SECRET INDIAN MEMO ORDERED “CONCRETE MEASURES” AGAINST HARDEEP SINGH NIJJAR TWO MONTHS BEFORE HIS ASSASSINATION IN CANADA

THE INDIAN GOVERNMENT instructed its consulates in North America to launch a “sophisticated crackdown scheme” against Sikh diaspora organizations in Western countries, according to a secret memorandum issued in April 2023 by India’s Ministry of External Affairs. The memo, which was obtained by The Intercept, lists several Sikh dissidents under investigation by India’s intelligence agencies, including the Canadian citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

“Concrete measures shall be adopted to hold the suspects accountable,” the memo says. Nijjar was murdered in Vancouver in June, two months after being named as a target in the document, a killing the Canadian government said was ordered by Indian intelligence.

The memo addresses India’s growing concerns about its reputation due to activism from Sikh dissident organizations and portrays its political enemies as extremist or even terrorist organizations. Titled “Action Points on Khalistan Extremism,” using the name Sikh activists use for a separatist state, the document lists several Sikh activist organizations it blames for engaging in “anti-India propaganda,” as well as acts of “arson and vandalization” targeting Indian interests in North America.

The document instructs officials at its consulates to cooperate with Indian intelligence agencies to confront the groups Sikhs for Justice, Babbar Khalsa International, Sikh Youth of America, Sikh Coordination Committee East Coast, World Sikh Parliament, and Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar America. It suggests that Nijjar and several other “suspects” are affiliated with one of these groups, Babbar Khalsa International. Babbar Khalsa International is proscribed as a terrorist organization in the U.S. and Canada, but the other organizations named in the document are considered legal in both countries.

A leader of one of another of the listed groups, Sikhs for Justice, was the target of an Indian assassination plot, according to federal prosecutors in the U.S. The indictment, unsealed last week, accused Nikhil Gupta, an Indian national, of working with Indian officials to kill Sikhs for Justice general counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, an American citizen based in New York.

The leaked April memo from India’s Ministry of External Affairs does not explicitly order the killings of Sikh activists. Instead, it calls on Indian consular officials operating in the U.S. and Canada to work in cooperation with India’s Research and Analysis Wing, a foreign intelligence agency; the National Investigation Agency, a counterterror police force; and the Intelligence Bureau, an internal security agency akin to the FBI. Aside from Nijjar, a number of people accused in the document of having ties with BKI are believed to be based in Pakistan or currently incarcerated in India.

The Indian government did not respond to a request for comment. While the U.S. and Canada have both now charged India with orchestrating assassinations against Sikhs in the West, the secret document obtained by The Intercept is the first public evidence showing that the Indian government was targeting these specific Sikh diaspora organizations and dissidents.

Those involved in Sikh diaspora advocacy said that the Indian government frequently characterizes any political activity by Sikh separatist organizations as militant or extremist in nature.

“The Indian government and media consistently aim to manufacture a narrative that describes any type of political advocacy for Khalistan or Sikh sovereignty as ‘Sikh extremism’ as a pretext to justify a repressive security-based response,” said Prabjot Singh, an activist and editor of the Panth-Punjab Project, a digital platform focusing on Sikh politics and sociopolitical issues. “It’s important to recognize that this is a strategy that India employs in Punjab to justify crackdowns on Sikh political organizing, while misusing diplomatic resources abroad to try and enlist other countries as partners in this effort.”

Global Censorship Strategy: US And UK Military Contractors Conspiracy

Newly leaked documents have revealed a secretive initiative by U.S. and UK military contractors to establish a global censorship framework in 2018, according to a new report by journalists behind the Twitter Files.

ublic has published a report by Michael Shellenberger, Alex Gutentag, and Matt Taibbi claiming that a whistleblower has surfaced with documents suggesting that U.S. and UK military contractors, including prominent defense researchers and cybersecurity experts, orchestrated a comprehensive plan for global censorship. These documents, rivaling the significance of the Twitter Files and Facebook Files, which both Taibbi and Shellenberger contributed to, depict the formation of an “anti-disinformation” group named the Cyber Threat Intelligence League (CTIL). Allegedly a “volunteer project” by data scientists and defense veterans at its outset, CTIL’s tactics were seemingly integrated into projects of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The CTIL documents fill gaps left by previous disclosures, painting a detailed portrait of the so-called “Censorship Industrial Complex.” This network, comprising over 100 government agencies and NGOs, has been instrumental in pushing for censorship on social media platforms and spreading targeted propaganda. The documents include detailed accounts of digital censorship programs, military and intelligence community involvement, partnerships with civil society organizations and media, and the deployment of covert techniques like sock puppet accounts.

The whistleblower’s revelations highlight the pivotal role of CTIL in the creation and expansion of the Censorship Industrial Complex. Spearheaded by Sara-Jayne “SJ” Terp, a former UK defense researcher, and others, CTIL developed a comprehensive censorship framework in 2019. This framework was later adopted by various governmental and non-governmental organizations, including DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

Indian man charged with assassination plot aimed at Sikh activist in NYC

The Justice Department announced charges against an Indian man who’s accused of directing an assassination plot.

Nikhil “Nick” Gupta was charged on Wednesday after an Indian government employee who works on security and intelligence encouraged him to take out a Sikh activist who supports a sovereign state in northern India, the Department of Justice said.

The defendant conspired from India to assassinate, right here in New York City, a U.S. citizen of Indian origin who has publicly advocated for the establishment of a sovereign state for Sikhs,” said Manhattan prosecutor Damian Williams in a statement.

It’s the second such incident announced in the past week. According to President Joe Biden’s administration, investigators foiled another plot to kill a Sikh separatist in the United States.

Among the most startling details in the Justice Department’s statement is an alleged revelation from Gupta to an undercover DEA agent that another Sikh leader, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, “was also the target.”

In fact, he revealed, “We have so many targets.”

The Life And Public Assassination Of President John F. Kennedy By The CIA

Why President Kennedy was publicly murdered by the CIA sixty years ago has never been more important.  All pseudo-debates to the contrary – including the numerous and growing claims that it was not the U.S. national security state but the Israelis that assassinated the president, which exonerates the CIA – the truth about the assassination has long been evident.  There is nothing to debate unless one is some sort of intelligence operative, has an obsession, or is out to make a name or a buck.  I suggest that all those annual JFK conferences in Dallas should finally end, but my guess is that they will be rolling along for many more decades.  To make an industry out of a tragedy is wrong.  And these conferences are so often devoted to examining and debating minutiae that are a distraction from the essential truth. 

As for the corporate mainstream media, they will never admit the truth but will continue as long as necessary to titillate the public with lies, limited hangouts, and sensational non-sequiturs.  To do otherwise would require admitting that they have long been complicit in falsely reporting the crime and the endless coverup.  That they are arms of the CIA and NSA.

The Cold War, endless other wars, and the nuclear threat John Kennedy worked so hard to end have today been inflamed to a fever pitch by U.S. leaders in thrall to the forces that killed the president. President Joseph Biden, like all the presidents that followed Kennedy, is JFK’s opposite, an unrepentant war-monger, not only in Ukraine with the U.S. war against Russia and the U.S. nuclear first-strike policy, but throughout the world – the Middle-East, Africa, Syria, Iran, and on and on, including the push for war with China.

Why Kennedy Was Doomed

The JFK assassination cannot be properly understood without taking into account the environment in which it occurred. 

At the time, America and the world were roiled by explosive events and controversies, perhaps even beyond the often-terrifying norm. As a dynamic, active leader of the most powerful country, Kennedy responded to these crises and opportunities, but not everyone liked his mindset and actions. 

As I have found while working on a decade-plus book on the Kennedy assassination, the signs were everywhere that special interests were aggrieved by Kennedy. 

Our media and history books have been derelict in bringing to public attention the mortal combat in which large American companies were locked with Kennedy. 

In this installment of a series, I’ve chosen to highlight a single topic that has received inadequate public scrutiny — Western interests operating in poor, underdeveloped countries, and corollaries in US domestic affairs — as examples of the foreboding climate that preceded Kennedy’s fateful visit to Dallas on November 22, 1963.

JFK assassination at 60: Oswald ‘doubles’ show CIA hand in plot

Few things unite Americans like the certainty that John F. Kennedy was assassinated as the result of a conspiracy. This November 22, on the 60th anniversary of Kennedy’s assassination, polls show the overwhelming majority of US citizens do not believe accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald acted without accomplices. Many contend the Communist “lone nut” shooter was in fact merely an innocent “patsy”, as he himself proclaimed not long before being snuffed out by mafioso Jack Ruby.

That such skepticism overflowed in the aftermath of Kennedy’s assassination, and has endured ever since, is highly unusual. Almost without exception, mainstream politicians, pundits, and journalists have enforced the official narrative of a single bullet taking Kennedy down. Along the way, Western audiences have been deluged with articles, books, “documentaries” and more reinforcing the findings of the Warren Commission, a politicized whitewash set up by Kennedy’s successor Lyndon B. Johnson, specifically to convict Oswald, and Oswald alone.

This is despite the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) concluding Kennedy was “probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy.” The CIA aggressively stonewalled that probe, and has since engaged in extensive information warfare efforts to publicly defend the Commission and its conclusions, while discrediting what it calls “conspiracy theories.” 

In 1967, the Agency circulated an internal brief calling upon its operatives “[to] discuss the publicity problem with liaison and friendly elite contacts, especially politicians and editors [and] employ propaganda assets to answer and refute the attacks of the critics… Book reviews and feature articles are particularly appropriate for this purpose.”

The CIA’s concerns were well-founded, and remain so. The Warren Commission and HSCA each unearthed enormous amounts of primary source material and eyewitnesses pointing away from Oswald’s guilt, and towards the Agency and its assets. Both struggled to provide any satisfactory resolution to the innumerable discrepancies, anomalies, oddities and suspicions its own investigators uncovered, which have perplexed and bedeviled independent researchers ever since. Chief among them, incontrovertible indications Oswald was being impersonated at numerous junctures prior to Kennedy’s assassination.

Strikingly too, Oswald “doubles” were often found in close quarters with US intelligence operatives, and assets. The existence of these impersonators is evidenced by ample documentation. In its totality, the paper trail documenting Oswald’s doppelgangers may provide the best proof of a JFK assassination plot orchestrated by elements of the CIA.

Revisiting Camelot: JFK 60 Years On

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the assassination of the 35th president of the United States, Jonathan Fitzgerald Kennedy. Known colloquially as JFK, or affectionately as Jack to his peers.

As the official narrative goes, on November 22nd, 1963 John F Kennedy sat in the back of a top down Lincoln Continental limousine, adjacent from his wife Jackie and Texas governor John Connolly and his wife Nellie, as his motorcade drove through Dallas, Texas’ Dealey Plaza. At approximately 12:30pm Central standard time ex-Marine Corps veteran and defector Lee Harvey Oswald took aim from his position in the Dallas school book depository and opened fire on the motorcade. Firing three times, hitting Kennedy in the head at least once, mortally wounding him. As the motorcade sped to safety Kennedy was eventually rushed to the nearby Parkland hospital where he would later succumb to his injuries. 

Just two days later the suspected assassin Oswald would be gunned down whilst in Dallas police custody by nightclub owner Jack Ruby. The aftermath of the killing prompting the incumbent president Lyndon B Johnson to appoint a committee to investigate the assassination of President Kennedy, headed by Chief Justice Earl Warren. After nearly a year the Warren Commission, as it was known, concluded their investigation. Presenting their findings to President Johnson on September 24th 1964, concluding that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in his assassination of President Kennedy.

Thus begins one of the most intriguing sagas in American history. For all it’s worth the Kennedy assassination and those key events and figures tied to it have since been encapsulated in American mythos for over half a century, fueled by speculation and unanswered questions that have given rise to just as many conspiracy theories as it has pop culture references.

In the six decades since Kennedy’s death, after numerous investigations and a plethora of declassified documents being released, what have we actually learned about the death of the president?

Even in the early days of his administration, Kennedys Camelot was steeped in controversy.

Notwithstanding the romanticization of the Kennedy administration painted primarily by his wife Jackie following his tragic demise it doesn’t take away from the fact that in 1960s America Jack Kennedy was just another political figure vying for power during this tumultuous time, not unlike Nixon or the rest, and while popular not overly so as his later mythos would portray. Evidenced by the fact that he won the 1960 presidential election by the slimmest of margins, winning 34,227,096 popular votes compared to Richard Nixon’s 34,107,646.

A feat which in and of itself is questionable. According to legendary award-winning journalist Seymour Hersh, Kennedys election could not have been assured without the help of organized crime guaranteeing his victory in key swing states, primarily relying on the help of infamous Chicago mafioso Sam Giancana.

He was a man not without his faults, known for being a serial womanizer who’s conga line of concubines were as numerable as the conspiracies surrounding him. From Hollywood starlets including Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and Marlena Dietrich, to strippers, call girls, and prostitutes, JFK was not the wholesome family man many have been led to believe. 

Still, contrary to the official version of events, for its numerous glaring irregularities the Kennedy assassination has been marred in mystery. Prompting many to wonder what truly happened on that fateful day. 

As the years have turned to decades many a theory have been concocted as a possible explainer to that burning question. With some speculating that rather than the crazed actions of a lone gunman the murder of Kennedy was actually the result of a carefully organized and orchestrated conspiracy within our own government to remove him from power.

But what does the evidence actually show?

Dr. Cyril Wecht continues to rejet Warren Commission’s findings on JFK’s assassination

Sixty years ago today, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas.

The Warren Commission was created to determine what happened and concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald was the sole assassin. It’s a conclusion that Dr. Cyril Wecht continues to reject, as Wecht told KDKA-TV political editor Jon Delano.

At age 92, Wecht, a noted forensic pathologist, doctor and lawyer, is convinced that Oswald — if involved at all — did not act alone to kill the president.

“There were two shooters,” he said. “One from the rear and one from the right front behind the picket fence on the grassy knoll. I don’t believe Oswald was the shooter, but I’m not uptight about that. If they wanted Oswald as a shooter, we still have a conspiracy, two or more people involved.”

Wecht says there was a cover-up to hide the truth, beginning with the failure to use expert pathologists in the autopsy and the failure to examine the president’s brain.

“There’s no question about it,” he said. “Two shots were fired. They covered up. The autopsy was by two military pathologists who had never done a medical, legal gunshot autopsy in their entire careers. The brain was never examined. It was never dissected because it would have shown two hemorrhagic tracks through the brain by the bullets.”

The unanswered question remains: Who was responsible for the conspiracy to kill Kennedy?

Spanish cops arrest British woman and her partner over assassination attempt on politician who was shot in the face in Madrid in attack blamed on Iran

A British woman and her partner have been arrested by police investigating an assassination attempt on veteran Spanish politician Alejo Vidal-Quadras in Madrid.

The couple were arrested in the town of Lanjaron, the gateway to the picture-postcard Alpujarras region, this morning after another man was arrested in the Costa Del Sol. 

Mr Vidal-Quadras cheated death after being shot in the face in broad daylight on a central street in the Spanish capital on November 9.

The victim, former regional leader of the right-wing Popular Party in Catalonia before breaking away to help form the far-right Vox party, told police from his hospital bed he blamed Iran for the shooting because of his ties with the country’s opposition.

Police sources said this afternoon they were working on the theory that the partner of the Brit had hired a paid assassin to murder Vidal-Quadras. 

They are said to be closing in on a North African hitman allegedly paid to carry out the crime, Granada-based newspaper Ideal reported. It has not been made clear if investigators believe the unnamed British woman knew about her partner’s suspected involvement. 

The other arrest is understood to have taken place in the Costa del Sol resort of Fuengirola.

Detectives suspect he organised the assassination attempt at the ‘request of other people’, Ideal claimed citing sources close to the ongoing investigation. 

A police source confirmed this morning the British woman was one of the three people arrested. They said: ‘Her possible participation in the crime is being investigated. She is the partner of one of the other two detainees.’ 

A Spanish National Police spokesman said this afternoon: ‘All three people held earlier today remain in custody. There is nothing more we can say at this time.’
