Did You Notice What Was Missing From This NYT Piece About This Illegal Alien’s Heinous Crime?

This story is almost unbelievable. If you haven’t heard it, it’s likely due to the liberal media either ignoring the story or sanitizing it to the point where most would gloss over it. In New York City, an illegal alien was busted for raping a corpse on the subway. I’m not kidding. But, of course, the publication didn’t say the man was her illegally. He’s a ‘Brooklyn man’ in this warped narrative. Trump officials were quick to point out that a key fact was omitted from the piece (via NYT):

A Brooklyn man was arrested on Monday [April 28] after the police said he violated a corpse on an R train in a Manhattan subway station earlier this month.

The man, whom police identified as Felix Rojas, 44, was charged with first-degree rape, more than two weeks after the event. He is expected to be arraigned later on Monday, according to a spokesman for the Manhattan district attorney. It was unclear whether he had a lawyer.

A law enforcement official familiar with the case said a man, later identified by police as Mr. Rojas, entered an R train while it was at the Whitehall Street-South Ferry station in the financial district around 11 p.m. on April 9 and was on the train for about 45 minutes before noticing the unconscious man in the car.

The man who died had boarded the train earlier that evening at about 8 p.m., the official said. A spokeswoman for the Police Department said Monday that he had died of natural causes.

After seeing the man’s immobile body, Mr. Rojas rummaged through the dead man’s pockets and had sex with the body, according to an internal police document. Then, they said, he fled the train.

The entire episode was caught on surveillance cameras in the car. There were no other passengers on board at the time.

Illegal Alien Charged in Rape of Corpse on NYC Subway

An illegal alien has been arrested for raping a corpse in a New York City subway car, authorities say.

On Thursday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed the immigration history of Felix Rojas, 44, who allegedly performed horrific sexual acts on the body of a man who died inside a Manhattan subway car last month.

Rojas was arrested on Sunday and charged with rape and grand larceny in connection with the attack, which unfolded on April 8.

That night, 37-year-old Jorge Gonzalez boarded an R train and bummed a cigarette off another passenger, surveillance footage shows.

Minutes later, Gonzalez lost consciousness and ultimately died from causes that remain unclear, although his estranged wife has reportedly said he suffered from cirrhosis tied to alcohol abuse.

Rojas approached Gonzalez approximately 30 minutes later and began rifling through his pockets.

The suspected thief then proceeded to methodically penetrate Gonzalez’s mouth and anus, repositioning the victim’s body multiple times and pausing when the car doors opened, prosecutors say.

“To make sure he had not missed anything when he searched the victim before sexually assaulting him, the defendant searched the person of the victim once more after he had penetrated him, going so far as to take off the victim’s shoes,” said Assistant District Attorney Antonio Melchionna during Rojas’ arraignment on Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court.

“The defendant was careful enough to stop what he was doing as the train would approach and stop at stations along the line. He even took the time to sit down and act inconspicuous as passengers entered the train car.”

Rojas was arrested after his son alerted authorities upon seeing security footage released by NYPD.

Family Sues as Cop Caught on Body Cam Sexually Assaulting Their Dead Daughter, Sharing Video

In one of the strangest and most disgusting cases TFTP has ever reported, late last year an LAPD cop was reportedly caught on his own body camera fondling and sexually assaulting a dead woman. Following an investigation into the video, the officer was arrested and charged with a felony. Now, the family of that woman is suing.

Officer David Rojas, 27, was charged with a felony violation of state safety codes, which prohibit “having sexual contact with human remains without authority,” according to a statement from the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. His actions were recorded on his own body camera and then he shared it with his fellow cops to gloat in his disgusting behavior.

The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, alleges that Officer David Rojas sexually molested Elizabeth Baggett. It also alleges invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, mishandling of human remains and other offenses.

According to NBC, Gloria Allred, the attorney representing the Baggett family, called Rojas’ alleged behavior “mean, vile, base and contemptible.”
