Law Professor Who Wrote 1989 Biological Weapons/Antiterrorism Act Provides Affidavit That COVID 19 mRNA Nanoparticle Injections Are Weapons Of Mass Destruction

Dr. Francis Boyle, the Harvard educated law professor that drafted the 1989 Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act, which passed both houses of Congress unanimously, provided an affidavit stating that Covid 19 injections and mRNA nanoparticle injections violate the law he wrote. Dr. Boyle asserted that ‘COVID 19 injections’, ‘COVID 19 nanoparticle injections’, and ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’ are biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction and violate Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023).

Dr. Boyle provided this affidavit in a Florida case involving an Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus that seeks to compel Governor DeSantis to prohibit the distribution of ‘COVID 19 injections’, ‘COVID 19 nanoparticle injections’, and ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’, in the state of Florida. It also seeks to compel Attorney General Ashley Moody to confiscate the vials.

The original Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus was filed on March 3rd, 2024, in the Florida Supreme Court. It was then transferred to the Circuit Court in Leon County on March 20th, 2024. On April 9th, 2024, the Circuit Court dismissed the case. The case is now in the appellate court. The Appellate Brief was filed on Memorial Day, May 27th, 2024.

The pleadings assert that the distribution of ‘COVID 19 injections’, ‘COVID 19 nanoparticle injections’, and ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’, violate – Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023); Federal Crime of Treason 18 USC § 2381; Treason § 876.32 Fla. Stat. (2023); Domestic Terrorism, 18 USC § 2331; Terrorism § 775.30 Fla. Stat. (2023); Murder § 782.04 (1)(a) Fla. Stat. (2023); and Genocide 18 USC §1091; Florida Drugs and Cosmetic Act § 499.005 (2) Fla. Stat. (2023); Fraud § 817.034 Fla Stat. (2023); Accessory After the Fact § 777.03 Fla. Stat. (2023); and Florida Medical Consent Law § 766.103 Fla Stat. (2023).

Dr. Boyle is considered one of the world’s leading legal experts on biological weapons. Dr. Boyle’s affidavit adds a tremendous amount of credibility to the case, which already has a tremendous body of evidence provided in the writ of mandamus. Affidavits stating that the injections are biological and technological weapons, were also provided by med legal advisor and biotech analyst Karen Kingston, who researched the evidence that makes of the Facts of the Case section of the Mandamus, and from Ana Mihalcea, M.D., PhD. Dr. Mihalcea’s research is included in the Mandamus. Dr. Mihalcea is one of the world’s leading researchers into the effects of self replicating nanotechnology in the blood of injected as well as the effects in the blood of the uninjected as a result of shedding.

HPV Shot Test Subjects were Injected with MASSIVE Amount of Aluminum Causing Serious Side Effects — Study

A case study on medical ethics revealed that when Merck conducted their Gardasil Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) clinical trials, they injected both the test and the placebo groups of girls and young women with a proprietary aluminum adjuvant which was extra potent, causing chronic disabling symptoms, despite the ‘informed consent’ information not mentioning the dangerous ingredient.

“The informed consent forms for Merck’s Gardasil vaccine trials appear to be seriously misleading, as a highly reactogenic adjuvant with a questionable safety record was described as an inactive placebo,” the case study said in the ‘Conclusion’ section.

An adjuvant is a vaccine ingredient that agitates the immune system into eliciting an immune response to the vaccination agent, in this case HPV.

“Merck used their proprietary amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate (AAHS) adjuvant as the “placebo”. The V501-018 trial however, did not use a saline placebo either, but rather the Gardasil vaccine’s carrier solution which includes L-histidine, polysorbate 80, sodium borate and residual yeast protein which is a potential allergen [7,8]. Moreover, only 1,781 children between 9 and 15 years of age were included in this trial; both male and female who were randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive either Gardasil or the “placebo” [8]. By contrast, the largest pre-licensure Gardasil trial V501-015 (the FUTURE II trial), recruited 12,167 subjects, all females between 15 and 26 years of age, who were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either Gardasil or the AAHS injection [9],” the case study said in section 1 of the ‘Background’ section.

The researchers said that four years after vaccination, the test subjects had “reduced HPV-related carcinoma in situ, external genital lesions, and HPV-related treatment procedures. However, the HPV vaccines increased serious nervous system disorders and general harms.” They went on to detail the specifics.

The mRNA story is a pack of lies—here are some of the giant ones

The first big lie

This article: The story of mRNA: How a once-dismissed idea became a leading technology in the Covid vaccine race was published Nov. 10, 2020. The headline picture is of giant ultra-low temperature freezers, ready to store finished vials containing mRNA vaccines for injection.

The article begins:

ANDOVER, Mass. — The liquid that many hope could help end the Covid-19 pandemic is stored in a nondescript metal tank in a manufacturing complex owned by Pfizer.

Most working in the industry will know that Pfizer owns none of the physical assets required to develop, manufacture, transport and store the mRNA vaccines—it is all carried out by third-party organisations.

The next big lie

As it turned out, the ‘finished vials’ were not finished—they contained 5 patient doses, frozen down to -70°C, requiring the addition of a measured quantity of saline diluent (supplied separately) to each vial, with a subsequent mixing operation to be carried out.

Adding to the complexity, the vials containing the 5 doses were packed in trays, each tray housing 195 vials. They had to be thawed from -70°C to room temperature, in a refrigerator (+2 to +8°C). This is a tricky business, as molecular structure could alter during thawing. Studies have to be run to prove the thawing can take place safely.

Pharmaceutical law requires a licensed facility to carry out the conversion

Under pharmaceutical law (in any country) the conversion of the -70°C vials must be carried out in a facility licensed to manufacture pharmaceutical products. To achieve a license, the facility owner needs to prove every operation is carried out to Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP). The definition of manufacturing below should help with understanding the scope of what comes under that umbrella:

Pharmaceutical manufacturer means any entity which is engaged in the production, preparation, propagation, compounding, conversion, or processing of prescription drugs, whether directly or indirectly by extraction from substances of natural origin, independently by means of chemical synthesis, or by a combination of extraction and chemical synthesis, or any entity engaged in the packaging, repackaging, labeling, relabeling, or distribution of prescription drugs.

Is that clear enough for you?!

The hurriedly constructed vaccination centres had no such licenses and given none of the people working in them had any kind of skills or experience in manufacture, they would not be capable of getting one.

These licenses are not ‘nice to haves’, they are essential to ensure the proper checks and balances are in place to avoid potentially dangerous errors.

This lie led to gross non-compliances with pharmaceutical law, under the responsibility of FDA/EMA/MHRA etc.

Normally, this would call for a halt to all activities carried out in the vaccination centres, period. Why is it not happening?

Crimes include, murder, racketeering, biological weapons laws violations, treason, and genocide. National ARM intends to submit evidence of vaccine crimes to local prosecutors and law enforcement in all 50 states. This is partly about removing plausible deniability.

Researchers Dumbfounded by High Excess Mortality ‘Despite Vaccines’ — Study

A study published Monday which analyzed statistics from ‘Our World in Data’ indicated that despite the alleged ‘savior‘ of Covid vaccines, excess deaths worldwide still remain high.

“Excess mortality has remained high in the Western World for three consecutive years, despite the implementation of containment measures and COVID-19 vaccines. This raises serious concerns. Government leaders and policymakers need to thoroughly investigate underlying causes of persistent excess mortality,” the study said in the ‘Conclusion’ section.

Interestingly, Monday’s study which looked at the entire global population is not the first piece of research analyzing mortality rates in recent years.

A Norwegian study published in January had also found an increase in non-Covid-related deaths.

“There was significant excess mortality (number of deaths) in 2021 and 2022 for all causes (3.7% and 14.5%), for cardiovascular diseases (14.3% and 22.0%), and for malignant tumours in 2022 (3.5%). In terms of ASMR, there was excess mortality in 2021 and 2022 for all causes (2.9% and 13.7%), and for cardiovascular diseases (16.0% and 25,8%). ASMR was higher than predicted in 2022 for malignant tumours (2.3%). There were fewer deaths than predicted from respiratory diseases (except COVID-19) in 2020 and 2021,” the study said in the ‘Results’ section.

Covid Vaccination Doubles Death Rate of Covid Patients — Study

A study published earlier this year indicated that individuals vaccinated with the Covid injection have a higher mortality rate once hospitalized for Covid infection verses their non-vaccinated counterparts.

“Among COVID-19 patients, mortality rate was significantly higher among Vax vs. NVax patients (p=0.002). The Charlson’s Comorbidity Index score (CCI) was also significantly higher among Vax vs. NVax COVID-19 patients. However, the mortality risk remained significantly higher (p=0.02) when we compared COVID-19 Vax vs. NVax patients with similar CCI score, suggesting that additional factors may increase risk of mortality,” the study said in the ‘Results’ section.

The study was based on data from individuals who were hospitalized between May 2020 and November 2022.

“Interestingly, mortality among Vax patients in this cohort was 70% compared with 37% in the NVax group, and overall survival rate was ~2 times higher in the NVax patients,” the study said in the ‘Results’ section.

The researchers also found that the more doses of the gene therapy exotic technology patients have had injected into them, the higher the likelihood it was that they would die.

Moderna Stops mRNA COVID Biologics Plant Construction in Kenya

Moderna, Inc. announced recently that it has suspended its efforts to build a $200–$500 million mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) biologics manufacturing facility in Kenya while it determines projected future demand for mRNA biologics in Africa. Company officials concluded that, since the end of the COVID pandemic,  interest in COVID-19 biologics in Kenya and Africa has declined and is insufficient to support the viability of the proposed mRNA biologics manufacturing plant. Moderna confirmed that it has not received any orders for its Spikevax mRNA COVID biologic from Africa since 2022 and that previous orders for the product have been cancelled.1

Vaccine Plant in Kenya Would Have Supplied Vaccines and Drugs to African Countries

In 2021, Moderna announced that they were partnering with the Government of Kenya to build a state-of-the-art mRNA COVID biologics plant in Kenya to produce up to 500 million doses of Spikevax each year. The company expected the new facility to initiate drug substance and drug product manufacturing for Kenya and other countries in Africa. In addition, Moderna stressed that the facility would have had the capacity to quickly respond to public health emergencies in Africa.2

According to Moderna, orders for Spikevax that were cancelled resulted in over $1 billion in lost revenue for the company. Although Moderna was a major player during the COVID-19 pandemic distributing its mRNA COVID biologic globally, it has remained a relatively a small biotechnology company with Spikevax being the only pharmaceutical product approved for distribution and use in the U.S. and other countries. Since the decline in the overall demand for COVID shots, Moderna’s revenue from sales of Spikevax is projected to decline to $4 billion this year compared to $18.4 billion in 2022 and $6.7 billion in 2023. The company has also experienced a drop in its share price by more than 75 percent during the past two years.3

The company said that the cost savings from suspending construction of its Kenyan manufacturing facility will allow them to focus on other products.

Study Finds Measles Vaccine Far More Likely to Fail in C-Section Babies

According to a new study published in Nature Microbiology, babies born via Caesarean section (C-section) are likely to fail to respond to one dose of the live attenuated MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine. In fact, researchers found it is 2.6 times more likely that the vaccine is ineffective for babies, who are born via C-section, than babies who are born vaginally.1 2 3

The study by researchers at the University of Cambridge and Fudan University in China concluded that the immune systems of C-section babies  do not produce a robust response to the initial dose of the MMR vaccine. It is hypothesized that the gut microbiome of C-section babies is not as developed as that of vaginally born babies and, therefore, the babies do not produce an adequate immune response to the vaccine.4 According to previous studies, babies born vaginally receive more genetically diverse gut-colonizing microbes from their mothers, which boosts their immune response.5

Henrik Salje, co-senior study author said:

We’ve discovered that the way we’re born—either by C-section or natural birth—has long-term consequences on our immunity to diseases as we grow up.6

Researchers examined data of 1,505 children in the first year of life from 2013 through 2018 finding that 12 percent of babies born via C-section failed to mount an immune response to the measles shot compared to only five percent of vaginally born children.7 8

The research, funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, looked at a mother-neonate cohort and a population-based cohort of children one to nine years old. Researchers followed up on the infant cohort approximately every six months from 2013 to 2016. Researchers looked at blood samples of the infants over time to determine how measles antibody levels changed over time, including pre and post vaccination..9 10

The study showed that a second dose of the MMR vaccine produced a more robust immune response in babies born via C-section.11

The implications of the first dose of the MMR vaccine being less effective in babies born by c-section are vast as approximately one-third of all pregnant women in the United States and the United Kingdom end up having C-sections. In Brazil and Turkey, more than one half of all children are born by C-section.12 13

Fauci Blames Free Speech for Pandemic Challenges in Contentious Testimony

Anthony Fauci, formerly the head of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and chief medical advisor to President Biden from 2021 to 2022, has testified before the US House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.

The hindsight doesn’t seem to have played any role in Fauci’s thinking about the way the situation was handled – if anything, his statements make for an (unwelcome) reminder of the fiery pro-censorship and rhetoric witnessed in the heyday of the pandemic.

The Subcommittee is also looking into the claims of Fauci’s role in the funding of research in China’s Wuhan lab.

Fauci complained to the Subcommittee that First Amendment-guaranteed free speech protections had made it more difficult to do his job during the pandemic. He complained about scientists getting threats when they “push back” against what he considers misinformation and disinformation (and that, according to Fauci, includes those criticizing him on social media).

“Demonization” is how the former chief White House medical advisor put it. The implication was that freedom of expression related to Covid (even such as it was, and remains – namely, riddled with censorship on major social media) stood in the way of better protecting his person and scientists who held similar views as him.

Fauci’s testimony targeted anything from vaccine skeptics to podcasters, “unhinged memes,” and “conspiracy theorists” (this wording came in a committee member’s question) – with perhaps the most astounding claim being that those who chose not to get the Covid jab are “probably” responsible for 200,000 to 300,000 deaths from the virus in the US.

Talk about unhinged. Fauci on Monday also defended the vaccines that people were censored for being skeptical of, saying that their effect in preventing transmission was “not 100 percent” – at least, according to him, not with the early versions.

UK’s Telegraph Comes Clean – Front Page Headline Reads “Covid Jabs May Be to Blame for Increase in Excess Deaths”

The fake news is finally coming clean.

The UK Telegraph published a report on its front page titled, “Covid vaccines may have helped fuel rise in excess deaths.”

Of course, The Gateway Pundit has been reporting on this since 2021. And we were censored and silenced by big Tech and smeared by the fake “fact-checkers” for daring to report this truth.

Covid vaccines could be partly to blame for the rise in excess deaths since the pandemic, scientists have suggested.

Researchers from The Netherlands analysed data from 47 Western countries and discovered there had been more than three million excess deaths since 2020, with the trend continuing despite the rollout of vaccines and containment measures.

They said the “unprecedented” figures “raised serious concerns” and called on governments to fully investigate the underlying causes, including possible vaccine harms.

Writing in the BMJ Public Health, the authors from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, said: “Although Covid-19 vaccines were provided to guard civilians from suffering morbidity and mortality by the Covid-19 virus, suspected adverse events have been documented as well.

“Both medical professionals and citizens have reported serious injuries and deaths following vaccination to various official databases in the Western World.”

They added: “During the pandemic, it was emphasised by politicians and the media on a daily basis that every Covid-19 death mattered and every life deserved protection through containment measures and Covid-19 vaccines. In the aftermath of the pandemic, the same moral should apply.”
