The US Medical Establishment Can Never Be Reformed

People, now in unprecedented numbers, realize it’s become more than apparent that the US medical establishment is a grifting operation, choosing profits before people’s health.

The medical establishment’s corrupt alphabet organizations such as the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), CDC (Center for Disease Control), WHO (World Health Organization)… and other crooked institutions with its associated crooks continue unabatedly with their racketeering and wealth transfers.

It doesn’t matter who’s in charge of the HHS (Health and Human Services) either. The HHS are unable to make any lasting reform changes for the good of the people. I made this clear in an article I wrote earlier. Robert Kennedy Jr., the HHS boss, has not, and will not make any real difference to reforming the medical establishment.

The same can be said about Trump. When he became president, Trump gave the impression to many Americans that he was the definitive outsider, opposed by system servers, who would make big changes for the betterment of the people, including the healthcare system.

Many considered Trump and RFK Jr. to be the dream team, destined to change the medical establishment from the inside. But again, no reform has happened.

You might consider these two individuals to have real intentions to make a difference. Or perhaps you don’t, seeing them as staged fake heroes. -This doesn’t really matter because ultimately, nobody, even those who are 100% genuine, will ever be able to reform the medical establishment given its structural organization.

The MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) was, and still is, a mere effrontery created to make it look as if something is being done about these profiteering, racketeering medical establishment grifters in power… —A setup, deliberately made to go nowhere.

The public are getting more and more aware that they’re being conned: More than ever, people are well-aware that highly toxic dangerous “vaccines” and aspects of “pandemics,” such as that associated with C-19, are a monumental fraud. -Fake diseases manufactured by the medical establishment for power, profits and political gains.

DOJ: UCSD med school favored black, Hispanic applicants over more qualified white, Asian ones

The University of California San Diego School of Medicine illegally used race in its admissions process to favor black and Hispanic applicants over more qualified white and Asian candidates, the Justice Department announced Monday.

The med school continued affirmative action in violation of civil rights laws and even after the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2023 decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, which banned race discrimination in higher education.

The feds argued the med school uses “hardship” criteria to skirt the laws.

“To racially diversify its classes, San Diego Med created an evaluation process that uses ‘hardship’ as a racial proxy, specifically to achieve its diversity agenda,” according to an eight-page findings memo it sent to the school.

The memo stated:

The Department finds that San Diego Med discriminated against white and Asian applicants to benefit black and Hispanic applicants. This is evident from the data analysis and confirmed through the information provided by San Diego Med and publicly available data. The school intended to tinker with the racial representation of its incoming classes, even after SFF A was decided. The data shows a significant disparity in objective academic metrics between black and Hispanic applicants compared with applicants from other races. San Diego Med’ s internal documents, including communications among the admissions staff, confirm that San Diego Med intended to racially discriminate in favor of so-called underrepresented minorities, such as blacks and Hispanics. As a result of these practices, more qualified white and Asian students were denied admission to San Diego Med on the basis of their race.

A UC San Diego spokesperson told the Los Angeles Times the university is reviewing the findings.

The medical school “is proud to produce some of the highest-performing physicians and researchers in the nation,” the spokesperson said, adding all applicants “must meet strict academic thresholds, a requirement that is and was applied uniformly to all applicants.”

The university “remains committed to full compliance with federal law” and “welcomes the opportunity to work collaboratively and constructively with the federal government to affirm that commitment.”

The Hill reported that the department seeks a voluntary settlement with the university to correct its admissions practices or the department will file a lawsuit.

CMS Stopped Medicare Payments to California, and This Is How Gavin Newsom Responded

Yesterday, the Trump administration announced it was pausing more than $1 billion in federal Medicaid payments to Minnesota and California because of the suspected rampant fraud and noncompliance in both states. In a press conference with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) head Dr. Oz and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, it was announced that California will not receive $867 million until it can prove Medicaid and Medicare payments are legitimate.

Dr. Oz pointed out that California spending on in-home care went up 24 percent in the last two years, double the country’s average. “California increased spending at twice the rate of the average of the rest of the entire nation,” he said. “That doesn’t make sense.” Doubly so when you consider that California has had a net population loss over the last several years.

We all knew Gov. Gavin Newsom would respond to this pausing of payments, and he tried to blame President Trump for it. But it did not go well for Newsom, at all.

“They’re withholding it. But we knew this weeks ago because we’ve been working with them, but they decided again to make it a thing,” Newsom said.

Really? Newsom knew this weeks ago and didn’t say a word about it until today? We don’t buy that for a second.

“We’re trying to be collaborative,” he continued, “understand, it’s ready, fire, aim for them. They’re suggesting something but they haven’t even gotten the response from the state. And now they’re suggesting it very publicly in order to make. This is politics and you know it’s politics. To the extent it’s substantive, bring it on. We want to work with them.”

CMS said it was withholding payments for noncompliance, after requesting information and a plan to address Medicare/Medicaid from California months ago. Has the Newsom administration sent that plan to CMS? Is Newsom really working with the Trump administration he routinely bashes?

Oregon Sees Disturbing Spike In Gender Transition Therapy For Children

If you’re curious to see what the US would look like under an entrenched progressive regime, deep blue states like Oregon offer special insight. Four years of woke Democrats running the show under the Biden Administration was bad enough – Pride flags draped across the White House and naked transgenders dancing across the lawn was an embarrassing moment for the nation.

However, for people living on the West Coast, the agenda continues unabated.

The children of blue states are still on the menu, and Oregon is surpassing them all with an acceleration of gender-based indoctrination. According to a recent study published in Oxford Academic’s Research Connections, children in Oregon are up to three times more likely to be diagnosed with gender dysphoria compared to the national average.

The study maintains that the rate of gender treatments in Oregon remains “rare”, but when the numbers are compared to most states across the country a disturbing trend becomes visible. Using insurance data as a baseline, the authors note that between 2016 and 2023, roughly 1 in 240 girls and 1 in 630 boys in Oregon received cross-sex hormones by age 17. These rates are about 3x the national average for girls and 2x for boys (even higher – 4x to 5x – at ages 14 -15).

Oregon is the only U.S. state to formally adopt WPATH standards of care. This expands Medicaid coverage for hormones and surgeries, in many cases with no age minimums. The state also passed shield laws, which allow 15-year-olds to consent without parental notification.

Cycles of Enthusiasm, Reversal, and Revival in Medical Practice

Remember that thing that we said was good for you, then we changed our minds telling you it’s now bad for you. And now? We’re changing our minds again…umm, maybe it is good for you again.

Medicine that claims to be ‘evidence-based’ is never static. It changes. Sometimes quickly and sometimes slowly and so too do our doctor’s suggestions about what they think is right to keep us healthy.

In that light, sometimes medical recommendations around screening, surgery, or treatments like drugs or vaccines follow a certain pattern: widespread Enthusiasm based on promising early evidence, a Reversal when rigorous trials reveal limited benefits or unexpected harms, and then a Revival driven by new interpretations, technological tweaks, manufacturer greed, or good old advocacy. Here are six examples of ERRing, which no doubt confuses patients and clinicians alike:

Tonsillectomy (Especially in Children)

Enthusiasm: For about 40 years, from the 1930s to the 1970s millions of tonsillectomies were done annually, often bundled with adenoidectomy and was viewed as a near-standard childhood rite. I am old enough to remember feeling envious when many of my friends in elementary school were getting their tonsils removed. This was the early 70s where tonsillectomy was one of the most common surgeries worldwide, routinely performed for recurrent sore throats, enlarged tonsils, or even preventive reasons. After all, better safe than sorry, right? Sure my brother and sisters and I went through bouts of sore throats but my mother, a nurse, didn’t buy into the tonsillectomy hype, so we all still have them. Here’s how that worked out…

Reversal: It wasn’t until the PARADISE study, (PAtient-centered outcomes Research and ADvanced Intervention for the Surgical treatment of Ears, Nose, and Throat diseases), a randomized trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1984 found the surgery might have some benefit for kids suffering recurrent and severe infections, but overall most kids improve spontaneously. Surgery-related complications which are rare were manageable. Soon tonsillectomies were history, falling by more than 50% in many countries and guidelines became highly restrictive.

Revival: In the 2000s it was recognized that obstructive sleep apnea could be treated with tonsillectomy so there was a major revival. Today about 500,000 tonsillectomies are performed annually on US children alone, and widely promoted for quality-of-life and neurocognitive benefits. Let’s just say, even today, doing tonsillectomies can be lucrative for those doing them, whether they are warranted or not.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for Menopausal Women

Enthusiasm: In the 1980s through early 2000s, systemic estrogen (often with progestin) was widely prescribed for menopausal hot flashes. Pharma-funded campaigns pushed HRT as an anti-aging elixir that could also help prevent heart disease, osteoporosis, and dementia. Observational studies and heavy pharmaceutical marketing positioned HRT as essential for women’s health. That was until real science stepped in.

Reversal: One of the largest and best randomized trials ever conducted of HRT, the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI), was published in 2002 and found increased risks of breast cancer, heart attack, stroke, and blood clots, with no net preventive benefit in older postmenopausal women with the exception of slightly reduced osteoporotic fractures. Prescriptions plummeted more than 50%, and guidelines shifted against routine use. There was a lot of major ass-covering and finger-pointing in drug company circles, but at least we had some high-quality science to point to.

Revival: In the last five years, no doubt aided by Big Pharma trying to revamp markets, the WHI was ‘reanalyzed’ and women are now told that the benefits of HRT may outweigh risks if started near menopause for moderate-to-severe symptoms. Newer guidelines and women’s health advocates are now pushing individualized low-dose, short-duration HRT as firstline for symptom relief. Fair enough, but does that renewed enthusiasm go too far? I agree with those who are knowledgeable about the importance of a high -uality RCT like the WHI and think this revival is nonsense. Clearly there’s an unexploited market yet the estrogen pushers are just putting more lipstick on a pig.The very real harms related to breast cancer, blood clots, and heart attacks are not to be dismissed and journalists reporting on the HRT revival should do their homework and “Follow the money, honey.”

Dr. Oz claims NY Medicaid program is being ripped off by Chinese crime syndicate

Federal Medicaid czar Dr. Mehmet Oz said New York’s overblown $110 billion spending on medical bills is sickening — as he claimed Chinese crime syndicates are ripping off the Empire State.

The TV doctor-turned-Trump administration official, blasted New York’s Medicaid program as rife with fraud in an interview Sunday as he outlined an alleged scheme that included millions of dollars in fraudulent medical bills.

“Social safety net programs are being defrauded. They’re being hurt oftentimes by foreign governments or foreign-run criminal syndicate organizations,” Oz, administrator of the US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, said Sunday on 77 WABC ‘s the “Cats Roundtable” program.

Oz recently toured Flushing, Queens where a cluster of 64 social adult care centers operate — mostly serving ethnic Chinese and Korean senior citizens. Officials claim the center and pharmacies have generated massive amounts of questionable bills to Medicaid, a public insurance program intended to help the needy.

The social centers arguably shouldn’t be propped up by taxpayers, Oz said. The federal government covers more than half of Medicaid’s costs, with the state and local governments covering the rest.

Lawmakers Urge CDC to Track Vitamin K Shot Refusals as More Parents Say No

Two Democratic lawmakers are calling on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to begin tracking how often parents decline vitamin K injections for newborns, saying the absence of national data is hindering efforts to prevent a rare but potentially fatal bleeding disorder.

In a letter sent to CDC Acting Director Jay Bhattacharya, Rep. Kim Schrier (D-Wash.), a pediatrician, and Sen. Angela Alsobrooks (D-Md.) urged the agency to establish surveillance for vitamin K shot refusals, cases of vitamin K deficiency bleeding (VKDB) and related infant deaths.

The request follows a ProPublica investigation that raised concerns about increasing refusal rates and gaps in public health monitoring.

“The CDC has the tools to better understand the burden of vitamin K shot refusal, VKDB and VKDB-related deaths,” the lawmakers wrote. “We urge you to use them, and to share that data with the public, so that we can prevent tragic illness and death in infants.”

Though a database would compile patient information, experts suggest that federal and state privacy laws prohibit the disclosure of any personal details.

Deven McGraw, chief regulatory and privacy officer at Citizen Health, said routine data collection is used to monitor tracking and deployment of recommended public health interventions.

“Typically data like this are reported in a de-identified way, or with identifiers removed, as the purpose is for surveillance and to inform policy and not for punishment,” McGraw told The Defender.

‘There is no such thing as zero risk’

Vitamin K injections have been recommended for newborns in the U.S. for decades to help prevent dangerous bleeding during the first months of life.

The shot is not a vaccine, but it has increasingly become caught up in broader debates surrounding childhood immunizations and medical misinformation, according to pediatricians and public health experts.

Physician and researcher Dr. Suzanne Humphries recently told CHD.TV’s “Good Morning CHD” that media coverage of the issue relies more heavily on fearmongering than empirical data.

Citing figures extrapolated from European populations, Humphries stated that if babies were not given the vitamin K shot, their death from brain bleeding would occur at a rate of approximately 0.26 to 0.9 per 100,000 births.

They censored this paper as a danger to public safety. This means they know the paper is incorrect and can explain the observed data. But they are keeping their analysis a secret. From everyone, including the authors.

So Karl wrote the entire advisory board. Only ONE member bothered to respond with the reasoning. The rest ghosted him.

But the BIG problem is that the “reasoning” does not EXPLAIN what the study observed. At all. We are left clueless. If the vaccines didn’t increase the mortality, then what did? All we have is COMPLETE SILENCE.

Study: This Ancient Remedy May Outperform Modern Eye Drops

Long before artificial tears filled pharmacy shelves, people used honey to treat wounds, burns, and infections because of its strong antimicrobial and tissue-repair properties. Now, researchers in Madrid have brought that ancient remedy into modern ophthalmology, testing whether Manuka honey eye drops could outperform the standard treatment given to patients recovering from cataract surgery.¹

Dry eye disease affects a large share of adults worldwide and an even greater proportion of older populations. Cataract surgery, despite its reputation for restoring crisp vision, frequently leaves patients with burning, gritty, watery eyes that struggle with reading, screens, and bright light. For a meaningful portion of patients, that discomfort lingers for months.

Standard care typically relies on lubricating drops, steroids, and anti-inflammatory medications. These add moisture but do little to repair the damaged ocular surface driving the irritation in the first place. That’s where Manuka honey appears to behave differently.

Rather than simply wetting the eye, it seems to address the underlying problem, calming inflammation, supporting tissue repair, and protecting vulnerable tissue from microbial stress all at once. The Spanish trial put that idea to a direct test, and the results were notable enough to help explain why this old folk remedy is suddenly drawing serious scientific attention.
