Germany: Migrants Committed Nearly 3 Million Crimes Since Merkel Opened Borders

Since former Chancellor Angela Merkel opened the gates of Europe to mass migration in 2015, immigrants in Germany have committed at least 2.8 million crimes, according to police statistics.

Responding to a parliamentary question from the populist anti-mass migration Alternative for Germany (AfD) party in the Bundestag, the government has disclosed official Police Crime Statistics demonstrating that migrants are overrepresented in criminality.

According to the NIUS news outlet, a total of 2,802,915 criminal cases involved an immigrant in Germany from when Merkel opened the borders in 2015 to 2024. When including immigration offences, this figure rises to over 5.1 million crimes.

The true scale of immigration’s impact on crime in Germany is likely to be much greater, however, given that the statistics do not include permanent residents or migrants who have obtained German citizenship.

Nevertheless, the stats revealed that the number of violent crimes committed by immigrants has risen sharply over the decade, with 12,512 being committed in 2015 to 26,329 in 2024. In total, 218,247 cases were recorded, meaning that immigrants accounted for around 33.8 per cent of violent crimes, despite immigrants only accounting for around 20 per cent of the population.

Sen. Tom Cotton Urges DHS Audit of High-Risk Biden-Era Visas After Arrest of Alleged Hamas Terrorist

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), the Senate Republican Conference chair and a senior member of the Armed Services Committee, called on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to audit every visa approved under the Biden administration for applicants from high-risk countries, warning that Biden’s vetting policy “allowed dangerous individuals tied to terrorist groups to enter the United States.”

In a letter sent Wednesday to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Cotton urged a full review of all visas granted since 2021 from what he called “high-risk regions,” following the indictment of Mahmoud Amin Ya’qub Al-Muhtadi — a 33-year-old Gazan national living in Louisiana, accused of taking part in the October 7 Hamas-led massacre in southern Israel before entering the United States on a fraudulent visa.

Cotton wrote in the letter that the case “highlighted the extreme danger posed by the previous administration’s policies,” referencing Justice Department filings that identify Al-Muhtadi as a Hamas operative tied to the assault.

He detailed how Al-Muhtadi “applied for a visa through the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, falsely denying his paramilitary training and terrorist affiliations.”

“Despite blatant evidence of these activities on his social media,” Cotton added, “the Biden administration approved his application, granting him legal permanent resident status and entry into the United States.”

The letter stated that the vetting process “overlooked easily accessible evidence of his terrorist ties.”

The Arkansas senator warned that the incident underscores a broader failure in the system.

“Since October 7, 2023, thousands of visa applications from Palestinians have been processed through Egypt, often without adequate review of digital footprints or terrorist watchlist cross-checks,” he wrote — cautioning that such lapses could mean other terrorists have already entered the country under Biden-era approvals.

Cotton called on DHS to “conduct an audit of all visas issued through high-risk countries since 2021, prioritizing potential affiliations with Hamas or other designated terrorist groups,” and to “implement enhanced social media monitoring for visa applicants from high-risk regions” along with “mandatory real-time FBI watchlist checks to ensure no terrorist slips through undetected.”

He concluded with a blunt warning: “The safety of Arkansans and all Americans depends on reversing the damage done by Biden’s open border policy.”

According to federal filings, investigators say geolocation data placed Al-Muhtadi’s phone near Kibbutz Kfar Aza during the October 7 attack, and his social media featured photos of him undergoing weapons training and wearing terrorist insignia.

Records show he arrived at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on September 12, 2024, and later lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma, before relocating to Lafayette, Louisiana, where he was arrested.

He faces charges of providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization and making false statements in the immigration process, and remains in custody pending proceedings.

Virginia Democrat Donor Shouts Racist Slurs at Winsome Earle-Sears — at His Son’s Football Game

Can you imagine letting your hate consume you so much that you would shout something racist at a politician you don’t agree with — and potentially embarrass your son at his football game? That didn’t bother Scott Pogorelc.

At the James Madison University football game on Saturday, Pogorelc shouted at Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears (R-Va.), who is the GOP nominee in Virginia’s race for governor, to “Go back to Haiti” and called her a “traitor.” And someone caught the racist dolt on camera.

Classy, amirite? For the record, Earle-Sears was born in Jamaica, not Haiti, and she’s an American citizen.

Pogorelc is also the father of one of JMU’s players. His son is a senior offensive lineman, and regardless of his politics, I can’t help but think that James Pogorelc might think that his dad is embarrassing.

Foreign Interference? Leftist Groups Try To Nuke Voter Citizenship Rule Supported By 83% Of Americans

More than eight in 10 Americans support policies that would require documented proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in U.S. elections, according to a Gallup poll conducted just two weeks before the 2024 presidential election. But a well-funded campaign by leftist “voter rights” groups is lobbying hard to mute the voices of the 83 percent.

The Election Assistance Commission’s comment period on a petition asking the agency to require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote is in its final hours. Comments are due by the end of Monday. Visit the federal rulemaking portal here to comment.

Stacking the Deck

In July, America First Legal Foundation submitted a petition asking the EAC to amend the federal voter registration form to require documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections. The National Voter Registration Act requires states to “accept and use the mail voter registration form prescribed . . . for the registration of voters in elections for Federal office.” The commission is empowered to “require . . . information . . . necessary to enable the appropriate State election official to assess the eligibility of the applicant and to administer voter registration and other parts of the election process.”

But leftist organizations like the League of Women Voters are rallying their troops to oppose the requested changes. Sources tracking comments in recent weeks tell The Federalist that liberal groups have ginned up a flood of comments opposed to the petition, some coming from dozens of foreign countries.

“Urge the EAC not to require documentary proof of citizenship,” the League’s website begs. Like its election integrity denier compatriots, the League hyperbolically insists that requiring proof of citizenship to vote “creates unnecessary barriers for many eligible voters.” It doesn’t.

‘Loopholes and an Honor System’

And the “nonpartisan” League leans on the left’s usual faulty talking point, asserting that “it’s already illegal for noncitizens to vote.” The current form is nothing more than an honor system, asking registrants to attest that they are a “citizen of the United States of America.” Few get caught because enforcement isn’t a priority. Even when they do, it’s impossible to track the illegal vote — as was the case when a foreign national from China allegedly voted illegally at the University of Michigan in last year’s presidential election.

As America First Legal noted in the petition, noncitizens voting in U.S. elections is not a hypothetical issue.

“America First Legal will not stand by while our elections are undermined by loopholes and an ‘honor system’ that invites fraud. The right to vote is the sacred privilege of American citizens — period,” the petition asserts. “We are demanding that the EAC fulfill its duty to the American people by requiring real, documentary proof of citizenship to register for federal elections. Anything less is an open invitation for illegal voting and a betrayal of our democracy.”

State Dept Revokes Visas of Foreigners Who Celebrated Charlie Kirk’s Murder, Says They ‘Wish Death on Americans’

The State Department has started revoking visas for foreigners found to have celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk.

Following Kirk’s brutal assassination during a speaking event at Utah Valley University last month, many leftists took to social media to celebrate his death.

Some of those individuals happened to be guests in the United States.

In a post on the X platform, the State Department said it had “no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans.”

“The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk,” the department wrote.

The post then went on to provide the following examples:

— An Argentine national said Kirk “devoted his entire life spreading racist, xenophobic, misogynistic rhetoric” and “deserves to burn in hell.”

— A South African mocked Americans mourning him, writing that “they’re hurt that the racist rally ended in attempted martyrdom” and that Kirk “was used to astroturf a movement of white nationalist trailer trash.”

— A Mexican claimed Kirk “died being a racist, he died being a misogynist,” adding, “there are people who deserve to die. There are people who would make the world better off dead.”

— A Brazilian said “Charlie Kirk was the reason for a Nazi rally where they marched in homage to him” and that he “DIED TOO LATE.”

— A German tweeted, “When fascists die, Democrats don’t complain.”

— A Paraguayan wrote, “Charlie Kirk was a son of a b**** and he died by his own rules.”

Each message was followed by the same line: “Visa revoked.”

100+ unqualified immigrants were hired as corrections officers in Washington jails, whistleblower claims

An anonymous whistleblower claimed that a Washington corrections department illegally hired unqualified immigrants as corrections officers.

According to Fox News Digital, the individual wrote to the Criminal Justice Training Commission in August, stating that the King County Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention violated a state statute that requires all peace officers and corrections officers to be United States citizens, lawful permanent residents, or recipients of deferred action for childhood arrivals.

“It has come to my attention, that, over the past several years, the King County DAJD has knowingly hired individuals as corrections officers who do not meet these legal requirements,” the letter to the commission read.

The whistleblower claimed that in some instances, individuals with temporary work visas or expired work authorization were hired to guard detention centers.

“This practice not only undermines the integrity of Washington’s criminal justice system but also presents significant legal and security concerns,” the whistleblower remarked, urging the commission to investigate the claims promptly.

Top immigration official warns naturalization fraudsters could be stripped of citizenship

After a joint operation by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) found “mass patterns” of marriage and other immigration fraud in Minneapolis, the agency’s director says denaturalization and prosecutions are on the table.

Operation Twin Shield, which was conducted by USCIS in coordination with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the FBI in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, flagged over 1,000 cases suspected of involving “fraud or ineligibility indicators,” the agency shared in an after-action announcement.

The agency reviewed applications for immigration benefits, including marriage and family-based petitions, employment authorizations, and certain parole-related requests, the agency said. Of the cases reviewed, the agency found “evidence of fraud, non-compliance, or public safety or national security concerns” in 275 cases.

Widespread fraud in immigration landscape

“So we went, and our plan was to start getting some resources together to go after marriage fraud. What we did over the course of about two weeks—it was a joint operation with us and ICE, CBP, DEA, FBI, all were involved—we were able to find mass patterns of not only marriage fraud, naturalization fraud, we found fraud within the OPT, the optional practical training process, [and] we found it within H-1Bs,” USCIS Director Joseph Edlow told the “Just the News, No Noise TV show.

“Now we’re taking all that information back. We’re going through it, seeing what applications need to be reopened, what benefits need to be denied. And I’m working with the US Attorney out there to start sending a couple cases for prosecution, hopefully, many cases for prosecution,” Edlow added.

The director said that a denaturalization process is possible for certain cases if they meet the criteria.

“[We] do have processes both for civil and criminal denaturalization. It’s something that’s on the books, so we can do it. There are some criteria that have to be met in terms of what was the fraud? Was the fraud part of their scheme to ultimately get naturalization? Was it committed before or after they got naturalization? So there’s a lot of different factors that play a role here,” said Edlow.

Migrants Taking £10 Billion Per Year in Direct Welfare Benefits in Britain: Report

The British taxpayer is funding over £10 billion in direct welfare subsidies to migrants, who now account for one in six pounds sterling spent on universal credit, a report has found.

According to internal government data seen by London’s Daily Telegraph, £10.1 billion of the annual £61.2 billion spent on the universal credit scheme for those out of work, on low incomes, or those struggling with living costs was paid to foreigners living in Britain last year.

The figures, released under Freedom of Information Act requests, mean that one sixth of all direct welfare spending was given to foreigners or 16.5 per cent of the Universal Credit budget.

According to the broadsheet, this represented a significant increase over previous years, with £6.3 billion being spent on foreigners in 2022 and £7.9 billion in 2023.

The actual cost of the mass migration agenda is not even fully demonstrated by the figures; however, given that the data set does not include migrants who have been awarded citizenship, or indeed second-generation migrants.

The Universal Credit scheme also represents only one avenue through which foreigners can benefit from state subsidies, with the money spent on education and healthcare for migrants being counted separately.

Taliban Sells £40 Fake Death Threats for Asylum Seekers to UK

Fake death threat letters produced by the Taliban are being used to dupe the Home Office in asylum applications for Afghan migrants. The Telegraph has the story.

Telegraph investigation can reveal how corrupt officials in Afghanistan produce government letters threatening to kill asylum seekers. The letters are then used as evidence in asylum applications.

To demonstrate how easily such documents can be obtained, an undercover Telegraph reporter paid Taliban officials £40 to produce three fake letters from different regional offices on official headed paper, signed by local administrators.

The letters can be published in full, but have been redacted to protect sources.

They include warnings that the Taliban will “deliver justice upon you” — shorthand for execution — for co-operating with the “evil government of England”.

One letter says: “The mujahideen monitor all your activity on social media and will deliver justice when they see you. God will be pleased and you will be freed from this shameful life.”

The practice of purchasing fake letters raises fresh questions about the integrity of the asylum system and whether genuine refugees are being disadvantaged by forgeries.

Multiple migrants housed in Home Office hotels and Taliban officials in Afghanistan told the Telegraph that the use of fake letters is widespread.

In one case, a rejected asylum seeker said they submitted a fake letter in an appeal as evidence of facing danger in Afghanistan.

The new application was then approved, although it is not clear if the letter was the only piece of evidence that judges took into account.

First-cousin marriage linked to terrorist financing, money laundering and people trafficking, experts warn

The storm over first-cousin marriage deepened last night after experts linked it to terrorist financing, money laundering and people trafficking.

Tories called for the marriages to be banned after The Mail on Sunday revealed last month that NHS guidance promotes their ‘benefits’ despite an associated increase in birth defects.

The marriages are also connected to unregulated, untraceable ‘hawala’ financing – a way of transferring money worldwide that depends on family ties and doesn’t leave a paper trace.

To make a transfer using hawala, someone deposits cash in one country with a password.

The same amount can be withdrawn abroad using the password via a trusted middleman in both countries. It does not require physical movement of cash.

The National Crime Agency says risks of money laundering and terror financing under this system are high.

It says Hezbollah has received billions through the system and Isis depends on it.

British funds have reached terrorist cells in Somalia and Syria, adds the crime agency.

Government investigators believe hawala is being used to launder at least £2billion every year in the UK.

Academic Dr Patrick Nash says because cousin marriages are typically made with foreign relatives, they are more likely to import hawala to the UK, as well as needing to transfer money abroad to family.

He says: ‘Labour must act swiftly to ban cousin marriage and hawala or be complicit in terrorist atrocities.’

Since being cut off from financial markets by the US, Iran has become adept at using hawala to transfer British funds to prop up terrorist regimes in the Middle East.

The National Crime Agency has also found that hundreds of millions of pounds a year is being channelled through hawala to smuggle migrants and potential terrorists into Britain.

Documents have been unearthed showing Government ministers, tax authorities and law enforcement officials promoting the hawala network.

In one case they show how families can use hawala to pay people-smugglers to help to cross the Channel.
