Hakeem Jeffries Just Crossed a Dangerous Line That Can’t Be Uncrossed

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries just fired a warning shot at the entire Trump administration, and it’s the kind of threat that ought to make every American nervous about what Democrats have in mind if they ever claw their way back to power.

This week on Fox News, Trump advisor Stephen Miller reminded ICE agents that the law is on their side.

“To all ICE officers: You have federal immunity in the conduct of your duties. Anybody who lays a hand on you or tries to stop you or tries to obstruct you is committing a felony,” he said. “You have immunity to perform your duties, and no one—no city official, no state official, no illegal alien, no leftist agitator or domestic insurrectionist—can prevent you from fulfilling your legal obligations and duties. And the Department of Justice has made clear that if officials cross that line into obstruction, into criminal conspiracy against the United States or against ICE officers, then they will face justice.”

It was a simple, clear, factual message, informing them that no matter how much the left attacks them, the Trump administration stands with them. But Jeffries was so triggered by Miller’s message that he wrote a response on X, and it was rather chilling.

“To all members of the Trump administration,” Jeffries wrote, “the incitement and engagement in state violence against the American people is a serious crime. Donald Trump will leave office long before the five-year statute of limitations expires. You are hereby put on notice.”

That wasn’t an empty threat; he means it, and it would be a mistake not to believe he was serious. Hakeem Jeffries literally threatened ICE agents and Trump administration officials with future prosecution for doing their jobs and enforcing the law.

H*LL ON EARTH: Minneapolis Rioters DESTROY and LOOT ICE and FBI Vehicles, STEAL Sensitive Documents and Ammunition While Local Cops Do NOTHING

President Trump is at his wits’ end over the complete lawlessness in what was once one of America’s greatest cities, following the latest riot, and is threatening to declare martial law, essentially.

Perhaps the worst violence and anarchy in Minneapolis occurred last night as radical leftists continue to tear the city apart over the presence of ICE and in response to last week’s self-defense shooting of a left-wing protester. Rioters terrorized ICE and FBI agents in just about every way imaginable short of assaulting them, while local cops unsurprisingly let it happen.

Journalist Nick Sortor was on scene covering all of the mayhem.

The evening started badly enough with rioters looting and destroying FBI and ICE vehicles, forcing agents to abandon them.

Trump threatens Minnesota with Insurrection Act if Walz, Frey ‘don’t obey the law and stop professional agitators’

President Donald Trump has threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act against Minnesota in response to anti-ICE riots and violence against federal law enforcement in the state.

“If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don’t obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT, which many Presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to the travesty that is taking place in that once great State,” Trump wrote.

This comes after the January 7 fatal shooting of anti-ICE activist Renee Good after she rammed an ICE agent with her vehicle, and the Wednesday night shooting of a Venezuelan illegal immigrant after he attacked a federal law enforcement agent during an arrest. Both of these shootings occurred in Minneapolis. In the wake of Wednesday’s shooting, rioters damaged ICE vehicles and stole documents and weapons from them. On a livestream, agitators showed documents that revealed personal details of federal law enforcement agents that had been taken from the vehicles.

Israeli media is now admitting the rioters in Iran were armed with Israeli weapons

If, just yesterday, you suggested the riots in Iran were not organic protests, you would have been accused of supporting tyranny. I should know because I was, and yet Israeli media is now admitting to Israel’s role in the violence.

Israel’s Channel 14 is reporting that Israel has been arming the rioters who have been carrying shotguns and pistols and throwing firebombs. Channel 14’s coverage is pro-Netanyahu so this story is likely to have come directly from government sources.

If there was any doubt about the veracity of this story, Mossad has been using its Farsi Twitter account to encourage Iranians to get out onto the streets. And it is bragging about having agents alongside the rioters in the field. Mossad operatives have been shooting Iranian police officers to provoke a violent response against Iranians, and here was you thinking they cared about their liberation…

Federal court reverses release of Columbia Gaza activist Mahmoud Khalil

A federal appeals court has overturned a lower court’s decision that released Gaza activist Mahmoud Khalil from an immigration jail earlier last year. The step brings the federal government a step closer to deporting the activist.

In a 2-1 decision on Thursday, the appeals court did not rule on the removal of Khalil, but said the lower court that released him from immigration jail did not have jurisdiction in the case. “That scheme ensures that petitioners get just one bite at the apple — not zero or two,” the panel wrote, per the AP. “But it also means that some petitioners, like Khalil, will have to wait to seek relief for allegedly unlawful government conduct.”

Khalil, a graduate student at Columbia who was involved with the Gaza encampment that led to agitators in the encampment occupying Hamilton Hall. Khalil was detained in an immigration jail after being detained on March 8 last year. He spent three months in the jail until a judge in New Jersey ruled that his jailing was unconstitutional and ordered his release.

The Trump administration challenged the ruling as the federal judge was not in an immigration court, which usually decides cases for detention of illegal immigrants in the country as well as deportations. It is not clear if federal law enforcement will not seek to detain Khalil after the order from the lower court was overturned by the panel.

The majority opinion from judges Thomas Hardiman and Stephanos Bibas, both appointed by Republicans, wrote, “Our legal system routinely forces petitioners — even those with meritorious claims — to wait to raise their arguments. To be sure, the immigration judge’s order of removal is not yet final; the Board has not affirmed her ruling and has held the parties’ briefing deadlines in abeyance pending this opinion. But if the Board ultimately affirms, Khalil can get meaningful review.”

The reversal on the order comes as an appeals board in the immigration system is looking at an order that has set Khalil up to be deported from the country. The judge in the immigration case said that he could be deported to Algeria, where he is a citizen, or Syria, where he was born in a refugee camp. His attorneys argue he would be in danger if he returned to either country.

Stephen Miller: Feds Have Begun Work Of ‘Identifying, Disrupting And Dismantling The Insurgent Networks’ In Minnesota

Stephen Miller, a top White House official, said Tuesday evening that federal law enforcement now has the resources to protect its officers and begin the work of “identifying, disrupting and dismantling the insurgent networks” hampering Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations in Minnesota.

Miller’s message came after President Trump released a statement on Truth Social earlier Tuesday, saying: “FEAR NOT, GREAT PEOPLE OF MINNESOTA, THE DAY OF RECKONING & RETRIBUTION IS COMING!

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched a large-scale deployment of federal agents to Minneapolis and St. Paul in early January 2026, deploying approximately 2,000 federal agents from ICE, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) under an operation dubbed “Operation Metro Surge.”

President Trump ordered an additional 1,000 CBP agents to deploy to the Twin cities, potentially bringing the total to approximately 3,000 federal personnel there to conduct immigration enforcement operations amidst the violent left-wing insurgency.

Miller delivered an encouraging message to these federal officers during an appearance on Fox News’ Will Cain Show, Tuesday evening:

You have federal immunity in the conduct of your duties. Anybody who lays a hand on you or tries to stop you or tries to obstruct you is committing a felony, he stated. “You have immunity to perform your duties, and no one—no city official, no state official, no illegal alien, no leftist agitator or domestic insurrectionist—can prevent you from fulfilling your legal obligations and duties. The Department of Justice has made clear that if officials cross that line into obstruction, into criminal conspiracy against the United States or against ICE officers, then they will face justice.”

During a later appearance on Fox News’ Ingraham Angle, Miller described the ongoing anti-ICE riots in the Twin Cities as “a sophisticated insurgency,” and “domestic terrorism.”

Dems ‘peaceful protest’ narrative just exploded all over their smug faces…

Whenever the radical, violent left floods the streets, blocks law enforcement, and turns cities into full-blown chaos zones, we’re told it’s all very peaceful. Ignoring your lying eyes, folks. The truth is, those people running over law enforcement are just kind-hearted protesters, loving activists, and just old-fashioned Americans exercising their rights. And if anything does end up going sideways, the media and Dems assure us it’s because ICE, or police, or some other enforcement arm is the real villain of the story. Not those precious protesters.

Of course, nobody with any sense believes that hooey, and the lie totally falls apart as soon as the cameras show up… and that’s what happened last night in Minneapolis, the epicenter of all things chaotic and “anti-ICE.”

Here’s an example of this fake news media push, featuring none other than the infamous brother-lover Ilhan Omar.

Anti-ICE protester blinded by federal agent during demonstration in Santa Ana, family says

A young protester narrowly avoided being killed but was left permanently blind after a Department of Homeland Security agent fired a nonlethal round at close range during a Santa Ana protest last week, according to family of the victim.

Jeri Rees said her 21-year-old nephew, Kaden Rummler, underwent six hours of surgery and that doctors found shards of plastic, glass and metal embedded in his eyes and around his face, including a metal piece lodged 7 millimeters from a carotid artery.

“That could have cost him his life,” Rees said.

“But now, for the next six weeks, he can’t sneeze or cough because it could do a lot of damage.”

She said doctors did not want to remove the shrapnel near the artery out of fear that it could kill him. She said her nephew also suffered a fractured skull around his eyes and nose and that doctors said he had permanently lost the vision in his left eye. She said the Homeland Security agent was a few feet from her nephew when he fired the weapon.

Several videos of Friday’s incident were shared on social media. One video shows demonstrators, who were protesting the fatal shooting in Minnesota of Renee Good, throwing orange safety cones at the agents, who were standing guard outside the Santa Ana federal building.

The video cuts to three agents approaching the group before one agent tries to take a young person into custody, prompting at least three demonstrators to try to intervene. The person taken into custody was identified by friends as Skye Jones.

In the video, at least one agent appears to fire nonlethal rounds at the crowd, hitting one woman in the leg before aiming and striking Rummler’s face.

The video shows Rummler dropping to the ground after being shot, holding his face as the crowd retreats. The same agent then drags him by the hood of their jacket; they appear to be choking, grasping at the jacket binding their neck as blood pours from their left eye.

Another video shows Rummler inside the building, lying on the ground bleeding while agents fire what appear to be pepper balls at the back of the head and neck of a man trying to record the incident with his cellphone.

Rees said her nephew told her that the agents pressed his face against the pool of blood and did not immediately call paramedics.

“The other officers were mocking him, saying, ‘You’re going to lose your eye,’” she said, recalling what her nephew told her.

Friday’s violent clash occurred just two days after a federal immigration agent fatally shot Good, a Minnesota mother of three. The slaying sparked public outcry, nationwide protests and scrutiny of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, who said the agent was acting in self-defense.

Dem Rep. Vindman: ‘Irony’ with Iranians Protesting, ‘What We See with ICE’ in U.S.

On Tuesday’s broadcast of “CNN News Central,” Rep. Eugene Vindman (D-VA) said that the United States should “support the Iranian people in their struggle for freedom and independence.” And the Iranian people are “protesting, largely peacefully, on the streets, and they’re being attacked and murdered. And I think there’s an irony, obviously, in what we see with ICE on America’s streets.”

Vindman said, “Well, first of all, I think we all recognize that the Iranian regime is an authoritarian regime that is suppressing its people. And I recognize that in my own family experience, we fled from a Communist authoritarian regime, and we need to support the Iranian people in their struggle for freedom and independence. They’re protesting, largely peacefully, on the streets, and they’re being attacked and murdered. And I think there’s an irony, obviously, in what we see with ICE on America’s streets.”

He continued, “But just to stay focused on Iran, I think it means putting enormous pressure on the regime so they recognize that suppressing their own population through violence is not going to work.”

Antifa TikTok Agitator Urges Armed Leftist Militias to ‘Fight’ ICE Agents

Radical TikTok agitator Danesh Noshirvan has crossed a dangerous line.

The Antifa-aligned mega influencer is now openly calling for organized, armed left-wing militias to confront ICE agents and federal law enforcement in America’s largest cities.

Framing ICE as “Trump’s racist army,” Noshirvan urges followers to physically block agents and force them out of communities. The rhetoric is not abstract. It is operational. It is coordinated.

And it comes from a figure already tied to dark-money networks, digital harassment mobs, perjury, and federal sanctions.

This is not protest. It is incitement—packaged as “accountability,” powered by bots, and aimed at igniting street-level conflict.
