A pilot who didn’t know he was being recorded while being confronted about the dumping of toxic chemicals over people’s homes has not denied the accusation but instead insisted that what he was doing was not illegal and if anyone has a problem with it they can take it up with his boss. This incident has reignited the debate about Chemtrails and their impact.

A Weaponized Fog Not Hyperbole?

Many have been noticing mysterious fog conditions and also what have been dubbed “chemtrails” over the last few years and in abundance most recently.

There have been odd weather conditions present in several states in our country, and in the UK where blankets of “fog” have lingered. Some have posted not just the oddity of the blankets blocking the sun in many cases, but also noticing strange smells, weird symptoms of illness and overall disorientation correlating to these mysterious “foggy” days surrounding various communities.

These days seem to be ripe for many to question the goings-on in general in society. Many feel that those in power both locally and federally are not to be trusted. That is understandable based on countless recent events over the last several years. A pandemic that showed the incompetence that surrounds us. Such as CDC guidelines and federal mandates that proved to be based not on science, but politics and largely proved to have no merit. The orchestrated closing of schools and places of worship with little merit while leaving liquor stores open. The curtailing of free speech in media, imprisonment of protestors from Jan 6th unconstitutionally, the weaponization of federal police authorities and agencies against political opponents and would be domestic terrorists, while leaving our borders wide open. Installation of a cognitively incompetent President that likely did not win the 2020 election while circumventing any and all challenges to that election and defaming and indicting, and in some cases incarcerating those who continued to voice their opinions to name a few.

Meanwhile, the weaponization and potential continued propagation of experiments on the American public have continued. They did not start with the Covid shots, but covid was a wake up call. This is something that has been going on for some time, as they pacify us with all kinds of distraction.

You Thought It Was Just A Conspiracy Theory? Well, Connecticut Sen Anwar Proposed A Bill To Require Permits For Cloud Seeding And Weather Modification

Remember when Bobby Kennedy seemed to suggest “chemtrails” were real when he responded to an X post in August, and promised to “stop this crime”? And that time he interviewed Dane Wigington in 2023 to find out what research existed to back up “chemtrails”?

Remember the beating Kennedy took in the mainstream media (here, here, here) for promoting a so-called conspiracy theory?

Well, the “chemtrail” crowd has been saying “told ya so” ever since learning Connecticut State Senator Saud Anwar sponsored Proposed Bill 417, An Act Concerning Permit Requirements for Cloud Seeding Activities in the State.

The bill proposes the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to develop a permit for undertaking any weather modification techniques employed in the state, and that includes cloud seeding.

Plus, an environmental impact assessment will be required to evaluate risks and ensure that public safety, health, and the environment are protected from any unreasonably risky weather modification activities.

Weather modification includes “any activity performed with the intention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behavior, or dynamics of the atmosphere” according to NOAA.

Currently, NOAA states that cloud seeding is the only ‘common‘ weather modification activity practiced in the U.S., common being the operative word.

It’s usually done by private companies in west mountain basins during winter to help build up snowpack, or in the desert southwest to fill water reservoirs during summer. Sometimes airlines use a type of seeding to disperse fog called “glaciogenic seeding.”

Why cloud seeing hasn’t been used to help dampen the California wildfires is a different issue.

Map shows thousands of geoengineering projects worldwide

On Thursday, the Daily Mail published an article titled ‘The geoengineering project next door: Interactive map reveals the locations of thousands of controversial experiments to alter the climate – so, is there one in your hometown?’.

But don’t get too excited that admissions about the scale and range of geoengineering operations that have been occurring for decades are about to be admitted anytime soon.  The article represents what is known as a limited hangout and those who are attempting to expose the entirety of this agenda will continue to be spuriously labelled as “conspiracy theorists.”

For those who are unfamiliar with the term, a limited hangout is a tactic used in media relations, perception management, politics and information management. It originated in the espionage trade and involves admitting or partially revealing some truth while still concealing the most damaging or crucial information. This strategy is employed when a cover story can no longer be sustained, and the goal is to manage public perception and avoid further scrutiny.

For a list of the types of projects the geoengineering monitor map recognises see HERE.  They include stratospheric aerosol injection, colloquially known as chemtrails, but only in the context of cloud seeding and blocking sunlight.  Under the section ‘weather modification’, the website mentions firing lasers at clouds to change the Earth’s albedo and includes an article about the US intelligence service weaponising the weather.  The 2015 article, ‘Can the CIA weaponise the weather?’, mentions the US military’s HAARP research programme as being closed which indicates it was unsuccessful and mocks those who believe in chemtrails as demonstrating the “boundless scope of the human imagination.”  There appears to be no mention of directed energy weapons (“DEWs”) on the website suspected to be involved in causing some fires around the world last year.*

Florida Republican Lawmaker Introduces Legislation to BAN Weather Engineering Amid Rising Concerns Over Climate Manipulation

A Florida Republican Senator has introduced SB 56, a bill that aims to prohibit weather modification activities within the state.

Introduced by Senator Ileana Garcia, this legislation targets chemical and technological methods used to manipulate weather patterns, temperature, or sunlight intensity, effectively halting a controversial practice often linked to geoengineering.

What Does SB 56 Say?

The bill repeals existing provisions in Florida statutes related to weather modification.

It specifically prohibits the “injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of 36 a chemical, a chemical compound, a substance, or an apparatus 37 into the atmosphere within the borders of this state for the 38 express purpose of affecting the temperature, the weather, or 39 the intensity of sunlight.”

Violators could face stiff penalties, including fines of up to $10,000 and potential misdemeanor charges.

SB 56 is set to take effect on July 1, 2025, but it will likely encounter opposition from industry stakeholders and environmental scientists.

Florida is not the only state taking a stand against weather manipulation. Earlier this year, the Tennessee State Senate took a definitive stance against the controversial topic of “chemtrails” by passing SB 2691/HB 2063.

The bill, which aims to ban the intentional release of chemicals into the atmosphere for geoengineering purposes, was sponsored by Representative Monty Fritts (R-Kingston) and Senator Steve Southerland (R-Morristown) and won approval in the Senate on Monday, The Tennessean reported.

The legislation is predicated on the claim that “it is documented the federal government or other entities acting on the federal government’s behalf or at the federal government’s request may conduct geoengineering experiments by intentionally dispersing chemicals into the atmosphere, and those activities may occur within the State of Tennessee.”

This new bill seeks to outlaw any such activities, stating that, “The intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight is prohibited.”

In New Hampshire, two motivated House Representatives, Jason Gerhard, Merrimack – District 25, and Kelley Potenza, Strafford – District 19, have introduced “The Clean Atmosphere Preservation Act” NH House Bill (HB) 1700.

COP29. Climate Instability Worldwide: Does the US Military “Own the Weather”? “Weaponizing the Weather” as an Instrument of Modern Warfare?

COP29 November 2024 (program) is being hosted (barely a week following the US elections) in Baku, Azerbaijan in the unstable Geopolitical Hub of the Caspian Sea.

The host country is among the largest producers of oil and natural gas worldwide. Ironically the government of Azerbaijan  has committed itself to green energy (CO2 Net Zero), requiring a drastic reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. Sounds absurd.

Among the COP29 participants are representatives of civil society organizations, business interests, international organizations, billionaire philanthropies and international organizations.

COP29 as well as the host government have endorsed CO2-Net Zero.

Sounds absurd. Azerbaijan produces about 33 million tonnes of oil and 35 billion cubic meters of gas (2022 data).

The fake narrative of reducing greenhouse gas emissions sets the stage for triggering economic and social chaos including devastating impacts on family farms Worldwide.  

Assisting the Global South is COP29’s multi-billion dollar mandate: it’s a fraud! The Global South is targeted as one of main causes of  global warming. The big oil companies are not the target. Quite the opposite. 

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has committed itself to funnelling billions of dollars, coming to the rescue of impoverished farmers in the Global South.

This money will be used to initiate a new phase of neo-colonialism, leading the confiscation of land, assets and mineral resources.

Bill Gates wants to become a Top Owner of Farmland extending across the Global South. He or a member of his foundation is to address the plenary on the 14th of November, 2024.

UK government to fund geoengineering experiments to cool the Earth

ARIA, the UK’s answer to ARPA, is an innovation lab that was the brainchild of Dominic Cummings, the former No. 10 adviser to Boris Johnson. Armed with £800 million, it is tasked with pursuing scientific research to unlock “breakthroughs at the edge of the possible.”

According to The Telegraph, ARIA is “a nondescript office tucked in a corner of the British Library” with big ambitions with projects that include engineering the climate, replacing physical labour with robots and merging human brains with computers to turn us into cyborgs.  It was established by an Act of Parliament in 2022 and is sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (“DSIT”).  The Advanced Research and Invention Agency Act 2022 exempts the agency from coming under the scope of the Freedom of Information Act.

ARIA said it was pursuing geoengineering research because “even under the most aggressive scenarios” of cutting greenhouse gasses, it may not be possible to reduce those emissions fast enough to prevent dangerous increases in global temperatures.

Without conducting physical tests of those strategies, the agency said, “there is no prospect of being able to make proper judgments” about whether any type of geoengineering is “feasible, scalable, and controllable.”

The agency, which is publicly funded but has a degree of independence from the British government, is soliciting proposals to be submitted before 9 December from researchers around the world and expects to announce the recipients in the first half of next year.

“This programme,” ARIA’s website states, “will explore whether approaches designed to delay, or avert, climate tipping points could be feasible scalable, and safe.”

As you can see for yourself in the video below presented by Programme Director Mark Symes, they are completely immersed in the climate change crisis scam, or at least completely dedicated to propagating the false narrative surrounding it.

Symes is an electrochemist, with a 15-year career developing sustainable fuels in the drive towards “net zero.”

CNN Insists Gov’t NOT ‘Deliberately Steering Hurricanes’ Toward Pro-Trump Areas in ‘Plot to Steal Election’

CNN ran a segment attempting to discredit speculation that the U.S. government may have steered recent hurricanes toward “Trump-supporting communities” in a bid to sway the upcoming election.

CNN’s Kaitlin Collins explained that chatter on social media was giving rise to an “old conspiracy theory” and “lie” that the government is manipulating the weather in the wake of Hurricanes Helene and Milton that have decimated Trump-leaning portions of Southeastern states.

“It was mostly confined to the fringe corners of the internet. The theory goes that the government controls the weather by dropping toxic chemicals from the sky in these trails that planes leave behind. It does not. Those trails are just water vapor,” Collins argued on Friday.

Lawmakers Briefed On Weather Modification Tech, Conclude Hurricane Helene Was DoD-Linked Weather Weapon Deployed Against American People

State representatives and senators in the Carolinas were briefed on weather modification technology and have come to the conclusion that Hurricane Helene was a weather weapon deployed against the American people, according to a geoengineering expert.

Dane Wigginton joined Ret. Col. Douglas MacGregor’s podcast on Monday to reveal that he briefed numerous lawmakers about patented Defense Department-linked technology used to control major weather events like hurricanes, and the lawmakers were left stunned over what they heard.

“I have an hour conference call yesterday with the representatives and senators from the Carolinas, and we presented the data to them to answer their questions about how this manipulation occurs,” Wigginton said.

“They realized this was not a natural event. They’re trying to digest the fact that their states were literally under assault from weather modification operations that are clearly connected to the DoD operations.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Weather Manipulation Claims Backed by Science — Must Read Deep Dive into History of Weather Manipulation — Shocking Facts Revealed!

Marjorie Taylor Greene was right. Yes, scientists do control the weather.

But as the old saying goes- “In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”

After Representative Greene tweeted a simple and accurate statement last week regarding weather manipulation, the mainstream media went on autopilot mode, calling her an “unhinged conspiracy theorist”.

A community note was added to Rep. Greene’s tweet, stating, “While small-scale ‘cloud seeding’ to create localized rain is possible, hurricanes and other large storms cannot be produced with modern technology.”

Interestingly, even this note acknowledges that weather can, in fact, be manipulated—proving Greene’s point. Rep. Greene didn’t specifically mention hurricanes in her tweet; instead, she broadly suggested that scientists have the ability to influence weather patterns.

Despite some reactions dismissing her claims as conspiracy, research into weather modification, including techniques like cloud seeding and other geoengineering efforts, has been well-documented over the years.

However, the public largely continues to view geoengineering and weather manipulation as “conspiracy theories”. Even with historic and “scientific evidence” frequently published all over the internet, the taboo subject still invokes images of cooky tin foil hat wearers.
