School That Gave Child COVID-19 Vaccine Against Parents’ Wishes Immune From Lawsuits: Court

A school that injected a minor with a COVID-19 vaccine despite the boy’s parents telling school officials they did not want him to receive a COVID-19 vaccine is immune under federal law, the Vermont Supreme Court has ruled.

The Federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) protects state and school officials who were named as defendants in a lawsuit brought by the minor’s parents, justices said in a July 26 decision.

“We conclude that when the federal PREP Act immunizes a defendant, the PREP Act bars all state-law claims against that defendant as a matter of law,” Justice Karen Carroll said.

The PREP Act, signed in 2005, grants immunity to administrators of covered vaccines except in cases involving willful misconduct. COVID-19 vaccines are covered because of a 2020 declaration, extended multiple times thereafter, by the U.S. health secretary.

Dario and Shujen Politella sued officials after their son was injected with a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 shot in 2021 at the Academy School in the Windham Southeast School District. Before the school hosted a vaccine clinic, district and state officials confirmed that students needed parental consent to receive a vaccine, and the boy’s parents said they did not consent. Just days before holding the clinic, Mr. Politella emphasized to the school’s assistant principal that the parents did not want the boy to receive a shot.

The boy was removed from class on the day of the clinic and labeled as another child, who had already been vaccinated. The boy told workers his father said not to give him a vaccine, but they distracted him with a stuffed animal and gave him a shot, according to court documents.

The Vermont Superior Court dismissed the suit from the parents, finding that they needed to bring litigation in federal court under the PREP Act’s immunity exemption.

Lawyers for the parents, though, argued that officials did not show that the PREP Act covered their actions and that the case should play out in state court according to state laws. In a brief to Vermont justices, they pointed to other cases in which that has happened.

US government tanked the economy with covid lockdowns to gain control over the population through data collection and enforcement

The covid lockdowns amounted to the world’s largest and most elaborate economic head-fake in human history.

It left the entire world less free and less prosperous, and with drained hopes that restoring normality can happen anytime soon. To add injury to the insult, most official institutions are manufacturing fake data to cover it all up.

In the following, Jeffrey Tucker explains the economic impact on the USA of the lockdown in March 2020 and its aftermath. He highlights that the labour market has not fully recovered, stimulus was eroded by inflation, retail sales and factory orders have not significantly increased, and output has not seen a substantial rise. Additionally, it questions the accuracy of inflation data and the sustainability of the economic recovery.

Why did they shut economies down? A major ambition of the covid response was the creation of a universal vaccine passport, he writes. “All these efforts were reversed but the plan itself revealed the larger agenda: control through data collection and enforcement.  The ambition is not gone and will likely come back but a better and more comprehensive path is the Central Bank Digital Currency.”

20 US Universities Still Require Covid Vaccine Despite Recent Studies

No College Mandates compiled a list of 20 U.S. universities that still require students to receive the Covid vaccination, despite an ever-growing list of medical research indicating that the gene therapy injections result in major physiological, psychological and reproductive destruction as well as death.

While the majority of U.S. universities required the injection for enrollment in the couple years following it’s initial rollout in 2021, three years on from it’s introduction and with the pandemic mania largely a figment of the past in American’s lives, the mandates have loosened at most campuses for most programs.

One of the strongest holdouts is medical programs at universities.

“Today, almost four years since the COVID pandemic began, nearly all U.S. medical students, nursing students, and students training in other health care fields are still being forced to choose between accepting continual booster doses of the COVID mRNA vaccines or being kicked out of their training programs,”  Dr. Clayton Baker wrote on No College Mandates Substack in March.

Large Korean Study Recommends Monitoring mRNA Vaccinated Patients for Auto-immunity

There is great concern that with continued dosing of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, the human body is forced to produce not only the foreign and potentially lethal Wuhan Spike protein, but probably about a dozen additional frameshifted proteins as shown by Boros and colleagues. Invariably these peptides induce an immune attack against the human body as they are expressed on cell surfaces and in some cases like Spike protein, trimerize and are circulatory in blood for months after injection.

In clinical practice my screen for autoimmunity is through blood testing: ANA, rheumatoid factor, and anti-citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) antibodies. If there are skin, kidney, or vasculitic features, I add the ANCA test.

Now a large study from Korea by Jung et al, suggests there are increased risks for some autoimmune illnesses after at least two mRNA shots, but not nearly as high as the established dangers of vaccine myo-pericarditis or Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

“In this nationwide, population-based cohort study involving 9,258,803 individuals, we aim to determine whether the incidence of AI-CTDs is associated with mRNA vaccination. The study spans over 1 year of observation and further analyses the risk of AI-CTDs by stratifying demographics and vaccination profiles and treating booster vaccination as time-varying covariate. We report that the risk of developing most AI-CTDs did not increase following mRNA vaccination, except for systemic lupus erythematosus with a 1.16-fold risk in vaccinated individuals relative to controls. Comparable results were reported in the stratified analyses for age, sex, mRNA vaccine type, and prior history of non-mRNA vaccination. However, a booster vaccination was associated with an increased risk of some AI-CTDs including alopecia areata, psoriasis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Overall, we conclude that mRNA-based vaccinations are not associated with an increased risk of most AI-CTDs, although further research is needed regarding its potential association with certain conditions.”

Because these diagnoses are based on laboratory tests, Jung and coworkers may have underestimated incidence since not all vaccinated patients get laboratory monitoring in follow-up. Jung concluded: “long-term monitoring is necessary after mRNA vaccination for the development of autoimmune connective tissue diseases.” These data suggest however, I could reduce the intensity of screening for auto-immunity and make it more clinically directed based upon symptoms. When auto-immunity is found, the most common drug I use in my practice is hydroxychloroquine. However, I have had advanced cases that have required methotrexate, prednisone, and even rituximab. Cafe owners WIN legal battle over Covid-19 mask charges

After a drawn-out legal struggle, Shellharbour cafe owners Anthony and Natalie Reale have triumphed in court, seeing charges related to Covid-19 mask mandates dismissed.

The Reales, owners of Village Fix cafe, faced legal action for allegedly not wearing face masks and failing to ensure their staff did so during the height of Australia’s Covid-19 lockdown madness in June 2021. They were arrested and charged, prompting a three-year legal battle.

Their lawyer, Manny, shared the details:

“We presented medical evidence early on showing that both Anthony and Natalie had conditions exempting them from mask mandates. Despite this, police ignored our representations, leading to prolonged court proceedings,” he said.

“The mask charge against Natalie was dismissed, and although she was found guilty of not ensuring her staff wore masks, no conviction was recorded,” Manny explained. Anthony’s charge of not wearing a mask was also dismissed.

Reflecting on the ordeal, Anthony said the couple were relieved the ordeal was finally over.

“The process was prolonged, but it worked in our favour as more information about the situation came to light. Our faith in the judicial system has been reinforced,” he said.

However, Natalie stressed the ordeal greatly affected the cafe, with the couple’s business suffering significantly due to the negative mainstream media attention, forcing them to relocate.

“We were thriving before, but the negative media portrayal and the legal battle took a toll,” Natalie noted.

Once-rare facial paralysis disease surges due to COVID jabs

A team of physician investigators from Adventist Health, a faith-based, nonprofit, integrated health system serving more than 90 communities on the West Coast and Hawaii with more than 400 locations, has discovered that cases of oculomotor nerve palsy, a once-rare form of facial paralysis, is on the rise due to Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines.”

Drs. Antonio K. Liu, M.D., and Ifeanyichukwu Ozobu, M.D., led the team at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles in identifying the trigger behind soaring rates of oculomotor nerve palsy, also known as third nerve palsy.

“Oculomotor nerve palsy is derived from damage to the third cranial nerve,” writes Frank Bergman for Slay News.

“The condition causes characteristic symptoms, such as a drooping eyelid, double vision, pupil dilation, and deficits in adduction and vertical gaze.”

Evidence of Damning Covid Vaccine Injury Rates Echo From The Persian Gulf

Researchers at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, have published a new study on the long-term side effects of Covid vaccines reported by the Saudi Arabian population.

The authors designed a cross-sectional study involving Saudi participants of both genders, aged 16 and older, who had received at least one dose of the vaccines in Saudi Arabia.

Participants filled out an online questionnaire divided into three sections: demographics, medical history, and post-vaccination side effects.

The research team, composed of scientists from King Abdulaziz University, Umm Al Qura University, and the Department of Public Health at Health Sciences College. Dr Shareefa AlGhamdi, Chairwoman of Biochemistry department at King Abdulaziz University, was the corresponding author.

The study received 1,662 responses from different age groups, regions, and nationalities. After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria (excluding those with significant comorbidities), the sample size was reduced to 1,503 participants who had received at least one dose of the Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Moderna vaccines at Saudi Ministry of Health Covid vaccination clinics.

The results were brutal. 82% of the participants reported experiencing various adverse effects after vaccination. The most common side effects included pain at the injection site (88.16%), bone and joint pain (68.7%), and fatigue (68.46%). Additional side effects reported included menstrual disorders (46 cases), hair loss (34 cases), and memory problems (19 cases). Persistent side effects such as fatigue, joint pain, hair loss, and menstrual disorders were noted for both mRNA and viral vector vaccines.

A case study, well documented, of how hospital staff murdered a 19 year old patient who was doing well, in cold blood

This one post is not enough to tell the whole story. Grace Schara was a 19 year old girl, full of life, with Down’s syndrome. She drove a car and a tractor, played the violin, told lots of jokes and was altogether delightful.

She got COVID, her O2 level dropped, and she wound up in the hospital, like so many others. Everyone knows by now that hospitals collected huge $ bonuses for each patient who went to the ICU, was placed on a ventilator (still more $) and died with COVID (even more $).

Grace drew a bad hand. She was cared for by doctors and nurses in whom a switch had been flipped. We don’t know know what was going on in their heads. But we do know they were willing to (or perhaps got pleasure from their ability to) break the law and all ethical norms to murder this patient.

A physician placed a DNR on her chart, against her family’s and the patient’ wishes. A doctor told the family she was markedly improved and close to discharge. Then she was given huge doses of morphine and lorazepam in what is charitably called euthanasia. A doctor gave the order. A nurse administered the drugs. A pharmacist presumably dispensed death-sized doses of the drugs for a 19 year old.

COVID Shots Linked to Increased Risk of Alzheimer’s

A South Korean peer-reviewed study found statistically significant increases in the incidence of Alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment in people who received a COVID-19 vaccine — particularly mRNA vaccines — within three months of post-vaccination.

The South Korean researchers — who on May 28 published their findings in QJM: An International Journal of Medicine — said they undertook the study due to concerns of COVID-19 vaccine side effects, “particularly potential links to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.”

Medical commentator John Campbell, Ph.D., who analyzed the study on a July 22 episode of his YouTube show, asked why Western countries such as the U.S. or U.K. aren’t investigating such potential links. “Why is it often the Asian countries that seem to be leading the way in openness on this?”

According to Campbell, part of what’s preventing Western countries is that governments and pharmaceutical companies have refused to release low-level participant data. “Could it be that researchers in the West are working under limitations?”

In the South Korean study, researchers analyzed data from the Korean National Health Insurance Service from more than half a million residents of Seoul, South Korea, age 65 and older.

Vaccines Caused 17 Million Deaths During Pandemic Plus 4 More Takeaways From Largest Excess Mortality Study to Date

A major investigation by Canadian researchers into excess mortality during the COVID-19 pandemic found that patterns of excess death globally could not be explained by a pandemic respiratory virus, The Defender reported last week.

Instead, the authors concluded the major causes of death globally stemmed from the public health establishment’s response, including lockdowns, harmful medical interventions and the COVID-19 vaccines.

The study by researchers from the nonprofit Correlation Research in the Public Interest analyzed excess mortality in 125 countries — about 35% of the global population — during the COVID-19 pandemic, beginning with the March 11, 2020, World Health Organization (WHO) pandemic declaration and ending on May 5, 2023, when the WHO declared the pandemic over.

The investigation concluded that “nothing special would have occurred in terms of mortality had a pandemic not been declared and had the declaration not been acted upon.”
