Georgia Man with Severe TDS ARRESTED After Video Shows Him Tearing Down Trump Banner, Then Opening Fire on Business Owner

A Georgia man has been arrested and extradited to North Carolina after a shocking incident caught on camera showed him tearing down a pro-Trump banner at a small business, and then opening fire on the property owner who confronted him.

According to the Swain County Sheriff’s Office, 39-year-old Benjamin Michael Campbell of Atlanta is facing multiple felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, discharging a firearm within an enclosure to incite fear, and willful and wanton injury to personal property for his role in the September 6th confrontation outside the Paddle Inn Rafting Company, WLOS reported.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the encounter began when business owner Mark Thomas noticed suspicious activity on his security cameras.

Thomas told News 13 he saw a Jeep slam on its brakes outside his rafting business before a man, later identified as Campbell, jumped out, crossed the road, and ripped down a large Trump 2024 banner hanging on his property.

Thomas, watching in real time, grabbed his rifle and stepped out onto his porch. He says he fired two warning shots into the air to deter the vandal. Instead of fleeing, Campbell allegedly opened fire from the roadway, sending bullets toward the business owner’s property in a dangerous exchange of gunfire.

By the time deputies arrived, the suspect’s vehicle was gone.

On September 30, Swain County deputies coordinated with the Cobb County Police Department in Georgia to locate Campbell.

Search warrants were executed on two residences and the vehicle used during the shooting.

After gathering evidence, Campbell was taken into custody and extradited back to Swain County, North Carolina, where he now faces prosecution. He is currently being held on a $70,000 bond.

Jay Jones And Katie Porter Say The Quiet Part Out Loud

The radicals running the Democrat Party have no interest in sharing a country with you. At best, they want you impotently sidelined while they seize power; at worst, they take joy at the thought of putting “two bullets” in your skull. Just ask Katie Porter and Jay Jones, two candidates for statewide office in major states who just said the quiet part out loud.

Jones — as you’ve no doubt heard, unless you live in a hole in the ground otherwise known as the corporate media’s dwindling subscription lists — texted a colleague about his fantasies of putting “two bullets” in Republican Todd Gilbert, who had committed the unforgivable offense of saying kind words about a Democrat who had recently died. Jones, who is running to be Virginia’s top law enforcement officer, also expressed a wish for Gilbert’s wife to watch her children die and said the Gilberts were “breeding little fascists.”

Porter, a Democrat candidate for governor of California, laughed in the face of a reporter who asked what Porter would “say to the 40 percent of California voters, who you’ll need in order to win, who voted for Trump?”

“How would I need them in order to win, ma’am?” Porter scowled, before turning to the camera to laugh. “If it is me versus a Republican, I think that I will win the people who did not vote for Trump.”

The longhouse is not sending its best!

After the reporter offered Porter multiple opportunities to recover her answer and clarify whether she actually meant “you don’t need those Trump voters,” Porter called her “unnecessarily argumentative” and tried to end the interview. The message was clear: Katie Porter is not interested in representing the 40 percent of her state that identifies as Republican. She just wants to rule them.

Jones and Porter are stupid enough to say out loud — or in writing — what they believe about people who hold different political beliefs than theirs, but they aren’t alone. Not a single Democrat in Congress, nor Democrats’ Virginia gubernatorial candidate, has been willing to call for Jones’ withdrawal from the race over his murderous fantasies.

Nancy Pelosi went on CNN Wednesday and defended Jones with this incredible line: “What I understand is they say that, on balance, he is a better person to be attorney general.” Jones’ opponent, incumbent Jason Miyares, is by all accounts a moderate — he’s a Republican who introduced a red flag gun control bill while in the Virginia legislature and chose not to join other red states’ fight against FDA approval of the deadly abortion drug mifepristone. But because he has an R next to his name, Pelosi thinks he is morally inferior to the guy who gleefully dreams of executing his Republican colleagues.

As for Porter, her comments were just a less delicate version of what Joe Biden said in his inaugural address, when he said America just needed “enough of us” to “carry all of us forward” into Democrats’ dystopic agenda. In other words, we don’t care if you like what we’re doing — there are more of us than you, and you can’t stop us.

In Democrats’ own words, they view half the country as deplorable garbage at best and fascist Nazis at worst. Accordingly, their job is not to convert or win over the fascist garbage, but to overpower and stamp it out. They don’t believe you can be reasoned or compromised with, and they’re telling you out loud, in writing, and on camera, that they’re not interested in trying. The obvious implications of that conclusion are pretty dark. In the context of the past several weeks, they’re even darker.

SURPRISE! ABC, CBS, NBC And PBS Are Completely Ignoring the Scandal Engulfing Virginia Democrat Jay Jones

Virginia Democrat Jay Jones is imploding under a scandal of his own making over texts he sent indicating that he was fantasizing about the murder of his Republican opponent and his children.

It’s so shocking that even Joe Scarborough of MSNBC’s Morning Joe called on Jones to drop out of the race. That’s how bad it is.

But if you’re watching legacy media, you might not even hear about it.

The Media Research Center has analyzed the coverage of the Jay Jones scandal and found that out of all of the major networks, only NBC covered it and they only gave the story 63 seconds.

The media works for the Democrat party. There is no denying it.

NewsBusters reports:

In resurfaced texts that were released on October 3, Jones (who is running for Virginia attorney general) suggested he would shoot then-Virginia House Speaker Todd Gilbert over Adolf Hitler and declared that Gilbert’s wife should be forced to watch his “fascist” children be killed.

The texts from 2022 are more relevant given the heightened tensions about political violence, especially since the assassination of Charlie Kirk. On October 5, President Donald Trump called on Jones to drop out.

So how much time did the broadcast networks devote to the texts controversy?

63 seconds.

MRC analysts looked at the ABC, CBS, NBC and PBS evening, morning and Sunday roundtable shows from October 3, the day the texts were first reported by National Review, through the morning of October 7 and found just ONE mention of the Jones text scandal. The only discussion of Jones on the broadcast networks arrived on NBC’s Sunday roundtable show.

On the October 5 edition of NBC’s Meet the Press, former Donald Trump staffer Marc Short brought up the controversy, sparkinga 63-second conversation.

MARC SHORT: But can I also say in your interview with Leader Jeffries, that can we stop with the pearl clutching about the mean tweets and sombrero tweets? That this week it came to light that a Democratic candidate for Attorney General of the State of Virginia called for the assassination of a political opponent, called for the assassination of that political opponent’s family, and there’s not one national Democrat calling for him to step aside. Not one. It’s disgraceful.

Liberal allies are starting to quietly back away from Jones.

Violent drug gang threatens US tourists and Kash Patel in terrifying message after raids and weapons seizures

Violent cartel members have threatened US tourists in Mexico in an effort to send a warning to FBI Director Kash Patel as the administration continues to crack down on drug and weapons trades.

Extraordinary banners have been erected in Baja California responding to recent raids and weapons seizures conducted by the FBI.

The messages claim that starting Sunday, cartel gunmen from the Los Chapitos faction of the Sinaloa cartel will begin targeting US citizens who are in Mexico with violence.

In particular, tourists and Americans living in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose have been warned they will be targeted.

Written in Spanish, the warnings state: ‘You will be the ones to blame. We’ll show how we’ll make this war starting 5/10/2025 on all Americans residing in areas where we have a presence… especially those living in San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

‘We are the ones who rule here and we’ll demonstrate what we are capable of if you don’t stop arresting our people and decommissioning our loads and weapons.’

Cartels are known to hang ‘narco banners’ from bridges and overpasses in an effort to deliver a message to governments or their rivals.

But Christian Agúndez Gómez, mayor of San Jose del Cabo maintained there is no credible proof of the existence of the banners.

‘It’s not true,’ he said. ‘We have investigated the information and determined the banners were never placed.’

He added: ‘There are necessary investigations that are still ongoing. We will monitor results issued by the attorney general.

‘Unfortunately, social media sometimes plays a role against people’s peace of mind, that’s why it’s important to verify the information with official sources before distributing it.’

Local news sources railed against the mayor’s comments, maintaining they had received images of the banners from multiple sources, according to Border Report.

The banners were specifically addressed to Patel and Terry Cole, director of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Mexico’s attorney general in Baja California Sur said there were instances in which banners had been falsely placed to spread fear in the community, despite having no known gang or cartel links.

The Trump administration earlier this month declared the United States is in an ‘armed conflict’ with drug cartels amid recent strikes on boats in the Carribean trying to cross into US waters.

‘The President determined that the United States is in a non-international armed conflict with these designated terrorist organizations,’ a memo seen by AP states.

Deranged Leftist Arrested with 200 Explosives, Molotov Cocktails, and Manifesto in Tent Outside Annual Red Mass for Supreme Court

Another deranged leftist was arrested Sunday outside of St. Matthew’s Cathedral in Washington, D.C., before a mass for the Supreme Court.

Several SCOTUS Justices were likely to attend the special mass.

Leftist Louis Geri was positioned outside the cathedral in a tent filled with 200 explosives, containers filled with chemicals, and a manifesto.

Geri warned the police to move so they would not be hurt:

Via Chillinois: LOUIS GERI told police, “You might want to stay back and call the federales, I have explosives,” according to an affidavit.

A member of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Bomb Squad then told him he needed to move because of a special event.
He replied, “I’m aware of that (referring to the Red Mass),” police wrote, and threatened to throw a bomb into the street as a demonstration, adding, “I have a hundred plus of them.”

Police said they would remove him against his will, and he replied, “Several of your people are gonna die from one of these.”

With a lighter in one hand, he handed them nine pieces of paper that amounted to a manifesto entitled, “Written Negotiations for the Avoidance of Destruction of Property via Detonation of Explosives.”

The threat against the Red Mass caused the justices to skip the annual event.

DC detectives found several canisters inside Geri’s tent, including containers with nitro methane. The detectives discovered what they described as grenades and explosives.

Louis Geri used a rubber band to secure a fuse on the explosives.

The deranged leftist also had modified bottle rockets with aluminum foil heads treated in Thermite solution.

INSANE: No Prison Time For Man Convicted of Pulling Knife on State Trooper Protecting Trump’s Motorcade During Visit to North Carolina

Another day, another corrupt judge.

A man convicted of felony assault with a deadly weapon after pulling a knife on a state trooper protecting Trump’s motorcade during his visit to North Carolina last year to survey Hurricane Helene damage will not serve prison time.

Last October, 55-year-old Leif Johnson was seen screaming at an elderly, wheelchair bound veteran during then-candidate Trump’s visit to western North Carolina. When a 12-year-old child tried to intervene, Johnson spat on the child.

Johnson then pulled out a 4-inch knife on a state trooper who tried to escort him away. Troopers had to wrestle him to the ground and disarm him.

Last Thursday, Leif Johnson was found guilty on multiple felony charges, including two counts of felony assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer.

However, he won’t serve any prison time. Johnson will serve 36 months supervised probation instead.

“Superior Court Judge Jacqueline D. Grant sentenced Johnson to two consecutive suspended sentences of 30 to 48 months imprisonment,” WLOS reported.

“Instead of serving time, however, Johnson will serve 36 months of supervised probation and a 15-day jail term at the discretion of his probation officer, the release confirmed. He also must complete an anger management course and is prohibited from contacting any of the victims,” WLOS reported.

Trump Says He May Invoke The INSURRECTION ACT

President Trump declared Monday that he may invoke the Insurrection Act in order to restore law and order to American cities in the face of violent riots and attacks against law enforcement officers, including ICE.

During a press availability in the Oval Office, Trump addressed ongoing legal and political challenges to his administration’s deployments of National Guard troops to major U.S. cities, including Chicago and Portland, Oregon.

Trump was asked directly about invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807—a rarely used federal law that empowers the president to deploy U.S. military forces domestically to suppress insurrections, rebellions, or domestic violence when local authorities are unable or unwilling to maintain order.

The Act bypasses typical restrictions on military use for civilian policing and has been invoked only about 30 times in U.S. history, most recently during the 1992 Los Angeles riots.

Trump stated “Well, I’ll do it if it was necessary… We have an Insurrection Act for a reason. If I had to enact it, I’d do that if people were being killed and courts were holding us up, or governors or mayors were holding us up. I want to make sure people aren’t killed.”

Oregon Governor Tina Kotek Claims Federal Agents in Portland Are Antagonizing Protesters

Oregon’s Democrat Governor Tina Kotek is blaming federal agents for the ongoing unrest in Portland, saying that these agents are escalating the situation by antagonizing protesters.

It makes no sense, but Kotek has to say this. If she told the truth, she would come under attack from the crazy leftists who put her in office. She has to defend them even if it means denying reality.

The radical left has been tearing the city apart since 2016. Everyone has seen countless videos of it for years now. Kotek is telling the rest of America not to believe their own eyes and ears.

Partial transcript via PBS:

This is not a war zone. We don’t have a challenge here in terms of managing lawful demonstrations outside the ICE building.

And I believe that they are looking back at information from 2020 and assuming this is the same. Look, lawful demonstrations happen in the city of Portland outside of this facility. It is being managed. What I’m seeing and what we’re seeing and what the mayor is seeing on the ground is an escalation from the agents who are protecting the building, trying to antagonize those protesters who are there.

And I would like to de-escalate the situation. We don’t need a military intervention. And let’s remember the federal judge agreed with that argument, not once, but twice. The federal government has not made a compelling case, based on the evidence on the ground, that there is an actual problem as it relates to being an insurrection or a rebellion or whatever they think this is.

Meet the Democrats Who Still Endorse Jay Jones After Remarks About Wanting a GOP Leader and His Children Dead

Virginia Democrat attorney general candidate Jay Jones continues to hold nearly 200 endorsements from organizations, elected officials, and prominent Democrats, several days after text messages resurfaced from 2022 in which he discussed shooting former Republican House Speaker Todd Gilbert and referenced his children dying. As of Monday, October 6, none of his endorsers have withdrawn their alignment or publicly called for him to drop out of the race.

The fallout erupted late last week after National Review published messages between Jones and Republican Delegate Carrie Coyner. In the texts, Jones wrote that if faced with a choice between shooting two dictators or Gilbert, he would “pick Gilbert every time.” Coyner confirmed that Jones also referenced Gilbert’s children dying “in the arms of their mother.” Jones later apologized, saying he was “deeply sorry” and took “full responsibility” for his comments.

Since the report, calls for Jones to withdraw have come from President Donald Trump, Vice President JD VanceHouse Speaker Mike JohnsonVirginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, and Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, who is running for governor. Earle-Sears released an ad Sunday featuring Democratic support of Jones and urging voters to “reject the insanity.” Trump endorsed incumbent Attorney General Jason Miyares, describing Jones’s statements as “sick and demented,” while Miyares called them “disqualifying.”

His campaign website continues to feature backing from national figures, including Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), former Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, former Virginia Gov. Ralph S. Northam, former first ladies Dorothy McAuliffe and Pamela Northam, Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA), Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA), Rep. Eugene Vindman (D-VA), and former Reps. Elaine Luria and Tom Perriello.
