Sixth body found in Houston bayou leaving Texas city on edge

Fears that a serial killer is on the loose in Houston were raised after a sixth body was pulled from a bayou in a little over a week.

A staggering 15 bodies have been found in the Buffalo Bayou throughout this year, five of which were discovered in the last 10 days in the Texas city.

The sixth body was found Thursday night near the University of Houston, when several people riding scooters reported seeing the body floating under a bridge.

The corpse has not been identified, but the Houston Police Department confirmed that the body was determined to be female.

Lieutenant A. Khan told Fox26Houston that an investigation into the death is still ongoing, and said it is unclear how the woman ended up in the water.

Khan also noted that there are several homeless encampments in the area near to where the body was found which is prone to flooding, and said homeless people near the water often end up in bayous when they pass away.

The chilling discoveries sparked a social media frenzy as locals feared a serial killer may be at large, but Texas authorities have attempted to downplay the repeat instances.

Officials have not yet identified all those found in recent days, but named Jade ‘Sage’ McKissic, 20, as one of the bodies found in the bayou in the last week.

Photo Released of 29-Year-Old Dallas ICE Shooter — Agents Ransack His Bedroom and Uncover Handwritten “Terror Notes” Plotting to Kill ICE Employees

The Biden regime and its media allies love to cry “domestic terrorism” when it comes to parents at school board meetings or conservative Americans peacefully protesting at the Capitol.

But when the threat is directed at law enforcement heroes on the front lines of immigration enforcement, the very men and women who risk their lives to protect our borders, silence reigns.

Federal authorities have now confirmed that the 29-year-old man who opened fire on a Dallas ICE facility was not some random “lone wolf” but a premeditated domestic terrorist who left behind chilling handwritten terror notes, explicitly plotting to murder ICE agents and spread fear among federal employees tasked with enforcing immigration law.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Patel has released several new pieces of evidence that blow up this ridiculous claim. Included in the evidence is a chilling note written by Jahn, which says, “Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, ‘is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?”

@FBIDallas and FBI HQ have been working 24/7 to seize devices, exploit data, and process writings obtained on location and in the subject’s person/residence/bedroom. This @FBI is committed to providing timely updates, as promised:

– The perp downloaded a document titled “Dallas County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management” containing a list of DHS facilities.
– He conducted multiple searches of ballistics and the “Charlie Kirk Shot Video” between 9/23-9/24.
-Between 8/19-8/24, he searched apps that tracked the presence of ICE agents.
– One of the handwritten notes recovered read, “Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, ‘is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?”
– Further accumulated evidence to this point indicates a high degree of pre-attack planning.

The FBI will provide further updates when able.

At a Thursday news conference, Dallas FBI Special Agent in Charge Joseph Rothrock revealed what investigators uncovered after agents tore through the Oklahoma home of shooter Joshua Jahn.

Jihad in Texas? Bullets Rain Down on Kids’ Baseball Tournament

A kids’ baseball coach was leading his team in a pre-game prayer when bullets flew across the Ameripark sports complex, locally known as The Rac, in Katy, Texas.

Players ran as the shots rang out. The team’s coach took a bullet to the shoulder. He was evacuated to a hospital by helicopter.

“I have to legit bear crawl to my mom on my arms,” Colton Bierman, 11, told a reporter for KPRC.

That’s when things got wonky.

I first read NBC’s version of this story, and I immediately smelled a sink badger in the perfume aisle.

The Operation Mockingbird mouthpiece suggested, with help from The Rac, that the shooting was possibly the result of “hunting” or “recreational shooting.” ABC claimed the Waller County Sheriff attributed the shooting to “target practice,” but when you watch the video — and hear the number of shots fired — these excuses fall apart.

The Rac suggested on Facebook that the shooters were engaging in a little “target practice” roughly 600-700 yards away.

Call me a wackydoodle, but that doesn’t sound like hunting. Nor does it sound like the shooters are 600-700 yards away.

“There was bullets flying everywhere. It wasn’t one shot,” Assistant Coach (for a different team) Corbin Geisendorff stated. “There’s bullets flying everywhere off the poles, onto the field. It’s just unbelievable.”

“I actually went over to the gentleman and saw him, like, right there. I prayed over him,” Geisendorff continued. “There was a gentleman who was already there. They used a belt to tourniquet his arm, you know, stop the bleeding really quick.”

FBI Releases Photo Showing Anti-ICE Messages on Bullet Casings Engraved by Dallas ICE Shooter Identified as 29-Year-Old Joshua Jahn

The radical left strikes again.

Two people are dead, including the shooter, in a shooting at a Dallas ICE facility as an act of targeted violence, the FBI said on Wednesday.

Among the deceased are two detainees, and a third is in critical condition.

The shooter, identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Joshua Jahn fired at the ICE building from a nearby rooftop and ended up killing two detainees.

No ICE agents were injured.

The Daily Mail reported:

A sniper who killed at least two migrants and wounded several others in a shooting at a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility has been identified as Joshua Jahn, 29, the Daily Mail can reveal.

The bloodbath unfolded at the facility in the Texas city shortly after 7am CT Wednesday morning, when the gunman targeted migrants on an unmarked transport van before killing himself.

Multiple law enforcement sources confirmed the identity of the gunman as Jahn, and ICE said in a statement that the sniper ‘fired indiscriminately’.

The victims were ICE detainees, and no law enforcement were injured in the shooting.

Officials said at a press conference on Wednesday morning that bullets found by the shooter’s body were engraved with ‘anti-ICE messages’, and FBI Director Kash Patel shared an image of the bullets reading: ‘Anti-ICE.’

The FBI confirmed the shooting was an act of targeted violence.

Dallas Teacher Rearrested on TERRORISM Charge After July 4th Shooting at ICE Facility

A Dallas teacher previously accused of tampering with evidence tied to a July 4 attack outside the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado has been rearrested, this time with an additional terrorism-related charge.

Court and jail records indicate that his bond conditions, including internet monitoring, were a key factor in his return to custody.

The suspect, 32-year-old Dario Sanchez, was first arrested on July 15 after allegedly deleting messages on Signal and Discord that investigators say were linked to group chats planning an “operation” at the detention center.

His initial bond was set at $5 million but was later reduced to $150,000. Sanchez was indicted on August 28, released on bond the following day, and publicly claimed he was “wrongfully arrested.”

On Monday, he was rearrested for the same tampering charge, this time with a $1 million bond and an additional allegation of hindering the prosecution of terrorism.

Court documents show the escalation was tied to his internet search history, which was monitored under his bond conditions.

The filings state that Sanchez conducted searches “best characterized as explosive construction internet queries.”

Examples include how to melt plastic to make molds, how to modify radio-controlled transmitters, and whether Nintendo Game Boy batteries could serve as power sources for triggering devices.

One search specifically asked whether a 900 mAh Game Boy battery could be used in a trigger system. Another focused on whether “aluminite” could be used in explosives.

When questioned about the searches by his bond officer, Sanchez claimed he was experimenting with hobbies, including building anime figure molds, tinkering with plastic model cars, and replacing a battery in his old Game Boy.

His attorney, Frank Sellers, argued that prosecutors were criminalizing normal behavior. “He’s stuck at home trying to find a hobby, something to tinker with,” Sellers told KERA News.

“And instead of allowing a person to live their lives, Johnson County has thrown him in jail for what George Orwell would call ‘thought crime.’”

Court records show that Sanchez was required to install GPS monitoring and remote surveillance software on his devices within seven days of release.

Trump To Sign EO Targeting ‘Domestic Terror Networks’ After “Despicable” Attack At Dallas ICE Facility

Civil terrorism expert Jason Curtis Anderson explains the broader, alarming trend of left-wing radicals becoming activated, which reflects a form of nihilistic accelerationism.

The trend here is alarming. Anderson explains:

Earlier today, Joshua Jahn, the shooter at the Dallas ICE facility, shot three people before taking his own life.

This incident reflects what many call nihilistic accelerationism—a rising phenomenon in domestic extremism that mirrors the martyrdom embraced by jihadist terrorists. These are individuals who feel so driven by their extremist beliefs that they are willing both to kill and to die for their cause.

Many conversations must take place, and much work remains to be done, but none of it can begin until Democrats acknowledge that far-left extremism exists, and recognize the importance of toning down political rhetoric.

This is not the first time left-wing extremists have attempted to assassinate ICE officers, a recurring theme the left has used to rally voters against the current administration.

The federal government has significant catching up to do, and an interagency approach will be necessary to address the problem.

Far-left extremism extends far beyond groups like Antifa. There is an entire revolutionary (marxist) ecosystem of interconnected entities: billion-dollar progressive NGOs, anarchist networks, political organizations such as the DSA, foreign influence operations like the Singham network, gaming platforms, Discord servers and reddit threads, the dark web, and even civil-rights organizations staffed with “movement lawyers” fully dedicated to waging war against the West until it collapses.

Until the government addresses the root causes, it will only be treating the symptoms. Experts must be brought in to dismantle this machine before it’s too late.

As soon as we have more government leaders with the same pro-Luigi worldview as the DSA, Hasan Piker, and Taylor Lorenz, political assassination will become normalized in the same way that we decriminalized crime in major cities.

Mother of Alleged Sniper Who Attacked Dallas ICE Criticized Republicans for Not Supporting Gun Control

The mother of the 29-year-old alleged sniper who opened fire on Dallas ICE Wednesday morning “posted a series of anti-gun rants against Republicans” years ago, according to the New York Post.

Breitbart News noted that the shooting occurred Wednesday morning, around 6:40 a.m., leaving one victim dead and two injured.

The alleged shooter, the aforementioned 29-year-old, took his own life.

On Wednesday afternoon, the New York Post reported that the 29-year-old’s mother allegedly “posted a series of anti-gun rants on Facebook aimed at Republican lawmakers just a few years ago.”

The Post pointed to a Facebook post the 29-year-old’s mother allegedly posted days after the May 24, 2022 Uvalde school shooting, blasting the lack of gun control support from Gov. Greg Abbott (R) and Sens. Ted Cruz (R) and John Cornyn (R).

She allegedly wrote: “May be you be reminded of the deaths every time you spend that precious blood money you have received from the gun lobby. Hope you think of it 100% when you attend the NRA meeting in a few days.”

New Texas Emergency Rules Ban Hemp Sales To People Under 21 In Line With Governor’s Executive Order

Texas officials have quickly adopted changes to the state’s hemp laws, consistent with the governor’s recent executive order, making it so people under the age of 21 will no longer be permitted to purchase consumable hemp products.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) issued an emergency rule that took effect on Tuesday, stipulating that no businesses licensed under the agency may sell cannabis to those under 21. Doing so will now result in an automatic license or permit cancellation.

Failing to check IDs to ensure that a patron is of age will also carry the penalty of an automatic license cancellation.

“This emergency adoption is necessary to help prevent minors from accessing and using consumable hemp products (CHP) that will negatively impact the minors’ health, which in turn negatively impacts the general welfare and public safety,” TABC said in a notice.

And while it was just two weeks ago that Gov. Greg Abbott (R) signed an executive order laying out new rules for the hemp market, the agency said that the rules are being adopted on an “emergency basis” and take effect immediately “because an imminent peril to the public health, safety, or welfare requires adoption on fewer than 30 days’ notice.”

“The harms associated with cannabis/THC use by minors are well documented,” it said.

State statute says emergency rules can only be effective for up to 180 days, and TACB said it ‘intends to propose these or similar rules under the normal rulemaking process and will consider any additional action necessary in the event unforeseen issues arise with the adopted sections. Future rulemaking may also provide additional guidance.”

While the rules are actively in effect, the agency noted that it will begin enforcement on October 1.

The Texas Cannabis Collective, which strongly resisted recent proposals in the legislature to ban hemp with any amount of THC, said the TABC action “follows Governor Abbott’s decisive steps earlier this year” when he vetoed a Senate bill to recriminalize consumable cannabinoid products.

Meanwhile, Texas officials have separately taken another step toward implementing a law to significantly expand the state’s medical marijuana program—proposing rules to to let physicians recommend new qualifying conditions for cannabis and to create standards for allowable inhalation devices in line with legislation enacted by lawmakers and the governor earlier this year.

Last month, the Department of Public Safety (DPS) also posted a set of additional rules in the Register to increase the number of licensed medical marijuana dispensaries in Texas under the recently enacted legislation.

DPS will ultimately be issuing 12 new licenses for dispensaries across the state. Currently there are only three. The additional licensees will go through a competitive process, with officials prioritizing Texas’s public health regions to optimize access.

The first round of licenses will be awarded to nine of 139 applicants who submitted their forms during an earlier application window in 2023. DPS will select those nine licensees on December 1. The 2023 applicants that didn’t receive a license, as well as any new prospective licensees, will have another shot at getting their license during a second round where awardees will be announced on April 1, 2026.

DPS has separately previewed future rulemaking to comply with the medical marijuana expansion law.

Former Texas DEMOCRAT House Candidate Charged in ELECTION FRAUD Investigation

Texas authorities have uncovered what appears to be one of the largest vote harvesting scandals in recent years, with fifteen individuals—including a former Texas House candidate and several local officials—facing criminal charges.

The indictments, handed down on June 30, mark the latest chapter in a months-long investigation led by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the 81st Judicial District Attorney’s Office.

According to KSAT, seven of the accused turned themselves in to the Frio County Jail on July 2, while others are expected to follow.

Those indicted include names familiar in South Texas politics. Juan Manuel Medina, the former Bexar County Democrat Party Chair and one-time San Antonio mayoral candidate, was charged with two counts of vote harvesting.

Petra Davina Trevino, former mayor of Pearsall, faces a single charge. Inelda Rodriguez, a former Dilley council member, was indicted on three counts.

Mary Ann Obregon, a former mayor of Dilley, was charged with two counts.

Perhaps most notable is Cecilia Castellano, a former Democrat candidate for the Texas House, who now faces two counts of vote harvesting.

Castellano ran in 2024 for District 80, which stretches from the southwest of San Antonio to Laredo.

She lost the general election but carried Webb County, a region her campaign heavily targeted.

Her attorney, Don Flanary, quickly dismissed the charges as “politically motivated harassment by Ken Paxton and the AG’s office,” insisting the statute itself is under legal challenge.

Other individuals charged include Rachel Leal, who claims she only left flyers at homes and never handled ballots, as well as Raul Carrizales III, a sitting Frio County Commissioner.

Maricela Garcia Benavides, secretary of the Pearsall ISD Board, was also named.

This is not the first wave of arrests.

Democrats Claim Racism as New Maps Force Them Out of Texas Strongholds

The Democrat stronghold in Texas is collapsing, and their own lawmakers are now turning on each other.

After Republicans passed new congressional maps—pushed at the request of President Donald Trump—Democrats now face the reality of fewer safe seats and the possibility of political extinction in key parts of the state.

Representative Lloyd Doggett, one of Austin’s longest-serving Democrats, has already announced he will step aside if the new maps hold.

His exit would clear a path for Greg Casar, but it also highlights the brutal truth: Democrats don’t have enough blue districts to go around anymore.

The biggest shakeup is in Houston.

Representative Al Green, who has represented the 9th District since 2005, saw his district effectively redrawn.

Only 5% of his old base remains. Most of it was folded into the new District 18, once held by Sheila Jackson Lee and Sylvester Turner.

With a special election scheduled, Green is expected to jump into that race—but he’ll be battling other Democrats in what is now a three-seat squeeze.

Houston went from having four Democrat seats to three, guaranteeing that at least one Democrat seat is now vacant.

Dallas-Fort Worth Democrats face the same disaster.

Marc Veasey of Fort Worth has been pushed into Dallas, where Julie Johnson already sits.

Her district, however, is now heavily Republican, meaning she must either take on Veasey or run a suicide campaign.

Meanwhile, Jasmine Crockett survives unscathed in her district, and Republicans like Beth Van Duyne stand ready to pick up the pieces.

Democrats have responded with lawsuits.

The NAACP, LULAC, and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law claim the maps discriminate against minorities.

But this playbook is nothing new. Back in the 1990s, Democrats used redistricting to carve out majority-Black and majority-Hispanic districts for political gain.
