DECLASSIFIED: Democrats’ Very Real Secret Plot to ‘ELIMINATE’ 2nd Amendment Exposed by Tulsi Gabbard

What if I told you there was a classified plan sitting on the shelf, ready to execute, designed to dismantle the 2nd Amendment?

And what if I told you the Democrats designed that plan with the intention of putting it into effect after the election, using ‘domestic counterterrorism’ as the justification?

In fact, that is exactly the case, as documents just declassified by President Trump’s Director of National Intelligence shows.

There really was a secret plot to disarm the patriots of this country who understand the 2nd Amendment doesn’t have a thing to do with deer hunting.

And the only reason we’re not facing that reality right at this very moment… is because God saw fit to wake up enough Americans to SOUNDLY DEFEAT President Trump’s challengers last November — who truly thought they would win!

Had they done so… had they AGAIN put in the steal, we might be having a very different conversation right now.

Here’s what happened instead.

Tulsi Gabbard recently announced the creation of a new task force under her direct command specifically focused on rooting out — AND EXPOSING — just these sorts of illegal, secretive, anti-American weaponizations of the U.S. federal government aimed at its own people.

Twelve days ago, the conservative advocacy group American First Legal sent a letter to Director Gabbard requesting that she look into and declassify the document known to be connected to the Biden Administration’s surveillance and censorship strategy.

At the time, Gabbard responded that she was already at work on that very thing.

New Colorado Law Makes It Far More Difficult to Buy Semi-Automatic Firearms

Enacting what gun-grabbers see as the next-best thing to an outright “assault weapon” ban, Colorado Gov. Jared Polis on Thursday signed off on a law that will make it a much bigger hassle purchase many semiautomatic firearms.

The law, which will face immediate legal challenges from gun rights groups, also takes aim at bump stocks and binary triggers, while increasing the penalty for violating the state’s magazine restrictions. It’s set to take effect on August 1 of next year, with violators facing up to 120 days in jail, a fine, or both. Repeat offenders could be locked up for 18 months.

“The bill enacts some of the most sweeping gun regulations ever considered in the Centennial State, even compared to the few dozen restrictions Colorado lawmakers have been stacking up over the last decade,” notes The Reload‘s Jake Fogleman. The law affects the purchase of so-called “assault rifles” — like AR-15s and AK-47s — as well as gas-operated pistols that use a detachable magazine. Recoil-operated handguns aren’t subject to the restrictions; the bill’s advocates say 90% of the pistol market won’t be affected. Examples of affected gas-operated handguns include the Desert Eagle, Walther PPK, Sig Sauer MPX Copperhead and Smith & Wesson MP 5.7.

THEY’VE LEARNED NOTHING: David Hogg Picks Up More Endorsements in Race for Vice Chair of DNC

Gun-grabbing activist David Hogg is picking up more high-level Democrat endorsements in his bid to be elected vice chair of the Democratic National Committee. Kamala Harris’ running mate Tim Walz endorsed him earlier this month.

Now he has been endorsed by Rep. Eric Swalwell of California and teacher union head Randi Weingarten.

Men have been fleeing the Democrat party for months, as well as various minorities. It’s not clear how the Democrats think having David Hogg in a leadership position will help them to win back any of these voters.

Even so, Swalwell is clearly on board the Hogg train.

Germany’s Gun-Grab? Saxony-Anhalt Begins Disarming AfD Members

Authorities in Germany have begun withdrawing gun ownership licenses from Alternative for Germany (AfD) members, who are deemed a “danger to public safety.”

So far, five AfD members have received a notice that their gun license would be revoked, while another member voluntarily returned his license after a revocation procedure was initiated. Another 51 cases are currently being examined by authorities, according to data released by the Saxony-Anhalt Interior Ministry in response to a request for information from the Left Party.

Hunters and sport shooters will also have their gun licenses canceled by authorities. In total, there are 74 members of the AfD in Saxony-Anhalt that hold a firearms license, with 49 registered as sport shooters and 25 as hunters.

The revocation of gun licenses comes after the Office of the Protection of the Constitution (BfV), Germany’s powerful domestic intelligence agency, classified the AfD as “certainly right-wing extremist.” With this designation, AfD members suddenly faced a litany of problems. For one, authorities could spy on their communications without any warrant; however, authorities could also seize their firearms, and members could also face issues with government employment.

The efforts to disarm AfD members won praise from the Left Party’s parliamentary group leader Eva von Angern.

“The first revocation notices show that, after individual examination, these people pose a threat to public safety,” she said to German news outlet Mitteldeutsche Zeitung.

Ghost Gun Seizures Nearly Triple In Two Years

The number of ghost guns recovered by U.S. law enforcement rose swiftly between 2016 and 2022, the same year the Biden Administration introduced background checks and outlawed accessible built-at-home kits without serial numbers for these types of firearms which had previously evaded tracing due to their DIY nature.

Now, as Statista’s Katharina Buchholz reports, the Supreme Court is hearing a case that pro-gun groups, manufacturers and citizens have brought against the U.S. government trying to overturn these rules that they say are based on an unjust expansion of the term firearm and therefore are beyond the power of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to enforce.

A lower court sided with the plaintiffs and the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case back in April.

Since the introduction of the new rules and states also passing their own bans and regulations on the subject, there are indications that the proliferation of ghost guns has slowed.

There are no 2023 numbers available from ATF.

However, an analysis of police department data from 34 cities by Everytown Research showed a well-known manufacturer of ghost gun kits, Polymer80, was still the seventh most common source of guns used in crimes in 2023 across these municipalities at 1.5 percent.

Kamala Harris says she owns a Glock despite supporting handgun bans in SF, prompting speculation it’s unregistered

Vice President Kamala Harris told “60 Minutes” Monday that she owns a Glock handgun — triggering allegations of hypocrisy due to her own past support for firearm bans and questions about whether she’s complying with existing gun-control laws.

“I have a Glock and I’ve had it for quite some time,” the 59-year-old Harris told CBS News correspondent Bill Whitaker.

“My background is in law enforcement, so there you go.”

Asked if she had ever fired the gun, Harris laughingly replied, “Yes, of course I have, at a shooting range— yes, of course, I have.”

Harris previously supported handgun bans in both San Francisco, where she began her political career and served as district attorney between 2004 and 2011, and Washington, where she has served in federal office since 2017.

California state law requires gun buyers to have a Firearm Safety Certificate and DC requires all handguns to be registered.

Glocks, furthermore, cannot legally have magazines with a capacity of more than 10 bullets in the nation’s capital, and some models of Glock come with a standard capacity that exceeds that limit.

“DC residents have to register their firearms. And DC issues a gun-registration ID card for each firearm, with the make, model, and serial number. Post your card, Kamala,” tweeted Mike Davis, a former clerk for Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and a former Senate Judiciary Committee aide.

After Saying She and Walz Won’t Take Anyone’s Guns Away in Debate, Kamala Harris Pushes ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban Three Days Later

Just four days ago, Kamala Harris stood on a debate stage and claimed that she and Tim Walz both own guns and that no one is coming to take anyone’s guns away.

Here’s exactly what she said.

From CBS News:

Vice President Kamala Harris surprised many when she revealed Tuesday night that she is a gun owner as she rebuffed former President Trump’s claim during the presidential debate that her administration would confiscate Americans’ firearms.

“This business about taking everyone’s guns away, Tim Walz and I are both gun owners,” Harris said during the debate hosted by ABC News. “We’re not taking anybody’s guns away.”

Now, in her first solo interview, she is pushing for an ‘assault weapons’ ban.

This interview was aired on Friday, three days after the debate.

WHAT??? During Debate, Kamala Harris Claims She Won’t Come After People’s Guns Because She’s a Gun Owner

The topic of guns came up a few times during the debate tonight, usually because Trump rightly claimed that Kamala Harris would go after people’s guns.

At one point, Harris tried to shut down the topic by claiming she wouldn’t come after people’s guns because she’s a gun owner.

This has never come up before. She owns a gun? Really?

Harris has made her position on guns quite clear over the years.

Official White House Social Media: “Ban Assault Weapons, It’s Time”

The White House X account posted, “It’s time,” on Wednesday alongside an image reading, “Ban Assault Weapons.”

The alarming post was thrashed online, with commenters roasting the Biden-Harris White House for hoping to destroy the Second Amendment.

One X user pointed out the irony that Harris’ running mate Tim Walz drove tens of thousands of his constituents to buy “assault rifles” in response to the deadly BLM riots of 2020 that destroyed major Minnesota cities under his watch.

Kamala Harris’ Gun Control Schemes Are No Laughing Matter

Joe Biden lied about guns, Second Amendment rights and nearly everything else so often that even his staunchest supporters stopped taking him seriously. The country’s 46th President beclowned himself with his own falsehoods.

Biden was a classic fabulist. He invented stories and assigned himself the starring role. Whether he was singlehandedly confronting hunters armed with standard-capacity mags in a Delaware swamp, exaggerating the efficacy of the 1994 federal Assault Weapon Ban or making up colonial cannon prohibitions, Biden received more Pinocchios than Disney, which is one of the reasons why he’ll be sitting in a beach chair rather than behind the Resolute Desk for the next four years.

By comparison, Kamala Harris has been much more circumspect about her anti-gun plans, and despite her maniacal cackle, could prove a more serious opponent to our Second Amendment rights than her former boss ever imagined possible.

Last year, most likely at the insistence of Barack Obama, Biden put Harris in charge of the new White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention, which Biden said would “centralize, accelerate, and intensify our work to save more lives more quickly.”

The Office has no website. Its budget has never been made public. Its staffing levels are not known. It operates in secret, without oversight and wields tremendous power. Only three staffers were identified. One has a long association with Obama.

Almost immediately, it became clear that the Office was an incubator and a clearinghouse for anti-gun policy that it pushed out to blue states.

In December 2023, Harris hosted a gaggle of state lawmakers at the White House to showcase the Office’s new gun-control policies. The names of the attendees were not released, nor were the details of the meetings. None of the meetings were recorded or transcribed.

After overseeing the Office, Harris’ anti-gun rhetoric has sharpened, and it is clear what she has in store for law-abiding gun owners if she replaces Biden on a permanent basis.
