Pennsylvania County Sent Voters Wrong Mail Ballots For May Primary

Whoops! Pennsylvania’s Lackawanna County election office mailed last year’s ballots to 545 Republican primary voters in Scranton for the May 20, 2025 election. Voters caught the mistake and the county has now sent the correct ballot to those voters, the county said in a statement. Voters with a faulty ballot should toss it in the trash, including the envelope, the county says.

The county has an explanation for how this oddity happened, although the county did not explain how the error was not caught before printing or mailing. The 2024 primary ballot had presidential and Senate candidates—no one saw that before printing?

It is another example of the troubles that plague mail-in voting, and the control county election offices lose when they outsource the work taxpayers used to pay county workers to do to a third-party vendor.   

In Pennsylvania, primary voters must be a member of the Democrat or Republican party. Independents don’t vote. Party members get different ballots and choose which members of their party to promote to the General Election ballot.  

That is why only Republican ballots were affected. Also, a court challenge in the Scranton Republican mayoral race went past the print deadline, so Scranton Republican ballots were printed separately from the rest of the county’s.   

Election Systems and Software (ES&S), a Nebraska-based voting machine company that also prints ballots, apologized and took responsibility for the blunder, said Beth Hopkins, director of the Lackawanna Department of Elections and Voter Registration, in a statement.

“During the printing process, an employee mistakenly pulled and printed a file from the 2024 election instead of the current 2025 election,” Kristy Ericson, ES&S director of ballot management services, said in an email, according to the county. “This human error in processing the files was missed in the quality check process. ES&S reviewed all other provisional and Election Day ballots to ensure that files were printed accurately.”

Lackawanna County Republican Party Chairman Dan Naylor asked the county to provide the party a list of every Republican that was sent an erroneous mail-in ballot. The county says more than 12,000 other voters in both parties combined received accurate mail ballots.

With Florida Marijuana Legalization Measure Circulating, DeSantis Signs Bill Making It Harder To Qualify Ballot Initiatives

Fresh changes to Florida law on ballot initiatives will create new hurdles for advocates aiming to put legislative proposals before voters—including, potentially, the renewed effort to legalize marijuana in the state.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on Friday signed a measure into law that tightens requirements around citizen-initiated measures. Among other requirements, it mandates that supporters post a $1 million bond before commencing signature gathering, prohibits the use of out-of-state and noncitizen petitioners and narrows the window during which which signatures must be submitted to election officials.

The bill’s sponsor, Rep. Jenna Persons-Mulicka (R), contends the ballot initiative process “has been taken over by out of state fraudsters looking to make a quick buck and by special interests intent on buying their way into our Constitution.”

“The bill seeks to root out the problem and provide assurances that only those with a stake in our Constitution can change it to that end,” she said at a hearing in March.

DeSantis, for his part, said on social media over the weekend that the bill will “combat petition fraud and prevent the special interest-abuse of our constitutional amendment process.”

Changes under the new law will also prevent Floridians with felony convictions from collecting petition signatures unless they’ve gone through the process of restoring their voting rights.

Residents will also have to provide personal details—including their driver’s license number, voter ID card number or the last four digits of their Social Security number—in order to fill out a petition. The form itself will then become a public record, raising potential privacy concerns.

Campaigns also have less time to return petitions to election officials, and they’ll face harsher fines for errors.

The new obstacles to placing a proposal on the statewide ballot come on the heels of two contentious constitutional amendments that went before voters last year, including one—Amendment 3—that would have legalized marijuana for adults 21 and older, and another on abortion rights.

Noncitizen Voting And Voter Fraud Schemes: DOJ Investigates Voting Crimes Across Multiple States And Elections

Within the last week, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against multiple foreign nationals for illegally voting in American elections. The DOJ also revealed a foreign national pleaded guilty to conspiring in a voter registration fraud scheme.

As my colleague Beth Brelje reported, the DOJ announced Monday that 45-year-old Akeel Abdul Jamiel was charged with illegally voting in the 2020 election. Jamiel, an Iraqi, allegedly voted in the November 2020 election in Saratoga County, New York, despite not being a citizen. The U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) contributed to the investigation, the DOJ noted.

Some 1,200 miles south, 32-year-old Uzbekistan national Sanjar Jamilov pleaded guilty to “conspiring to submit fraudulent voter registrations,” the DOJ announced Tuesday. Jamilov was originally charged earlier this year, and his “sentencing date has not yet been set.”

According to a plea agreement, the DOJ explained, the scheme began when 45-year-old Russian national Dmitry Shushlebin “hired Jamilov and others to submit more than 100 fraudulent voter registration applications to the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections in February and March 2023.” The applications used names other than those of the perpetrators and “bore various indicia of fraud,” like “repeat[ed] dates of birth and addresses,” as well as “nearly sequential Social Security numbers,” according to the DOJ. The applications were rejected after a county election supervisor detected fraud.

“Dmitry Shushlebin has been charged for his alleged role in this case. The case is currently pending,” the DOJ added.

Iraqi Man Charged For Illegally Voting In U.S. Election Is Another ‘Rare’ Non-Citizen Voter

Oops, it happened again. Another non-citizen has been charged with voting in a federal election. The Department of Justice (DOJ) last week charged Akeel Abdul Jamiel, 45, with illegally voting in the 2020 election. Jamiel, a non-citizen from Iraq, voted in the November 2020 election in Saratoga County, New York, according to the DOJ.

The single page charging paper was filed by U.S. Attorney John A. Sarcone III in the Northern District of New York on April, 24. It simply reads, “Akeel Abdul Jamiel, an alien, fully knowing he was not a United States citizen, did knowingly vote in an election held in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for President, Vice President, and Member of the House of Representatives, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 611.” That is a “voting by aliens” charge which carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

The DOJ said the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) assisted in the Jamiel investigation, but did provide further detail.

Democrats and their propaganda press partners continue to resist passage of the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility” (SAVE) Act, which would prevent non-citizens from voting in federal elections, saying non-citizens never, or only rarely, vote in U.S. elections. But the examples of non-citizens voting like this are plentiful, and each one points to an obvious conclusion: Our elections are vulnerable to rigging.

Earlier this week, Elections Correspondent Logan Washburn reported that a Chinese student in Michigan allegedly voted in November’s election. Haoxiang Gao, a University of Michigan student, skipped court and a judge issued a bench warrant to arrest him.

The SAVE Act, which has passed a House vote, awaits action in the Senate. SAVE would require states to get proof of citizenship, in person, before registering an individual to vote for a federal election. Under SAVE, citizens seeking voter registration would provide a REAL ID, U.S. Passport, military identification, birth certificate, or other forms of identification proving citizenship.

“Here is yet another reason why New York State should require identification to vote,” U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y. said in a statement. She voted in support of the SAVE Act earlier this month and says her state laws also need attention. “New York remains one of the few states without any form of voter identification requirement. That is unacceptable. Every legal voter—regardless of party—deserves to know their vote is protected and not canceled out by fraud or abuse. Democrats continue to undermine election integrity—not only by pushing noncitizen voting but by relentlessly opposing basic voter ID laws.”

The New York State Court of Appeals recently struck down a law that allowed more than 800,000 noncitizens to vote in New York City elections, Stefanik said.

How to…Rig Your Rigged Elections

Well then, welcome to the first of our “How to…” series. A selection of articles dedicated to teaching aspiring authoritarians how to hide tyranny behind a reassuring mask of  freedom.

Here we’ll go into the finer points of how it’s possible to have “elections” that mean almost nothing.

What we talk about when we talk about rigging an election

First things first, we need to establish what we mean when we talk about “election rigging”.

Controlling the outcome of an election is a comparatively simple, even vulgar, process. All you need to do is manipulate the count and/or simply lie about the result.

However doing this efficiently  – rigging an election with as little effort as possible and disguising that fact is more difficult.

In short, if your rigged election is entirely reliant on simply forging ballots you have done something wrong. If you want to reliably and consistently control the results of your “elections” you need to be more creative than that.

The vast majority of your work pre-election will be dedicated to laying the groundwork, building infrastructure, and lubricating the public.

A Newly Discovered Algorithm in Wisconsin Voter File is Indisputable Evidence of Criminal Election Fraud

Andrew Paquette, Ph.D., has discovered a never-before-seen algorithm in the Wisconsin Election Commission’s (WEC) voter registration database, leaving no doubt someone has penetrated the WEC’s computer system to impose a criminal reordering on the voter files. This finding alone should draw the attention of Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and FBI Director Kash Patel. Yet, to date, we see no action whatsoever from the DOJ or the FBI investigating criminal election fraud.

Paquette first observed that the WEC voter role had an unusually high number of voter records that ended in zero. Assuming that the WEC voter roll assigned voter ID numbers sequentially, without breaks or outside manipulation, records ending in 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 should appear with equal distribution. As seen in Table 1, voter records ending in zero occurred in 30.6 percent of the voter records, while those ending in numbers 1 through 9 ended with each number appearing equally at 7.7 percent of the time.

Paquette was at a loss to explain this irregularity until he realized that every voter ID record ending in zero had two different Wisconsin voters assigned the same voter ID number. In searching the database, Paquette confirmed that in every case where the same voter ID number was assigned to two different voters, the voter record ended in zero.

We have labeled the two voter IDs tied to WEC voter records ending in zero as “doubles,” a term devised to distinguish this phenomenon from the “modified duplicates” that Paquette previously found in the WEC voter database. “Modified duplicates” involve making multiple voter records for the same voter, which can be done, for instance, by assigning a different birthdate or address to each duplicated record. Because duplicated voters each have different dates of birth or other addresses, the “modified duplicates” appear to be different people.

The point of the “modified duplicate” scheme is to create false voters, all of whom nevertheless get legitimate state voter ID numbers. The non-existent “multiple duplicate” voters can then be hidden back in the voter role, identifiable to the criminals by “algorithm locator numbers,” so they are available for use in fraudulent mail-in ballot schemes.

Why the “doubles” scheme assigns the same voter ID number to two different voters is more difficult to figure out. What is also not clear is whether one or both of the “doubles” are real voters or if both of the “doubles” voters could be fictitious.

A scheme this complicated must operate through a computer algorithm that creates “doubles” for every voter ID record ending in zero in a WEC database of over 7 million voters. That is, whatever rule is applied to pick the two voters who constitute the “doubles” in a database with over 7 million voters needs an algorithm if the scheme is to be applied, monitored, and updated on an ongoing basis.

Texas Lawmakers Take Up Another Bill To Block Voters From Locally Decriminalizing Marijuana

A Texas House committee took up a bill on Friday that would prohibit cities from putting citizen initiatives on local ballots to decriminalize marijuana or other controlled substances.

Just two days after a Senate version of the measure cleared that full chamber, the House State Affairs Committee held a hearing on the companion version from Rep. Jeff Leach (R), with proposed amendments to align both bills.

In the last few years, members, several local governments across the state of Texas have adopted policies and ordinances that are designed to decriminalize controlled substances or instruct law enforcement or prosecutors not to enforce our state’s drug laws,” Leach said, noting that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) has filed lawsuits against multiple municipalities where the local reform was enacted.

“Although these lawsuits are still pending, there’s a growing trend across our state for local governments to adopt these policies, and this bill is intended to address that,” he said.

Under the proposal as introduced, state law would be amended to say that local entities “may not hold an election for voter approval of a proposed charter or an amendment to a charter that violates” state drug laws.

They also could not “adopt, publish, enforce, repeal, maintain, or amend an ordinance, order, policy, rule, or regulation” that contravenes state statute on controlled substances.

Leach described amendments included in a substitute version of the bill that seem intended to match what the Senate passed on Wednesday.

Romanian Judge Defies Globalist Overlords—Overturns Deep State’s ‘Coup d’État’ Annulment of Anti-NATO Candidate Calin Georgescu’s Win

Romania’s political and legal landscape has—yet again, for the upteenth time in the past half year it seems—been thrown into turmoil after the Ploiești Court of Appeal overturned the Constitutional Court’s annulment of the 2024 presidential election’s first round—an election won by NATO critic and independent candidate Calin Georgescu.

On Thursday, April 24, Judge Alexandru Vasile ordered the suspension and annulment of the Constitutional Court’s contentious ruling that had overturned Georgescu’s first-round election victory—a judgment he deemed legally unfound, the Romanian press reported.

Georgescu—a staunch anti-globalist and critic of EU centralization, NATO, and other supranational globalist institutions—had secured 23% of the vote in November 2024, a surprise result that rattled Romania’s political elite.

The annulment—referred to by some as a coup d’état—was based on alleged ‘irregularities’ in Georgescu’s campaign and flimsy intelligence claims of Russian interference. Moscow has categorically denied the accusations, which remain unsubstantiated by concrete evidence.

Now, that annulment hangs in legal limbo. The prosecutor’s office in Ploiești has filed an appeal, with the final decision set to be made by the High Court of Justice and Cassation—Romania’s top judicial authority.

The ruling has set off a political firestorm.

President Trump Signs Order to Ensure ONLY AMERICANS Can Vote – Corrupt Clinton Judge Blocks It!

Proof of American citizenship on voter registration forms — that’s what a federal judge just ruled unconstitutional.

At least, it’s unconstitutional to require people to prove their citizenship on voter registration forms according to this judge… if PRESIDENT TRUMP is the one calling for it.

I’ll just go ahead and share up front what Rep. Darrell Issa said in response to this judge’s illogical overstep, because he summed up the entire issue in this simple post to his X account…

Here’s what happened.

President Trump’s executive order titled “Preserving and Protecting The Integrity of American Elections” was signed a month ago today, on March 25th.

It didn’t create anything new, in reality.

It simply reinforced the EXISTING ‘Federal prohibition on foreign nationals voting in Federal elections”, according to the Executive Order — which you can read in its’ entirety, here.

The ONLY thing President Trump’s executive order did was ENFORCE (which is what the Executive Branch does, by definition) existing law.

It set up a series of protocols designed to make sure the existing Federal laws preventing non-citizens from voting in U.S. elections were actually enforced.

And, as I said, since President Trump was the one behind it… a federal judge stepped up to block it.

The Deep State Manages Elections, At Home And Abroad

Blatant election corruption is now the rule rather than the exception across the western world, including in the United States. Elections now serve only one purpose in modern government: They perpetuate the illusion of an elected government that makes decisions. This means the “right kind” of people need to be elected, compliant politicians who will keep the corporate subsidies and bailouts flowing to the five-fingers of our fascist economy without raising too much alarm.

The problem is that the voters are not always compliant in that regard, so the Deep State has created a three-step way of managed-corruption in elections, both in America and abroad.

The levels of electoral corruption in our fascist empire are:

  1. Propaganda with vote-buying.
  2. Lawfare and vilifying propaganda.
  3. Color revolutions and assassination.

Apologists for the regime, often masquerading as defenders of the free market, attempt to propagandize the plebes with statistics that food like bread is cheaper in inflation-adjusted terms than before. But is the high-fructose corn syrup-infested food product that the supermarkets call “bread” really comparable to what our grandparents bought and ate back in the 1960s?

Or they enthusiastically tell us that the average house size is bigger than ever. But if ten people have 1,000 sq. foot houses, one builds on a 500 sq.ft. addition and an eleventh person enters the market and builds a new 11,000 sq.ft. McMansion, the average space more than doubles without the overwhelming majority of people seeing any change whatsoever. It’s not like the majority of those houses built in the 1940s and 50s had major additions put on them.

Military contractors place their factories strategically in as many congressional districts as possible. And that masterfully-planned policy is not to increase economic efficiency, but to increase political efficiency, to get their programs funded by Congress.

This propaganda doesn’t work when middle class workers are shouldering a higher tax burden than the middle class did during World War II, which they are, even though there’s no global war to fight.
