Boulder Was a Sanctuary. Now It’s a Crime Scene

The suspect in the Boulder, Colorado, terror attack wasn’t a lone wolf—though you wouldn’t know it from the gaslight-and-deflect routine of the legacy press.

He was the inevitable result of a system built to fail—and preserved in decay by design.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the Egyptian national now accused of carrying out a targeted attack that injured multiple people, was in the United States illegally. The FBI confirmed it. The Department of Homeland Security under President Trump is pursuing consequences.

But the real indictment here isn’t of one man—it’s of an entire era of lawlessness engineered by the prior administration and protected by local sanctuary policies that treat immigration enforcement not as a duty but as a sin.

Investigators say Soliman schemed for more than a year. His chosen target? A vigil for the Jewish hostages still imprisoned by Hamas—a scene of solidarity twisted into one of terror by a man consumed with hate.

Let’s be clear: Soliman should never have set foot in Boulder—or any corner of a nation governed by laws and borders.

He should never have been here. And he should never have had the chance to harm innocent Americans.

And the reason he did is because the American left spent four years dismantling border security, hollowing out interior enforcement, and suing anyone who tried to stop it.

Now, the usual voices want you to believe this was a fluke. It wasn’t. It’s precisely what happens when “enforcement priorities” become bureaucratic code for doing nothing at all.

Soliman didn’t sneak in last week. He entered during Joe Biden’s border bonanza—on a B-2 tourist visa in August 2022. That visa expired in February 2023. But Soliman remained unlawfully, filed an asylum claim, and was granted a work permit that lapsed this past March.

He was living openly in Colorado Springs with his wife and five children—all of whom are now in ICE custody and being processed for expedited removal. Homeland Security is also investigating whether any family members had prior knowledge of or gave support to the attack.

Biden-Appointed Judge Blocks Trump From Deporting Family Of Radical Islamist Terrorist

Colorado Federal Judge Gordon Gallagher, a Biden appointee, issued an order on Wednesday blocking the Trump administration from deporting the family of radical Islamist terrorist Mohamed Soliman, who on Sunday set a dozen Jewish demonstrators on fire.

The two-page order — the latest in the string of judicial lawfare — states that the Trump administration “SHALL NOT REMOVE Hayem El Gamal and her five children from the District of Colorado or the United States unless or until this Court or the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit vacates this Order.”

The order comes hours after Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced that DHS and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) “have taken the family of suspected Boulder, Colorado terrorist, and illegal alien, Mohamed Soliman, into ICE custody.”

ICE detained Soliman’s wife, Hayam Salah Alsaid Ahmed Elgamal, and his five children and processed them for removal, according to the Department of Homeland Security. All are citizens of Egypt. While Soliman is an illegal alien, the legal status of his family members is unclear.

Soliman set Jewish demonstrators on fire in Boulder, Colorado, on Sunday, injuring a dozen, including a Holocaust survivor. The demonstrators were calling for the release of the hostages being held by Hamas.

USAID Paperwork Found in the Vehicle of Biden Illegal Alien Responsible for Boulder Terror Attack

A discovery by law enforcement officials regarding the Islamist terrorist responsible for burning several peaceful Jews alive Sunday in Boulder, Colorado, will certainly invite some interesting questions from Americans.

As Jim Hoft previously reported, a deranged man screaming anti-Jewish epithets attacked Jewish families, including children, in Boulder, Colorado, on Sunday.

The attacker was identified as Mohamad Soliman. Several children were injured in the planned attack.

Soliman came in 2022 during the Biden regime and overstayed his visa and never left.

Now, Fox News has obtained an arrest affidavit which reveals law enforcement officials found paperwork with the words “USAID” inside Soliman’s 2015 silver Toyota Prius.

They also found paperwork with the words “Israel” and “Palestine” inside the terrorist’s vehicle.

It is not clear why an illegal alien from Egypt would have USAID-related paperwork. There is no indication he was ever an employee with the agency, and any other affiliation is unknown.

This disturbing discovery came after Soliman was charged with 16 counts of attempted murder in the first degree and will face the maximum federal sentence, which is life in prison.

Soliman was also found with 14 more Molotov cocktails on his person, along with a makeshift flamethrower. Further reports say that during interviews with police, he said he wanted to “kill all Zionist people,” and “wished they were all dead.”

Additionally, he said that he would “do it again.”

Soliman is currently in jail on a $10 million bond.

FBI investigating ‘targeted terror attack’ in Boulder, Colorado, director says

Police said a male suspect was taken into custody on Sunday after an attack that injured multiple people in Boulder, Colorado, in what the FBI director described as a “targeted” act of terror.

While stressing that the information was “very preliminary,” Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn said that the man was apprehended following calls to the police dispatch of someone with a weapon who was “setting people on fire.”

Redfearn said he wasn’t in a position to identify the suspect yet, noting that he’d been taken to the hospital. He said there were multiple injuries among the victims, ranging “from very serious to more minor.”

The Boulder attack occurred in the vicinity of a walk to remember the Israeli hostages who remain in Gaza.

FBI Director Kash Patel, in a statement, described the incident as a targeted terror attack and said agents were on the scene.

Redfearn, however, said it was too early to speculate about a motive.

“We are not calling it a terror attack at this moment,” he said. “This was a beautiful Sunday afternoon in downtown Boulder on Pearl Street and this act was unacceptable,” he said. “I ask that you join me in thinking about the victims, the families of those victims, and everyone involved in this tragedy.”

Ukraine Doubles Down on Terrorist Attacks, Sabotaging TWO Railway Bridges in Russia’s Bryansk and Kursk Regions – 7 Dead, Over 70 Injured, Including Children

As the peace negotiations unfold, with a second round of talks expected tomorrow (2) in Istanbul, the war in Ukraine continues unabated, with Russian forces advancing not only in the Eastern Donetsk Oblast, but also in northern regions of Sumy and Kharkov.

Just in the last week of offensive operations, Russia has occupied over 18 Ukrainian settlements and about 200 square kilometers, according to German newspaper BILD.

With its frontline formations collapsing in multiple points of the frontline, Ukraine is resorting ever more to asymmetrical tactics – a.k.a. terrorism.

Just three days ago, a suicide bomber blew himself up in Stavropol and killed Russian Major Zaur Aleksandrovich Gurtsiev.

The bomber, who rented a room in the Major building, approached Gurtsiev and detonated explosives in his bag – both men died.

Now if that was not enough, TWO Russian railway bridges were blown up overnight in Russia’s Kursk and Bryansk in sabotage attacks.

The explosions and train derailings left a deadly trail of 7 fatalities and dozens of wounded, mostly civilians and including children – in a move that will most likely prompt severe retaliation by Moscow, in the eve of the June 2 talks in Istanbul.

RT reported:

“On Saturday evening, a bridge fell in front of a moving train in Bryansk Region, killing seven people and injuring 71 others. Several hours later, early on Sunday, a railway bridge collapsed under a moving freight train in Kursk Region, leaving the driver and two of his assistants wounded.”

Palm Springs Bomber Identified, Identifies As ‘Pro-Mortalist’

According to a report, the bomber who destroyed a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California, Saturday has been identified, and he is allegedly 25-year-old Guy Edward Bartkus, who hails from the nearby desert city of Twentynine Palms. One person was killed (many are speculating that it was the bomber, although that hasn’t been officially announced yet), and four were wounded in the explosion that left a 250-yard debris field and could be felt miles away.

According to a 30-minute audiotape he left behind, Bartkus was a “pro-mortalist,” which is a bizarre philosophy that, among other things, decries the fact that we didn’t give our consent to be born.

NO EMBRYOS harmed in Palm Springs fertility clinic bombing, officials reveal deceased suspect’s identity

Federal authorities have identified the man behind the bombing of a Palm Springs fertility clinic, describing the act as terrorism and confirming that no embryos were destroyed in the attack.

The suspect, 25-year-old Guy Edward Bartkus of Twentynine Palms, died in the explosion, which also injured four others. Officials said Bartkus had attempted to livestream the bombing, but the footage did not upload online.

“Make no mistake: This is an intentional act of terrorism,” said Akil Davis, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles field office, during a press conference Sunday evening.

Davis confirmed that Bartkus left behind a series of writings, some of which investigators believe expressed “nihilistic ideations.” According to the Associated Press, the suspect reportedly believed “the world should not be populated.” Authorities are reviewing those materials to better understand his motive.

The bombing occurred Saturday at the American Reproductive Centers, a single-story clinic in an upscale area of Palm Springs. The explosion caused significant damage to the facility, but no patients were present at the time.

One dead after bomb explodes outside reproductive center in Downtown Palm Springs, police say it appears to be an “intentional act of violence”

One person is confirmed dead after an explosion rocked the American Reproductive Centers building on North Indian Canyon Drive near East Tachevah Drive just before 11 a.m. this morning. Regional news outlets have reported several injuries, but so far that has not been confirmed.

Lt. William Hutchinson with the Palm Springs Police Department confirms it was a bomb in or near a vehicle parked at the building.

Palm Springs Police Chief Andy Mills said in a statement, “The blast appears to be an intentional act of violence and the blast field extends for blocks with several buildings damaged-some severely. Mills confirmed the FBI is on scene.

“We’ve got a vehicle that appears to have exploded,” a Palm Springs Police Department official said moments ago. “It appears that we have a deceased person. … (E)verything’s in question whether this is an act of terrorism, or what it is.”

About two hours after the explosion, authorities expanded the safety zone, blocking off more parts of the street using SunLine Transit buses.

Matt Spencer, a resident who lives nearby at Sunset Palms apartment complex, ran outside with his dog Tippy as soon as he heard the explosion and reports he saw human remains and what was left of a car outside the building.

Spencer said he saw what looked like human remains in the middle of the road.

“In front of the building [the car] was blown clear across four lanes into the parking lot of [Desert Regional Medical Center],” Spencer said. “I could see the back of the car still on fire and the rims, that was the only thing that distinguishes it as a car.”

He also saw parts of the frame of a car and its suspension, and that it looked “completely disintegrated.”

Former Member of Michigan Army National Guard Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said Arrested For Plotting Mass Shooting at Military Base on Behalf of ISIS

The Feds arrested former member of Michigan Army National Guard Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said for plotting a mass shooting at a military base in Warren, Michigan.

The DOJ announced that Said, 19, was charged in a criminal complaint with “attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization and distributing information related to a destructive device.”

“According to the complaint, Said informed two undercover law enforcement officers of a plan he had devised and formulated to conduct a mass-shooting at the U.S. Army’s Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM) facility at the Detroit Arsenal in Warren, Michigan. In April 2025, the two undercover officers indicated they intended to carry out Said’s plan at the direction of ISIS. In response, Said provided material assistance to the attack plan, including providing armor-piercing ammunition and magazines for the attack, flying his drone over TACOM to conduct operational reconnaissance, training the undercover employees on firearms and the construction of Molotov cocktails for use during the attack, and planning numerous details of the attack including how to enter TACOM and which building to target,” the DOJ said.

“On May 13 – the scheduled day of the attack – Said was arrested after he traveled to an area near TACOM and launched his drone in support of the attack plan. He will make his initial court appearance today in the Eastern District of Michigan. The U.S. Attorney’s Office will be asking the court to hold Said in pretrial detention because of his danger to the community and the risk that he will flee,” the DOJ said.
