Reporter Now Covering the Trump White House for Politico Said That She Cried When Trump Won in 2016

The media is overwhelmingly liberal. We all know this. Journalists today seem more like propagandists for the Democrat party than reporters.

Even so, sometimes things happen that remind us just how biased the media really is.

Enter reporter Cheyanne Daniels of Politico, who covers the Trump White House. Back in 2016, when Trump pulled off a surprise win, Daniels wrote on social media that she cried.

Those are not the actions of an impartial journalist. That’s the behavior of a dedicated partisan.

The Washington Free Beacon reports:

Politico Reporter Who Said She Cried Over Trump’s Election Now Covers His Presidency

As a master’s student at Northwestern University’s esteemed journalism school in 2020, Cheyanne Daniels revealed that she cried when President Donald Trump was elected four years earlier because she knew “horrible things were to come.” She now covers the Trump presidency for Politico.

Daniels joined the outlet as a breaking news reporter in May following a three-year stint as a “race and politics reporter” for The Hill, where she covered both the 2024 election and stories like, “John Boyega: ‘Star Wars’ ‘most whitest, elite space,’” and, “‘Power Rangers’ actor splits with writer, says casting a ‘milestone.’”

Her reporting is now largely focused on the White House, the subject of several of her posts on social media. On Nov. 7, 2020, the day the Associated Press called the presidential election for Joe Biden, Daniels tweeted: “4 years ago, I cried when I realized Donald Trump had been elected, knowing horrible things were to come. Now, I’m in my apartment in D.C., hearing people cheering in the streets screaming that he has been defeated, and I’m crying once again. But for a very different reason.”

One week later, Daniels’s euphoria seemed to fade. “Trump may have lost the election,” she wrote, “but over 70 million people voted for him — and some of those voters were people who felt, like their demagogue, that MY life as a Black woman doesn’t matter, that I shouldn’t exist, I threaten the purity of white power.”

This person is not a reporter. She’s clearly an activist.

Joy Reid Thinks Freedom is Dangerous — Warns Conservatives Want No Income Tax, No Regulations, Unlimited Wealth, and Generational Prosperity Without Taxes

Race-baiter Joy Reid sat down with BET Networks’ Miabelle and unleashed a tirade against what she calls the “dangerous” plans of conservatives and MAGA Republicans.

According to Reid, the real threat to America isn’t skyrocketing crime, open borders, or inflation, it’s the horrifying prospect of… freedom?

During the interview, the two discussed “Project Esther,” a Heritage Foundation initiative.

According to Reid, the project isn’t about protecting free speech or academic integrity, it’s a “conservative scheme” to suppress pro-Palestinian protests, silence dissent, and, somehow, force women back into the home.

Joy Reid: “And so Project Esther has those twin goals—protecting Israel from protests and criticism by making that criticism basically illegal, shutting down those protests on college campuses, and forcing women back into the home.”

According to Reid, conservatives want to enslave Black Americans all over again.

Reid went on to claim that Republicans are “desperately” trying to restore a “hierarchical past” from the 1890s or earlier, where there were no taxes, no regulations, and no “natural rights” for working Americans.

Of course, she left out the fact that it was Democrats who ran Jim Crow, Democrats who enforced segregation, and Democrats who blocked civil rights bills for decades.

Miabelle: Wow. And what does this mean for Black people?

Joy Reid: Well, what we always have to remember is that when they say they want women back home, they don’t mean us, because they do want us in the home cooking for the white family.

Miabelle: Yes.

Joy Reid: They want back the kind of world in the 1950s, where the only time you saw a Black woman, she had a maid’s uniform on, and she was taking care of your children. And the only time they saw a Black man was when he was their butler or their driver.

They really miss the hierarchical past that we tried to leave behind, but that’s not that old — we’re talking about the 1950s.

They desperately want that world back, if not the ’40s, ’30s, or the 1890s. So, the goal of trying to force the country backwards to that late 19th century or early 20th century — they’re very serious about it.

And one of the reasons they’re so serious about it is that if you go back before the 20th century, there were no income taxes, there were no regulations on business. You could earn as much money as you wanted, and leave 100% of it to your children with no taxes.

That’s the world they want back. And to get it back, they need society to change. They need people to be less modern. They need people to want fewer things. They need people to be satisfied just being workers.

And they don’t really believe that any of us have natural rights. They believe only the super rich, only the billionaires have real, true rights, and everyone else are just workers.

Catherine Herridge reveals what fake news media won’t admit about Comey’s indictment…

The propaganda press is already hard at work trying to save James Comey. CIA-friendly “reporters” like Ken Dilanian from MSNBC are twisting themselves into pretzels to paint the charges against him as flimsy, political, or just plain ol’ “Trump’s revenge.”

Here’s how the fake news media is trying to downplay what’s happening. Ken Dilanian suggests the indictment is built on words Comey never actually said… spoiler alert: he said them.

This is the same tired routine we see time and time again. Run cover for the Deep State, smear Trump, and pretend the walls aren’t closing in. Wash, rinse, repeat.

But as you can imagine, the truth is much different than the fairytales the regime media is pumping out.

The real story is coming from journalists who don’t carry water for our crooked intelligence agencies. Catherine Herridge just dropped the receipts that show what the media won’t dare tell you… this indictment wasn’t shaky, it was locked, loaded, and ready to go.

Look At NYT Coverage Of Comey, Trump Indictments To See How The Propaganda Machine Operates

On Thursday, disgraced former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by a grand jury on two counts: false statements within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch and obstruction of a congressional proceeding. In other words, Comey allegedly broke the law — and the evidence appears to support the charges. But you wouldn’t necessarily glean that if you read The New York Times’ editorial board meltdown about the indictment.

“The Comey Indictment Plunges the Country Into a Grave New Period,” the piece is headlined. The esteemed “opinion journalists” at The Times warn that Trump “is undermining a core promise of the American justice system: the fair and equal enforcement of the law.”

It matters naught to the board that Comey allegedly provided false testimony to Congress in September of 2020 about his handling of the Russia collusion hoax. Comey previously testified in 2017 that “he did not authorize leaking information regarding the FBI’s investigations into President Donald Trump or former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,” as described by NBC News. Comey later told Sen. Ted Cruz he stood by the testimony.

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said Comey was made aware of the leak of information to the press and essentially gave it the stamp of approval after the fact, a 2018 Justice Department inspector general’s report found.

But no, according to The Times, Trump is apparently a “despot” who is “persecuting people he considers his enemies, with little justification other than raw political power.”

Although, however, the board even highlights that the grand jury that indicted Comey declined to bring a third false statement count.

“Grand juries typically file the indictments that federal prosecutors ask for,” the board writes, unwittingly undercutting its own hysteria. You see, by conceding that the grand jury — not Trump — declined to pursue the third charge (which according to The Times is atypical) it must mean the grand jury found credible evidence to indict Comey on the other two charges, but used their discretion and declined to bring the third charge. In other words, the charges stand on merits, not Trump’s alleged desire for retribution.

Nonetheless, according to the board, the “biggest law enforcement scandal of the past 50 years” is that Trump (according to the “experts”) ran on “promising to prosecute his enemies.” (Notably, the editorial board must have forgotten about New York Attorney General Letitia James’ campaign promise to nail Trump).

And yet here I was thinking the “biggest law enforcement scandal of the past 50 years” was the last administration trying to throw a former president in jail. But The Times disagrees with me there, you see.

In fact, the editorial board was quick to declare that “Donald Trump Is Not Above the Law,” in a 2022 piece that claimed the criminal investigation into the then-former president was “required.”

“Mr. Trump’s unprecedented assault on the integrity of American democracy requires a criminal investigation. The disturbing details of his postelection misfeasance, meticulously assembled by the Jan. 6 committee, leave little doubt that Mr. Trump sought to subvert the Constitution and overturn the will of the American people,” the board wrote.

Don Lemon Says White Men Are “Lazy, Dumb” and Believe Violence is the Answer

Former CNN hack Don Lemon lashed out at white men after the latest mass shootings in North Carolina and Michigan.

White 40-year-old military veterans were behind the latest shootings over the weekend, so Don Lemon opened up his podcast by attacking white men.

Don Lemon is married to a white man.

“White men, something deep in you is broken. You guys believe that violence is the answer,” Don Lemon said.

Black men are way more violent than white men.

Last week, Don Lemon lashed out over the Christian messaging and worship songs at Charlie Kirk’s memorial and said speakers only quoted Biblical scripture because they were “demanding submission.”

A beautiful memorial service was held for TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk at the State Farm Arena in Glendale, Arizona, last Sunday.

Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, delivered a moving speech focused on forgiveness.

In the most powerful and memorable moment of the evening, Mrs. Kirk forgave the assassin who took her husband’s life.

Don Lemon trashed the Christian messaging at Charlie Kirk’s memorial and claimed the service was merely a political rally.

Don Lemon also said, “Donald Trump stood on the stage like a man at the center of prophecy. He called Charlie Kirk a martyr…. as if the passing of the man had lit some sort of sacred fire.”

“What we saw in that arena was not simply faith finding public expression, it was religious nationalism on full display,” Don Lemon said.

We Now Know Why That Charlie Kirk Tribute Never Aired: Death Threats from the Leftists Who Murdered Him

We now know why Sinclair Broadcasting Network never aired their special tribute to slain Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk — threats of leftist violence were too grave to ignore.

After late night host Jimmy Kimmel told a blatant and malicious lie on Sept. 15 that Kirk’s shooter was a MAGA supporter, Sinclair said they would not air his show, as the corporation owns more than 40 affiliates of ABC.

In the immediate aftermath of that decision, the company told viewers that broadcasting in Kimmel’s time slot would instead feature a tribute to Kirk.

The decision was reversed later on Sept. 19, and the New York Post reported that the decision came down to “local threats directed at specific local ABC stations” resulting from the Kimmel suspension.

That same day, Anibal Hernandez Santana opened fire, allegedly shooting an ABC affiliate — KXTV in Sacramento — when he fired once in the air then drove around to the front of the building and fired three more shots in the lobby when one employee was present. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Hernandez Santana was a vehement hater of President Donald Trump. According to a separate report by the New York Post, he had handwritten notes ranting against the president in his car and had scribbled on his calendar for Sept. 19, “do the next scary thing.”

One note read, “For hiding Epstein and ignoring red flags.” It also said FBI Director Kash Patel, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, and Attorney General Pam Bondi were “next.”

He was arrested Friday by Sacramento police, being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, negligent discharge of a firearm, and shooting into an occupied building.

He posted a $200,000 bail only to be arrested by the FBI on Saturday as he faces federal charges of interfering with a federally licensed station and an additional charge for shooting a firearm within a school zone.

Clearly, Sinclair took these threats seriously as more deranged leftist terrorists would have acted against their other affiliates. This is becoming a pattern after Kirk’s assassination and the attack on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said about that day that left a detainee and the shooter dead after he fired indiscriminately into a van, “For months, we’ve been warning politicians and the media to tone down their rhetoric about ICE law enforcement before someone was killed.”

“This shooting must serve as a wake-up call to the far-left that their rhetoric about ICE has consequences. Comparing ICE Day-in and day-out to the Nazi Gestapo, the Secret Police, and slave patrols has consequences.”

The distinction between the right and the left’s rhetoric comes from the reality of these terroristic actions.

Right-wing violence is not inspired by right-wing rhetoric. Left-wing violence is.

‘Near Daily’ Israeli Assaults on Lebanon Have Become Non-News for Western Media

The Israeli military unleashed a large wave of air strikes on densely populated towns in South Lebanon on Thursday, September 18—although you’d never know it from the Western corporate media, who have increasingly lost interest in reporting on Israel’s unceasing war on its northern neighbor. This proceeds unabated in spite of a ceasefire, brokered by the United States and France, that ostensibly took hold last November. Prior to Thursday’s strikes, area residents were given an hour to evacuate.

The BBC (9/18/25) was one of the few corporate outlets that managed to find a bit of space for these events, under the headline, “Israeli Air Strikes Hit Southern Lebanon.” The outlet noted that

an Israeli military spokesman said the targets were infrastructure belonging to Hezbollah and in response to the group’s attempts to re-establish activities in the area. He provided no evidence.

The piece also explained that Israel “has carried out air strikes on people and places it says are linked to Hezbollah almost every day, despite a deal that ended the war with the group in November.”

Reuters (9/18/25) managed an even shorter writeup—and took Israel’s word for it in the headline: “Israel Attacks Hezbollah Targets in South Lebanon.”

No casualties were reported in these particular attacks, but the fiery spectacle naturally sent a whole lot of people fleeing in terrorized panic. The fact that such terrorism by the state of Israel transpires “almost every day” is perhaps part of the reason the media have largely relegated it to the realm of non-news.

Another part of the reason might be that outlets are too busy serving as apologists (FAIR.org, 4/11/254/25/256/6/25) for the ongoing US-backed genocide in the nearby Gaza Strip, which Israel launched in October 2023, and which has thus far officially killed more than 65,000 Palestinians, including 20,000 children—although this is likely a grave underestimate.

When Palestinians Die in Israeli Captivity, US Media Almost Never Take Note

The different treatment accorded to the plights of Palestinian and Israeli prisoners by US corporate media illustrates a persistent double standard that treats some people as more human than others.

Take 20-year-old Palestinian prisoner Ahmed Saeed Tazaz’a, who died in Israel’s Megiddo Prison after nearly three months of illegal detention, according to the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs (CDA), an agency of the Palestinian Authority (8/3/25).

Tazaz’a, who was from Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank, was imprisoned on May 6 of this year without a charge or a trial. He was held under Israel’s policy of “administrative detention,” which locks up Palestinians indefinitely “on the grounds that he or she plans to break the law in the future,” according to the Israeli human rights group B’Tselem. Tazaz’a did not suffer from prior health problems before his arrest, according to his family (WAFA8/7/25).

There are currently some 3,613 Palestinians under administrative detention in Israeli prisons, according to the July 2025 CDA report, and more than 10,000 Palestinians in Israeli custody (not including those held in military camps) in total. Even Israel’s own military intelligence only identifies a quarter of its detainees from Gaza as “fighters,” while human rights groups and Israeli soldiers have reported even fewer—roughly 15%—as Hamas members (Guardian9/4/25).

The CDA reports that Tazaz’a was the 76th identified Palestinian to die in Israeli custody since October 7, 2023.

Trump-Hating Michael Cohen Shocks MSNBC Hacks by Admitting Comey Likely Committed a Crime and Will Be Found Guilty

MSNBC’s smug panelists were left stunned on Saturday when Michael Cohen, the disgraced former Trump attorney who has spent the last several years trashing President Trump, admitted on live TV that James Comey “likely committed a crime” and “will be found guilty.”

The left-wing network’s anchors weren’t prepared for Cohen’s blunt assessment.

Cohen, once weaponized by Alvin Bragg and Joe Biden’s DOJ in Trump’s sham New York trial, now says evidence in Comey’s case will prove that he broke the law and weaponized the FBI.

Cohen’s remarks were so unexpected that they left Elise Jordan gasping for air.

Elise Jordan:
You predicted this. Not that it’s a great development for the rule of law in our country. Did you think it would be this fast, though? And who do you think is next?”

Michael Cohen:
Well, is it about the rule of law? Do any of us actually really know whether or not Comey is or is not guilty of the charges? I know that they parade out all of these pundits — they have the great titles in the chyron: former prosecutor, former FBI. Who’s seen a single document that’s in the possession right now of the DOJ? The answer is nobody. Who has the crystal ball? Still nobody.

I will tell you, from my investigation — which I used Brian Karem, who’s a 30-year White House correspondent, to speak to people inside government because they wouldn’t talk to me — I’ve learned that Comey was actually very much involved in the Russia investigation in a very negative way. Chances are this DOJ has every single email, every text message, every communication. I believe, likely, he will be found guilty.”

Elise Jordan:
“Oh, well, that’s interesting, because a lot on the right —

Michael Cohen:
I think he likely committed a crime.

Elise Jordan:
What specifically?

Michael Cohen:
I believe, likely, he committed a crime. I don’t know what that crime is, but there are hundreds of thousands of documents, and the government has each and every one of them. All they need to find is that one. Remember, James Comey, when he was the head of the FBI, was so used to punching down. Well, now you have the FBI that’s going to be punching up. I’ve been through this system. I know better than anybody what a weaponized DOJ looks like and feels like. It is insurmountable.

MSM Says It Knows What Hegseth’s Mystery Meeting Of Hundreds Of Generals Is All About

The Washington Post and CNN say they know what Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth’s big summoning of hundreds of military generals and admirals is all about. The meeting is set for Tuesday at Quantico Marine Base near Washington D.C.

No official explanation has yet to be given for why some 800 top commanders are being gathered – some traveling from bases across the globe. Speculation has abounded, including whether it could relate to going to war with Russia, or some other dire and alarming change in force posture. Major media outlets in the US are now claiming it will merely be a big talk by Hegseth in maintaining “warrior ethos” and things like professional standards. It’s also being reported as one big “rally the troops” meeting.

Apparently this somewhat unprecedented gathering is due to his “mounting impatience that the Pentagon hasn’t readily adopted the Trump administration’s directives on military culture, according to officials briefed on the plan.”

The speech will aim to get everyone on the same page in terms of Trump’s desire to tighten up discipline and professional standards across military ranks. So far, President Trump has only said when asked about the somewhat unprecedented meeting by reporters, “It’s great when generals and top people want to come to the United States to be with a now-called secretary of war.”

The Washington Post states:

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered hundreds of generals to travel from around the world to hear him make a short speech on military standards and the “warrior ethos,” multiple people familiar with the event told The Washington Post.

Commenting on the swift pushback, it continues:

Some Pentagon officials questioned the wisdom of launching a relatively large gathering on short notice to hear Hegseth speak for a matter of minutes, and bristled at the idea that long-serving military leaders — a segment of whom spent years in combat earlier in their careers — needed instruction on how to fight.

“They don’t need a talk from Secretary Hegseth on the warrior ethos,” a defense official said.

A high profile retired general has spoken up on social media, and Hegseth bat it down…
