NIH Ends Secretive Pass-Through Funding to Foreign Labs, Which Previously Funded the Wuhan Lab and Fauci’s Beagle Experiments

The National Institutes of Health has banned U.S. scientists from directing federal funds to international research partners.

This secretive practice has previously allowed the funding of the Wuhan animal lab, paid for Dr. Anthony Fauci’s cruel beagle experiments in Tunisia, and funded Russia’s cruel kitten treadmill tests.

The decision addresses long-standing transparency issues with foreign funding for taxpayer-funded research projects.

According to a notice by the NIH, some recipients have failed to accurately report subawards of $30,000 or more, as required by the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA). This lack of transparency, particularly with foreign subawards, has raised national security concerns for the U.S. government. To rectify this, NIH is establishing a new award structure prohibiting foreign subawards from being nested under parent grants, effective for all new, renewal, and non-competing continuation grants issued to domestic and foreign entities.

“NIH recognizes that some recipients do not accurately report on subawards consistent with Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) subaward reporting requirements (NIH GPS 8.4.1.5.5), which state that recipients must report on all subawards/subcontracts/consortiums equal to or greater than $30,000,” the agency said. “This includes awards that are initially below $30,000 but subsequent grant modifications result in an award equal to or greater than $30,000. This lack of transparency is particularly concerning in the case of foreign subawards, in which the United States government has a need to maintain national security.”

NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya, who has been critical of previous NIH spending practices, emphasized the need for accountability in a statement about the change.

“By creating a more unified view of where NIH dollars are going, we are strengthening public trust and improving accountability to recipients of federal dollars,” Bhattacharya said.

The decision follows years of investigations by the White Coat Waste Project (WCW), a watchdog organization that has worked to expose taxpayer funding of controversial animal testing domestically and in projects linked to foreign labs.

Tulsi Gabbard Reveals The Reason Anthony Fauci Sought a Preemptive Pardon from Joe Biden – Wicked Doctor Could Now Face Federal Perjury Charges

DNI (Director of National Intelligence) Tulsi Gabbard dropped a bombshell during an interview this week with Megyn Kelly, and former NIH Director Anthony Fauci should be worried.

Gabbard appeared with Kelly to discuss a variety of issues on investigating leaks from within the administration, whether she would run for president (she did not rule it out), and the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic. When the issue regarding COVID-19 came up, Gabbard had plenty of interesting news to share.

Gabbard told Kelly that she, along with others, were investigating whether the United States funded gain-of-function research which caused the COVID-19 pandemic. This would mean U.S. taxpayer dollars courtesy of Fauci fueled the worst health crisis in over 100 years.

“The thing we are working with Jay Bhattacharya (NIH Director) on, as well as Secretary (Robert) Kennedy, is looking at the gain of function research that in the case of the Wuhan Lab, as well as many others,” Gabbard said. Many of these biolabs around the world were actually US-funded and led to this dangerous kind of research that, in many examples, has resulted in either a pandemic or some other major health crisis.”

“If it was Peter Daszak’s research with the Wuhan bat lady that caused this pandemic, then we did fund it, Anthony Fauci did fund it,” Kelly said.

Gabbard then revealed this was exactly why Fauci sought a pardon from Joe Biden (who of course granted it), especially since he was previously caught under oath lying to Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) about his role in the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The thing that he denied over and over to Senator Rand Paul’s questioning under oath,” Gabbard responded. “Is it any wonder why he sought a preemptive pardon for ANYTHING, during a certain period of time, from President Biden before he left office.”

There Is A Growing Plot Against Dogs

At the airport, the staff now offers comfort dogs, gorgeous Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds available for petting and holding. The idea is to comfort scared kids, delight passersby, and generally lift up the space. Yes, that’s exactly what dogs do.

What a wonderful idea. However, not everyone is happy about our love of dogs.

We’ve all become sensitive about threats on the horizon, small hints in science journals or from establishment media that target what we love. There was a time when we could treat these as an opportunity for debate and discussion. Events of the last five years suggest that parlor games are over. With so much trust lost, we are newly aware that these threats can turn out to be real and thus merit more attention.

The issue now concerns pets and dogs in particular. Are they coming for them?

In August 2020, Anthony Fauci co-authored an article in Cell that broadly called for “radical changes that may take decades to achieve: rebuilding the infrastructures of human existence.” Among the specifics, the article obliquely targets pet ownership, urging that we must reduce “unsafe exposure to animals.”

I wondered about that line at the time. The whole theory of the article is that humans are everywhere surrounded by icky things that can infect us. We’ve neglected these threats for many thousands of years by traveling around, moving here and there, domesticating animals, and living too closely together. This must change, they opine, because bad pathogens are ever more leaping from the outside world into humans.

Why Have No Fellows of the Royal Society Resigned Over Anthony Fauci?

On March 3rd the Royal Society had a meeting to discuss whether it should revoke Elon Musk’s Fellowship. He was appointed a Fellow (strictly, ForMemRS, not FRS, as he is a foreigner) in 2018. The meeting was necessary since not only had two Fellows resigned from the Royal Society, but a few thousand Fellows (all of whom, one supposes, must have what Charles Moore would call Left-wing faces) had signed a letter – after the election of Trump – which complained about Musk’s political incorrectness. Who resigned? Professor Dorothy Bishop of the University of Oxford was first, and Professor Andrew Millar of the University of Edinburgh second. Millar said Musk was guilty of “disinformation”. Alas, the Royal Society code of conduct does not mention either “misinformation” or “disinformation” as offences justifying the disfellowshipping of Musk.

The letter signed by the thousands of scientists alleged the following: Musk had voiced “conspiracy theories”, had criticised Fauci and had made a provocative post about Jess Phillips MP. That was it. The letter was written by Professor Stephen Curry of Imperial College. As well as being an Important Professor, he is an Assistant Provost for Xiversity, Yequity and Zinclusion at Imperial. Obviously, in such a role, Curry found Musk’s politics to be too – spicy, and felt obliged to say so.

Prof Dorothy Bishop, who was the first to resign, in November of last year, wrote the longest criticism of Musk. She complained of his abuse of the “woke mind virus”. She noticed that Musk had posted: “My pronouns are Prosecute/Fauci.” This is usually very amusing,  but she of Oxford was Not Amused. She also, a bit more seriously, suggested that Neuralink did not abide by good scientific practice – the only time a scientist cared to allege that Musk’s science was not as ‘scientific’ as it should have been. Musk had also been critical of vaccines. And, taboo of all taboos, he had expressed doubts about climate change. Prof Dorothy Bishop, as I live and breathe, quoted Prof Michael ‘hockey stick’ Mann, without any sense of irony or self-doubt. Here is Mann on Musk: “It is sad that Elon Musk has become a climate change denier, but that’s what he is. He’s literally denying what the science has to say here.”

Fauci, Birx, Walensky, and Other Top COVID Officials Face Criminal Referral Requests in Seven States for Alleged Murder and Medical Terrorism

Criminal referral requests have been formally filed in seven U.S. states—Arizona and Pennsylvania being the latest—accusing Fauci and others of heinous crimes, including murder, medical coercion, and even terrorism stemming from their COVID-era policies and decisions.

Arizona and Pennsylvania have joined Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

The Vires Law Group and the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation submitted the explosive referrals this week, urging state attorneys general to pursue criminal investigations into Fauci and his pandemic-era cohorts, according to Nicolas Hulscher, MPH.

The filings represent a growing grassroots and legal effort to hold COVID-19 tyrants accountable for the damage wrought by deadly hospital protocols, the suppression of early treatments, and the coercive push for experimental vaccines.

The list of individuals is:

  • Dr. Anthony Fauci – Former NIAID Director
  • Dr. Deborah Birx – Former White House COVID Coordinator
  • Dr. Rochelle Walensky – Former CDC Director
  • Dr. Francis Collins – Former NIH Director
  • Dr. Cliff Lane – Deputy Director, NIAID
  • Dr. Stephen Hahn – Former FDA Commissioner
  • Dr. Janet Woodcock – Principal Deputy Commissioner, FDA (Arizona-specific)
  • Dr. Peter Hotez – Baylor vaccine promoter (Arizona-specific)
  • Dr. Robert Redfield – Former CDC Director
  • Dr. Peter Daszak – EcoHealth Alliance president and Wuhan collaborator
  • Dr. Ralph Baric – UNC virologist linked to gain-of-function research
  • Dr. Rick Bright – Former BARDA Director
  • Hospital administrators and care providers across Arizona and Pennsylvania

The referral letters outline a jaw-dropping list of charges, including:

  • Murder
  • Negligent Homicide
  • Involuntary Manslaughter
  • Medical Coercion and Abuse
  • Kidnapping
  • Human Trafficking for Forced Labor
  • Racketeering
  • Operating a Corrupt Organization
  • Terrorism

You can find the previous filing here at Vires Law Group.

In February, seventeen state attorneys general formally requested aid from Republican congressional leaders to investigate the origins of COVID-19 and explore possible legal actions against Dr. Anthony Fauci at the state level.

DOGE Cuts Fauci-Funded Animal Testing in China

President Donald Trump is picking up where he left off in 2020 and cutting funding to animal testing labs in China.

Days after White Coat Waste Project famously exposed Anthony Fauci’s funding for gain-of-function experiments at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in April 2020, President Trump went on national TV and called it “tremendous waste” and said he’d “end it very quickly.” And he did.

Now, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is taking action to de-fund other animal tests in China.

DOGE just announced a series of NIH cuts made today, including “$135K for a research grant to China Medical University in Shenyang, China.”

While the DOGE post on X didn’t include many details, WCW immediately identified the project as a Fauci-funded animal testing grant they sent to DOGE earlier this month on a list of over $1.4 billion in NIH animal testing projects to cut in the US, China and other countries.

According to the NIH’s database, the grant received $135,000 in 2024 and a total of $677,000 from Fauci’s NIAID. The Fauci-funded experiments at CMU involved infecting rabbits and mice with malaria, and infesting mice with mosquitoes so that the insects could feed on their blood.

19 State Attorneys General Signal Intent to Prosecute Fauci

The venal little worm who posed as America’s Doctor over the past five years may have gotten an unprecedented pardon spanning a decade of potential criminality by the Biden regime on its way out. Still, he can’t slip the proverbial noose at the state level quite so easily.

In perhaps a case of state law trumping federal law, nineteen state attorneys general recently penned a letter to the GOP leadership in Congress requesting cooperation in gathering evidence that might lead to a successful Fauci prosecution at that level of government, despite Biden’s generous federal pardon:

A pardon by former President Biden does not extend to preclude state-level investigations or legal proceedings. As state Attorneys General, we possess the authority to address violations of state law or breaches of public trust. We are fully committed to investigating any malfeasance that may have occurred to the fullest extent of our authority and are prepared to collaborate with you in further efforts.

DOGE cancels more than $180 million in contracts from Health and Human Services including $170,000 for Fauci museum exhibit

Elon Musk‘s Department of Government Efficiency has canceled more than $180million in contracts from the Department of Health and Human Services – including nearly $170,000 allocated for a museum exhibit on Dr Anthony Fauci.

DOGE announced on social media Friday that it canceled 62 contracts at HHS over the course of 48 hours.

‘These contacts were entirely for administrative expenses – none touched any healthcare programs,’ DOGE wrote.

‘This included terminating a $168,000 contract for an Anthony Fauci exhibit at the NIH museum.’

It also included a screenshot of the funds allocated for the Fauci exhibit, showing the money was meant to be spent between July 2024 and July 2025.

Details about the planned exhibit were scarce, but it would likely focus on Fauci’s long career in the federal government, which began in the National Institutes of Health in 1968 and ended with him advising Presidents Trump and Biden during the COVID pandemic.

But Fauci’s legacy was marred by the unpopular COVID restrictions he helped implement, including social distancing, mask wearing and harsh vaccine mandates that led to members of the armed forces being forcibly discharged.

Republican Attorneys General Seek to Bypass Biden Pardon, Investigate Fauci on State Level

A coalition of Republican attorneys general are seeking to bypass President Joe Biden’s last-minute preemptive pardon of Dr. Anthony Fauci to investigate him on a state level for his role in the COVID-19 pandemic response.

The attorneys general, led by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, sent a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) on Wednesday asking to be kept in the loop about “any further findings or direct evidence that suggests there may have been any violation of state laws” so that “we may evaluate state-level courses of action.”

“Certainly, one potential tool at our disposal is the referral of any pertinent findings to state officials. As you are aware, a pardon by former President Biden does not extend to preclude state-level investigations or legal proceedings,” they wrote. “As state Attorneys General, we possess the authority to address violations of state law or breaches of public trust. We are fully committed to investigating any malfeasance that may have occurred to the fullest extent of our authority and are prepared to collaborate with you in further efforts.”

Will Fauci’s COVID-19 e-Mails Be Disclosed per RFK Jr.’s Call for Radical HHS Transparency?

Throughout today’s Senate confirmation hearings for Secretary of Health & Human Services (HHS), RFK Jr. called for radical transparency from the department of HHS, this includes the NIH, CDC, FDA, and the NIAID (the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease). Dr. Anthony Fauci was the former Director of the NIAID for 39 years, from 1984 to 2022.

Senator Johnson Expresses Frustration in Receiving 50-Pages of Fauci’s e-Mails as Blank Pages or Mostly Redacted

Senator Ron Johnson stated that he has written over 70 oversight letters to the Biden administration requesting copies of HHS communications around COVID-19 (including Fauci’s emails) and the COVID-19 injections. PLUS, Senator Johnson subpoenaed HHS for the myocarditis data of American adults and children who received the COVID-19 injections. In response, Senator and received heavily redacted or blank documents in response.

Senator Johnson Calls for Transparency from HHS Departments

Senator Johnson: “Will you honor these requests from Congress and will make HHS transparent?”

Robert F. Kennedy: “Yes. My approach to HHS, as I’ve said before Senator, is radical transparency. Democrats and republicans ought to be able to get information that was generated by taxpayer expense, that is owned by the American taxpayer. They shouldn’t get redacted documents. Public agencies should be transparent.”
