Pam Bondi Deploys DOJ Agents to ICE Facilities, Orders Joint Terrorism Task Forces to CRUSH Radical Left-Wing Mobs Assaulting Federal Officers and Obstructing Immigration Enforcement

Attorney General Pam Bondi has ordered the deployment of DOJ agents to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities across the country — and instructed Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF) to target radical left-wing mobs that have been assaulting federal officers and obstructing immigration enforcement.

The message is clear: “The Rule of Law Will Prevail.”

In a fiery statement posted to X, Bondi declared:

“I have witnessed the continued onslaught of violence perpetrated against ICE officers across our country.

The Department of Justice will not stand idly by in the face of such lawlessness.

At my direction, I am deploying DOJ agents to ICE facilities—and wherever ICE comes under siege—to safeguard federal agents, protect federal property, and immediately arrest all individuals engaged in any federal crime.

Pursuant to President Trump’s recent executive action, I am also instructing the Joint Terrorism Task Forces across the country to disrupt and investigate all entities and individuals engaged in acts of domestic terrorism, including the repeated acts of violence and obstruction against federal agents.

The Department of Justice will seek the most serious available charges against all participants in these criminal mobs, including conspiracy offenses, assault offenses, civil disorder offenses, and terrorism offenses.

While these never-ending attacks are designed to break our will, they only strengthen our resolve to complete the work begun.

To that end, I have directed the FBI, DEA, ATF, and USMS to accelerate our efforts alongside the Department of Homeland Security to locate, apprehend, detain, prosecute, and remove all illegal aliens present in our country. The rule of law will prevail.”

Mamdani pledges to spend $100 million more for free lawyers for migrants facing deportation

Taxpayers will pick up an additional $100 million tab for illegal migrants facing deportation, Democratic Mayoral Candidate Zohran Mamdani pledges, calling it a “cornerstone” of his campaign.

“Four hundred thousand of our residents are right now in urgent risk of deportation,” the socialist lamented on MSNBC “The Weekend,” adding fewer than 200 of them received access to free lawyers last year.

The city’s 2026 budget, passed in June, already includes $54.5 million to fight deportation orders in court on the taxpayer’s dime – “more than any other major city in America,” Mayor Eric Adams has said.

Mamdani aims to blow that amount out of the water, reiterating a promise buried in his campaign platform, under his “Trump-Proofing NYC” tenet.

“A cornerstone of our campaign is to increase funding for those very legal defense services by more than $100 million so that we can ensure we’re taking every step we can to keep New Yorkers safe, to keep New Yorkers together, and to show the world that they are welcome in this city,” he said.

To do that, Mamdani vowed to beef up headcount in the city’s Law Department by 200, without providing more specifics.

Transport Sec. Sean Duffy’s Trucker Licensing Overhaul Will Remove 190,000 Illegal Foreign Drivers from Highways

President Donald Trump’s transportation secretary has issued new regulations to remove almost 200,000 dangerous migrant truck drivers from the nation’s highways.

“The combination of a catastrophic failure of states to follow the law and a broken system has created an imminent hazard to American travelers,” Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said on Friday morning as he announced emergency rules to exclude dangerous foreign drivers and to penalize California’s pattern of “illegally” awarding licenses to foreign drivers.

The new rules are limited by threatened lawsuits from major trucking companies, warehouses, and retailers such as Amazon. For example, the roughly 190,000 foreign drivers will be able to operate until their licenses expire. This delay gives transport companies time to hire and train Americans, perhaps at decent wages.

The Duffy regulations are good news for American truckers who are facing wage-cutting competition from the many foreign drivers welcomed by President Joe Biden. For example, Biden’s deputies allowed many young Indian men to enter the country on B-1/B-2 tourist visas, knowing they were likely to get a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in Democrat-run, migrant-friendly licensing offices.

Earlier, Duffy reinstated enforcement of a regulation requiring drivers to understand English.

The new Duffy regulations are also a win for political advocates for American truckers. Those advocates have been influential because many truckers are expected to vote in the pending 2026 midterm election.

Leftist Media Admits That Wealthy Elites Are Most Affected By Mass Deportations

It’s a rare occasion when a far-left media source actually admits that the “right wing”  is correct about anything.  Though, when it comes to most issues the political left is often wrong, and when they do finally admit it it’s usually attached to a piece of propaganda arguing that conservatives are also “still wrong” even though they were right.

This frustrating lack of humility among progressives has become a part of their mythos; it’s almost expected that leftists always double down on their ignorance.  The trait is not as charming as they seem to think it is, but the rest of the world has learned to navigate around it and still get things done.

One area where progressives have been absolutely spurious in their arguments is the mass deportation issue.  Either they lie about the “need” for mass immigration or they lie about the supposedly negative effects of sending illegals back home.

The ongoing narrative among Democrat politicians is that mass immigration is necessary to reinforce the US economy.  They claim that without migrants (legal and illegal), the system will essentially collapse as labor shortages cripple agriculture, manufacturing, housing construction and basic services. 

Keep in mind that millions of migrants have self deported since Trump took office, border encounters have plunged by 95% and hundreds of thousands of illegals have been deported (over 2 million illegals total in the past 250 days).  Yet, there has been no disruption of services or agriculture and many companies that once hired illegals (for 30% less wages) are now forced to hire American workers and pay a fair wage.  The claims of a national economic breakdown without migrants is proving more and more incorrect with every passing month.   

So, where are the negative effects of deportations?  Are there any?  Politico, using Washington DC as a microcosm, admits that wealthy elites are the most effected group when it comes to the loss of migrant labor. 

As conservatives have been pointing out for decades, the only beneficiaries of mass immigration are rich coastal Democrats hiring illegals on the cheap as well as corporations unwilling to pay American employees a normal wage.  As Politico notes:

“It’s a longstanding MAGA critique of mass immigration: the idea that the status quo amounts to a lifestyle subsidy for the class of Americans who frequent upscale eateries, get their kitchens renovated and hire nannies, landscapers or cleaning ladies.  And, for better or worse, a month of unprecedented immigration enforcement in Washington seems to be bearing out that critique…”

“However catastrophic the impact on targeted capital-area immigrants has been, the highest-profile local economic impact of the blitz so far has been on restaurants, food delivery services, home-improvement contractors, even moving companies — precisely the industries that cater to the capital’s elites. That’s a consumer base unlikely to garner much political sympathy in the broader country…”

Zohran Mamdani Wants to Spend $100 Million in NYC Tax Dollars on Increased Services for Illegal Aliens

Zohran Mamdani, the communist running for mayor of New York City, wants to spend $100 million in tax dollars on increased services, specifically legal services, for illegal aliens living in the city.

It’s so stunning to see this man admit that he wants to take the hard earned dollars of the citizens of New York City and give the money to non-citizens who are in the country illegally, and yet is leading in the polls. Has everyone in New York City gone insane?

His candidacy is being driven by far left progressive hipsters in the city, but are they really the majority?

New York City’s sanctuary policies don’t go far enough for Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani, who said on MSNBC’s “The Weekend” he wants to spend even more taxpayer money to help illegal immigrants if he’s elected…

“I would also commit to increasing the staffing of our law department by 200 to bring us back to pre-COVID levels, and to ensure that when we look at this city we are using every tool at our disposal to keep New Yorkers together, to keep families together,” the democratic socialist continued.

Mamdani emphasized the urgency of his plan, claiming “400,000 of our residents are right now in urgent risk of deportation.”

“The city knows that when it provides legal assistance to those same New Yorkers, their chances of going home increase 11-fold, and yet it has only assisted fewer than 200 of those New Yorkers,” he added. “That’s why also a cornerstone of our campaign is a commitment to increase funding for those very legal defense services by more than $100 million so we can ensure we’re taking every step we can to keep New Yorkers safe, to keep New Yorkers together, and to show the world that they are welcome in this city.”

NBC’s Shameless Lie EXPOSED: Network Forced to Retract Claim that ICE Used 5-Year-Old Autistic Girl as “Bait” — In Reality, Her Criminal Alien Father Abandoned Her in a Car and Agents Heroically Rescued the Child

NBC News has once again been caught red-handed peddling a false narrative to smear law enforcement and score political points.

This time, the network pushed the outrageous claim that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents used a 5-year-old autistic girl as “bait” to pressure her criminal illegal alien father into surrendering in Massachusetts.

On Tuesday, NBC News pushed a sensational story alleging that ICE agents “grabbed” a little girl outside her Massachusetts home in a cruel bid to pressure her father, Edwards Hip Mejia, into surrendering.

The report, amplified by video from Telemundo Nueva Inglaterra, showed the child sitting next to a law enforcement SUV with officers nearby, the perfect image for NBC to spin as heartless Trump-era immigration enforcement.

According to NBC’s version, Mejia’s wife claimed her husband thought he was being followed, returned home, and agents seized their daughter. The story painted ICE officers as callous monsters traumatizing an innocent child.

According to the news outlet:

The girl’s mother told Telemundo — which is owned and operated by NBCUniversal, the parent company of NBC News — that her husband called her while he was driving with their daughter shortly before the incident and told her he thought he was being followed.

 and “managed to run back into the parking lot of my house,” she said, and her daughter as a result was left with the agents.

“They took my daughter, she’s 5 years old. She has autism spectrum,” the girl’s mother is heard telling agents in the video. “Give me my daughter back.”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) blew the lid off NBC’s narrative. Tricia McLaughlin, DHS assistant secretary for public affairs, slammed the report as an outright lie.

“Absolutely not. ICE agents NEVER used a 5-year-old girl as “bait”—what a disgusting smear. The criminal illegal alien target —with previous arrests for domestic abuse and strangulation, among other charges—ABANDONED his own child in a car.

The target, Edwards Hip Mejia, ignored law enforcement emergency lights to pull over and drove back to his house. He fled from the car, gave officers the double middle finger, and darted inside his house. He abandoned his 5-year-old daughter in the car. Officers helped rescue the child and called local police to report the abandonment.

Disgusting smears like these peddled by the media are leading to a 1000% increase in assaults against our brave law enforcement.”

There’s a Simple Reason You Won’t Hear Much About This Gruesome Murder of Two Women in Washington

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller highlighted yet another example of an atrocity that will be swept under the rug by the mainstream media because it was committed by an illegal immigrant in a sanctuary state. 

Marvin Ortiz-Montecinos, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, is accused of killing his girlfriend Victoria Aparicio Cruz, and their roommate, Yaneth Gomez-Hernandez in Burien, Washington, earlier this month.  

The 29-year-old suspect, who has a wife and children in Guatemala, stabbed the two women dozens of times in the gruesome attack. 

Marvin Ortiz-Montecinos was charged Friday, Sept. 12, with two counts of first-degree murder with deadly weapon enhancements in connection with the deaths of Victoria Aparicio Cruz and Yaneth Gomez-Hernandez.

According to charging documents obtained by PEOPLE, Ortiz-Montecinos is accused of using a filet knife to stab his girlfriend Cruz, “slicing through her neck, slicing her hands in multiple places as she tried to defend herself, and stabbing her multiple times in the back even after she was clearly unresponsive and deceased.”

Prosecutors allege that an hour before the attack, Ortiz-Montecinos “complained about Victoria breaking up with him,” per the documents.

Gomez-Hernandez, who was roommates with the couple, was found naked with a towel covering part of her leg, per the documents. “It appears victim Yaneth Gomez-Hernandez, the defendant’s roommate, was violently and cruelly murdered simply for trying to intervene,” according to the documents.

Gomez-Hernandez suffered 43 stab wounds.

The documents states that “both women received neck wounds so large and deep it appears clear that the defendant was attempting to slice and saw at his victims, and not simply stab them.” (People)

Mother ‘furious’ after Rep. Crockett calls daughter murdered by illegal migrant a ‘random dead person’

The mother of murdered Maryland woman Kayla Hamilton is calling out Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who referred to her daughter as a “random dead person” during a debate on a bill named in Hamilton’s honor.

“You just don’t call a victim of a crime, just a random dead person. No victim should be referred to as a random, dead person,” said Tammy Nobles on “Fox & Friends First.” 

“What she said was really nasty, and it came across as racist.”

Crockett, D-Texas, made the comments earlier this month during a House Judiciary Committee debate on the Kayla Hamilton Act. 

Hamilton was 20 years old when she was sexually assaulted and strangled in 2022 by a teenager from El Salvador who was in the country illegally and later identified as an MS-13 member.

“You take a situation, and then you exploit what has happened to not only that person, but you exploit those families, and you make it a game,” said Crockett during the hearing. 

“Stop just throwing a random dead person’s name on something for your own political expediency.”

DHS Arrests Eleven Democrat New York City Politicians For Trying to Break Into ICE Holding Cells

The Department of Homeland Security on Thursday arrested eleven Democrat New York City politicians for trying to break into ICE holding cells on the 10th floor at 26 Federal Plaza.

BREAKING: Eleven NY city and state elected officials were just arrested by Department of Homeland Security officers.

That’s after they demanded to inspect ICE holding rooms at 26 Federal Plaza and refused to leave until they were granted entry.

New York City Comptroller Brad Lander was among the Democrat politicians arrested. Recall that Lander was arrested earlier this summer for blocking ICE agents in the same building.

The other Democrat officials arrested included state legislators in the Senate and Assembly.

ICE has had to lock the doors on the 10th floor and now has security posted at the door.

Portland to Issue Land Use Violation Notice Against ICE Building

The City of Portland announced it will issue a land use violation notice against an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building as it accused the agency of holding detainees in a manner that does not “comply with the conditions of the site’s land use approval.”

“Federal government records from a 10-month period show more than two dozen detention policy violations of the facility’s land use conditions of approval with the city, which does not allow detainees to be kept overnight or held for more than 12 hours,” Oregon’s largest city said in a statement on Wednesday.

The city said it will issue the notice, which also references what it calls a second violation regarding boarded-up windows, on Thursday.

Landowners have 30 days after receiving a notice of violation to correct the issue. A fine can be issued if there is “substantial evidence of violation,” the city said Wednesday. The city’s permitting bureau can also initiate a “reconsideration” of a land use approval by scheduling a hearing at least 60 days after a notice is given, the city said. Decisions from the hearings officer can be appealed to the City Council.

ICE and the Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to Epoch Times’ requests for comment Thursday.

The ICE building has been the site of nightly protests and clashes, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said earlier this summer. Criminals and “antifa-affiliated groups” have attempted to dox, or reveal, the personal information of ICE officers in the city and in Oregon, the department said.
