Epstein COVER-UP Deepens; FBI Officers Raise Alarm

Fresh Justice Department files reveal a frantic document destruction operation at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan just days after Jeffrey Epstein’s 2019 death, adding fresh fuel to suspicions of elite protection and deep state obstruction.

This latest bombshell, drawn from a Miami Herald analysis of thousands of pages in the Epstein files, fits the pattern of irregularities we’ve exposed in our prior reporting.

Less than a week after Epstein was found dead inside his cell on August 10, 2019, an inmate was ordered to take bags of shredded material to the jail’s rear gate and throw them in a dumpster on Thursday, August 15, and again on Friday, August 16. The sheer volume struck him as unusual.

“They are shredding everything,” the inmate told one of the guards, adding that he was asked to give the officials a hand with the shredding, with key records vanishing before review.

A corrections officer at the detention facility called the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center that same night, a Friday, at 6:28 p.m. to report that he had “never seen this amount of bags of shredded documents coming out to be put in the dumpster at the rear gate of MCC.”

The caller found it suspicious that an after-action team charged with investigating would be shredding huge amounts of paperwork with FBI, BOP and OIG officials in the building.

‘They Are Shredding Everything’: Prison Officer Alerts FBI After Massive Bags of Documents Shredded at Epstein’s Jail Days After His Death

A new investigative report has exposed how a corrections officer told the FBI that massive bags of documents were being shredded at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan in the days after Jeffrey Epstein’s death there on August 10, 2019.

The Miami Herald published the bombshell story on Friday, after analyzing thousands of pages from the Epstein files.

An inmate identified as Steven Lopez was directed to haul multiple bags of shredded material, described as “bales,” to a dumpster at the jail’s rear gate on August 15 and again on August 16.

Lopez told a veteran corrections officer, Michael Kearins, “They are shredding everything back there,” according to the report.

Kearins, who said he had “never seen this amount of bags of shredded documents coming out to be put in the dumpster,” contacted the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center on August 16 at 6:28 p.m. to report the unusual shredding.

In a follow-up memo dated August 19, he wrote that the shredding appeared inappropriate and urged an investigation: “I believe that this conduct may be inappropriate for an investigative team to be shredding paperwork related to the investigation, and you may want to investigate why BOP employees are destroying records.”

An inmate at the jail was ordered to take the bags of shredded material to MCC’s rear gate and throw them in a dumpster on Thursday, Aug. 15, and again on Friday, Aug. 16, days after Epstein’s Aug. 10 death, records show. The sheer volume of material seemed unusual, the inmate noted.

“They are shredding everything,” the inmate told one of the guards, adding that he was asked to give the officials, whom he did not recognize, a hand with the shredding.

“Make sure you get that box too,” one of the men allegedly told him.

The inmate wasn’t the only one who found it out of the ordinary. A corrections officer at the detention facility called the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center that same night, a Friday, at 6:28 p.m. to report that he had “never seen this amount of bags of shredded documents coming out to be put in the dumpster at the rear gate of MCC.”

A back gate corrections officer was also troubled by what he witnessed as the inmate brought down “bales” of shredded paper, according to a memo he wrote to investigators three days later, on Monday, Aug. 19.

“I believe that this conduct may be inappropriate for [an] investigative team to be shredding paperwork related to the investigation and you may want to investigate why BOP employees are destroying records,” the correctional officer wrote on Aug. 19 around 11 a.m.

“Can we take a look at the Dumpster ASAP to see if the paper is still there? Possible they didn’t dump it yet,” replied one of the federal agents whose name is redacted in the memo.

But it was already too late. The trash was picked up that very morning.

The timing coincided with federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York requesting institutional count slips for dates prior to Epstein’s death.

Those records were later reported missing, the Herald noted.

Mystery of Kurt Cobain’s death deepens as new handwriting analysis points to forged suicide note found at the scene

A suicide note impaled with a red pen into the soil of a potted plant was long believed to be Kurt Cobain’s final message to the world. 

The Nirvana frontman died on April 5, 1994, at age 27 from a shotgun wound at his Seattle home. The King County Medical Examiner ruled his death a suicide.

Written in red pen on a restaurant placemat, the note was one of the key pieces of evidence cited by Seattle Police in their conclusion that Cobain took his own life.

Now, a private forensic team has claimed that the final lines of the note, where Cobain appears to bid farewell to his wife and daughter, may have been written by someone else.

Those lines read: ‘Please keep going Courtney,’ ‘for Frances,’ ‘for her life which will be so much happier,’ ‘without me,’ followed by ‘I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU.’

Independent researcher Michelle Wilkins, who worked with the team, told Daily Mail: ‘If you look closely, the handwriting in the last four lines is different, larger and more scrawled. We don’t believe Kurt wrote those lines.’

By contrast, the top of the note, addressed to Cobain’s imaginary childhood friend ‘Boddah,’ reads like a farewell to the music world rather than a personal message to his family: ‘I’ve tried everything… I’ve tried to get what I wanted out of life, and it just hasn’t worked.’

Handwriting analyst Mozelle Martin claimed that the last lines were written by someone else, citing changes in letter formation and rhythm, though her findings have not been peer-reviewed. 

Martin said she conducted her analysis to see the Kurt Cobain case officially reopened by Seattle Police as a homicide investigation, not a suicide.

Newly-Elected Idaho Mayor Dies While Giving Town Hall Speech

A newly-elected mayor in Idaho died while giving a town hall speech on Wednesday.

Idaho News reported that Nampa Mayor Rick Hogaboam, 47, experienced a medical emergency on Wednesday evening while giving a speech during a regional town hall event.

The Treasure Valley Partnership reported that Hogaboam received CPR from Eagle Mayor Brad Pike, who is a former firefighter, but despite the rescue efforts, Hogaboam was later pronounced dead.

Details on what led to Hogaboam’s sudden medical emergency are currently under investigation.

A newly elected Idaho mayor died after he collapsed mid-speech during a town hall meeting — as another elected leader tried to save his life.

Nampa Mayor Rick Hogaboam suffered a “medical emergency” while speaking around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in Eagle, Idaho, according to Idaho News.

Eagle Mayor Brad Pike, who was sitting next to the 47-year-old politician, was the first to administer CPR.

The Treasure Valley Partnership town hall meeting was adjourned as the politician was being treated by cops, fire crews and medics who rushed to the scene.

In his last Facebook post, Hogaboam posted a picture of himself attending a fire training event at a Nampa firefighter training facility.

NYC medical examiner hesitated on ruling Epstein’s death a suicide due to so many ‘people wanting to kill’ him

The medical examiner who performed an autopsy on Jeffrey Epstein waited to rule his death a suicide because so many people wanted him dead. 

Dr Kristin Roman’s thoughts on the autopsy came to light after Epstein’s brother hired  Dr Michael Baden, who claimed the billionaire pedophile’s death needs to be reinvestigated as a homicide.

Roman delayed her ruling of suicide in an effort of ‘being thorough,’ a newly-released interview with the Department of Justice revealed. 

She told the DOJ for their investigation into Epstein’s death that the financier’s infamy was the reason the held off on her decision.

‘If he had been a less high-profile person who there weren’t people wanting to kill, I would have probably called it a hanging on the day of autopsy,’ Roman said, in an interview conducted in May of 2022.

‘It was pretty clear cut,’ she said, claiming the death was a suicide. 

She came to her conclusion being able to look at photographs from his cell at the Metropolitan Detention Center following her delay.

However, she was not allowed to speak to any correction officers or visit the cell. She claims that this was not a factor in her decision.

‘It would have been more for completeness rather than a big factor in making the determination.’

‘Was he fully hanging? Where was he hanging? That kind of stuff,’ Roman said of what she was trying to find out. 

Baden said in February that he is unconvinced by the conclusion of the New York Medical Examiner’s Office that the American millionaire took his own life while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

He reiterated to Business Insider on Friday that he believes it was a homicide. While the doctor did not carry out the post-mortem himself, he was present during the examination and acted as an observer on behalf of Epstein’s family.

Where Roman and Baden disagree is on a series of fractures in Epstein’s neck which Roman said supports a suicide and are not the breaks you would see on someone who had been strangled. 

Baden, however, said that he’s only seen three fractures in a suicide by hanging in his 25 years working for the city as a medical examiner or in his decades working for the state overseeing prison deaths. 

‘That doesn’t mean it can never happen, but it sure as hell is very rare if it happens,’ he said.

One advantage Roman had was being able to see the nooses found in Epstein’s cell, which Baden did not get to see.

Epstein prison guard googled him minutes before body found — and made mysterious deposit before pedophile’s suicide: DOJ

One of Jeffrey Epstein’s prison guards googled the sex predator minutes before he was found dead — and also made a mysterious $5,000 cash deposit 10 days before the predator’s jail-cell suicide, new Department of Justice documents reveal.

Tova Noel was one of the two Metropolitan Correctional Center workers accused of falsifying records to say they checked on Epstein throughout the night before his Aug. 10, 2019, suicide.

The guards were fired but criminal charges against both were later dropped.

Noel googled “latest on Epstein in jail” at 5:42 a.m. and then again at 5:52 a.m. — less than 40 minutes before her colleague, correctional officer Michael Thomas, found the disgraced financier dead in his cell by hanging at 6:30 a.m., according to an FBI record of Noel’s internet search history that night.

Earlier that shift, Noel, 37, shopped for furniture online and snoozed on the job instead of making the mandated checks on Epstein every 30 minutes, while Thomas perused motorcycles, prosecutors said.

The FBI highlighted the eerie internet search in its 66-page forensic examination of the Bureau of Prisons desktop computers of Noel and Thomas. It was the only search highlighted.

When questioned during her sworn statement to the DOJ in 2021, Noel denied googling Epstein.

“I don’t remember doing that,” she claimed, according to a transcript. She said FBI records were not “accurate. I don’t recall looking him up.”

Noel, who has since been sued in Westchester County Supreme Court for alleged assault at her new job as a medical office assistant at Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care, also claimed to investigators that everyone at the Manhattan federal lockup failed to do rounds and falsified records about it.

Ex-husband of sex scandal mayor Misty Roberts fought to keep kids away from her former lover who later turned up dead 

Disgraced Louisiana mayor Misty Roberts’ former lover was found dead just weeks after her ex-husband accused him of being abusive, it was revealed Thursday.

Roberts, 43, who was found guilty on Tuesday of having sex with her son’s underaged friend, started dating William Andrew Cronce in the wake of her divorce from Duncan Clanton, the father of her children.

Cronce, a local pipe liner, was then found dead on February 23, 2024.

An online obituary described the 38 year old as a loving and hardworking father, who coached baseball in the DeRidder community where Roberts served as mayor.

‘He was unstoppable on a machine or with a ball in his glove,’ the obituary said. ‘He was truly the man in the arena – falling, standing up and trying again.’

It went on to say that ‘behind an extremely hard exterior was the most gentle man.’

‘He loved and lived with so much emotion and passion,’ the obituary concludes.   

It is unclear how Cronce died, but his death came just about one month after Clanton accused him of being abusive in a civil restraining order to keep him away from his and Roberts’ two adolescent children, according to the New York Post.

Clanton argued that his ex-wife’s new lover had alcoholic, suicidal and ‘stalky’ tendencies in the January 24, 2024 letter asking a Beauregard Parish court judge to grant the protection order on behalf of his daughter, then 10 years old, and son, 13.

‘I am fearful for my children’s safety because William Andrew Cronce does have access to weapons/handguns, he is bold enough to publicly voice/threaten suicide and has shown stalking behavior with the mother of my children,’ he wrote.

The worried father then went on to claim that during an argument with Roberts, Cronce ‘exited the house loudly, shouting in front of [the children] that their mother needs to learn to shut her “c*** sucker” if she knows what’s good for her.’

Cronce had even allegedly threatened suicide in a Facebook post following a breakup with Roberts, and was later found by police ‘incapacitated and unconscious with a gun on his person,’ the ex-husband said.

‘If he is brave enough to take his own life, what is stopping him from shooting Misty, our kids and himself?’ Clanton asked, rhetorically.

He also said that despite Cronce allegedly ‘stalking’ his ex-wife by taking photos of her home and vehicle and sending them to her while they were broken up, she took him back.

Clanton then ultimately filed the request for a protection order after he said Roberts ignored his repeated pleas to keep Cronce away from their children – and even disregarded their own daughter’s wishes not to see him.

Cronce ‘has a history of instability and alcoholism that is abusive in relationships,’ the father-of-two wrote in the court document.

Russian mogul who called Ghislaine Maxwell his ‘soulmate’ is found dead in luxe Moscow pad

A Russian mogul who once called sex-trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell his “soulmate” was found dead in a luxury Moscow apartment Monday, according to reports — just weeks after his name surfaced in the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Umar Dzhabrailov, a Chechen businessman and former senator, was discovered lying in a pool of blood with a gunshot wound to his head at about 3 a.m., Russian outlet Kommersant reported, citing police sources who called it a suspected suicide.

Police discovered a Luger pistol lying by the 67-year-old’s body. But Dzhabrailov — who had tried to take his life in 2020 — didn’t leave a suicide note, the sources said.

The businessman’s apparent suicide comes after he was among the Russian names that appeared in the Justice Department’s latest Epstein document dump.

Emails show him trying to meet the pedophile’s madam in Moscow in 2001.

“Dear Ghislaine, I’m back from London, planing 2 B in Moscow. Really want 2 C U, but I need 2 know exactly when U arive, cause I want 2 take care of U and arrange welcoming things. Wishing U all the best! Umar,” read the email, dated May 24.

Maxwell responded the following day, writing: “Umar, sorry that we did not come last week. Got side tracked and ended up in France. However we Jeffrey Tom and I are coming next week arriving Fri. Will you be around and can we get together? Let me know. Hope you are well. Ghislaine.”

The extent of their relationship, or how they initially met, wasn’t immediately clear.

Lawyers Scramble When Bill Clinton Asked if He Thinks Epstein Killed Himself – Hillary Says Epstein “Mysteriously Died”

Bill and Hillary Clinton appeared doubtful that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in the depositions with the House Oversight Committee last week, with Bill seeming unsure as his lawyers attempted to evade the question and Hillary flat out describing his death as “mysterious.”

Bill and Hillary previously refused to testify before the House Oversight Committee, leading to an attempt to hold the two in contempt of Congress, and they finally agreed to sit for interviews.

Bill Clinton, in his deposition, denied that Trump engaged in any wrongdoing and actually appeared to defend Trump when the Democrats attempted to bait him into saying Trump was implicated in Epstein’s crimes.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) said last week that the Clintons did not appear to believe the government line that Epstein killed himself.

Epstein apparently killed himself in a facility known for its stringent security measures, while the prison guards failed to do mandatory checks on Epstein. The guards were also asleep, falsified records to cover their negligence, and the cameras were reportedly not working.

The New York City medical examiner concluded that Epstein died by suicide via hanging. However, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Dr. Michael Baden, a renowned forensic pathologist hired by Epstein’s family, observed the autopsy and noted injuries more consistent with homicidal strangulation, including fractures of the hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage. But FBI Director Kash Patel dismissed this evidence last year, saying he’d never seen it!

When Luna asked Bill Clinton if he believes that Epstein committed suicide in prison, Clinton’s attorneys stepped in and tried to prevent the question from being asked until Luna finally reworded it, asking Clinton if Epstein was suicidal.

Clinton uncomfortably responded, “I don’t know. I only know what the medical finding was. I’ve accepted it in my own mind. I don’t know what happened.” He further stated, “none of us know” what actually happened.

Millionaire Philanthropist Found Shot Dead at Assisted Living Facility in Maryland

An investigation is underway after a millionaire philanthropist was found shot dead at his senior assisted living facility in Maryland.

On Valentine’s Day, Robert Fuller, 87, was found dead with a gunshot wound in his apartment at the Cogir Potomac Senior Living facility in Potomac, Maryland.

The Montgomery County Department of Police is investigating his death as a homicide, but gave no information on whether Fuller’s killer was from the inside of the facility or the outside.

Detectives handling the case further added, Fuller was “taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy to determine cause and manner of death.”

Police are investigating after a millionaire philanthropist was shot dead at a senior living facility in Maryland.

On Saturday, Feb. 14 at approximately 7:34 a.m. local time, the Montgomery County Department of Police and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service officers “responded to the Cogir Potomac Senior Living facility in the 10800 block of Potomac Tennis Lane for a reported code,” per a news release.

First responders then located 87-year-old Robert Fuller, Jr. “unresponsive inside an apartment within the senior living facility,” the release stated.

Police said, “Life-saving measures were attempted, but he was pronounced dead at the scene,” adding that officers at the scene “observed that Fuller had trauma to the head and Major Crimes was notified.”

In a statement, the Cogir Potomac Senior Living Facility sent a memo to residents that reads, “This was an isolated incident, and there is no ongoing threat to residents or staff. ”
