alex Jones, InfoWars

Once again, the American police state is choosing to protect predators, not victims.

Jeffrey Epstein—the hedge fund billionaire/convicted serial pedophile and sex trafficker—may be dead, but the machinery that empowered and protected him is still very much alive.

You see, the Epstein case was never just about Epstein—it was about the entire edifice of power that shields the ruling class, silences victims, and erases accountability.

Thus, the latest about-face declarations from the Trump administration—that Epstein had no client list, that he did in fact kill himself, and that there’s nothing more to discuss or investigate so we should just move on—have only reinforced what many have suspected all along: the system is rigged in order to protect the power elite because the power elite are the system.

In this age of partisan politics and a deeply polarized populace, corruption—especially when it involves sexual debauchery, depravity and predatory behavior—has become the great equalizer.

With the reemergence of Jeffrey Epstein’s ghost in the public discourse, we are once again reminded of just how deep the rot goes.

Politics, religion, entertainment, business, law enforcement, the military—it doesn’t matter the arena or affiliation: all are riddled with the kind of seedy, depraved behavior that gets a free pass when it involves the powerful.

For years, the Epstein case has stood as a grotesque emblem of the depravity within America’s power elite: billionaires, politicians, and celebrities who allegedly trafficked in sex with young girls while insulated from accountability.

It is believed that Epstein, who died in jail after being arrested on charges of molesting, raping and sex trafficking dozens of young girls, operated a sex trafficking ring not only for his own personal pleasure but also for that of his friends and business associates.

According to The Washington Post, “several of the young women…say they were offered to the rich and famous as sex partners at Epstein’s parties.”

DOJ Announces Imminent Meeting With Ghislaine Maxwell

Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed Tuesday morning that the Department of Justice is to meet with Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘madam’ who has expressed a desire to talk about the so called ‘client list’.

“This Department of Justice does not shy away from uncomfortable truths, nor from the responsibility to pursue justice wherever the facts may lead,” Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche announced in a statement shard by Bondi.

He added, “The joint statement by the DOJ and FBI of July 6 remains as accurate today as it was when it was written. Namely, that in the recent thorough review of the files maintained by the FBI in the Epstein case, no evidence was uncovered that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.”

Blanche added that “President Trump has told us to release all credible evidence. If Ghislane Maxwell has information about anyone who has committed crimes against victims, the FBI and the DOJ will hear what she has to say.”

“Therefore, at the direction of Attorney General Bondi, I have communicated with counsel for Ms. Maxwell to determine whether she would be willing to speak with prosecutors from the Department. I anticipate meeting with Ms. Maxwell in the coming days. Until now, no administration on behalf of the Department had inquired about her willingness to meet with the government. That changes now,” Blanche further urged.

Maxwell, currently serving a 20 year prison sentence for sexually trafficking and abusing underage girls, is the only person who has been held accountable for Epstein’s crimes.

The handling of the Epstein case by Trump’s DOJ has been nothing less than farcical, with accusations of a whitewash leading to internal fallouts and calls for Bondi to go.

It has allowed Democrats to seize on the saga for their own political agenda.

The lack of transparency and action has also left a vacuum for all manner of bullshit to be stirred up.

Many who have been following the entire debacle are unimpressed with the DOJ’s latest announcement.

Amid Calls For Epstein Files, Trump Admin Releases 230,000 MLK Documents

As U.S. President Donald Trump and congressional Republicans stonewall efforts to keep the full files on deceased financier and convicted child sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein under wraps, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on Monday released a long-anticipated massive trove of documents related to the 1968 assassination of Martin Luther King Jr., despite opposition from his family.

“Today, after nearly 60 years of questions surrounding the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we are releasing 230,000 MLK assassination files, available now at http://archives.gov/mlk,” Gabbard said on the social media site X. “The documents include details about the FBI’s investigation into the assassination of MLK, discussion of potential leads, internal FBI memos detailing the progress of the case, information about James Earl Ray’s former cellmate who stated he discussed with Ray an alleged assassination plot, and more.”

“Thanks to President Donald Trump’s leadership, Executive Order 14176 resulted in three, unprecedented interagency efforts to identify, digitize, declassify, and release files related to the federal government’s investigations into the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. King,” Gabbard added.

However, many of the MLK documents remain heavily redacted.

Responding to the MLK files’ publication, the King family said in a statement: “As the children of Dr. King and Mrs. Coretta Scott King, his tragic death has been an intensely personal grief—a devastating loss for his wife, children, and the granddaughter he never met—an absence our family has endured for over 57 years. We ask those who engage with the release of these files to do so with empathy, restraint, and respect for our family’s continuing grief.”

Feds Arrest Man Who Vowed to Kill Everyone on Epstein List with Machete

A 31-year-old Florida man has been arrested after allegedly threatening to murder individuals he believed were associated with Jeffrey Epstein’s purported “client list,” following a public outcry over the Department of Justice’s disclosure that no such list exists, as reported by The New York Post.

According to a criminal complaint filed in federal court, Terrell Bailey-Corsey made a series of violent threats on the social media platform X, beginning with a July 15 post in which he said:

“Everyone involved if I see them in real life I will KILL. On sight. With a machete so everyone can see the blood and gore of the moment.”

Bailey-Corsey’s comments reportedly came in response to an exchange he had with Grok, the artificial intelligence chatbot integrated on X.

The interaction followed the DOJ’s announcement that there was no maintained list of Epstein’s alleged associates, despite long-standing speculation and public demand for transparency.

“You can’t fear death so you can’t understand. I will KILL EVERYONE ON THE LIST. ON SIGHT. AND THEY ABSOLUTELY DESERVE IT,” Bailey-Corsey wrote in the same July 15 post, according to court documents.

Almost $1 Billion is Not a Hoax

Trump’s White House is in damage-control mode over Trump’s meltdown over the Jeffrey Epstein case. The eruption of anger among a large portion of Trump’s MAGA base caught the Trump team with its pants down. Instead of putting the matter to rest, Trump has created a veritable video Tsunami of substantive analyses that is painting a dark picture of the US Government aiding and abetting a pedophile ring. The so-called “list” of Epstein’s clients, as I have noted in a previous piece, is a red herring. The real question is why the US Government has adamantly refused to conduct a thorough investigation and indict wealthy, powerful men who were busy bedding underage girls under the tutelage of Jeffrey Epstein.

The image at the top of this post was created by Ryan Dawson, who has been one of the key citizen investigators since Epstein’s first arrest in 2006. The total settlements paid out so far to the victims of Epstein’s pedophile ring is over $800 million. How is that, as Trump stupidly claims, a hoax? Only four people have been arrested in the Epstein affair — Jeffrey and Ghislane in the US, and two men overseas. Besides Epstein, the guy imprisoned in France also committed “suicide.”

Notwithstanding Trump’s lame attempt to insist there is nothing to see here, and his order to release some grand jury testimony, he is now just one more member of a Deep State cover up. What he should have done is ordered Attorney General Pam Bondi to empanel a grand jury and go for indictments. Pathetic.

If you want to understand the full scope of the evil confronting us, I encourage you to watch the video of Tucker Carlson interviewing Daryl Cooper and the video of Vive Frei with Mike Benz. This is ugly, and I hope it does not go away.

Ghislaine Maxwell believed Trump would save her, now she’s documenting everything behind bars: jail source

Behind the razor wire of her rundown Florida federal prison, Ghislaine Maxwell was always clinging to the hope that when Donald Trump was back in the White House, he’d set her free, a jailhouse source told The Post.

The disgraced British socialite — called “Max” by her fellow inmates — is still waiting.

Maxwell, 63, was convicted in 2021 for recruiting and grooming underage girls for billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019. She has served three years of a 20-year sentence.

“Max was very into her appeal,” the source at FCI Tallahassee said. “That was the biggest thing that was always happening.

“Before, she would tell everybody that she was waiting for Donald Trump to be reelected and become president, that things were going to be different then.

“Max was quite confident that things were going to change with her case.

“Freedom is 100% her focus,” the source added. “She says, ‘I will not be here in 20 years.’”

Since Trump’s election victory, the convicted sex trafficker’s legal team has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn her conviction. But Trump’s Justice Department this week defended prosecuting Maxwell, saying she was wrong to claim she was protected by the baffling sweetheart plea deal Epstein struck with the Florida feds in 2007.

Ian Maxwell, Ghislaine’s brother, believes the feds’ opposition is a positive development.

“It signals that they are in trouble and that Ghislaine’s case is legitimate,” he told Daily Mail.

Trump has backed Attorney General Pam Bondi, and demanded transparency about the Epstein case. On Friday, the Trump administration asked a Manhattan federal judge to unseal grand jury transcripts in the cases against Epstein and Maxwell.
