HHS Secretary Kennedy Stops Placement of Migrant Children in Shelters Where Alleged Sex Abuse Occurred

The Department of Health and Human Services (HSS) will stop placing Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) in care and placement shelters operated by Southwest Key Programs Incorporated. The move was announced as a measure by the Trump administration to end sexual abuse and harassment of UACs placed in the facilities during the search for sponsors in the United States.

Southwest Key operates 27 residential shelters that provide temporary living arrangements for UACs in Texas, Arizona, and California and has been the largest provider of such shelters for unaccompanied alien children in the United States. Southwest Key operates these shelters through grants from the HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement. These children are minors who enter the United States without parents or other legal guardians and lawful immigration status in the United States.

On Wednesday, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced the decision to stop placement and immediately relocate UACs currently in Southwest Key facilities to other shelters. In a statement announcing the decision to terminate placement of UACs at Southwest Key Programs, Kennedy stated the following, “This administration is working fearlessly to end the tragedy of human trafficking and other abuses of unaccompanied alien children who enter the country illegally.”

“For too long, pernicious actors have exploited such children both before and after they enter the United States. Today’s action is a significant step toward ending this appalling abuse of innocents,” Kennedy added.

Texas-based Southwest Key Programs Inc., which runs the impacted shelters, announced on Tuesday that it would furlough 5,000 employees working at the non-profit facilities nationwide. According to HHS records, Southwest Key received over $2 billion in federal funding for shelter services for UACs between 2021 and 2024 under the Biden administration.

RFK Jr. Seeks To End Rule Allowing Food Companies To Bypass FDA Ingredient Approval

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) said on March 10 that it is seeking to terminate a rule allowing food manufacturers to use additives without formal regulatory approval.

The Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) rule allows companies to self-approve the inclusion of additives in food items without requiring a review and the approval of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The rule enables manufacturers to add an ingredient even if the FDA has not determined its safety.

On Monday, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. directed the acting FDA commissioner to explore the possibility of eliminating the “self-affirmed GRAS pathway” available to companies, the department said in a statement.

“This will enhance the FDA’s oversight of ingredients considered to be GRAS and bring transparency to American consumers,” HHS said.

As of now, manufacturers submit notices through the FDA’s GRAS notification program, which is not a mandatory process. The agency assesses 75 such submitted notices on average each year.

By eliminating the self-affirm pathway, companies would be required to publicly notify the FDA before introducing new ingredients to food items. The notification must include details such as underlying safety data and the intended use of the ingredients

A 2022 analysis conducted by the activist organization Environmental Working Group found that “nearly 99 percent of all food chemicals introduced since 2000 were greenlighted for use by the food and chemical industry” through the GRAS rule, without requiring FDA approval.

Out of the 766 new chemicals added to the food supply since 2000, only 10 involved companies petitioning the FDA to approve the ingredient.

Nine out of the 10 FDA petitions were filed before 2010. The only petition filed post-2010 was in 2018, EWG said.

HHS Secretary RFK Jr. Halts Biden Administration’s $240 Million Contract for Oral COVID Vaccine

Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has halted a $240 million contract signed by the Biden administration to develop an oral COVID-19 vaccine.

The contract, which has now been paused for 90 days, is with biotech company Vaxart Inc.

The project’s freeze comes just before 10,000 people were scheduled to begin clinical trials for the oral vaccine on Monday.

Kennedy and his team will review the initial study before deciding whether to terminate the contract or allow it to continue.

“While it is crucial that the Department [of] Health and Human Services (HHS) support pandemic preparedness, four years of the Biden administration’s failed oversight have made it necessary to review agreements for vaccine production, including Vaxart’s,” Kennedy said in a statement to Fox News.

Kennedy added, “I look forward to working with Vaxart and medical experts to ensure this work produces safe, effective, and fiscal-minded vaccine technology.”

Can Kennedy Save Kids from Psychiatric Ravage?

President Trump issued an executive order last week creating a Make America Healthy Again Commission, to be chaired by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Among other targets, the commission will examine “prevalence of and threat posed by the prescription of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors [SSRIs], antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, stimulants, and weight-loss drugs.”

Kennedy has been outspoken on the danger of SSRIs, linking them to school shootings and stating that members of his family “had a much worse time getting off of SSRIs than they have getting off of heroin.”

Kennedy’s views mortify the mainstream media. The Washington Post did a hefty piece portraying Kennedy’s commission as more dangerous than any drugs prescribed to children. To discover the absolute truth, the Post turned to the CEO of the American Psychiatric Association, who assured the Post that “psychiatric drugs can be very effective and generally are given to children carefully after front-line treatments such as talk therapy.”

Decades ago, who would have expected an apology for Adderall, Prozac, Zoloft, and similar drugs to sound like a pitch for Kellogg’s breakfast cereals? Prescription drug use is skyrocketing. Antidepressant prescriptions for young Americans aged 12 to 25 increased by 66% between 2016 and 2022.

The New York Times reported last year that many young people were left worse off thanks to “mental health interventions.” The Times showcased psychiatric “prevalence inflation” – a vast increase in reported mental illness among teenagers who are encouraged to view normal feelings as grave maladies requiring intervention. Oxford University psychologist Lucy Foulkes observed that school programs are “creating this message that teenagers are vulnerable, they’re likely to have problems, and the solution is to outsource them to a professional.”

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. becomes new HHS Secretary, signaling REVOLUTIONARY shift in public health accountability

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will become the next Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) under President Donald Trump. The Senate voted 52-48 along party lines Thursday to advance Kennedy’s nomination to lead HHS and hold the NIH, CDC, and FDA accountable for their mistakes during the covid-19 scandal. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will take up the mantle as HHS Secretary, where he must redirect funds to study the root causes of chronic disease, including new pesticide and vaccine safety studies that will take a real look into the autism epidemic. This marks a significant moment involving Robert F. Kennedy Jr. HHS leadership, as he emphasizes the need for vaccine safety reform.

A longtime advocate for children’s health and a vocal critic of pharmaceutical industry practices, Kennedy’s leadership at HHS represents a seismic shift in how the federal government approaches public health, particularly vaccine safety and chronic disease prevention. His nomination, however, has drawn sharp criticism from those who question his views on vaccines and his political evolution. As the nation watches, Kennedy’s confirmation could mark a turning point in the fight for transparency and accountability in public health policy.

RFK Jr’s drastic antidote for cancer-linked products lurking near every American as he reveals seven health crises he’ll tackle

Robert F Kennedy Jr wants to reverse the chronic disease epidemic in America by tackling seven major issues, including radio waves.

The controversial new Health and Human Services secretary said ‘nothing is going to be off limits’ during his first speech in the role Tuesday.

His desire to improve America’s food by stripping harmful additives and chemicals was widely accepted, along with reducing the use of toxic pesticides.

Other issues he promises to tackle include the childhood vaccination schedule, SSRIs and other psychiatric drugs, the forever chemicals PFAS and PFOs and microplastics.

But his proposal to restrict electromagnetic radiation (EMR) raised eyebrows.

The former presidential candidate has repeatedly claimed Wi-Fi causes cancer and wireless radiation has the potential to affect the blood-brain barrier and damage brain cells.

RFK Jr has also said cellphones are behind the rise in glioblastomas and Wi-Fi causes toxins from the body to enter and damage the brain.

He said: ‘Wi-Fi radiation does all kinds of bad things, including causing cancer. The cancer’s not the worst thing. Wi-Fi radiation opens up your blood brain barrier and so all these toxics that are in your body can now go into your brain.’

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is back in the headlines, but this time not for his fight against vaccines or his criticism of the establishment, but for a strange blue liquid captured on video as he added it to his drink on a plane. The left is in panic!

The liquid in question is methylene blue, a compound with multiple medical uses that is gaining popularity in the biohacking world.

It is said to have antioxidant properties, neuroprotective effects, and even positive impacts on longevity.

While the alternative health community praises it, progressive media seeks to ridicule it and associate it with conspiracy theories.

RFK Jr. Discusses Upcoming Changes to HHS – More Rules for Vaccines and Safety – And Which Employees Will Be Removed from HHS

On Thursday, Robert Kennedy, Jr. was confirmed as the next Health and Human Services Secretary. The US Senate voted 52-48 for Kennedy. Mitch McConnell was the only Republican who joined Democrats in voting against Robert Kennedy, Jr.

Robert wants to Make America Healthy Again. He first announced his plans when he joined with President Trump in August when Democrat Kennedy endorsed Trump’s campaign.

Robert often tells the story about how he woke up and got on his knees every morning for 20 years and asked God how he could help save the American children from the chronic disease epidemic that had consumed the country.

This week, those prayers were answered.

On Friday, Robert Kennedy, Jr. sat down with Laura Ingraham on FOX News for his first major interview since he took over the US Health and Human Services Agency.

Kennedy spoke about several topics that are dear to him.

The country and our health community are in for a significant shake-up. It’s about time.

HHS Secretary RFK Jr. Announces New Vaccine Injury Reporting System More Accurate Than VAERS

The Trump administration will soon unveil a new reporting system for vaccine injuries and adverse reactions improving on the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) currently in place, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said.

Speaking to “The Ingraham Angle” on Thursday, RFK said the new system is part of his effort to protect the health of Americans and hold vaccine manufacturers accountable for their products.

Asked if he believed the experimental Covid-19 vaccine or booster jabs were safe, RFK said he couldn’t accurately respond because “We don’t have good data on it, and that is a crime – the fact that we don’t have a surveillance system that actually works.” Kennedy went on to describe the inefficiencies of the current federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which was intended to compensate vaccine victims who experience debilitating side effects, up to and including death, but has failed to do so adequately. “In 2010, CDC had a surveillance system called the vaccine adverse event reporting system, and it’s supposed to pick up injuries, but CDC did a study of that system in 2010, and that study said – and this is a published study by CDC – that it captures less than one percent of the vaccine injuries. That’s inexcusable.” Kennedy went on to say he’ll implement a new reporting system as has been requested by Congress and multiple health agencies.

RFK Jr. Says Marijuana Can Have ‘Catastrophic Impacts’ On Consumers, But State-Level Legalization Can Spur Research On Its Harms And Benefits

Fresh off his Senate confirmation vote to become the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said on Thursday that he is “worried about” the normalization of high-potency marijuana and that he feels its use can have “really catastrophic impacts” on people, but that state-level legalization can facilitate research into its harms and benefits.

Kennedy, who was vocal about his support for marijuana legalization when he was running for president—as well as during his time on the Trump transition team—has been notably silent on cannabis policy issues over recent months as he worked to win over senators to secure confirmation for the country’s top health role.

Now, during his first major media interview since receiving that final vote to secure the cabinet position earlier in the day, Kennedy told Fox News’s Laura Ingraham that he believes cannabis does hold serious harm potential.

The HHS secretary, who personally struggled with drug addiction during his youth, was asked about his cannabis policy position and noted that he’s been in recovery for over 40 years and attends daily 12-step meetings.

“I hear stories all the time of the impacts of marijuana on people—and the really catastrophic impacts on them,” he said.

However, Kennedy said “that worry also has to be balanced [with] the impacts that we’ve had before” as it relates to criminalization.

“Twenty-five states [have] now legalized marijuana, but we had about a third of our prison population that was in jail because of marijuana offenses,” he said. “That’s something we don’t want either.”

“Because of the legalization of recreational marijuana in 25 states, we have now a capacity to really study it and to compare it to states,” he said. “We need to do studies. We need to figure it out, and then we need to we need to implement policies to address” any health concerns.

Of course, HHS has already completed a comprehensive scientific study into cannabis that led the agency under the Biden administration to recommend moving marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

The new comments come on the same day that Sen. Pete Ricketts (R-NE) said he received a commitment from Kennedy to “follow the science on the harms of marijuana.”

Ricketts had already disclosed last week that he spoke to Kennedy about the the “importance” of “preventing the expansion of marijuana.” Now he says “RFK committed to me that he would follow the science on the harms of marijuana.”
