Biden’s Cancer Diagnosis Raises Serious Questions About Who Made These 5 Decisions

On Sunday it was revealed to the public that President Joe Biden had been diagnosed with a “more aggressive form” of prostate cancer that has metastasized to the bone. Dr. Zeke Emanuel said Monday on MSNBC that it’s more likely Biden “had it while he was president.” That means that on top of the obvious cognitive impairment, Biden may have also been suffering from an aggressive cancer, further calling into question who was actually making key decisions during his administration.

Here are five of the most consequential decisions of the Biden presidency that, in light of this diagnosis, have many Americans asking whether Biden was truly the one behind them.

Appointment of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson

Biden nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson to fill the Supreme Court seat left vacant after Justice Stephen Breyer stepped down in 2022. Prior to taking office, Biden made nominating a black woman to the Supreme Court a top priority, as pointed out by The Federalist’s Jordan Boyd. Jackson had notable shortcomings — including the inability to define what a woman is because she is “not a biologist.”

Pardons And Commutations, Oh My!

Biden gave preemptive pardons to former Rep. Liz Cheney, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, Adam Schiff and others who sat on the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol as well as to the “police officers from the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department or the U.S. Capitol Police who testified before” the committee, according to The Lawfare Institute.

Biden also issued pardons to his brother, James Biden, James’ wife Sara, his other brother Francis T. Biden, and his sister Valerie T. Owens along with her husband John T. Owens.

As noted by The Federalist’s Beth Brelje, “To be pardoned for a crime, there must be a crime. None of the people on this list have been charged for the awful ways they harmed people in their official capacities.”

Biden also announced in December that he was granting 39 pardons and 1,499 commutations in what his administration described as the “largest single-day grant of clemency in modern history.”

Weeks before that set of pardons and commutations, Biden quietly commuted the sentences of two Chinese spies. In one case, Yanjun Xu was convicted in 2022 for “conspiracy to commit economic espionage; conspiracy to commit trade secret theft; attempted economic espionage by theft or fraud; attempted theft of trade secrets by taking or deception.”

Top Democrat Doubles Down on the Biden Cover-Up

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is demanding everyone stop talking about one of the biggest political scandals of the century: President Joe Biden’s mental decline. He says it’s insensitive given Biden’s latest cancer diagnosis, a fresh scandal which was also covered up. 

Jeffries clearly doesn’t know what time it is. Doubling down on the cover up isn’t going to work. In fact, it’s making things much worse. 

Even the DC swamp bubble isn’t buying it anymore. From a top Axios story this morning:

Why it matters: The timing of Biden’s announcement, coupled with the way his handlers tried to cover up his health issues in the past, fueled speculation about how long he’d known about the cancer.

People in both parties, whether they love Biden or despise him, wondered whether the announcement was timed to change the subject after a week of reports about his physical and mental deterioration when he was president.

Biden’s 2022 cancer ‘slip-up’ that was downplayed by White House resurfaces after ex-president’s surprise diagnosis

Former President Joe Biden’s heartbreaking prostate cancer diagnosis has drawn renewed attention to his 2022 slip-up in which he claimed to have had cancer during a public speech.

Biden’s alarming comments came during a speech about emissions from oil refineries near his childhood home in Claymont, Del., and which he appeared to blame for his cancer.

“That’s why I and so damn many other people I grew up with have cancer and why for the longest time Delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation,” Biden said during his 2022 remarks about global warming at Brayton Power Station in Somerset, Massachusetts.

Biden’s use of the present tense “have” raised eyebrows at the time, but former White House spokesperson Andrew Bates referred The Post to Washington Post fact-check honcho Glenn Kessler, who suggested it was a reference to “non-melanoma skin cancers.”

“Check out Biden’s medical report. Before he became president, he’d had non-melanoma skin cancers removed,” Kessler posted on X at the time in response to consternation about Biden’s cancer comment.

Trump Suggests Biden’s Cancer Diagnosis Is Part Of A Bigger Coverup

President Trump noted Monday that there could be a more encompassing scandal behind Joe Biden’s sudden diagnosis of advanced cancer. 

During an open briefing in the Oval Office, the president suggested that an investigation should be conducted into how Biden’s cancer could have gone undetected for so long.

“If it’s the same doctor who said there was nothing wrong there, that’s being proven to be a sad situation,” Trump stated.

He added, “In other words, there are things going on that the public wasn’t informed. And I think somebody is going to have to speak to his doctor, if it’s the same or even if it’s two separate doctors.”

“Why wasn’t the cognitive ability — why wasn’t that discussed?” Trump continued, adding “I think the doctors said he’s just fine, and it’s turned out that’s not so.”

“It’s very dangerous. Look, this is no longer politically correct. This is dangerous for our country,” the President urged.

From all accounts, if this diagnosis is to be believed, Biden must have had cancer before he entered office in 2021.

Media Ignored Biden’s Health After Spending Years Obsessing Over Trump’s

It’s become fairly obvious that for four years under Joe Biden, the United States was subjected to a puppet presidency in which its commander-in-chief was out to lunch on major policy initiatives enacted by unknown officials within his administration. And for four years, this unelected oligarchy was permitted to exercise its will with virtually no critical oversight from America’s legacy media, whose newfound interest in the subject is only now happening because some of their biggest hacks have a book to sell.

While these left-wing propagandists want Americans to believe their sudden coverage of Biden’s decline proves their credibility, it’s actually an indictment of it — especially when contrasting their years-long silence to how they fomented worries about Donald Trump’s health.

Throughout his first administration, the media relentlessly pushed conspiracy-laden articles and “questions” about Trump’s physical and mental fitness to serve as president.

In February 2017, Forbes ran an article by then-contributor Emily Willingham highlighting an online petition signed by tens of thousands of self-professed “mental health professionals.” Started by a former Johns Hopkins psychologist, the petition and its signatories — whom Willingham admits have “not been confirmed” to be actual “mental health professionals” — declared without evidence that Trump “manifests a serious mental illness that renders him psychologically incapable of competently discharging the duties of President of the United States” and asked that “he be removed from office” under the 25th Amendment.

Doctor: Biden’s Team Was Completely Incompetent Or Covered Up His Cancer

Joe Biden’s office announced Sunday that the former president has metastatic prostate cancer. The diagnosis is tragic and may have been completely avoidable, but the question now is whether Biden’s medical team was negligent or lied about his cancer. Either way, the American people deserve to know.

Prostate cancer is a “gut punch” diagnosis for any man to receive, and unfortunately, it is becoming more prevalent. Except for skin cancer, it is the most common cancer in men in the U.S. and the second-leading cause of cancer mortality. About 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer, with two-thirds of these cases in men aged 65 and older. 

Early detection is the key to survival, and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a vital screening test that millions of men have every year during their annual physical exams. A quick needlestick and a tube of blood sent to the lab with same-day results — it’s that simple. Clinical studies have shown that this type of screening may reduce the risk of prostate cancer death.

As for Biden’s diagnosis, it is a sad postscript to a long life in politics and a presidency fraught with other major health concerns. Many unanswered questions remain, specifically, how did he develop such an aggressive cancer just a little over a year since his last physical exam?

Biden underwent detailed examinations in 2021, 2023, and 2024, performed by the physician to the president, Dr. Kevin O’Connor. And there was no mention of any prostate abnormalities, such as enlargement, nodules, or elevated PSA levels. There was no record of a urology consultation, although evaluations by several other specialists were prominently noted. We know more about Biden’s seasonal allergies and his teeth than his prostate health. This is in sharp contrast to President Donald Trump’s physical examination reports from 2018 and 2025, where PSA levels were specifically called out and reported as normal.

What happened? Prostate cancer tumors are typically slow-growing and do not usually present at the most severe stage, as has happened with Biden. While a PSA level can be normal in a person with advanced prostate cancer, it is not a common occurrence. Was the PSA test intentionally omitted by O’Connor?

David Axelrod: Since Biden Has Cancer, His Senility Must Be ‘Set Aside for Now’

Honestly, I didn’t think the Democrats would be this stupid. So I guess I owe ‘em an apology for underestimating their idiocy.

“Sorry, guys.”

In a perfect world, the Democratic Party establishment would love nothing more than to close the book on the Biden years forever. It’s a net loser: The ex-president was historically unpopular, and the latest revelations over his obvious, undeniable mental decline are outrageous. 

But it’s more than that.

The Biden cover-up is now a legitimate scandal. You can’t dismiss it as a MAGA talking point anymore. The leaked Robert Hur audio tapes were the coup de grâce. 

It hasn’t happened yet. All this new info is still “marinating” in their brains. But by the end of the month, liberal voters will be WAY angrier about the Biden cover-up than Republicans!

Why?

Republicans were furious because Biden’s mental decline was apparent, and liberals kept insisting that he was still “as sharp as a tack” and running circles around his staff (behind closed doors, of course). The Constitutional concerns aside, on a purely emotional level, nobody likes being lied to.

But arguably, liberals were victimized by the Biden cover-up more than conservatives: They were cheated out of a fair and honest Democratic primary. They didn’t get to select the candidate they wanted. 

They were disenfranchised from the entire process!

And as an end-result, they got Donald Freaking Trump — the most evil man in the history of the world! — back in the White House. For liberals, this was the stuff of nightmares.

Meanwhile, all the party leaders who lied to ‘em are acting like it’s no big deal.

Liberal anger is growing.

It’s why Democratic Senate leader Chuck Schumer keeps saying, “We’re just looking forward” whenever he’s asked about Biden: He knows it’s a net loser to keep talking about it, but he doesn’t really know what to say to deflect the questions. So instead, he’s just refusing to answer ‘em anymore.

Schumer’s approach won’t work. This isn’t something you can wait out.

Shameless Liar Hakeem Jeffries Accuses Republicans of Pushing ‘Conspiracy Theories’ When Asked if Democrats Were Dishonest About Biden’s Health

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries spun an astounding lie while speaking to the press today.

A reporter asked Jeffries, “Given the revelations with Biden’s cancer diagnosis, and the release of the Hur recording, why were Democrats not more open to talking about President Biden’s age in 2024?”

Not only does Jeffries not answer the question, he completely ignores it.

First, he talks about thoughts and prayers for Joe Biden. Then he launches into a ridiculous rant about how cruel Republicans are spreading conspiracy theories.

To make matters worse, he then advances fake news about Republicans cutting healthcare for Americans.

Democrats and the media used to call Joe Biden’s diminished mental state a conspiracy theory. How did that work out?

You know what’s very telling about this clip? There is no mainstream media reportage on it. None. Zero. Why do you suppose that is? Could it be because the media knows that every single thing Jeffries says here is pure deflection or an outright lie?

Script Flipped: Shock Cancer Diagnosis Wipes Biden Autopen-Presidency From Headlines

Former President Biden’s shock cancer diagnosis strains credulity, while conveniently wiping the headlines over the fact that he was essentially a vegetable during his presidency – begging the obvious question of ‘who was actually in charge?’

A few weeks ago, many in the mainstream media began framing a half-assed mea culpa over their coverage of Biden’s obvious mental decline. We suspect they knew that Axios would be dropping the Biden-Hur tape – a recording of Joe Biden’s October 2023 interview with special counsel Robert Hur over his mishandling of classified information. Biden couldn’t remember key details, such as when his son Beau died, when he left office as vice president, what year Donald Trump was elected, and why he had classified documents in his possession that he shouldn’t have had.

The obvious conclusion is that Biden wasn’t actually running the country, and his aides were using the ‘autopen’ to execute on official actions, raising questions over the legality of executive actions taken during the last administration.

What Joe Biden’s Cancer Can (And Should) Teach Us About The Media

Last night the news broke that former President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer, which has already metastasized to his bones.

The conversation has gone in two predictable directions.

On the one hand you have the predictable “out pouring of support” from fans of Team Blue, “liberal” journalists and celebrities.

On the other hand you have cynical commentary from Team Red, questioning the timing of the announcement and wondering how someone with such a high profile and (presumably) first class medical care could have cancer missed until such a late stage.

A third, quieter, option is to suggest a connection between this cancer and the Covid “vaccine”.

(A possibility I reject out of hand, because I don’t believe there is any chance at all he was really given the experimental shot.)

But all of these conversations miss the point.

The question is not “what caused Biden’s cancer?” or “why did they cover up Biden’s cancer?” it’s “why are they telling us Biden has cancer?”

Remember, the same media reporting “Biden has cancer” spent months reporting “Biden doesn’t have dementia” and “Biden’s as sharp as ever”, despite plain evidence to the contrary.

They lied. Over and and over again, for years. 

They quite literally told you to disregard the evidence of your eyes and ears.

Until they stopped, and suddenly Joe Biden’s “mental decline” was no longer a conspiracy theory, but totally real and the reason to put Kamala Harris on the ballot.

Joe Biden’s mental acuity did not change, all that changed was the requirement of the narrative.

Media reportage has no correlation with the truth.
