Key chairmen in Congress want to declassify evidence in suspect Ukraine impeachment case

Two powerful committee chairmen in Congress tell Just the News it is time to declassify evidence submitted by an alleged intelligence community whistleblower that prompted the first impeachment trial against President Donald Trump for his efforts to investigate the Biden family’s business dealings in Ukraine.

Six years after Democrats pursued the impeachment case over a call that Trump made to Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy, many of the allegations have crumbled in the face of two convictions and pardons of Hunter Biden and new evidence uncovered by Congress from the FBI, the Justice Department and the CIA.

The latest evidence was released this week by CIA Director John Ratcliffe revealing that Joe Biden‘s vice presidential staff suppressed an intelligence community report from being published that revealed that Ukrainian officials believed Hunter Biden‘s work for the corrupt Burisma Holdings energy company undercut U.S. efforts to fight corruption in that former Soviet republic.

“Declassify everything. Let’s be transparent. Let’s release all the documents,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer told the Just the News, No Noise television show. “That’s what needs to happen. The American people need to see the true reality of what was going on.

“The Democrats colluded with the liberal media, who were in cahoots with the deep state government agencies to try to create false narratives that Trump did something wrong, that he was trying to dig up something untrue about the Biden family, when it was very true and it was very serious,” he said.

Ukrainian ex-politician shot dead outside elite American school in Madrid

Unidentified gunmen shot dead a former Ukrainian politician on Wednesday outside a school in a wealthy suburb of Madrid, Spain’s Interior Ministry said.

Andriy Portnov, 51, was previously a senior aide to a pro-Russian former Ukrainian president, Viktor Yanukovich, who was ousted in a 2014 popular uprising.

Police reached the scene after receiving calls at 9.15 a.m. (0715 GMT) about a man with gunshot wounds on the street outside the American School of Madrid, in the Pozuelo de Alarcon suburb west of the capital, police officials told Reuters.

“Several persons shot him in the back and the head and then fled towards a forested area,” an Interior Ministry source said.

When emergency services arrived they found Portnov dead with at least three gunshot wounds, a spokesperson said.

Police had covered the body of a person wearing white running shoes lying near a black Mercedes-Benz car in a cordoned-off pavement outside the school.

Portnov left for Russia in 2014 and faced investigations in Ukraine over accusations of treason and embezzlement. He was targeted with European Union sanctions, although those and the charges were later dropped.

The U.S. Treasury Department put Portnov on its sanctions list in 2021, saying he had “cultivated extensive connections to Ukraine’s judicial and law enforcement apparatus through bribery”.

The American School said it believed the victim was a father of children at the school but was waiting for formal identification by the police, according to a letter sent to parents seen by Reuters.

It said police were on campus interviewing parents who witnessed the incident. A spokesperson for the school did not reply to a request for comment on the incident or the letter.

WWIII WATCH: Keir Starmer Announces He’s Ready to Send “Boots on the Ground” to Ukraine After Giving Them $2 Billion, Encourages US, Europe to Join

The UK on Sunday announced it would send Ukraine a measly $2 billion in military aid (compared to the US’s $350 billion+) after the Trump-Zelensky Oval Office blow-up.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer then announced he’s ready to send troops to Ukraine and encouraged Europe – and the US – to jump into World War III against Russia, a nuclear power.

“Britain’s Ministry of Defence said Thales (TCFP.PA), will manufacture the lightweight-multirole missiles for Ukraine. Thales said the missiles have a range of more than 6 kilometres (3.7 miles) and they can be fired from a variety of platforms on land, sea, and air,” Reuters reported.

“The UK is prepared to back this with boots on the ground and planes in the air to gather with others. Europe must do heavy lifting but to support peace on our continent, and to succeed, this effort must have strong US backing,” Starmer said during a press conference at the leaders’ summit in London on Sunday.

REPORT: Trump’s Peace Plan for Russia and Ukraine Allegedly Leaked – Talks Between Putin and Zelensky – Ceasefire by Easter – No NATO for Kiev

Remember when any talk of peace negotiations was strictly forbidden, and anyone talking about that would be branded a ‘Putin puppet’?

Well, now, hardly a day passes by without some relevant development and statement by the central players about the peace process between the US and Russia that will end the war in Ukraine.

Today, a rather sensational report emerged from the Ukrainian press, alleging to be a ‘leak’ of US President Donald J. Trump’s peace plan for Ukraine.

According to the unverified ‘plans’, Trump will force Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky into a ceasefire with Russia by Easter.

Daily Mail reported:

“The unconfirmed plans, reported by Ukrainian outlet Strana, have been doing the rounds in ‘political and diplomatic circles’ in Ukraine, and will include a ceasefire by April 20 that would freeze Russia’s steady advance, a ban on Ukraine from joining NATO, and a demand for Kyiv to accept Russian sovereignty on annexed land. On top of this, Ukrainian troops will be made to leave Russia’s Kursk region, where it launched a counteroffensive in August, while a contingent of European soldiers, which could include British troops, would be asked to police a demilitarized zone. American troops will not be involved in this contingent.”

Ukraine’s Zelensky Admits War More Likely To End Sooner With Trump In The White House

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has told reporters that he firmly believes the war with Russia will “end sooner” with president Trump back in office than it would if the Democrats had won the election.

The BBC reports that the Ukrainian leader told Ukrainian media outlet Suspilne “It is certain that the war will end sooner with the policies of the team that will now lead the White House.”

“This is their approach, their promise to their citizens,” Zelensky further noted, adding that Ukraine “must do everything so that this war ends next year, ends through diplomatic means.”

Zelensky also stated during the interview that he had a “constructive exchange” with Trump during their phone conversation last week, noting that US law prohibits him from meeting with Trump until after his inauguration in January.

It was widely reported last week that Elon Musk was also present on Trump’s call with Zelensky, which lasted around 25 minutes, according to the sources who were briefed on its details.

UK to send another $2.93B to Ukraine using stolen Russian assets

The interest payments are starting to come in from all those frozen Russian assets the European Union (EU) is holding hostage. And the United Kingdom plans to spend its interest windfall on Ukraine.

According to reports, Great Britain is planning to send another $2.93 billion to the Zelensky regime, bumping the total G7 spending spree on Kyiv so far up to $50 billion.

Defence Secretary John Healey said the extra billions will help Ukraine bolster its frontline military equipment, describing the cash transfer in terms of “turning the proceeds of Putin’s own corrupt regime against him by putting it into the hands of Ukraine.”

The goal is to release the money as quickly as possible so there are no hitches, said Chancellor Rachel Reeves. Zelensky will receive the money in the form of a “loan” that the UK will recoup the cost of via sanctions on Russian assets – “within the correct legal framework,” officials claim.

To try to avoid controversy, Reeves added the caveat that the UK is not confiscating sovereign Russian assets in Europe but rather using the profits and interest accrued from them to keep the Ukrainian war machine running.

Pray for Peace, as the Madmen of the West are About to Plunge the World into a Mass-Death Scenario that Will Catch Americans Completely by Surprise

Western media stays mum on the biggest story of the century and Americans remain fixated and distracted by petty politics and whether Haitians are eating cats in Ohio. It’s just a matter of time — days or perhaps hours — before the Biden administration approves Ukraine’s use of U.S. missiles to strike daggers deep into the heart of Russia: Putin has removed all confusion, saying such action amounts to a de facto declaration of war against the nuclear-armed 1,100-year-old sovereign state of Russia. He will respond in kind.
It appears to be a matter of when, not if, the Biden administration grants approval for Ukraine to use U.S.-supplied long-range ATACMS missiles against Russia.

These missiles were sent by the U.S. to Ukraine about a year ago but with restrictions that they could not be launched into Russia proper. The British sent their Storm Shadow missiles with similar restrictions. But now the rules of the game are about to change and I see no sense of urgency by the Western media to explain the potential consequences to everyday Americans, Canadians and Europeans. They’d rather report on cat-eating Haitians and the latest political salvo between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

The heads of state in the United Kingdom and Canada, perhaps the U.S.’s closest NATO allies, are pushing hard for Biden to approve long-range hits on Russian cities and infrastructure, almost guaranteeing the start of World War III. The regime of Russian President Vladimir Putin has made it clear that nothing less than a direct retaliation against the U.S. and U.K. will result from such a fateful decision by the lame duck president, Joe Biden, or whoever is running Joe Biden.

Over the weekend another powerful voice came out in favor of Ukraine launching missiles at Russian cities.

Zelensky’s Quarrel With Polish FM Sikorski Sinks Bilateral Relations – MSM Keeps Silent on the Crisis

While Poland has been one of Ukraine’s biggest backers both in terms of military and financial aid, and also in terms of receiving a massive wave of refugees when the war started.

But it hasn’t been without friction. The Previous conservative government came to a point about a year ago where it stopped all military aid and blocked Ukrainian grain, coming to the point of harshly criticizing its president in public, as you can read in Polish PM Morawiecki Warns Zelensky ‘Never to Insult Poles Again’, as Grain Ban Feud Intensifies After Warsaw Decision Not to Send Any More Weapons.

With the liberal and Euro-fanatic government of Donald Tusk coming into power, one could imagine that relations would improve markedly, but that does not seem to be the case, as Polish media reports that Zelensky had a row with Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski as he visited Kiev on Friday (14),

The Polish portal Onet report is behind a paywall, and the MSM refuses to cover this, so here’s what can be found on Telegram and on the Ukrainian media.

Germany pledges to expand commitment to Ukraine, agrees to host U.S. cruise missiles

Germany, already the second-largest military donor to war-torn Ukraine after the United States, has pledged to expand its commitments to Kyiv during the recent summit of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Washington, D.C., including allowing the U.S. to host Tomahawk long-range cruise missiles for “security” purposes.

This comes after the U.S. announced its intention to deploy missiles to Germany in a move that would have been prohibited by the now-defunct Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty which then-President Ronald Reagan signed with General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev of the former Soviet Union.

The treaty banned land-based missile systems with ranges between 310 and 3,400 miles. Former President Donald Trump withdrew from the treaty in 2019, claiming Russian non-compliance with its contents.

The current proposal would see American Tomahawk missiles – and potentially other long-range weapons systems – deployed in Germany beginning sometime in 2026.

Tomahawk missiles, launched from ships or submarines, have a range exceeding 2,000 kilometers (1,243 miles), although exact figures are classified. It should be noted that the Tomahawk missiles are capable of being fitted with nuclear warheads.

In addition to Tomahawks, the White House announced that it will also deploy other “conventional long-range” missiles to Germany on an “episodic” basis, including SM-6 anti-air missiles and experimental hypersonic weapons. All of these would significantly increase the ranges of current land-based missile systems in Europe.

Appetite for Destruction: US Gambles on New Texas Factory to Churn Out Ammo for Ukraine

The Ukraine proxy conflict continues to feed the insatiable US cycle of arms spending and production, with yet another newly-unveiled manufacturing facility joining its ranks.

A Texas factory that reportedly cost US$500 million to build is geared towards boosting the gravy train of US warmongers.

NATO’s proxy conflict in Ukraine has an avid appetite for ammunition and has eaten its way into both US and EU stocks with lackluster results to show for it. The Pentagon is hoping the General Dynamics facility in Mesquite, Texas, will help satiate this ammo craving.

American factories in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, together produce about 36,000 155mm shells per month. Managed by General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD.N), the new Universal Artillery Projectile Lines facility jam-packed with cutting-edge machinery can churn out 30,000 units per month for the Kiev regime.
