Texas mayoral candidate arrested for alleged voter fraud

A Democratic candidate for mayor of Carrollton, Texas has been arrested on over 100 counts of alleged voter fraud.

The Denton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zul Mirza Mohamed on Wednesday night, with the help of the Texas Attorney General’s Election Fraud Unit.

Mohamed was charged with 84 counts of mail ballot application fraud and 25 counts of unlawful possession of an official mail ballot.

“I strongly commend the Denton County Sheriff’s Office, the Lewisville Police Department, and Texas Department of Public Safety as well as the Denton Elections and District Attorney’s offices for their outstanding work on this case and their commitment to ensuring a free and fair Presidential election in the face of unprecedented voter fraud,” Attorney General Paxton said in a statement.

“Mail ballots are inherently insecure and vulnerable to fraud, and I am committed to safeguarding the integrity of our elections,” Paxton added. “My office is prepared to assist any Texas county in combating this form of fraud.”

Mohamed allegedly obtained a mailbox using a false identity, forged at least 84 voter registration applications for Denton residents unbeknownst to them, and had the applications sent to a fraudulent location. At the time of his arrest, Mohamed was in the process of stuffing envelopes with additional mail ballot applications for neighboring Dallas County, the Attorney General’s Office said.

Mohamed was running against the incumbent Republican Mayor Kevin Falconer, who was already expected to win reelection in Carrollton, a city located roughly one hour north of Dallas.

Biden’s Texas Political Director, Other Democrats Accused In Illegal Ballot Harvesting Scheme

According to a lawsuit filed with the Texas Supreme Court Monday, Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s political director in Texas has been accused of ballot harvesting in Harris County. Harris County is Texas’ most populous county; Houston is its and the state’s largest city.

According to the lawsuit, which was filed by conservative activist Dr. Steven Hotze and several others, two investigators accuse Dallas Jones and several prominent Democrat officeholders of organizing a ballot harvesting scheme. Jones was named Joe Biden’s political director in Texas in late August with stories appearing in media in September.

The investigators have filed sworn affidavits attesting to evidence, including video, of the ballot harvesting scheme. The affidavits were filed in conjunction with the lawsuit which Dr. Hotze and several Republican officeholders filed contesting Gov. Greg Abbott’s extension of early voting in the state.

Report Finds Nearly 350,000 Dead Voters Still on Rolls, Double-Voters ‘Casting Multiple Ballots’

According to the report, titled, “Critical Condition: American Voter Rolls Filled with Errors, Dead Voters, and Duplicate Registrations,” 349,773 “deceased registrants” have been found on rolls in 41 states. Fifty-one percent of those are in New York, California, and Texas, as well as the battleground states of Michigan and Florida.

The report found that 43,760 “duplicate registrants appear to have cast second votes” from the same address in 2016, while 37,889 cast ballots in 2018.

In Michigan, where Donald Trump won in 2016 by 10,704 votes, PILF found there were 34,225 deceased voters still on the rolls and a combined 13,597 double voters in the 2016 and 2018 elections.

Some of those voters who are registered multiple times “are casting multiple ballots,” Adams said.

Confessions of a voter fraud: I was a master at fixing mail-in ballots

A top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows this because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades.

Mail-in ballots have become the latest flashpoint in the 2020 elections. While President Trump and the GOP warn of widespread manipulation of the absentee vote that will swell with COVID polling restrictions, many Democrats and their media allies have dismissed such concerns as unfounded.

But the political insider, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he fears prosecution, said fraud is more the rule than the exception. His dirty work has taken him through the weeds of municipal and federal elections in Paterson, Atlantic City, Camden, Newark, Hoboken and Hudson County and his fingerprints can be found in local legislative, mayoral and congressional races across the Garden State. Some of the biggest names and highest office holders in New Jersey have benefited from his tricks, according to campaign records The Post reviewed.

“An election that is swayed by 500 votes, 1,000 votes — it can make a difference,” the tipster said. “It could be enough to flip states.”

Michigan Rejects 846 Mailed Ballots ‘Because the Voter Was Dead’

Michigan clerks rejected 10,694 mailed ballots during the August 4 primary.

Of those, 846 ballots were not accepted “because the voter was dead,” the Detroit News reported.

Further, 2,225 ballots were denied because there was no voter signature on the envelope, and 1,111 votes were discarded because the voter moved to a new address after submitting the ballot. The state claimed the dead voters died between the time they submitted the ballot and when it was counted.

Michigan’s largest city, Detroit, received 820 ballots that were ultimately rejected, according to the paper.

Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal today announced voting fraud charges against Paterson City Councilman Michael Jackson, Councilman-Elect Alex Mendez, and two other men in connection with the May 12, 2020 special election in the City of Paterson.

All four men are charged with criminal conduct involving mail-in ballots during the election.  The investigation by the Attorney General’s Office of Public Integrity & Accountability (OPIA) began when the U.S. Postal Inspection Service alerted the Attorney General’s Office that hundreds of mail-in ballots were found in a mailbox in Paterson.  Numerous additional ballots were found in a mailbox in nearby Haledon.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all voting in May 12 elections in New Jersey was done by mail-in ballots.

4 Get Slap on the Wrist For Paying Homeless People To Sign Ballot Petitions And Voter Registration Forms

Four men have admitted their role in a scheme where money and cigarettes were offered to homeless people on Skid Row in exchange for false and forged signatures on ballot petitions and voter registration forms.

Richard Howard, 64, and Louis Thomas Wise, 37, pleaded no contest Friday to one felony count each of subscribing a fictitious name, or the name of another to an initiative petition and registration of a fictitious person. Christopher Joseph Williams, 41, and Nickey Demelvin Huntley, 45, each pleaded no contest to one felony count of circulating an initiative or petition containing false, forged or fictitious names.

BUSTED: GOP congressman charged with 3 felonies after allegedly voting with fake address

On Tuesday, KSNT reported that Rep. Steve Watkins (R-KS) is being charged with three felonies, including providing false information to law enforcement, voting without being qualified, and unlawful advance voting.

He also faces a misdemeanor count of failing to notify the Kansas Department of Motor Vehicles of a change of address.
