The CIA Compiled a 194-Page Dossier on Lee Harvey Oswald Before JFK Was Killed

Last November JFK Facts reported a previously unknown fact: the CIA compiled a 181-page dossier on accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald before President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963.

This figure that that has now been fact-checked—and revised upward.

My interest in the pre-assassination Oswald file was piqued in April 2023. That’s when the last redaction in file was lifted. All of the 42 document in the file had been completely redacted as of 2017. All that remained classified was one name

In April 2023 it was revealed CIA operations officer, Reuben Efron had monitored Oswald’s private correspondence for the first 18 months of JFK’s presidency. At the time Efron reported to counterintelligence chief James Angleton, one of the most powerful men in the CIA.

Even the New York Times took note of this JFK development in July 2023.

CIA admits shadowy officer monitored Oswald before JFK assassination, new records reveal

For the first time since President Kennedy’s assassination nearly 62 years ago, the CIA has tacitly admitted that an officer specializing in psychological warfare ran an operation that came into contact with Lee Harvey Oswald before the Dallas killing.

Why it matters: The disclosure Thursday — nestled in a batch of 40 documents concerning officer George Joannides — indicates the CIA lied for decades about his role in the Kennedy case before and after the assassination, according to experts on JFK’s slaying.

  • The linchpin document: A Jan. 17, 1963, CIA memo showing Joannides was directed to have an alias and fake driver’s license bearing the name “Howard Gebler.”
  • Until Thursday, the agency had denied that Joannides was known as “Howard,” the case officer name for the CIA contact who worked with activists from an anti-communist group opposed to Cuban dictator Fidel Castro called the Cuban Student Directorate.
  • For decades, the agency also falsely said it had nothing to do with the student group, which was instrumental in having Oswald’s pro-Castro stances published soon after the shooting.

The bottom line: “The cover story for Joannides is officially dead,” said Jefferson Morley, an author and expert on the assassination. “This is a big deal. The CIA is changing its tune on Lee Harvey Oswald.”

  • The information comes to light as part of President Trump’s order that the government meet its obligations to disclose all documents under the JFK Records Act of 1992.
  • Little was known of Joannides’ involvement in the case until disclosures in 1998 under the records act. New disclosures of previously hidden records keep adding slices of information to the story.

Zoom in: Joannides was the deputy chief of the CIA’s Miami branch, overseeing “all aspects of political action and psychological warfare.” That included covertly funding and directing the Cuban student group, commonly referred to as DRE for its Spanish-language initials.

  • On Aug. 9, 1963, more than three months before Nov. 22 assassination, four DRE operatives got into a scuffle with Oswald in New Orleans when he was passing out pro-Castro “Fair Play for Cuba Committee” pamphlets. The subsequent court hearing was covered by local news media.
  • On Aug. 21 , 1963, Oswald debated DRE activists on local TV, providing more media attention to him as a communist.
  • After the assassination, DRE’s newsletter identified Oswald as a pro-Castro communist, and the Miami Herald and Washington Post covered the story.
  • A year before Oswald became known as pro-Castro, the Pentagon formulated a plan called Operation Northwoods to stage a false-flag attack in the United States, blame Cuba and then attack it.

Obama’s Trump-Russia collusion report was corrupt from start: CIA review

A bombshell new CIA review of the Obama administration’s spy agencies’ assessment that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to help Donald Trump was deliberately corrupted by then-CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who were “excessively involved” in its drafting, and rushed its completion in a “chaotic,” “atypical” and “markedly unconventional” process that raised questions of a “potential political motive.” 

Further, Brennan’s decision to include the discredited Steele dossier, over the objections of the CIA’s most senior Russia experts, “undermined the credibility” of the assessment.

The “Tradecraft Review of the 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment [ICA] on Russian Election Interference” was conducted by career professionals at the CIA’s Directorate of Analysis and was commissioned by CIA Director John Ratcliffe in May.

Ratcliffe Declassifies CIA Documents – Reveals Comey, Brennan, and Clapper Purposely Corrupted Trump-Russia Investigation and Included Discredited Steele Dossier to Take Down Trump Despite Knowing It Was a Phony Report

CIA Director John Ratcliffe announced Wednesday that a new CIA report reveals former FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper worked together to purposely corrupt the Trump-Russia investigation in 2016 before Trump entered office.

The three corrupt Obama officials even included the Steele Dossier in their quest to “screw Trump” knowing at the time that the Steele Dossier was complete rubbish.

For the next three years Democrats and deep state operatives used these documents in their attempt to impeach Trump and run a coup on the White House.

The Legacy of Barbara Marx Hubbard and the Conscious Evolution of Psychological Operations

The history of the New Age movement is riddled with stories of cults that have sexually abused initiates under the pretenses of actualizing human potential, attaining spiritual enlightenment, or evolving a higher consciousness. In many cases, these alleged sex cults have been reportedly entangled with intelligence agencies, such as the United States (US) Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Israeli Mossad. Consider the following three case studies: 

  1. The Finders cult, which was investigated for child sex trafficking and Satanic ritual abuse, was reported to be a CIA front operation posing as a “‘futurist’ network” guided by “human potential” psychology, “New Age” spirituality, and “Eastern mysticism.”
  2. Sects of Tibetan Tantric Buddhists under the auspices of the Dalai Lama, who has served as a longtime CIA asset, have been accused of sexually abusing devotees through Tantric rituals conducted at Maurice Strong’s New Age mountain retreats in Crestone, Colorado [1].
  3. The NXIVM cult, which branded its “sex slaves” under the cloak of its “human potential” development programs, was supported by members of the billionaire Bronfman family,  at least one of whom was instrumental in the broader network of the child sex trafficking operations of Jeffrey Epstein, who was evidently yoked with the CIA and the Mossad [2].

Are these overlaps between New Age sex cults and intelligence agencies merely tenuous coincidences? Or do these patterns suggest the existence of underground networks of intelligence operatives who orchestrate or infiltrate New Age cults in order to experiment with Tantric sex rituals and other forms of “sex magic” as tools for psychological operations? 

To be sure, the overlaps between these three case studies are not just thematic. Consider the curious common denominators of New Age futurist, Barbara Marx Hubbard, and her Malthusian gospel of conscious transhuman evolution:

  1. Hubbard appointed NXIVM cult leader Nancy Salzman as an “ally” of her Birth 2012 “shift” toward Malthusian sustainable development through conscious transhuman evolution [3]. 
  2. Hubbard also preached her Malthusian gospel of conscious transhuman evolution at Strong’s New Age outpost for Tibetan Tantric gurus in the mountains of Crestone [1]. 
  3. Hubbard’s efforts to advance conscious evolution through her Synergistic Convergence, or SYNCON, conferences were also aided by members of the Finders cult [4]. 

Perhaps Hubbard’s position at the juncture of these alleged sex cults is coincidental. Yet, Tantra and other forms of sexual mysticism have been deliberately intermarried with Hubbard’s Malthusian vision of conscious transhuman evolution. Today, her Rockefeller-funded Foundation for Conscious Evolution is led by Marc Gafni who, despite being accused of sexually abusing two underage girls, is advancing a new rendition of conscious evolution through Integral Evolutionary Tantra and CosmoErotic Humanism . Like Hubbard, Gafni has magnified his “cosmo-erotic” version of conscious Tantric evolution through public displays of “co-creation” with the Dalai Lama, who also rendezvoused with NXIVM. 

Meanwhile, Hubbard’s Malthusian vision of conscious transhuman evolution has been carried on through the World Future Society, which she co-founded with Edward Cornish, reportedly with the help of the Finders’ “Game Caller” [4], whose alleged sex cult was implicated as a CIA shell operating as a “‘futurist’ network” that provided “information gathering” services for the price of “finders’ fees.” In fact, Hubbard’s World Future Society is listed as a “forecasting . . . resource” alongside the CIA in a US Army Psychological Operations (PSYOP) manual authored by Lieutenant Colonel Michael Aquino [5], who was investigated for child sexual abuse involving Satanic rituals. Hubbard also cultivated “co-creation” of global consciousness with fellow evolutionary, Lieutenant Colonel Jim Channon [6], who set up the US Army’s First Earth Battalion of New Age psychic soldiers.

Whether fortuitously or strategically, Hubbard personally occupied a nexus between New Age sex cults and intelligence agencies while her Malthusian beliefs in conscious transhuman evolution have been married to Tantra and other modes of sex magic practiced by gurus and spooks alike. Tracing the threads that tie together Hubbard and her legacy with these sex cults and intelligence agencies, this final article in my “Barbara Marx Hubbard” series examines whether these threads are anchored to coordinated PSYOPs aimed at socially engineering New Age cultures to believe in futurist promises of collectivized self-actualization through technocratic globalization and sustainable transhuman evolution. To be sure, as expounded  in previous installments of this series, Hubbard’s conscious evolutionary faith has been proselytized to generate new cultural values that are commensurate with transhumanism and sustainable development, which are the crux of emerging global technocracy of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).

“When It’s Too Dirty For The CIA…” Benz On USAID’s Litany Of Corruption

That aside — Keith Knight, Mike Benz, and Cenk Uygur — respectively the abolitionist, reformist, and proponent — had a great debate. Here were the highlights for those who missed it:

“I see a lot of bathwater and very little baby.”

Responding to Cenk’s defense of USAID’s HIV programs with the phrase, “Keep the baby with the bathwater,” Benz retorted sharply: “I see a lot of bathwater and very little baby,” citing forced sterilizations in Peru and aggressive abortion campaigns in Latin America and Africa as evidence that USAID is sometimes involved in “the opposite of saving babies… USAID is taking the lives of babies.”

Benz further detailed covert operations masked as health aid, referencing a CIA-backed, USAID-funded fake vaccine program in Pakistan that collected blood and DNA under the guise of counterterrorism. “Nobody would think [HIV prevention] would be where they would establish a recruiting office for regime change,” he noted on a similar program in Cuba. Even massive charity efforts like Band Aid and Live Aid come under fire, with Benz alleging that “of the 100 million raised, 95 million went to purchase weapons for rebels in Somalia.” In sum, Benz urges scrutiny: “We have to look at what USAID is doing vs. what they say they are doing.”

Benz’s view boiled down: USAID is a cover arm of U.S. foreign policy.

“USAID at its heart is a CIA function.” Even seemingly benign programs—whether about “food security, public health, independent media, [or] rule of law”—are, according to Benz, “secretly accomplishing some goal the State Department wants to achieve.”

These programs can also channel funds back home to prop up the “political apparatus” through kickbacks. Benz underscored the lack of oversight, warning that “USAID has only ONE METHOD OF ACCOUNTABILITY… The Inspector General,” and that it can “block Congress,” effectively bypassing legislative checks. Pointing to the Zunzuneo scandal—USAID’s secret attempt to incite an Arab Spring-style uprising in Cuba—Benz noted that when the operation was exposed, “Obama denied knowledge because he didn’t give a presidential finding & the Congress & Senate said we didn’t know this was happening.”

“Foreign aid has gone way too rogue,” he concluded, noting that USAID has now been expelled from eight countries. His prescription is one of reform: “USAID has to go into the shop for repairs before it is driven back out onto the road again.”

CIA’s Ratcliffe acts as ‘Mossad stenographer’ on Iran

A Trump official tells The Grayzone that Israel’s Mossad is using CIA Director John Ratcliffe and US CENTCOM’s Gen. Michael Kurilla to influence Trump with cooked intelligence on Iran’s nuclear program. Inside the White House, dissenters have been isolated, setting the stage for a regime change war that could cost American lives.

An official in the administration of President Donald Trump has told The Grayzone that CIA Director John Ratcliffe and US CENTCOM Commander Gen. Michael Kurilla have become vehicles for Israel’s Mossad and military as they seek to manipulate the US into attacking Iran. The official referred to Ratcliffe as “Mossad’s stenographer.”

According to the official, Ratcliffe and Kurilla have pressured Trump to join Israel’s war more directly by regurgitating overblown briefings they received from the Israeli military and Mossad director David Barnea – but without informing the president they the intelligence derived from a foreign third party.

During the Trump administration’s meetings with Israeli intelligence officials including Barnea, the official said the Israelis have demonstrated a single-minded focus on regime change, clamoring for authorization to assassinate Iran’s leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The official have emphasized that the moment to take out Khamenei is now.

The issue of Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity is of secondary concern in the Israelis’ presentations, which the official characterized as tactless, hyper-aggressive exercises in fear-mongering. At one point, the Trump official recalled, an Israeli intelligence briefer declared that Iran could transfer a nuclear weapon to Yemen’s Houthi militia in less than a week.

According to the official, Trump’s lead negotiator with Iran, Steve Witkoff, has been pushing the president to preserve the diplomatic track. However, an Israeli assassination of Khamanei would almost certainly be the nail in the coffin of nuclear negotiations – which is precisely why the Israelis seem so determined to do it.

If the US enters the war by attacking Iran, the official fears that Iran will activate IRGC-backed Popular Mobilization Units to attack US troops and bases in Iraq and Syria, leading to American casualties and triggering escalation well beyond the initial scope of Iran’s nuclear program.

Having launched a damaging war of attrition with Iran, Tel Aviv is deploying every mechanism at its disposal to compel the US to lurch headlong into the conflict it initiated, but which it can not finish on its own.

Inside the Trump administration, the source told The Grayzone that top officials who have questioned the logic of attacking Iran, such as Director of Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and her deputy, former CIA officer and director for the National Counter-Terrorism Center Joe Kent, have been excluded from meetings by White House Chief of Staff Suzie Wiles.

Taking the lead in briefing the president is a highly suggestible CIA director whom Israel has groomed since he first entered Congress.

Former Intel Officer Drops Truth Bomb – CIA and ODNI Covered Up 2020 CCP Election Interference, Fired Him for Speaking Out

A former National Intelligence Officer for Cyber under President Trump and Joe Biden has come forward with explosive allegations: the CIA and Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) deliberately buried evidence of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) interference in the 2020 presidential election—and fired him when he refused to play along.

“Sir, I WAS in charge of election analysis and DID call it out. CIA and ODNI tried to cover up the evidence and when I wouldn’t go along with it, terminated me.”

Mike Benz reveals the CIA’s ‘How to Start a Riot’ guide…

The “Summer of Love” is back… yet again. Like clockwork, as the temperatures heat up, so does the chaos. We’re watching Los Angeles burn… yet again. And just like last year and the year before that, blah blah blah. None of this is organic. This is what domestic regime change looks like in America. What starts in LA spreads like wildfire across the country.

These aren’t spontaneous uprisings; they’re coordinated attacks. What we’re seeing is the rollout of a left-wing playbook.

Just like clockwork, well-funded bands of professional agitators show up on cue. They don’t have jobs. This is their job. And we all know who’s cutting the checks.

These groups descend on city after city like heat-seeking missiles, attacking cops, torching businesses, blocking roads, and fanning the flames of civil unrest. It’s a color revolution, American style.

If you’re not familiar, a color revolution is a type of regime change operation typically used by the US to destabilize foreign governments under the fake banner of democracy and freedom. Think Arab Spring and the like.

The strategy involves mobilizing angry mobs, students, minorities, unions, whoever’s easiest to rile up, through a flood of NGO money, media manipulation, and staged violence.

We’ve covered plenty of stories exposing the regime’s obsession with using color revolutions to take down President Trump. We actually predicted what’s happening right now, after the New York Times, fearing another Trump victory in 2024, all but called out for a color revolution to try and stop him.

Declassified CIA Files Reveal RFK Sr, Was a ‘Voluntary Informant’

Newly-declassified files reveal that Robert F. Kennedy Sr. served as a “voluntary informant” to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) before his 1968 assassination.

The CIA released an additional 1,450 pages of “historic material” related to the shooting of then-senator and presidential candidate RFK on Thursday, bringing the total number of declassified pages on the matter from the agency to nearly 5,000, according to a statement from Director John Ratcliffe.

Many of the new pages detailed a 1955 trip RFK took to the former Soviet Union along with Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, revealing to the public for the first time that he volunteered his on-the-ground experiences while visiting the U.S. adversary to the CIA. 

“Mr. Kennedy served the Agency as a voluntary informant,” receiving briefings prior to and following his trip to Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kirghizia and other locations around the U.S.S.R., the files state.

According to Ratcliffe, that revelation shows the late senator’s “patriotic commitment to serving his country.”

RFK said in one of his briefings to the CIA, “On 29 Aug 55, while in Novosibirsk, USSR, a friend and I visited a State machine factory. The factory has 3,500 employees, of whom one third are women. The wage scale is between 840 and 2,500 rubles.”

“The Director of the plant whose name I do not recall was frosty, although the engineer was friendly,” the Democrat presidential hopeful told the agency, according to the documents. 

The recent release also uncovered some details of the CIA’s investigation into Sirhan Sirhan, the Palestinian-Jordanian man currently serving a life sentence for RFK’s assassination. 

While the agency looked into his international connections and possible connections to terrorist organizations, they did not find any proof that he was affiliated with any such groups, the documents state.

The declassification came in order to fulfill President Donald Trump’s executive order to release all records related to RFK’s assassination, with Ratcliffe saying he delivered on the president’s “commitment to maximum transparency, enabling the CIA to shine light on information that serves the public interest.”

“I am proud to share our work on this incredibly important topic with the American people,” the director added.

Trump’s executive order, signed just days after he re-entered office in January, also demanded the declassification of files relating to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Breitbart News reported.

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard worked closely with Trump and the CIA to declassify the latest RFK documents.
