Arizona Leftist Senator Doubles Down On Her ‘Right’ To Tip Off Illegals To ICE Operations

Last week, Arizona State Sen. Analise Ortiz, vulgarly defended her actions after she admitted to alerting illegal immigrants to ICE presence in her district. The Glendale leftist, who also is accused of doxxing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, shook her fist at “fascists and white supremacists in power in Arizona,” and claimed she had a right to interfere in federal immigration law enforcement activities.

“Yep. When ICE is around, I will alert my community to stay out of the area, and I’m not f***king scared of you nor Trump’s masked goons,” the lawmaker wrote in response to the conservative social media site Libs of TikTok outing Ortiz for “actively impeding and doxxing” ICE.

But “alerting” her community could very well tip off some very dangerous people who represent a clear and present danger to the community at large.

‘Will be Investigated’

In a statement, Arizona State Senate President Warren Petersen said he has referred the matter to U.S. Attorney, Arizona District for investigation. And Petersen told The Federalist last week that an ethics complaint has been filed in the Senate against Ortiz “and will be investigated through the course of the normal complaint process at the legislature.”

Ortiz has since doubled down on her defiant rhetoric, asserting her speech is protected under the First Amendment.

“I am not intimidated by this because what I did was simply alert my community to stay away from an area where ICE could be to keep themselves safe,” she told ABC15 Arizona in an interview.

That’s a good way to get law enforcement agents and civilians hurt or killed, the Department of Homeland Security has said, as attacks on ICE agents soar by more than 800 percent.

“Notifying the public about ICE law enforcement operations endangers law enforcement and weakens American national security. This certainly looks like obstruction of justice,” DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement to the news outlet.

While Ortiz claims free speech, ICE continues to do its job, what both houses of Congress through legislation have asked them to do: enforce the nation’s immigration laws. Some of the illegal immigrants open-border activists want to alert are turning out to be some very violent people who have done some terrible things.

Democrats Promise To Turn Illegal Aliens Into Voters

Democrats are increasingly explicit about their goals to turn illegal aliens into future voters — making Republican talk of amnesty or compromise more worrisome. Those efforts would be nothing less than hammering the final nails into the coffin of both the Republican Party and America.

At a Fort Worth “The People vs. The Power Grab” rally, Beto O’Rourke laid it out plainly.

“We absolutely failed to live up to the expectations that we set, so next time we win power, we’re going to drive that car like we stole it,” O’Rourke said. “We’re going to legalize every DREAMer, every DREAMer’s parents, every hardworking American doing backbreaking work that makes this country so g-dd-mn great in the first place, even greater as US citizens.”

O’Rourke isn’t the only Democrat to suggest turning illegal aliens into citizens. Florida Democratic Rep. Maxwell Frost said in June that he wants to “document every single [illegal alien] with a speedy path to citizenship.”

Given the chance, Democrats will choose voter registration over deportation. They are simply waiting for their next chance at power to pull the trigger.

It’s comments like these that underscore why there is absolutely no room for exception or compromise on mass deportation by Republicans. There’s a host of issues with giving illegal aliens citizenship or legal status or a carveout — but the most consequential is voting. Legalizing millions of illegal aliens would reshape the electorate overnight. States like Texas could flip blue, while congressional toss-ups like New York Rep. Mike Lawler’s district could disappear for Republicans — not because voters changed their minds, but because Democrats imported and legalized new ones.

It’s a possibility not far out of reach — which is why President Donald Trump must keep his foot on the gas with mass deportations and ignore big agriculture and hospitality, as well as spineless Republicans in Congress demanding mass amnesty.

Trump has floated an amnesty-like program for illegal aliens working in the hospitality or agricultural industry.

“Our great Farmers and people in the Hotel and Leisure business have been stating that our very aggressive policy on immigration is taking very good, long time workers away from them, with those jobs being almost impossible to replace,” Trump said in a Truth Social post. “In many cases the Criminals allowed into our Country by the VERY Stupid Biden Open Borders Policy are applying for those jobs. This is not good. We must protect our Farmers, but get the CRIMINALS OUT OF THE USA. Changes are coming!”

ICE Arrests Guatemalan Illegal Alien Released by RI Cops After Charged with Sex Crimes Against Children

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested a Guatemalan Illegal Alien in Rhode Island one day after local police released him. The illegal alien “got away” was charged with paying to have sex with a minor and released on bond despite his status.

ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents arrested Josue Santiago Perez Gomez, 29, one day after a Rhode Island judge released the Guatemalan national on bond. Officials say Perez Gomez, who entered the U.S. illegally at an unknown time and place, was released on bond after being charged with patronizing a minor for commercial sex, indecent solicitation of a child, and procurement of sexual conduct for a fee. Agents re-arrested the alleged child predator on July 12.

This week, Fox News reporter Bill Melugin published a statement from ICE Boston Field Office Director Patricia Hyde regarding the incident. The director wrote:

Josue Santiago Perez-Gomez stands accused of some disgusting and disturbing crimes and represents a clear threat to the children of our Rhode Island communities. Releasing an alleged child sex offender the very day of his arrest begs the question, what is the point of arresting him at all? Luckily, the brave men and women of ICE were able to remove this criminal alien pedophile from our streets where local authorities allowed him to potentially reoffend.

The Quiet Part Out Loud: What the Left Really Thinks of Illegal Immigrants

For all of their pious pontificating about the nobility of illegal immigrants as people who simply came here in search of a better life for themselves and their families, Democrats and others on the Left in and out of Congress actually have a much more patronizing view in unguarded moments.

While out of one side of their mouths, the Left lionizes illegals as latter-day huddled masses yearning to breathe free, these same leftists speak of the migrants in ways that are condescending or at best utilitarian, even as they fight to block President Donald Trump from deporting them back to their countries of origin.

Most of these liberals, in unscripted moments, appear to be less concerned about the well-being of the millions of illegals the Biden administration allowed to pour into our country unvetted and more concerned about their food supply, even though none of them looks like he or she has ever skipped a meal.

Consider the following quotes, transcribed verbatim from a video compilation circulating on Facebook, the many iterations of which make it impossible to ascertain the original source for attribution. Speaking of Biden, as we were, let’s start with former first son Hunter Biden, who—as is his custom—kept it classy:

HUNTER BIDEN: “How do you think you got food on your f—— table? Who do you think washes your dishes? Who do you think does your f—— garden?”

REP. JIMMY GOMEZ, D-Calif., mocked ICE raids as heartless assaults on “the immigrant workers who feed America.”

REP. NANCY PELOSI, D-Calif.: “Why are you shipping these immigrants up north? We need them here to pick the crops.”

ALEJANDRO MAYORKAS, Biden’s secretary of Department of Homeland Security: “Food is not reaching our table because those who pick the crops have been removed.”

REP. DEBBIE WASSERMAN SCHULTZ, D-Fla.: “I mean, you’re going to have vegetables rotting in the fields.”

REP. JERRY NADLER, D-N.Y.: “Our vegetables would rot in the ground if they weren’t being picked by many illegal immigrants.”

REP. ALEXANDRIA OCASIO-CORTEZ, D-N.Y.: “If you think your groceries are expensive now, wait until the farms are empty.”

REP. PRAMILA JAYAPAL, D-Wash.: “If you look at the food that’s on your table, think about who picked it.”

UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN on CNN: “It’s going to deport 20 million people, the people who pick your crops.”

SEN. DICK DURBIN, D-Ill.: “They come with regularity from Mexico, usually, to work in the fields.”

REP. JASMINE CROCKETT, D-Texas: “Those immigrants that come into our country work in the fields, something we ain’t done in a long time.”

JENNA ARNOLD, Democratic strategist: “I can’t wait until American women can’t get blueberries for their smoothies.”

UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN on TikTok: “Good news, Red States, you can now pick your own fruits and vegetables in the blazing hot sun for $5 an hour.”

THE RT. REV. MARIANN EDGAR BUDDE, Episcopal bishop of Washington: “The people who pick our crops and clean our office buildings; who labor in poultry farms and meatpacking plants; who wash dishes after we eat in restaurants and work the night shifts in hospitals … .”

ANNA NAVARRO, one of the co-hosts of ABC-TV’s “The View”: “What’s going to happen here is that milk gets a lot higher [in price], because I don’t know if any of you have ever been in a dairy farm, because it is god-awful work.”

CONFIDENT COMMIES: Undercover Video Shows Socialists in Houston Planning to Intimidate ICE, Stop Immigration Enforcement, Posing as ‘Legal Advisors’

An intrepid reporter with the Texas Scorecard has obtained undercover video evidence of out-of-state socialists and far-left activists planning to intimidate ICE and stop immigration enforcement by posing as legal advisors.

In the video, the group uses militant language to clarify that they are at war with the Trump administration: “That’s where we think the real opportunity is, to get organized, because our enemy is really organized.”

The reporter who captured this video, Joseph Trimmer, exclusively told the Gateway Pundit: “Communists are planning to obstruct, intimidate, interfere, and impede law enforcement operations in Houston. I caught their training on camera. I just hope this will get past Pam Bondi’s desk.

The Communists make clear that their goal is to “fight back” to stop lawful immigration enforcement.

From the video:

“…we have to be organized because our enemy is organized, so we too have to be organized. Every day they’re allocating new money in some sneaky way to ICE agents or to the police or whatever. And so this is our goal. We want to build a long-term movement that fights back against deportations, raids, detention, and all other forms of immigration-related terror. We want to use a variety of tactics that we’ve developed together over the next many months.”

NYC to shut down last migrant hotel after shelling out $170 million to crime-ridden shelter

It’s the end of an error.

New York City’s last-standing — and most notorious — migrant hotel will soon stop housing illegal border crossers, The Post has learned.

The once-four-star Row NYC hotel on Eighth Avenue in Midtown was repurposed in October 2022, so its 1,331 rooms could be used as a shelter while the Big Apple dealt with the crippling migrant crisis, but Mayor Eric Adams confirmed the city’s $5.13 million-a-month contract with the hotel won’t be renewed in April.

The deal has allowed the hotel — which is owned by Boston-based real estate titan Rockpoint Group — to already rake in more than $170 million.

It’s unclear what the future holds for the establishment, which once charged $414 to $435 per weeknight for standard rooms before becoming a shelter. Reps for the company did not return messages.

Illegal Aliens Rig The Census For Blue States, And Trump Is Right To Correct It

President Donald Trump announced Thursday he instructed the Commerce Department to begin working on a census that does not include illegal aliens. It’s a long-overdue correction to a system that Democrats have exploited for years to tip the balance of power in Washington.

“I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024. People who are in our country illegally WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN THE CENSUS. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump said.

Trump previously signed a memo in 2020 that barred illegal aliens from being counted in the census. The memo was challenged and made its way to the Supreme Court, which ultimately did not rule on the merits as to whether all residents — regardless of their legal status — must be counted and if the president has the authority to exclude nonresidents.

The high court however did rule in the 1976 decision Mathews v. Diaz, a case regarding the Social Security Act, that while illegal immigrants are entitled to due process protections under the Fifth and 14th Amendments, they are not entitled to the benefits of citizenship.

Justice John Paul Stevens wrote for the unanimous court:

Neither the overnight visitor, the unfriendly agent of a hostile foreign power, the resident diplomat, nor the illegal entrant, can advance even a colorable constitutional claim to a share in the bounty that a conscientious sovereign makes available to its own citizens and some of its guests.

If voting, which is a benefit exclusively for citizens, is off-limits to illegal immigrants, it would be hard to imagine that illegal immigrants should be empowered to dilute the weight of a vote by artificially expanding the population and increasing the representational advantage of one area while taking it away from another area that is populated by legal residents. And yet, thanks to Democrats, that’s exactly what they’re doing.

President Joe Biden, of course, ordered the census to include illegal aliens and other noncitizens and, coincidentally, opened the floodgates at the border, letting in millions of illegal aliens — all of who which could be counted in the census.

And where are these illegal aliens welcomed with open arms?

Judge temporarily halts construction at ‘Alligator Alcatraz’ detention center over environmental concerns

A federal judge has ordered a halt to the construction of the “Alligator Alcatraz” immigration detention center in the Florida Everglades due to environmental concerns.

On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams ruled that the facility can continue operations and hold detainees. However, the continued construction of the facility is temporarily barred for the next two weeks.

The ruling followed an eight-hour meeting in which five witnesses were called by the environmental groups who issued a lawsuit over the detention facility. The environmental groups and the Miccosukee Tribe asked Williams to halt operations and further construction at the facility, arguing that it’s built on environmentally protected wetlands and reverses billions in environmental restoration.

The plaintiffs argued that the detention center was illegally built due to federal and state officials bypassing a review process legally required by the National Environmental Policy Act.

“This is a very common-sense law that requires the government to look before it leaps, to analyze the environmental impacts, to do an environmental impact study, to take public comment, to consider alternatives, and none of that was done at so-called ‘Alligator Alcatraz,’” stated Eve Samples, the executive director of Friends of the Everglades.

Hunter Biden Got a Day Job Helping Ukrainian Illegal Aliens

Hunter Biden has taken on a new position as director of development at BASTA Inc., a Los Angeles-based eviction defense organization.

The announcement was made during an interview released Tuesday, as the president’s son continues to face significant financial and legal challenges.

Biden, who has reportedly accumulated millions of dollars in legal fees, discussed his new role with host Andrew Callaghan, describing the opportunity as a chance to assist vulnerable individuals in Los Angeles.

“There’s such an opportunity to be of service right now and not in … some kind of melodramatic, you know, way … A lot of people that are getting the shit beat out of them out there right here in LA and, there’s an enormous opportunity for just normal people to do kind of heroic things, whether it’s protecting somebody that’s about to get kidnapped off a street,” Biden said during the interview.

BASTA Inc., where Biden is now employed, was co-founded by Bryan Sullivan, who previously served as Biden’s attorney in a series of unsuccessful defamation lawsuits.

The nonprofit specializes in defending tenants facing eviction and, according to Biden, focuses part of its efforts on assisting illegal aliens.

“We’re the only group, in at least Southern California, that represents undocumented, and so we don’t take any federal money,” Biden said.

ICE Hastily Scraps Plan for Deportation Bonuses

Immigration and Customs Enforcement abruptly canceled a plan to offer cash bonuses for rapid deportations just hours after announcing the incentive on Tuesday. ICE agents were told in an internal email that they could earn $200 for each immigrant deported within a week of arrest, and $100 for those deported within two weeks, the New York Times reports. The pilot program, meant to last 30 days, was canceled just four hours later after the Times reached out for comment. “PLEASE DISREGARD,” read a follow-up message to staff.

Documents seen by the Times showed the now-scrapped program would have encouraged agents to use expedited removal, a fast-track process with no court hearings, or urge voluntary departures. The memo said it was intended to reduce a backlog, “reducing overall removal costs and decreasing strain” on detention resources. Critics say cash bonuses for deportations risk undermining due process. “You can’t incentivize government agents to short circuit people’s procedural rights,” said former DHS official Scott Shuchart.

Homeland Security downplayed the plan, insisting it was never enacted. But the episode highlights the mounting pressure on ICE to hit President Trump’s aggressive deportation targets. The agency’s annual budget is set to soar from $8 billion to $28 billion, more than double that of the FBI. Last week, the agency launched a recruiting push, offering up to $50,000 in signing bonuses for “brave and heroic Americans.”
