Dem Governor Vows To Arrest Federal Agents, Setting Up Constitutional Crisis: ‘They Will Be Held Accountable

Oregon Governor Tina Kotek and state Attorney General Dan Rayfield have vowed that they will start arresting federal agents for conducting lawful deportation operations in the state, as well as responding to sustained unrest in the state’s most populous city of Portland.

In a video statement posted to Instagram, Kotek accused the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of carrying out “violent actions” and “stoking fear in the name of immigration enforcement.”

“I believe, as you do, in the rule of law and keeping our communities safe. We also believe in being a welcoming place where our immigrant and refugee communities help our state thrive. The ongoing violent actions of the Federal Department of Homeland Security are unacceptable, going after Oregonians and stoking fear in the name of immigration enforcement.”

She went on to suggest that the state will be pursing criminal charges against federal agents.

“No government agency is above the law. I fully support the AG and local DAs who have put the federal government on notice. Oregon is monitoring all ICE actions closely. We will investigate misconduct, and if a federal officer breaks Oregon law, they will be held accountable, just like anyone else,” the governor continued. “I will not tolerate reckless or unconstitutional behavior in our state. While ICE activity has seen an uptick in recent weeks, so has the commitment of Oregonians to show up for each other, taking care of their neighbors, and standing up when they see something that isn’t right.”

Kotek’s comments come after Rayfield, along with Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas County District Attorneys Nathan Vasquez, Kevin Barton, and John Wentworth, issued a joint letter on November 25, 2025, to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. The letter serves as “formal notice” of monitoring and potential state-level prosecutions for actions described as “excessive force during arrests” or “protest policing.”

In the letter, Rayfield claims that several Oregon residents have filed complaints about “excessive force.” It demands an immediate halt to “unlawful and reckless actions,” improved training, coordination with local law enforcement, investigation of complaints, and full cooperation with state probes.

“The Oregon Department of Justice and the three District Attorneys’ Offices are actively monitoring federal conduct and will investigate any case where a federal officer appears to be acting outside the reasonable scope of their duties.”

Democrat Oregon Governor Posts Video Vowing to Prosecute Federal Agents Enforcing Immigration Laws – Echoing State AG’s Radical Threats

Democrat Oregon Governor Tina Kotek has publicly threatened to investigate and prosecute federal agents who enforce U.S. immigration laws, claiming such actions could violate state statutes.

This comes just days after the state’s Democrat Attorney General issued similar warnings, signaling a coordinated effort by Oregon liberals to obstruct national border enforcement under the Trump administration.

Kotek, in a video posted to Instagram, blasted the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for what she called “violent actions” and “stoking fear in the name of ‘immigration enforcement.’”

“I believe as you do, in the rule of law and keeping our community safe,” Kotek said. “We also believe in being a welcoming place, where our immigrant and refugee community help our state thrive. The ongoing violent actions of the federal Department of Homeland Security are unacceptable — going after Oregonians, and stoking fear in the name of ‘immigration enforcement.’”

The governor declared, “Oregon is monitoring all ICE actions closely. We will investigate misconduct, and if a federal officer breaks Oregon law, they will be held accountable — just like anyone else. I will not tolerate reckless, or unconstitutional behavior in our state.”

The governor accused federal agents of using “excessive force, reckless tactics” that endanger bystanders and local law enforcement, insisting this is “not how public safety works.”

Retarded Gov. Tim Walz Dodges Accountability for His Somali Illegals Committing Fraud in Minnesota, Says Minnesota Just “Attracts Criminals” – “But to Demonize an Entire Community on the Actions of a Few, It’s Lazy!”

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz on Sunday responded to revelations that more than $1 billion in federal COVID funds have been stolen by Somali Immigrants in Minnesota, dodging responsibility, touting his state’s generosity, and attempting to deflect blame from Somali aliens defrauding taxpayers.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, 70 members of the Somali community in Minnesota were involved in stealing $250 million in COVID funds that were intended to feed children. Millions of dollars were stolen from American taxpayers and sent overseas to Somalia, and 80% of the money has not been recovered.

Seven defendants were tried in connection with the scheme on charges related to stealing more than $40 million in taxpayer funds, and five were found guilty. However, the FBI is still investigating an attempt by a Somali woman to bribe one of the jurors with $120,000 in cash.

But the fraud goes deeper, with multiple schemes like this over the last five years.

Per the New York Times, “Federal prosecutors say that 59 people have been convicted in those schemes so far, and that more than $1 billion in taxpayers’ money has been stolen in three plots they are investigating.”

Surprisingly, far-left NBC host Kristen Welker actually pressed him with a tough question, asking whether he takes responsibility for not stopping the fraud, which amounts to “more than Minnesota spends each year to run its Department of Corrections.”

And Walz gave a bizarre answer, championing his policies that “attract criminals.”

“We’re doing everything we can, but to demonize an entire community on the actions of a few, it’s lazy!” he added.

The promotion, announced on social media, encourages participants to submit evidence, such as photos, videos, and details, for verification to claim their reward.

Old State Saloon added that it “may award multiple months to one person if multiple illegals are deported.”

Additionally, illegal aliens who self-deport will be eligible for one free beer before they go.

“Any illegal who’d like to self deport may have one free beer before ICE responds to Old State Saloon to pick you up,” the bar posted on X.

Guess What This IL College Will Do to Students Who Follow Federal Law

This seems like a straight-up violation of the First Amendment and obstruction of federal laws.

The College of DuPage in Illinois is warning students that they will be punished if they report illegal alien students to authorities.

Here’s the highlighted portions of the text:

Will COD Police help ICE officers to apprehend and remove individuals from campus?

No, Illinois law prohibits COD Police from assisting federal agents in immigration enforcement. COD Police do not ask about immigration status, nor will they make arrests based solely on immigration status

Can a student be disciplined for calling immigration authorities on another student?

Yes, calling immigration authorities on another student could violate the COD Student Code of Conduct if the action is done with the intent to harass, discriminate, or retaliate against the other student.

The Department of Education and ICE might want to look into the College of DuPage for interfering with federal law enforcement. Blocking the school from receiving federal financial aid and tax dollars would be a great punishment for this blatant abuse.

U.S. Treasury to Seize Remittances Sent Abroad by Illegal Migrants — Transfers Over $2,000 Will Be Flagged as Suspicious

The Treasury Department is planning to escalate its crackdown on illegal immigration by seizing their remittances.

In a statement on Friday, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FCEN) said that it would flag all transactions greater than $2,000 as suspicious.

They wrote in a press release:

Today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is issuing an Alert as part of Treasury’s effort to prevent the exploitation of the U.S. financial system by illegal aliens in the United States seeking to move illicitly obtained funds.

Annually over the past several years, the United States has witnessed a significant volume of cross-border funds transfers, including remittances from individuals located in the United States, and has taken multiple steps this year to highlight risks presented by cross-border financial activity.

This Alert is consistent with Executive Order 14159, Protecting the American People Against Invasion.

Money services businesses (MSBs) are generally required to file a suspicious activity report for a transaction that involves at least $2,000 and that the MSBs know, suspect, or have reason to suspect is relevant to a possible violation of law or regulation.

This includes the cross-border transfer of funds derived from unlawful employment or otherwise derived from funds the MSB knows, suspects, or has reason to suspect were illicitly obtained in the United States.

“Money services businesses should be vigilant in identifying suspicious financial activity involving illegal aliens who present significant threats to national security and public safety,” said Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence John K. Hurley.

“At Treasury, we will continue to protect the American people by faithfully upholding the laws of the United States.”

The announcement comes as the Trump administration seeks to step up its efforts in deporting those residing in the U.S illegally, days after an Afghan national shot and killed two national guardsmen in Washington D.C.

Treasury Working to Cut Benefits and Money Transfers for Illegal Aliens: ‘There’s No Place for You in Our Financial System’

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced on Friday that the Trump administration is moving aggressively to deny federal tax benefits and suspicious money transfers for illegal aliens.

Bessent, acting under direct orders from President Donald Trump, said that the crackdown on illegals exploiting America will include banning them from the Earned Income Tax Credit, the Additional Child Tax Credit, the American Opportunity Tax Credit, and the Saver’s Match Credit.

“At @POTUS @realDonaldTrump’s direction, we are working to cut off federal benefits to illegal aliens and preserve them for U.S. citizens,” Bessent wrote in a post on X.

Bessent added that the Treasury will “issue proposed regulations clarifying that the refunded portions of certain individual income tax benefits are no longer available to illegal and other non-qualified aliens, covering the Earned Income Tax Credit, the Additional Child Tax Credit, the American Opportunity Tax Credit, and the Saver’s Match Credit.”

Democrats Sue Over Cut to SNAP Benefits for Non-Citizens and Illegals

Nearly half of all households with noncitizen parents are accessing federal benefits, a category that includes both legal and illegal immigrants. The Trump administration is trying to end these programs, but Democrats are pushing back.

Democratic attorneys general from 21 states and Washington, D.C., have filed a federal lawsuit challenging new USDA guidance that they say unlawfully restricts legal immigrants’ access to SNAP benefits. The lawsuit, filed in Eugene, Oregon, argues that USDA misinterpreted President Trump’s July tax-and-spending law, which narrowed eligibility for some immigrants but still allows green-card holders to apply for food aid after a five-year waiting period.

State officials say the guidance issued on October 31 went beyond the statute by declaring lawful permanent residents who previously held refugee, asylum, or humanitarian parole status permanently ineligible for SNAP. They contend the law allows these groups to receive benefits once they adjust to permanent resident status and meet standard program requirements.

The attorneys general are asking the court to block the guidance, saying it reverses long-standing policy without a reasoned explanation and violates administrative law. They warn that states could face severe financial penalties for noncompliance, with some suggesting that their SNAP programs could be forced to shut down. They also note that USDA did not provide the required 120-day transition period, leaving states to overhaul eligibility systems immediately.

A White House spokesperson said the administration is committed to ensuring that illegal aliens do not receive benefits intended for citizens. SNAP, which serves about 42 million low-income Americans, has been at the center of several legal disputes in recent years, including battles following the lapse in benefits during the recent government shutdown. According to USDA data, refugees made up roughly 1 percent of SNAP recipients in 2023, while other non-citizens, including lawful permanent residents, accounted for about 3 percent.

However, those USDA claims severely undercut the actual number of noncitizens receiving SNAP and other benefits. USDA data from fiscal year 2022 shows that 1.465 million noncitizens received SNAP benefits, with an additional 2.2 million children living in households with noncitizens also participating in the program. These recipients include lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, individuals granted stays of deportation, and others. They collected a total of $4.2 billion in benefits. USDA notes that illegal aliens are not eligible for SNAP but may reside in households where other family members qualify.

Behold: Biden’s Airport Betrayal Bombshell…

A scathing Senate report has unmasked the Biden administration’s deliberate push to repurpose at least 11 U.S. airports as shelters and processing hubs for illegal immigrants—ignoring dire warnings of risks to American travellers and aviation security.

The exposé reveals federal agencies were “directed to find airport facilities that could be used as shelters or migrant processing centers,” branding it a “betrayal of historic proportion” that turned terminals into migrant camps.

The policy has now, of course, completely vanished under Trump, begging the question: How did they ever deem this sustainable amid endless border surges?

The findings stem from a Senate Commerce Committee investigation led by Chairman Ted Cruz (R-TX), launched in August 2024 to scrutinize Biden-Harris “security lapses in vetting and screening illegal aliens at airports.”

Everything is Bigger in Texas – Even the Illegal Alien Developments

Colony Ridge Plays Texas-Sized Role in Primary for one of GOP’s Top Midterm Pickup Opportunities

While the old adage “everything is bigger in Texas” is typically a point of pride for Texans, in the case of Colony Ridge (believed to be the largest illegal alien settlement in the U.S.), it is a generational wound that must be tackled as aggressively as President Trump’s successful efforts to close the border that the Biden administration illegally opened.

An American Nightmare. The epicenter for masses of illegal aliens isn’t along the Texas- Mexico border, it is a sprawling 33,000-acre development just north of Houston (equivalent in size to Washington D.C.) that has grown exponentially over the last ten years by targeting illegal aliens through promises of cheap, ready to build land and financing without proof of citizenship or income.[1] These efforts have been so “successful” that Colony Ridge is now believed to be the fastest growing community in Texas[2] and the fastest growing Hispanic community in the United States[3] with a population estimated to be at ~80,000.[4]

Deportation Operations. Over 110 illegal aliens were arrested by the Trump Administration this past February in a combined operation with DPS troopers, ICE and Homeland Security Investigations.[5] ICE confirmed the charges and convictions for those arrested include criminal sexual conduct, homicide, theft, negligent manslaughter, child sexual abuse, crimes of moral turpitude, weapons offenses and drug offenses.[6] Unfortunately, these efforts are just the tip of the iceberg for an enclave that spans 60-miles and is severely under policed by any measure. The true number of illegal aliens and criminal activity remains largely unknown as there is limited to no reliable data.

Colony Ridge & the Race for TX-09.  As the midterm election season heats up, political pundits on both sides agree that the Trump Administration’s immigration mandate and mass deportation agenda will be on the ballot, not just next November but in both parties’ primary elections. Nowhere else will the issue be more prominent than in Texas’s newly redrawn ninth congressional district, which is home to Colony Ridge.

In a crowded GOP primary, candidates have attempted to stake out their claim as the best choice to work with the Trump Administration on border security issues. One candidate may have an uphill climb however. Republican State Representative Briscoe Cain took campaign cash from Colony Ridge developers not once but on two separate occasions. Cain also recently accepted a $3,500 contribution for his Congressional campaign from developer Daniel Signorelli, whose company has touted its work building homes in Colony Ridge[7]. Then, in an interview with local radio station KTRH Cain offered an awkward yet full-throated defense for selling out MAGA for a couple contributions to his reelection effort. Worse yet, Cain is even on record as calling the Colony Ridge project the “American Dream.”

The issue is proving to be a lightning rod in the contest and Cain’s opponent, combat veteran Alex Mealer, is pulling no punches. Mealer is referring to Colony Ridge as the “American Nightmare” after releasing an ad with Houston legend Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale calling Briscoe Cain “unfit to server” for his failure on the Colony Ridge issue.
