Hunter Biden Got a Day Job Helping Ukrainian Illegal Aliens

Hunter Biden has taken on a new position as director of development at BASTA Inc., a Los Angeles-based eviction defense organization.

The announcement was made during an interview released Tuesday, as the president’s son continues to face significant financial and legal challenges.

Biden, who has reportedly accumulated millions of dollars in legal fees, discussed his new role with host Andrew Callaghan, describing the opportunity as a chance to assist vulnerable individuals in Los Angeles.

“There’s such an opportunity to be of service right now and not in … some kind of melodramatic, you know, way … A lot of people that are getting the shit beat out of them out there right here in LA and, there’s an enormous opportunity for just normal people to do kind of heroic things, whether it’s protecting somebody that’s about to get kidnapped off a street,” Biden said during the interview.

BASTA Inc., where Biden is now employed, was co-founded by Bryan Sullivan, who previously served as Biden’s attorney in a series of unsuccessful defamation lawsuits.

The nonprofit specializes in defending tenants facing eviction and, according to Biden, focuses part of its efforts on assisting illegal aliens.

“We’re the only group, in at least Southern California, that represents undocumented, and so we don’t take any federal money,” Biden said.

What is Hunter Biden’s Endgame After That Crazy Interview? Here Are Five Possibilities

Hunter Biden did a positively bizarre interview that was released Monday and is causing quite a stir in the world of politics and media.

During the segment, the troubled son of former President Joe Biden lashed out at Trump for deporting illegal aliens, claimed his father was on Ambien during his disastrous 2024 debate, and seemed to lose his mind going off on George Clooney and other influential Democrats.

That wasn’t even all of the craziness in the interview, but you get the idea.

This left many people wondering what the point was behind all of this. Why would Hunter Biden do such a crazy sit-down with a journalist? What’s the endgame?

“I Say, F*ck You!” Hunter Biden Lashes Out at Trump in Profanity-Laced Tirade About Illegals Being Deported

Hunter Biden lashed out at President Trump and the administration in a profanity-laced tirade about illegals being deported during an interview with Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan.

The Trump Administration is deporting some of the most dangerous illegal alien killers and rapists and Hunter Biden is angry about it and lashing out.

Hunter also lashed out at white men and said they are responsible for the majority of the crimes in America.

“I say, f*ck you! How are we getting those people back from fucking El Salvador?” Hunter Biden said of the illegals sent to El Salvador’s CECOT prison.

Hunter Biden said if he were president, he would invade El Salvador if they didn’t send their own citizens from prison and send them to the United States.

“I would pick up the phone and call the f*cking President of El Salvador and say, you either f*cking send them back or I’m going to f*cking invade. It’s a f*cking crime what they’re doing. He’s a f*cking dictator!” Hunter shouted.

Despairing Hunter Biden Says Democrats Lost Election Due to Disloyalty to His Father

Democrat disloyalty to President Joe Biden sowed the seeds for the party’s spectacular loss to President Donald Trump in the last election, according to no lesser authority than Hunter Biden.

The Hill reports the claim comes in an interview the ex-president’s son gave to former DNC Chair Jaime Harrison and his new podcast, “At Our Table.” He reportedly despaired:

You know what, we are going to fight amongst ourselves for the next three years until there’s a nominee. And then with the nominee, we better as hell get behind that nominee.

And I will tell you why we lost the last election. We lost the election because we did not remain loyal to the leader of the party. That’s my position.

We had the advantage of incumbency. We had advantage of an incredibly successful administration and the Democratic Party literally melted down.

The remarks are a part of a broader interview Harrison did with Biden junior set for podcast launch on Thursday, according to The Hill.

Hunter’s dire 2024 election post mortem on Democratic failures came within days of former President Barack Obama accusing the party of being weak and ineffectual in the face of Trump’s triumphs.

He addressed fellow Democrats and told them to stop whining and start fighting, using a private fundraiser in New Jersey as a backdrop to his exhortation to toughen up, as Breitbart News reported.

“I think it’s going to require a little bit less navel-gazing and a little less whining and being in fetal positions. And it’s going to require Democrats to just toughen up,” Obama said at the event on Friday, according to excerpts of his remarks exclusively obtained and released by CNN.

Law Firm That Represented Hunter Biden Suing Him for Unpaid Legal Fees

The law firm that represented former President Joe Biden’s disgraced son, Hunter Biden, in his federal investigations is now suing him for unpaid legal fees.

Winston & Strawn LLP recently filed the lawsuit against its former client, according to the New York Post. The lawsuit states in part that the firm represented Biden “in several complex matters, including criminal trial in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.” In turn, they provided him with what was described as “extensive legal services in those matters which generated a substantial amount of fees” — the entirety of which, they allege, Biden has not paid.

“Although a portion of those fees have been paid, Mr. Biden presently owes [Winston & Strawn] substantially in excess of $50,000 in fees and interest that are due and payable,” the document reads, asserting that Biden has not paid the firm what he owes.

“While some of Mr. Biden’s bills were paid between March 2023 and October 2024, a substantial amount remains due and owing,” Winston & Strawn LLP asserts. “Mr. Biden never objected to any of W&S’s invoices for the legal services rendered to him.

The firm, which represented Biden in both the Delaware gun case and federal tax case, ultimately alleges that Biden has ignored its request for payment.

As the Washington Free Beacon detailed:

The former first son was convicted of three felonies for illegally purchasing a firearm while using drugs and later pleaded guilty to felony and misdemeanor charges for failing to pay more than $1.4 million in federal taxes from 2016 to 2019. Joe Biden pardoned his son in December, just weeks before leaving office.

Former President Biden made waves before leaving office, issuing an eleventh-hour pardon for his criminal son Hunter before leaving the Swamp, after years of denying that he would do so.

“No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong,” Biden concluded in a December 1 statement.

FBI urged to release withheld records on Hunter Biden laptop, other ‘Twitter Files’

A hearing took place Wednesday, before U.S. District Judge Sparkle L. Sooknanan, in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch against the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The case seeks records related to the “Twitter Files,” particularly those involving Hunter Biden’s laptop and allegations of censorship.

The only matter still pending is the FBI’s withholding of records detailing two meetings between agency officials and Twitter representatives from the Biden administration.

Judicial Watch initiated the lawsuit in April 2023, targeting the DOJ, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

The legal action followed the FBI’s failure to respond to a December 2022 FOIA request for communications between FBI personnel and key Twitter figures, including Yoel RothVijaya Gadde, and Jim Baker, from June 2020 to December 2022.

These individuals were involved in discussions about suppressing the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story, as disclosed in journalist Matt Taibbi’s December 2022 “Twitter Files.”

Kash Patel exposes Hunter’s laptop story and the 51 “intelligence” agents

With the Hunter Biden laptop story, 51 former intelligence agents testified that this… Thank you for bringing that up. Tell me how crazy that is.

If you want to talk about the ultimate weaponization and total disinformation combining forces, right? A week before the election, when Biden and Trump were competing—maybe one or two weeks before, right? The guy who used to be in the intelligence community says, “Oh, we have to bring the Hunter Biden laptop into play.” Knowing it was fake.

And they come out and basically say that the FBI, even though they knew Hunter Biden’s laptop was a legitimate piece of investigatory material and were examining it—and at that time knew they were going to pursue criminal leads from it—remained silent. They just set it aside. The intelligence community steps in and says that this information needs to get out.

Because the guy who would end up becoming Biden’s Secretary of State was advising him and saying, “Hey, we need to squash this Hunter Biden laptop issue. Let’s run the Russiagate play. Let’s do the Crossfire Hurricane operation.” So they go to the CIA and then-director Gina Haspel who—by the way—in government, there are no coincidences. Gina Haspel was chief of station in London when Russiagate was launched there. We can come back to that. Now she’s CIA Director, and we’re on the eve of an election, and there’s this thing called a pre-publication process.

So when I had to publish my book as a public servant, or whatever you want to call it, it had to go through review and everybody had to read it and trim it down, whatever. It takes forever—even if it’s a two-page document. The 51 intel letter was written by these same people, some of whom participated in Russiagate. And the person who has to authorize that is the CIA Director before it goes public. Do you know how long she took to authorize the release of that letter, knowing the information in the letter was false, knowing a laptop with Hunter Biden’s data on it was real, accurate, and being investigated by the FBI for criminal purposes? Eight hours. Eight hours.

They released that barrage of disinformation in eight hours. And what did we do? We’ve spent the last four years proving it—and we have more information coming on that too. Proving how those former Secretaries of Defense, CIA, NSA, deputy directors, the intelligence community—all came together to politicize intelligence once again because they got caught on Russiagate and didn’t care. And they wanted President Biden to win so badly that they were willing to lie to the American people. And they did it again. That is insane.

IRS Whistleblowers Responded Perfectly to Hunter Biden’s Latest Legal Move

Either he wants to move on with his life, or it confirms what we all knew about Hunter Biden and his saga with the Internal Revenue Service. The crack cocaine-addicted son of Joe Biden has thrown in the towel regarding his lawsuit against whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler, who delivered damning testimony against the Biden Justice Department, alleging their investigations into the then-president’s son were interfered with on the regular. Hunter has moved to drop the lawsuit.

“His voluntary dismissal of the case tells you everything you need to know about who was right and who was wrong,” said Shapley and Zeigler (via Fox News):

Hunter Biden on Wednesday dropped the lawsuit he filed against two Internal Revenue Service whistle-blowers in September 2023.

Biden’s attorneys brought a motion in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, meaning the case cannot be brought again in any court.

The lawsuit, initially filed by the former first son two years ago, alleged that IRS Special Agent Gary Shapley and IRS Criminal Investigator Joseph Ziegler had “targeted and sought to embarrass” Biden through statements to the media disclosing the details of the tax matters of a “private citizen.”

Shapley and Zielger had testified before the House Oversight Committee earlier that year, saying they faced various limitations when tasked with investigating former President Joe Biden’s son.

“It’s always been clear that the lawsuit was an attempt to intimidate us,” Shapley and Zielger said in a statement after Hunter Biden dropped the case, according to the New York Post. “Intimidation and retaliation were never going to work. We truly wanted our day in court to provide the complete story, but it appears Mr. Biden was afraid to actually fight this case in a court of law after all.”

“His voluntary dismissal of the case tells you everything you need to know about who was right and who was wrong,” they added.

Lawyers for the two whistle-blowers first emphasized how Hunter Biden “dismissed his case with prejudice – meaning he can never bring it again,” and did so “in exchange for nothing at all.”

Hunter Biden drops lawsuit against IRS whistleblowers, who say suit was ‘attempt to intimidate’

Hunter Biden has agreed to drop his federal lawsuit against IRS whistle-blowers who publicly argued federal investigations against then-President Joe Biden’s son were being mishandled by their agency and by the Justice Department.

“Intimidation and retaliation were never going to work,” IRS supervisory special agent Gary Shapley and IRS special agent Joseph Ziegler, who publicly raised concerns about what they considered the federal government’s slow-walking of the investigation, they said following the announcement Wednesday evening that the suit had been dismissed.

The lawyers for Hunter Biden filed a joint notice with the IRS telling the federal judge that they “hereby give notice of the dismissal with prejudice of all claims asserted in the Amended Complaint” that had been filed by their client.

The dismissal being made “with prejudice” essentially means that the lawsuit cannot be brought again.

“It’s always been clear that the lawsuit was an attempt to intimidate us,” Shapley and Ziegler said. “However, we were always motivated by doing the right thing, defending our work, and honoring our duty to the American people.”

Biden attorneys filed a lawsuit against the IRS in September 2023, alleging “agents have targeted and sought to embarrass Mr. Biden via public statements to the media in which they and their representatives disclosed confidential information about a private citizen’s tax matters.”

“While Mr. Biden has been the victim of various leaks regarding the IRS investigation previously, most recently, two IRS agents – Mr. Gary Shapley and Mr. Joseph Ziegler – and their attorneys raised the stakes to unprecedented levels with their numerous public appearances,” they said.

The lawyers doubled down on these claims in a February 2024 amended complaint to the federal court.

The legal team for the IRS whistle-blowers, at Empower Oversight, on Wednesday said: “Hunter Biden brought this lawsuit against two honorable federal agents in retaliation for blowing the whistle on the preferential treatment he was given by President Biden’s Department of Justice,” they said. “Shapley and Ziegler did nothing wrong.”

Letitia James Lawyered Up with Hunter Biden’s Defense Attorney After Trump Official Drops Bombshell Allegations of Mortgage Fraud — Admits to “Mistakenly” Claiming Virginia Home as Primary Residence

New York Attorney General Letitia James has hired Democrat defense attorney Abbe Lowell in a last-ditch effort to spin away serious fraud allegations tied to her real estate dealings.

Lowell, a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, is known as a high-profile attorney for embattled political figures, having represented Democrats such as Hunter Biden, John Edwards, and even Bill Clinton during his impeachment trial.

According to the Times Union, he was reportedly hired by the Office of the New York State Attorney General, not personally by Letitia James, just days after Trump-appointed officials filed a formal criminal referral to the DOJ.

The referral, spearheaded by U.S. Federal Housing Director William Pulte, accuses James of participating in suspicious real estate and mortgage transactions stretching back decades.

The Gateway Pundit and the White Collar Fraud previously reported back in early March that James has been implicated in multiple instances of mortgage fraud, with the most damning claims centered on her Brooklyn and Virginia properties.
