Jasmine Crockett: Trump Targeting Anybody Who Has ‘Melanin in their Skin’

Thursday on MS NOW’s “Chris Jansing Reports,” Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) accused the Trump administration of targeting people with “a little bit of melanin in their skin” or “because of an accent.”

Crockett said, “As we go through these negotiations and Senate Dems are thinking about what it is that they’re going to do. I think that our negotiations should empower the people and should empower the people’s attorneys. I don’t trust the idea that we should say, hey, don’t break the law, and then they’re not going to break the law. It’s already against the law to do half the things that we’re asking them to do. We’re basically asking them, please just follow the law. I want to do things like, let’s look at a real speedy trial issue as relates to detainees. We have speedy trial for everything else. Let’s put some timelines on this. Let’s put some more parameters that empower their attorneys to get people out of custody that are suffering right now.”

She added, “I’m so tired of hearing their illegal, illegal, illegal. I am tired of hearing they did it the wrong way. That was not the story that I heard from so many people. They were, quote unquote, doing it the right way. They were showing up to their meetings, and then they were being hauled off when they were showing up, or they were showing up to court and they were being hauled off. I am tired of the nonsense. Let’s be honest. This administration has decided that it wants to target anybody who has a little bit of melanin in their skin, or target people simply because of an accent.”

Giffords’ Strange Definition of the Second Amendment

Several gun control organizations have shifted their messaging over the past couple of years in an attempt to prove they’re not out to eradicate the Second Amendment .Everytown for Gun Safety, for instance, is now offering gun training of a sort, though so far its more about teaching the basics of gun safety alongside a heaping portion of anti-gun rhetoric.

Giffords, whose founder told Time magazine that her goal was “no more guns,”, has GIFFORDS Gun Owners for Safety to serve as useful idiots for the group’s larger mission. And in the wake of the Alex Pretti shooting in Minneapolis, the organization is putting them front and center.

I actually agree with that statement. It’s too bad the actual comments from those gun owners for gun control don’t match up with the text of the post.

How does Giffords go from “Shall not be infringed” to “the right to legally possess a firearm in accordance with state law”?

It’s simple, really. By framing our right that way, they’re able to completely negate it. Carrying a gun in a state park when the state considers it a “sensitive place”? Well, then, you’re not a law-abiding gun owner. Have a 17-round magazine when the state says you can only have 10-round magazines? You’re not exercising your Second Amendment rights, according to Giffords. You’re simply breaking the law.

Carrying at a protest or public demonstration? Well, in Minnesota that’s legal. But if Pretti had been carrying his pistol in Peoria, Illinois, for example, he’d be violating state law. Would Giffords’ still have come to his defense in that case?

Yikes: This Threat to Kristi Noem From Hakeem Jeffries Isn’t Toning Down the Temperature at All

Democrats have been whipping up anger against President Donald Trump and his team throughout his two administrations, and they don’t care about what might occur as a result.

Even after the assassination attempts, even with Trump being shot in the ear and nearly having his head blown off, the Democrats still wouldn’t scale back their language. They’re still at an 11 on a 1-10 scale of danger. No, he’s not a fascist or a Nazi. What he is is a danger to their power, and that’s always been the real problem for them.

They’re doing it again with the anti-ICE mania. If you listen to the leftist discussion, ICE is Trump’s Gestapo, kidnapping people to concentration camps. Oh, and he’s going to use their rioting as an excuse to shut down the elections and seize power forever. They’re demonizing the enforcement of the law that Congress enacted. Yes, it’s nuts, but it’s their propaganda, and they’re falling for it.

That’s why, on Thursday, what House Minority Leader, Democratic Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (NY-8) said was so bad. He was railing against Department of Homeland Security head Kristi Noem, “She’s got to go!”

“We are dead serious!” Jeffries ranted. “She needs to be put on ice, permanently! She’s gotta go! And by the way, she’s not the only one.”

Yikes. That sounds like a threat, and not just to her.

Fox News’ Aishah Hasnie said Jeffries later addressed his word choice when called out on the obvious problem.

“She needs to be put on ice. It’s clear, right? That means gone. G-O-N-E. From her position. Don’t misinterpret anything that I’ve said,” he said. Yeah, no. You can’t say that before all the cameras, and then try to clean it up in a way that doesn’t even clean it up, and claim to speak against violence. This isn’t lowering the temperature, it’s ramping it up.

Democrats freaked out over Trump using the word “fight,” claiming that it was inciting, so it’s their rules. I’m tired of how they keep doing this.

This was also disgraceful, as he said Noem was responsible for “cutting down American lives in cold blood.”

Democrat Somali Declares Minnesota Neighborhood a ‘No-Go Zone’ for White Americans

The promise America made to us was simple but profound: E Pluribus Unum. Out of many, one. It’s the fundamental covenant that says, despite our different backgrounds, we are all citizens of the same nation, living under one set of laws, and deserving of the same protections. This principle is what keeps us from descending into a mess of warring tribes.

But what happens when our own elected leaders decide that the covenant is optional? What happens when officials sworn to uphold the law start carving out their own private fiefdoms, declaring entire classes of Americans unwelcome and replacing constitutional order with tribal rule? This isn’t just a thought experiment. It’s happening right now, and one Democrat just provided a chilling preview of the left’s ultimate vision for America. And trust me, you aren’t going to like it.

From ‘The Post Millennial’:

The comments were made in a series of posts on X showing Fateh standing in front of the Cedar Riverside towers alongside two other men. “Cedar Strong. White Supremacists aren’t welcome here. We protect our own,” the post read. When pressed by journalist David Marcus, who wrote that Americans do not allow “no-go zones,” Fateh doubled down, replying, “This is a No-Go zone for white supremacists.”

Don’t mistake this for a simple slip of the tongue. This wasn’t a gaffe; it was a confession from Minnesota State Senator Omar Fateh. He is openly promoting the creation of an autonomous enclave on American soil, a place where his political opponents are barred from entry and where a private force, not the police, keeps order.

Democrats Want To Keep Illegals In America To Rig The Census And Congressional Apportionment

t may seem impossible, but Democrats have been losing their cool a little bit more than usual lately. And by “a little bit,” I mean a whole lot, with much of their fury driven by a brutal political reality highlighted by new census data.

Amid the recent deaths of two Minnesota street communists — who died as a result of their interference with immigration enforcement operations — Democrats have ramped up their opposition to the Trump administration’s efforts to deport illegal aliens present in the United States. While some (like Gov. Tim Walz) have taken their Nazi comparisons to new embarrassing heights, others have opted for calling for the impeachment of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

(Unsurprisingly, none of these bad actors have acknowledged their roles in encouraging such lawless behavior or, in Walz’s case, refusing to cooperate with federal officials like other states have done.)

The left’s rapid obsession with keeping illegal aliens in the United States — even those who have committed violent crimes — may seem strange to some. Especially given how the party’s top officials (such as former Presidents Clinton and Obama) previously touted deporting such individuals.

While Democrats may claim their stance stems from their supposed “compassion” for illegals, the real reason for their illogical and unsustainable position can be found in new data disclosed by the U.S. Census Bureau.

Earlier this week, the federal agency released its latest projections for U.S. population trends throughout the past year. Publication of the information was delayed due to last year’s Democrat-led government shutdown.

What the data showed is that many “red” and “toss-up” states experienced notable gains in population, while many “blue” states saw a net loss of residents. Put another way, Americans are fleeing predominantly Democrat-run states for those fully or partially controlled by Republicans.

This trend is significant when considering its implications for congressional apportionment (that is, deciding how many congressional seats each state is entitled to based on its population). Such a process relatedly determines how many electoral votes each state gets — a critical point for candidates running in presidential elections.

According to The American Redistricting Project, the Census Bureau’s new data indicates that, based on 2025 population estimates, the country’s 2030 apportionment would result in several red and red-leaning states (Texas, Florida, Arizona) gaining congressional seats. Blue and blue-leaning states (California, New York, Illinois), on the other hand, are projected to lose seats.

Such tallies, if ultimately correct and apportioned accurately, would represent a stark contrast to the 2020 apportionment, in which the Census Bureau subsequently admitted to undercounting mostly Republican-led states (five of six) and overcounting mostly Democrat-led states (six of eight).

Where Democrats’ unhinged opposition to deportations comes into play is the fact that the Census Bureau counts illegal aliens when conducting the census. This, in effect, skews the overall population count and results in states with large numbers of illegal immigrants being apportioned more congressional seats than they are otherwise entitled to.

Obama-Era Report on ICE-Related Deaths Proves How Hypocritical Hysteria Over Alex Pretti’s Death Really Is

In case America missed it, Barack Obama hypocrisy is back.

The 42nd president — the man who gave Joe Biden the platform to win the presidency five years ago — deigned to weigh in this week on the death of armed protester Alex Pretti during a confrontation with Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis.

But a report from the last year of Obama’s presidency shows how hypocritical that statement actually was.

In a post published Sunday on the social media platform X, Obama called Pretti’s death a “tragedy” that “should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under attack.”

Any needless death is a tragedy, so there’s not much of an argument with Obama on that score. (Still, there’s a case to be made that Pretti contributed a good deal to the circumstances that led to his demise.)

But what exactly are the “core values” that are under attack?

The value in law enforcement officers enforcing the law? That’s not only what they get paid taxpayer money for, the laws they’re enforcing were passed by the Congress of the United States and signed by various presidents of both parties. (That’s a fact that seems to get lost in the shuffle.)

Or maybe Obama’s statement was prompted by the fact that there was a death involved — the second death related to President Donald Trump’s illegal immigration crackdown in Minneapolis in the span of a month.

Well, here’s where things get interesting. Years before the Biden presidency launched an era of border lawlessness unprecedented in U.S. history, and caused the illegal immigration invasion Trump is cleaning up, Obama had a reputation in leftist circles as “deporter in chief.”

Over the course of Obama’s eight years in office, more than 3 million individuals were deported, according to USA Today, citing Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse.

The difference is that leftists in the streets are opposing Trump, where they greeted Obama’s actions with muffled moans.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear Wants All ICE Agents Taken Out of Cities and ‘Fully Retrained’

Kentucky’s Democrat Governor Andy Beshear went on CNN this week and said that he wants ICE agents pulled out of cities and ‘fully retrained.’

According to the governor, ICE agents are ‘operating with aggressive tactics.’ Of course, he says nothing about the mobs of left wing radicals attacking these agents wherever they go.

Democrats only see one side of the equation. They have a total blind spot for the people who are assaulting ICE because those are their voters.

Breitbart News reported:

Beshear: ‘Every Single’ ICE Officer Should Be Taken Out of Cities, Re-Trained

On Monday’s “CNN News Central,” Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) stated that, when it comes to ICE, we should “demand that they pull these officers out of all of our cities and that they fully retrain every single one of them.”

Co-host Kate Bolduan asked, “Once he leaves there, what are you going to do if and when a massive ICE operation is launched in Kentucky?”

Beshear answered, “Well, the first thing we have to do is demand that they pull these officers out of all of our cities and that they fully retrain every single one of them. They are operating with aggressive tactics that are not appropriate for law enforcement. They are not following our Constitution and giving people their rights.

Judge: Virginia Democrats’ Gerrymandering Ploy Is Illegal And Voided

AVirginia judge has shot down efforts by state Democrats to gerrymander the commonwealth in their party’s favor ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

In his Tuesday decision, Tazewell County Circuit Judge Jack Hurley ruled that Democrat lawmakers unlawfully rushed a constitutional amendment proposal — which would allow them to redraw the state’s congressional map — through the General Assembly. As The Federalist’s Breccan Thies recently reported, Democrats’ proposed map “could nuke up to four Republican-held seats” and create “a potential [congressional] delegation of 10 Democrats and one Republican.”

Under the Virginia Constitution, proposed amendments must first be passed by both chambers of the General Assembly in two consecutive legislative sessions. Should they receive such approval, these measures are then submitted to voters for consideration “not sooner than ninety days after final passage by the General Assembly,” and must receive majority support from the electorate to ratify the state’s founding document.

The Democrat-run General Assembly passed the proposed redistricting amendment in October 2025 and again earlier this month, with the hopes of sending it to voters for approval in an April special election so that the gerrymandered map could be used for the midterms later this year. Critics — which include the lawsuit’s Republican plaintiffs and former Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares — argued that the General Assembly’s October passage of the amendment was illegitimate because it occurred during early voting, and therefore, did not comport with the Virginia Constitution’s requirement that there be an intervening general election between the legislature’s twice approval of the resolution.

“Under current Virginia law, the election voting process in Virginia spans 45 days. The closing of the polls on November 4, 2025 will be the culmination of the ongoing election process, which commenced September 19, 2025,” Miyares wrote last year. “Accordingly, because a general election of delegates is already underway, the November 4th culmination of this 2025 election cannot be deemed to be the ‘next general election.’ It is the current general election.”

Hurley agreed with such arguments in his Tuesday ruling. While acknowledging the constitutional requirement raised by plaintiffs and Miyares, the circuit judge noted that in order for him to “find that the election was only on November 4, 2025, those one million Virginia voters” who cast their ballots in the early voting process “would be completely disenfranchised.”

“There is no rational conclusion except that the ELECTION began on the first day of voting (September 19, 2025) and ended on November 4, 2025. Therefore, the Court FINDS that following the October 31, 2025 vote and passage of House Joint Resolution 6007 there HAS NOT BEEN an ensuing election of the House of Delegates, and such ensuing general election CANNOT occur until 2027,” Hurley wrote. “Thus, the action of the General Assembly during its Regular Session 2026 CANNOT meet the second passage required of Article XII, Section 1 of the Virginia Constitution, which second passage must occur before the same can be submitted to the voters of Virginia for adoption.”

Proof Positive: CA’s Homeless Industrial Complex Is Just a Giant Money-Laundering Operation

Laura Ingraham and Bill Essayli detailed new developments in California’s Homelessness Fraud and Corruption Task Force during a recent exchange focused on the state’s handling of taxpayer-funded homeless services and a growing number of criminal cases tied to misuse of public money.

Ingraham opened the discussion by pointing to the origins of the task force and its narrow focus on homelessness programs, asking why those services became the priority of the investigation.

“Back in April, you launched this task force to investigate corruption in California. You focused on homeless services. Tell us why. This might be just the tip of the fraud iceberg here,” Ingraham said.

Essayli explained that his background as both a former prosecutor in Los Angeles and a former state legislator shaped his decision to examine homelessness spending, particularly given the scale of public investment and the lack of measurable improvement.

“Yeah, Laura, remember, before I was the prosecutor here in LA, I was in the legislature. Over the last five years, California spent $24 billion on homelessness, and it only got worse. So of course, the question is, where did the money go? What happened to 24 billion?” Essayli said.

He said those questions led directly to the creation of the Homelessness Fraud and Corruption Task Force. Essayli acknowledged that federal investigations require time, even as public frustration grows.

“So I launched this task force, and just quickly, I mean, federal investigations do take time. I know the public wants action. It takes time to put these cases together,” he said.

“We Will Find You”: Democrat Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner Vows to Hunt Down ICE Agents for Decades Like Nazis Were Hunted

Democrat Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner spoke at an anti-ICE rally at City Hall Tuesday where he vowed to hunt down ICE agents “for decades” the way Nazis were after World War II.

Krasner said that he is teaming up with state prosecutors to deliver “accountability” to ICE agents enforcing the federal government’s immigration laws.

Democrats have been fomenting a domestic insurgency against the federal government since President Trump took office a year ago. The violent nationwide protests against Elon Musk and DOGE in the early months of the Trump administration have morphed into violent protests in Blue state cities against the enforcement of immigration laws egged on by Resistance Democrat governors, mayors and prosecutors.
