Frederick Becomes Largest Municipality in Maryland to Approve Non-Citizen Voting

The city of Frederick, Maryland, has granted non-citizens the right to vote in local elections.

The move by the city makes Frederick the largest municipality in the state to allow non-citizens to vote.

On Thursday night, the Board of Alderman voted 4-1 to grant green card holders and illegal immigrants the right to vote in local elections.

Under the new rule, illegal immigrants and green card holders must only prove they reside in Frederick to vote.

The move by the Alderman board comes after receiving pressure from the ACLU and illegal immigrants residing in Frederick.

WUSA 9 reported that the new voting laws will allow nearly 6,400 non-citizens to vote in local elections.

Virginia County’s Election Manual Says People Who Show ‘Noncitizen’ ID Cards Can Still Vote

An election officer training manual issued by Prince William County, Virginia, appears to instruct poll workers that people who show ID cards which are issued “only to non-citizens” may still vote if they fulfill additional requirements, none of which provide evidence of citizenship.

As the manual states, the Virginia Driver Privilege Card “is not acceptable because it is given only to non-citizens.” Driver Privilege Cards (DPCs) are issued to non-U.S. citizens who are unable to demonstrate any sort of legal presence in the United States, so most holders are likely illegal aliens.

The manual instructs election workers that people who show a Driver Privilege Card may still cast “a regular ballot if (1) they are in your pollbook and (2) have another valid ID or sign an ID Confirmation Statement.” Neither of these requirements proves the would-be voter’s citizenship.

(If the voter can’t even meet those requirements, Prince William County says he may “vote a provisional ballot.”)

Although positive evidence of citizenship is not required to vote in Virginia, the presentation of a card that is only issued to noncitizens suggests that person is not eligible to vote. It is a federal crime — across the entire United States — for any noncitizen to cast a ballot in a U.S. federal election.

Judge in South Carolina Shocks Leftists with Bombshell Ruling: Voter Rolls Are Public Record Under Federal Law

In a landmark ruling, a federal judge in South Carolina has declared that voter rolls are public records and must be made available for inspection by election integrity advocates, a decision that could set a precedent nationwide.

The ruling, issued by Judge Joseph F. Anderson Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, came in response to a lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to election integrity.

PILF sought access to the South Carolina Statewide Voter Registration List under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, which mandates that states maintain accurate voter rolls and make records available for public inspection.

The SEC initially denied the request.

The SEC argued that South Carolina law only permitted access to these records by qualified electors of the state, not by out-of-state organizations like PILF.

How Minnesota Allows Noncitizens to Vote Automatic Voter Registration at DMV

When Governor Tim Walz signed the Minnesota automatic voter registration bill into law in May 2023, most people assumed it would only allow eligible U.S. citizens to be automatically registered to vote. They were wrong.

U.S. citizenship is an eligibility requirement to vote in Minnesota, according to Article VII Section 1 of the State Constitution.

But now, with the new Minnesota drivers license application form, there are no questions, check boxes, or signed oaths regarding citizenship whatsoever, anywhere; only a paragraph, in the tiniest of print, at the very bottom of the form saying:

“If you provide documentation showing you are not a U.S. citizen at the time of application, no data will be sent to the Office of the Secretary of State.”

This craftily constructed sentence defines the ONLY criteria under which a new applicant’s data must not be sent to the Secretary of State and registered to vote.

There are no requirements on the form to show citizenship or even attest to it. That means if an illegal immigrant, with an easily obtainable SS#, chooses not to provide documentation showing they are not a U.S. citizen at the time of application, they will be automatically registered to vote.

The language appears to have been purposefully written to absolve state officials from any responsibility to protect Minnesota voter rolls and leaves the door wide open to voter fraud.

The MVA has sent data requests to both the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety and to the Secretary of State to address relevant statutory issues related to preventing noncitizens from registering to vote and voting. A response date is requested by September 24, 2024.

The Odd Connections Between David Becker, Georgia Election Officials, Sunoco Oil And A GA Election Organization You Likely Have Never Heard Of

In telling the story – it’s hard to judge where to start, but let’s begin with David Becker. Mr. Becker founded an organization known as the Center for Election Innovation and Research, better known as CEIR.

Prior to forming the organization Becker was a Director at PEW Charitible Trust and founded the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) with which Georgia contracts to “clean” our voter rolls.

A number of States have already exited their agreements with ERIC citing a variety of concerns including errors, lack of information regarding their operations and security measures.  In at least one case, an official from another State travelled to ERIC’ listed headquarters only to find no evidence of systems or staff at the address listed.

PEW Charitible Trusts, where Becker was a Director, gets its name from the PEW family who made their fortune largely through Sunoco Oil.

Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger and Jamie Raskin, (Representative from Maryland and member of the infamous J6 Committee) were highlighted speakers at CEIR’s “secret” meeting in Washington DC last year.

David Becker also started EOLDN, Election Official Legal Defense Network claiming election officials around the country needed a method for protecting themselves legally.

Jerome Corsi Reveals Dr. Andrew Paquette’s Report Has Been Filed with Ohio Secretary of State on Cryptographic Algorithm Secretly Embedded in Ohio’s Board of Election Voter Registration Database

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier on Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., and Andrew Paquette, Ph.D., meeting with the official Ohio Secretary of State’s Inquiry regarding alleged evidence of secret algorithms encoded into the Ohio State Board of Elections official Ohio voter registration database with a presumed purpose of facilitating mail-in ballot fraud.

In a one-hour-and-twenty-minute meeting, Corsi and Pacquette presented to Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose’s office a series of voter ID scatterplots for various counties. Corsi and Pacquette told The Gateway Pundit that these scatterplots revealed undeniable evidence that mathematical formulas had been secretly applied to create a cryptographic assignment of State Board of Election Voter ID numbers in Ohio, a fact previously unknown to the Ohio Board of Elections.

On Monday, a complaint was filed with the Ohio Secretary of State — with all the documentation on the CRYPTOGRAPHIC ALGORITHM that Dr. ANDREW PAQUETTE found embedded in the Ohio Board of Elections Official Database.

GodsFiveStones suggests that the preliminary report submitted to the Ohio Secretary of State and the Ohio Attorney General on Monday, September 16, 2024, Andrew Paquette, Ph.D., identified a complex cryptographic algorithm embedded in the voter identification numbers of three counties in the Ohio State Board of Elections voter registration that he believes were designed “for the purpose of covert data manipulation.”

In his 22-page heavily illustrated mathematical analysis, Paquette has allegedly discovered that an algorithmic scheme based on modular mathematics was employed, likely unbeknownst to Ohio State Board of Election officials, to determine the assignment of voter identification (ID) numbers in three Ohio counties: Franklin, Lucas, and Montgomery.

Paquette explained the principal question of his investigation in Ohio: “Do Ohio’s voter rolls exhibit evidence of algorithmic manipulation for covert tagging or selective data obstruction? Paquette answered both questions in the affirmative. He stressed: “For this paper, the issue isn’t whether ‘algorithms’ were used to assign or modify Ohio voter roll identification numbers. Literally, they were. The real issue is whether the algorithms used were unnecessarily complex, performed hidden or inexplicable tasks, or exhibited any unusual characteristics.”

Further, Paquette allegedly discovered that a modular algorithm encryption scheme was embedded in the ID numbering in Franklin, Lucas, and Montgomery counties by first finding a pattern where ID numbers were incrementing unusually by “gaps” divisible by 8, such that the following ID assigned was +8 the previous, with gaps of 8, 16, and 24, such that ID number 27is incremented next to ID number 35 (+8 from 27), next to 43 (+8 from 35), next to 51 (+8 from 43), to 59 (+8 from 51). The arithmetic algorithm then assigns the following numbers in an offset from ID 59 to ID 65 (+6 from 59) before reverting to another sequence of +8 offsets. Originally, Paquette called the algorithm the “octagon” before realizing he was dealing with modular arithmetic—a realization that caused Paquette to relabel the algorithm “Modulus 8.”

Massive “ERROR” in Arizona Validates Nearly 100,000 Voter Registrations Without Verifying Citizenship — Issue Has Existed for 20 YEARS

A so-called error in the Arizona Motor Vehicle Department’s (MVD) system, which provides driver’s license information to the state’s voter registration system for citizenship verification, has caused 97,000 voter registrations to be approved without verifying citizenship.

This has apparently been happening for 20 years and was somehow not discovered until now.

This comes just days before military and overseas ballots are set to be mailed out on Thursday. Early ballots will be sent to voters across the state on October 9.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer announced on Tuesday that his office is suing the Secretary of State’s office after discovering a loophole in the state’s voter registration system that, Richer says, for 20 years has allowed individuals who received a driver’s license before 1996 to vote without citizenship verification.

The issue has existed since 2004, when Arizona began requiring documentary proof of citizenship to vote. Licenses issued before Arizona required proof of citizenship to drive in 1996, regardless of citizenship status, showed as proof of citizenship on file with the MVD.

“If a driver received a license prior to 1996, he did not have a documented proof of citizenship on file. But then, if he got a duplicate license (e.g. in the case of losing a license), the issuance date would be updated in the statewide voter registration’s interface with MVD,” Richer said.

“The number is about 97,000 registrants across the state.” According to the lawsuit, “there are 53,445 Affected Voters in Maricopa County.”

Oregon DMV admits to illegally registering hundreds of non-citizens since 2021 via motor voter program

More than 300 non-citizens were mistakenly registered to vote in Oregon over the past three years due to errors by the state’s Driver and Motor Vehicles (DMV) services. The issue arose after Oregon passed a bill allowing individuals to obtain driver’s licenses without needing to prove US citizenship. Oregon’s elections are conducted via mail-in ballots.

According to Oregon Secretary of State LaVonne Griffin-Valade, the error occurred when DMV staff mistakenly selected “US passport” or “US birth certificate” instead of foreign equivalents while entering documentation data for individuals applying for driver’s licenses. This error led to non-citizens being added to the voter registration system.

Griffin-Valade noted that of the more than 300 improperly registered individuals, only two are believed to have actually cast ballots. It remains unclear whether those individuals were citizens at the time of voting. Once the error was identified on Thursday, the affected individuals were notified by mail that they would not receive ballots unless they are eligible voters, according to a report by KGW8.

“Safeguarding the integrity of our elections is my top priority,” said Griffin-Valade. “When my office was made aware of this error, we moved quickly to update the voter rolls. I am also personally calling on the DMV to take immediate action to improve its processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”

Oregon Governor Tina Kotek reassured the public that the error “will not impact the 2024 election in any way,” and added that the DMV was taking “urgent corrective action” to prevent similar mistakes in the future.
