Quiet Amnesty: How the Biden-Harris Administration Uses the Nation’s Immigration Courts to Advance an Open-Borders Agenda

 Today, the House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement released an interim report titled “Quiet Amnesty: How the Biden-Harris Administration Uses the Nation’s Immigration Courts to Advance An Open-Borders Agenda.” The report details how the Biden-Harris Administration has exploited immigration court proceedings, allowing nearly 1 million illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. indefinitely.

Through administrative maneuvering, the Biden-Harris Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security have caused the immigration court backlog to skyrocket, adding over 3.7 million new cases since fiscal year 2021. In the first three quarters of fiscal year 2024 alone, the immigration courts saw more than 1.5 million new cases filed. Most of these cases are based on claims that ultimately prove unsuccessful. In fiscal year 2023, only 14 percent of adjudicated asylum cases resulted in grants, while the rest were denied, abandoned, dismissed, terminated, or administratively closed. Under the Biden-Harris Administration, over 700,000 illegal aliens have had their cases dismissed, terminated, or administratively closed, and the pace of these actions has increased each year, allowing those aliens to stay in the country indefinitely without facing immigration consequences.

Western governments despise their own citizens

Increasingly, Western governments want their subjects citizens to be utterly compliant—and pliant—little state-loving automatons. Or they will threaten to incarcerate you in favor of illegal aliens, who they know are indebted to them…and ergo almost certain to vote for them in the next election.

This is certainly the case in formerly jolly old England. It is what Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are now, as well. And America is racing in the same direction. This will be America, too, after November 5th—or seventh—or ninth—or 20th—or whenever Democrats have conjured up enough votes to steal a second consecutive election from Donald Trump. And, at that moment, it will be game over, evil wins.

Thank God our founders were much less tolerant than we are or the past 248 years would have been much different for everyone on earth. They refused to put up with what they considered an excessive tax on tea, and taxation without representation in general. We are yet putting up with the forced genital mutilation of our children, the denial of objective truths, the attack on Christianity and tradition, the massive influx of illegal aliens who are “granted” more rights than citizens are, and the attempted incarceration and assassinations of our current government’s political enemies. Oh, and we also have taxation without representation, as most citizens are vehemently opposed to the aforementioned agenda and “policies.”

As conservatives, we have no logical alternative but to accept that our own governments detest us. Like many other truths, this is not an easy pill to swallow. But it is the truth, and it is therefore necessary that we do so.

Massive migrant caravan heads to US southern border ahead of election

Acaravan of approximately 2,000 migrants was spotted traveling on Sunday to the United States’ border with Mexico ahead of next month’s presidential election.

Both presidential candidates have pushed for tougher security at the country’s southern border, after a record 10 million illegal immigrants crossed into the country during the Biden administration. Vice President Kamala Harris recently claimed that people who were caught crossing into the country illegally would be deported and barred from re-entry for five years, per CBS Austin.

The caravan included migrants who were fleeing from Venezuela, Haiti, Honduras, and parts of Africa, according to the Daily Wire. The caravan departed the city of Tapachula in Mexico on Sunday, which is on the country’s southern border with Guatemala. 

Some of the migrants claimed they were making the trek now because of fears that a new administration would make it harder to get into the United States, including by ending immigration appointments through the CBP One app.

In Logansport, Indiana, kids are being pushed out of schools after migrants swelled county’s population by 30%: ‘Everybody else is falling behind’

Thousands of migrants from Haiti and dozens of other countries have arrived in this isolated Indiana city of 18,000 in just a few years.

Furious residents say they no longer feel safe in the once-sleepy downtown, and their kids are being muscled out of the schools by new students who don’t know English and need a lot of help.

They blame Vice President Kamala Harris and President Biden.

“Do something. Our community cannot withstand this many people being here,” Candice Espinoza, 32, a local photographer, told The Post when asked what her message would be to the Democratic presidential candidate.

Nancy Baker, 44, a mother of two, was more blunt about what she would tell Harris: “Get off my property.”

“I don’t see how she can stand behind Biden the whole time and she keeps deflecting anytime they ask questions.”

The migrant industrial complex constructs huge new structures in southern Mexico for moving migrants north -report

The Center for Immigration Studies’ Todd Bensman, who’s done groundbreaking reporting on the border surge, has been in southern Mexico documenting what is going on there and in Central America as the election battles out in the U.S.

This, despite his earlier reporting that migrants are anticipating a Trump victory in November, and making a rush towards the U.S., before the anticipated drawbridge will be pulled. Bensman reports that Trump is known as ‘el diablo‘ to the would-be illegal border crossers.

So the idea of building a huge permanent complex to house migrants, United Nations agencies, and NGOs would almost seem counterintuitive, given that migrants are unlikely to have it as good as they have had it under the Harris-Biden administration, with Border Patrol enforcers ordered to escort them on in, vetted or not.

You don’t lay down a what must be a billion dollars on a construction project that won’t be able to achieve its purpose, which in this case, is industrializing the migration process and making illegal border crossings a permanent and established feature of entrance to the U.S.

And yet, they are. If you look at Bensman’s video, and compare the size of the structure to the tiny cars next to it, you can see that it’s a Behemoth, a ziggurat, a beacon for the gathering and shepherding of migrants.

A home in Ohio for African immigrants with nowhere to go

Oumar Ball was in a rush. The eight men crammed into his 2006 Honda Odyssey needed to clock into work at a chicken-processing plant by 4 p.m. It was 3:40 p.m. and the traffic on the Ronald Reagan Highway wasn’t moving fast enough.

As Ball wove through the cars, he toggled from one call or WhatsApp message to the next. One man needed help making a down payment to a lawyer to begin his asylum paperwork. Another wanted to know how many more days before he’d get permission from the U.S. government to work.

Ever since thousands of his compatriots began arriving from Mauritania to the United States border with Mexico two years ago, they’ve been making their way to the quiet Cincinnati neighborhood of Mount Airy, where they have found refuge in Ball’s home.

Up until recently, few Mauritanians made the 10,000-mile trekfrom Africa to South America and then on to the United States. But poverty, corruption and racial tensions between the Arab-dominated government and Black Africans have compelled many to flee and apply for asylum in America, where most are allowed to remain while waiting for their cases to be heard.

Last year, at least 15,500 residents from Mauritania arrived in the United States, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data analyzed by The Washington Post. The influx represents a 2,800 percent increase compared with 2022, when just 543 arrived.

The sharp increase in migrants is part of a broader pattern of immigration that led President Biden to issue an executive order Tuesday blocking new asylum seekers once unauthorized border crossings exceed 2,500 a day.

A sizable share of Mauritanians arriving in the United States are settling in a city that has drawn little attention as migrationinto the countrysoars: Cincinnati. Mauritanians first laid down roots here in the 1990s, drawn by manufacturing jobs. In 2023, of more than 2,700 Mauritanians who settled in Ohio, a little more than half went to the “Queen City,” the data shows.

Influx Of Migrants Just Doubled The Population Of A Small Ohio Town

Another Rust Belt town in southwest Ohio is becoming overwhelmed by overseas migrants who’ve nearly doubled the town’s population of 3,500.

A local Cincinnati television station reported last month that while Springfield copes with tens of thousands of Haitian arrivals, “the small village of Lockland is grappling with its own crisis.”

“Estimates suggested that there are up to 3,000 asylum-seeking immigrants, primarily from Mauritania, residing in the Cincinnati suburb,” Local 12 reported. “Lockland Fire Chief and Village Administrator Doug Wehmeyer said the Mauritanians are living in several apartment buildings, often with as many as 10 people in units designed for four.”

“It’s creating a dangerous situation for the residents and firefighters,” Wehmeyer told the television station. “In most cases, all they have is a mattress, a couch, and some clothes. So, while we’re trying to advance a fire hose line down the hallway, they are pulling mattresses and clothes out [of the units], believing that it’s over [and the building will burn down]. Where we look at that and say, ‘Man, there’s 10 people in a unit.’ They look at that and it’s better than the condition they came from.”

Bill Clinton confirms that Americans are being replaced by migrants so money masters can keep growing U.S. economy with new slave workers

The flailing presidential campaign of Kamala Harris got another kick in the pantsuit this week after former President Bill Clinton revealed to the world that Kamala’s plan for America is to replace as many American citizens as possible with illegal migrants.

At one of Kamala’s campaign stops, Clinton told a small crowd of supporters that the only way to keep America the corporation alive is to forge on with what many now refer to as the Great Replacement.

“We’ve got the lowest birthrate we’ve had in well over a hundred years,” Clinton said. “We’re not at replacement level, which means we’ve gotta have somebody come here if we want to keep growing the economy – unless one of you is one of these artificial intelligence geniuses and you can figure out how we can all grow without work.”

You will notice that Clinton also indirectly shot down Kamala’s work as “border czar” under Biden by mentioning all the “chaos” that has erupted because of America’s wide-open southern border.

It is not included in the above clip, but another portion of the same speech from Clinton included references to the illegal alien murder of Lakyn Riley, a young nursing student from Georgia who was brutally slaughtered by one of Kamala’s invaders.

Venezuelan Prison Gang Seizes Multiple Apartment Buildings In Texas

A new shocking report has found that Venezuelan transnational gang Tren de Aragua has taken over at least four apartment building complexes in San Antonio, Texas, as thousands of its illegal alien gangsters run amok nationwide, sparking crime and chaos from Colorado to Texas to New York City. Many of the members of the armed migrant prison gang invaded the nation through Biden-Harris’ open southern borders.  

DailyMail revealed: 

A dangerous Venezuelan gang has taken over at least four apartment complexes in San Antonio, Texas, as it expands its reach in yet another America city, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The report confirmed that Palatia Apartments was one apartment complex where TdA members were operating out. This complex was the scene of a recent raid… 

Just last week a small army of police officers raided an apartment complex in San Antonio and arrested 19 individuals – including four gang members.

Law enforcement sources confirmed TdA had been operating at the Palatia Apartments for five to six months – squatting in empty units they either rented out to other migrants, used as a base to deal cocaine or, most horrifically, as prostitution dens to pimp out women and children.

But now DailyMail.com can reveal that this apartment invasion is just the tip of the iceberg in the major southern Texas city, with at least three other rental properties also occupied by the criminal organization. 

While Palatia Apartments was one complex full of TdA members, the other three buildings were not named in the report because of ongoing police investigations.

There are an estimated 745,000 illegals in the U.K. – more than any other country in Europe

The United Kingdom has more illegal immigrants than any other European country, with as many as 745,000 people living within British borders without permission.

This is according to a study by academics from the University of Oxford, who found that more than one in 100 people in the U.K. are living in the country illegally – more than double the 300,000 people believed to be living in France illegally and even more than the approximately 700,000 undocumented migrants residing in Germany.

Senior Researcher on Nationhood Guy Dampier of the London-based think tank the Legatum Institute noted that since Britain is an island nation, it should be harder to get there than anywhere else in the continent. Instead, it has achieved the title of “illegal migration capital of Europe” because of, according to Dampier, the country’s  “permissive job market and the failure of the authorities to guard our borders.”
