Transgender inmate arrested for strangling 11-month-old daughter allowed to receive gender reassignment surgery

An inmate claiming to be a transgender woman who allegedly strangled her 11-month-old daughter to death is set to receive state-funded gender transition surgery.

Autumn Cordellione, born Jonathan Richardson, was sentenced to 55 years behind bars in 2001 in Indiana for killing her stepchild while her partner was at work.

In 2023, she requested but was denied gender transition surgery — leading her to file a lawsuit with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

A federal judge found she was at risk of harm if she did not get surgery and granted an injunction — a legal order requiring someone to do something — to have Cordellione undergo an orchiectomy, to remove testicles, and a vaginoplasty, to invert the penis into a vagina. Overall, these surgeries typically cost about $27,000 in total.

The decision to allow the surgeries to move forward came despite the opinion of a psychologist, who said Cordellione did not have gender dysphoria and did not need the operations, but rather was seeking attention.

But the ACLU said refusing to organize the surgeries violated the eighth amendment — that no punishment be excessive.

The Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC), which had refused the surgeries, argued, however, it could not fund them because of an Indiana state law that bars the use of taxpayer funds for gender transition procedures for inmates.

Despite that, it has now been ordered to arrange them, and find a surgeon for Cordellione — who was rejected as a patient by the state’s only gender-transition clinic because it said it did not operate on inmates.

Have California Democrats Finally Gone Too Far?

California has reached a new level of insanity. A proposed ballot initiative in the state is named after Luigi Mangione, the man accused of murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. But here’s the kicker: Democrats couldn’t even spell his name right.

The so-called “Luigi Mangioni Access to Health Care Act” aims to make it more difficult for insurance companies to deny medical treatment claims.

That’s right — these people are trying to turn an accused killer into some kind of folk hero to push their radical agenda. You can’t make this stuff up.

The Luigi Mangione Access to Health Care Act submitted to the California Attorney General’s Office would make it illegal for an insurance company to “delay, deny or modify any medical procedure or medication” that is suggested by a licensed physician in the Golden State where there could be serious consequences such as “disability, death, amputation, permanent disfigurement, loss or reduction of any bodily function,” the document states. It was filed by Paul Eisner, a longtime Los Angeles-based attorney.

The terms “delay” and “deny” were made popular by the healthcare book “Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Insurance Companies Don’t Pay Claims and What You Can Do About.” The words “delay, deny, and depose” were reportedly inscribed on the casings of the bullets that killed Brian Thompson on Dec. 4.

“What” Rob Pyers, research director for California Target Book, posted on X.

“A proposed ballot initiative has been filed in California entitled “The Luigi Mangioni (sic) Access to Health Care Act.” Actually,” Los Angeles-based conservative activist Elizabeth Barcohana said.

It’s sick the way Democrats celebrate evil people.

Ukraine guilty of human rights violations in trade union massacre, top European court finds

The European Court of Human Rights has found the Ukrainian government guilty of committing human rights violations during the May 2, 2014 Odessa massacre, in which dozens of Russian-speaking demonstrators were forced into the city’s Trade Unions House and burned alive by ultranationalist thugs.

Citing the “relevant authorities’ failure to do everything that could reasonably be expected of them to prevent the violence in Odessa,” the court ruled unanimously that Ukraine violated Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which guarantees the right to life. The judges also condemned the Ukrainian government’s failure “to stop that violence after its outbreak, to ensure timely rescue measures for people trapped in the fire, and to institute and conduct an effective investigation into the events.”

42 people were killed as a result of the fire, a bloody bookend to the so-called “Maidan revolution” that saw Ukraine’s democratically-elected president deposed in a Western-backed coup in 2014. Ukrainian officials and legacy media outlets have consistently framed the deaths as a tragic accident, with some figures even blaming anti-Maidan protesters themselves for starting the blaze. That notion is thoroughly discredited by the verdict, which was delivered by a team of seven judges including a Ukrainian justice.

As dozens of anti-Maidan activists burned to death, the ECHR found deployment of fire engines to the site was “deliberately delayed for 40 minutes,” even though the local fire station was just one kilometer away.

In the end, the judicial body determined there was nothing which indicated Ukrainian authorities “had done everything that could reasonably be expected of them to avert” the violence. Officials in Kiev, they said, made “no efforts whatsoever” to prevent skirmishes between pro- and anti-Maidan activists that led to the deadly inferno, despite knowing in advance such clashes were likely to break out. Their “negligence… went beyond an error of judgment or carelessness.”

The case was brought by 25 people who lost family members in the Neo-Nazi arson attack and clashes that preceded it, and three who survived the fire with various injuries. Though the ECHR found Ukraine violated their human rights, the court demanded Ukraine pay them just 15,000 euros each in damages.

The ruling also stopped short of acknowledging the full reality of the Odessa slaughter, as it largely overlooked the role played by Western-supported neo-Nazi elements and their intimate ties to the sniper massacre in February 2014 in Maidan Square which has been conclusively determined to have been a false flag. In the judges’ decision, they downplayed or justified violence by the violent Ukrainian football fans and skinheads, charitably describing them as “pro-unity activists.”

Clinton-Appointed Judge Rules Inmate Who Murdered Baby Must Be Provided Taxpayer-Funded Sex Change at ‘Earliest Opportunity’

Clinton-appointed Judge Richard Young has ordered the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) to provide sex change surgery for a “transgender” inmate who murdered a baby.

The inmate, Jonathan Richardson, who now goes by “Autumn Cordellioné,” is in prison for the reckless homicide of a baby.

Richardson was convicted in 2001 for strangling his then-wife’s 11-month-old daughter to death.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed the lawsuit against the Indiana Department of Corrections seeking a sex change on behalf of Richardson in 2023, three years after the baby-killer decided to begin identifying as a woman.

Currently, there is a law in Indiana banning taxpayer-funded sex change procedures for inmates.

According to a Fox News report, the ACLU argued that the law violates the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition of “cruel and unusual punishment.”

Judge Young sided with the ACLU on March 5 and ordered taxpayers to foot the bill for the murderer’s vanity surgery.

InfoWars Host Swatted 2x in past Day in Texas, Comes after Another Journalist Murdered

Chase Geiser is a host on Alex Jones’ InfoWars and the author of the book “The Rise of American Populism.” Geiser has appeared on various platforms, including “The Alex Jones Show,” “Timcast,” and “Newsmax.”

Geiser said on X today that he has been swatted twice in the past 24 hours.

SWATing is a criminal harassment tactic in which an individual makes a false emergency report—often involving claims of a hostage situation, active shooter, or other violent threat—to provoke a heavily armed police response to a victim’s home or workplace. The goal is to intimidate, harass, or retaliate against the target by causing them to face a dangerous law enforcement encounter.

SWATing can result in serious injuries or even death, as officers responding to the fabricated threat arrive expecting a high-risk situation. The practice has been used against journalists, politicians, activists, and online personalities, especially in politically charged environments.

Law enforcement agencies across the U.S. have begun treating SWATing as a serious federal offense, with perpetrators facing charges such as false reporting, fraud, and making terroristic threats, carrying severe legal penalties.

Online, some have speculated that the responding police were negligent in responding to his address in the same charged way, twice in the same 24 hour period. They note that his address should have been flagged as a potential political target.

The militant political left has regularly used domestic terrorism tactics like these against the right. Rarely does law enforcement take action to prosecute the offenders.

Alex Jones is claiming Gen. Mike Flynn warned him that he’s on a Ukrainian Hit list.

Ukraine is also accused of killing right-wing journalist Gonzalo Lira in January 2024, while Lira was in custody of the country’s law enforcement.

The right-wing internet personality Phillip Buchanan, known online as “Catturd,” was also swatted in 2023.

This comes in the wake of InfoWars reporter Jamie White’s murder on the streets of Austin, Texas outside of his apartment complex Chandelier Apartments at 2336 Douglas St., Austin, in a parking lot. The suspects fled, and the police do not have anyone yet in custody.

Jones has said that he believes White was on a “Ukraine Hit List.”

Austin police say InfoWars writer Jamie White possibly killed by car burglars

The InfoWars writer who Alex Jones, the founder of the conspiracy website, said was “brutally murdered” late Sunday was possibly killed by people burglarizing his vehicle, according to the Austin Police Department.

Police said in a statement Tuesday that Jamie White, 36, was found lying on the ground in the parking lot of the apartment complex where he lived, with trauma to his body. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead at 12:19 a.m. Monday, the department said.

“The initial investigation shows that White was shot and killed in the parking lot of the apartment complex in which he lived,” the statement said. “The suspects then fled the scene. Detectives believe the suspects were possibly burglarizing White’s vehicle, when he interrupted them.”

White’s body is in the possession of the the Travis County medical examiner’s office, county spokesman Hector Nieto confirmed.

The Police Department is asking that anyone in the area who may have had their vehicle burglarized Sunday or Monday, to come forward. Photos, videos, or potential evidence, can be submitted online.

In a statement released on social media Monday evening, Jones said White had been a “reporter” for the far-right site. White’s most recent article was published a day before his death.

“We pledge that Jamie’s tragic death will not be in vain, and those responsible for this senseless violence will be brought to justice,” Jones said in a statement that blamed White’s death “in part” on the policies of Travis County District Attorney José Garza, a Democrat.

Garza dismissed Jones’ claim in a statement provided to the American-Statesman.

Shocking Discovery of a CJNG Extermination Camp in Jalisco—Not a Single Mention from Mexico’s Cartel-Allied Government

In a chilling discovery that has shaken Mexico, the Guerreros Buscadores de Jalisco collective uncovered an extermination camp this week in the municipality of Teuchitlán, Jalisco.

The site, known as Rancho Izaguirre and allegedly operated by the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), contained three clandestine ovens, charred human remains, and hundreds of personal belongings, including approximately 400 pairs of shoes, clothing, backpacks, and a farewell letter.

Authorities estimate that at least 200 people may have been victims in this gross setting, a stark reflection of the rampant violence plaguing the country.

The discovery took place on March 5, following an anonymous call alerting the collective to the presence of human remains at the ranch, located in the town of La Estanzuela.

Accompanied by members of the National Guard, the searchers found a warehouse filled with scattered personal belongings. After hours of searching, they uncovered underground ovens and a brick slab designed to make detecting the crimes more difficult. Among the most heartbreaking findings was a letter signed by Eduardo Lerma Nito, a 20-year-old who had been missing since February 2024 in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco—giving faces and names to the victims of this tragedy.

New York Blocks ICE From Detaining Illegal Immigrant Accused Of Subway Murder

An illegal immigrant accused of setting a woman on fire inside a New York subway station remains protected under the city’s sanctuary policies, sparking outrage from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. She criticized New York officials for refusing to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement, allowing dangerous individuals to remain in the country.

Noem visited the subway station where the brutal attack took place, blaming city leaders for policies that prioritize illegal immigrants over law-abiding residents. She pointed out that the suspect first crossed the border illegally in 2018, was deported under President Donald Trump, but later reentered the country and took advantage of New York’s lax immigration policies.

The suspect had been living in New York for over a year, receiving assistance from programs that provide shelter and food for illegal immigrants. Noem stated that these sanctuary protections make the city a safe haven for criminals, increasing risks for everyday citizens.

Despite a request from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to detain the suspect, the New York City Department of Corrections refused to comply, allowing him to remain in local custody. Noem called the decision a failure of leadership, saying both Gov. Kathy Hochul and Mayor Eric Adams are responsible for endangering public safety.

Sanctuary city scandal: Migrant who set fire to woman as she slept on NYC subway avoids deportation

An illegal immigrant accused of burning a woman alive inside a New York subway car will remain in the US because of sanctuary city policies that prohibit him from being deported.

Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, 33, is facing murder and arson charges relating to the killing of Debrina Kawam, 57

Prosecutors say Zapeta-Calil set the New Jersey woman on fire on a stopped train at Brooklyn’s Coney Island station on December 22.

He then fanned the flames with a shirt before sitting on platform bench and watching as Kawam burned, they allege.

Under current policies enacted in the Big Apple, the city’s corrections department have refused to honor an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer for Zapeta-Calil.

That decision was slammed by Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, who was in NYC this week to meet with law enforcement.

In a clip of her taken on the platform of the Coney Island stop, she said: ‘ICE lodged an immigration detainer with the NYC Department of Corrections to take this depraved alien into custody

‘Because of current sanctuary city policy, the corrections department has indicated it will NOT honor the detainer.’
