Fulton County Moves To Destroy 2020 Election Ballots

VoterGA.org has released a statement on Fulton County’s attempt to destroy 2020 election ballots. The press release is below:

ATLANTA, GA, JUNE 25, 2024 – Attorneys for Fulton County Georgia argued in the Fulton counterfeit ballot case yesterday that a temporary injunction to preserve the 2020 Fulton election ballots should be lifted, which would allow ballots to be destroyed before they are unsealed, copied and revealed to the public. They also argued Fulton should receive attorney fees for the case even after a Georgia Supreme Court overturned lower court decisions to confirm standing for the Plaintiffs who seek to copy and inspect the ballots.

Attorney Laura Moore argued on behalf of Fulton Superior Court Clerk Che Alexander, who was present in the courtroom, that there is no longer room in a secure warehouse cage for the ballots so they may now be destroyed. Attorney Moore withheld from the court facts that Fulton County just opened a new 60,000 sq. ft. Election Operations warehouse at nearly $30 million of initial cost and an additional $4 million annual lease for Fulton taxpayers.

The campaigns of Peter Alexander and Chris Faraldi, both candidates in the June 18th primary for City Council in Ward 4, reported multiple irregularities, including issues with mail-in ballots and potential breaches in the chain of custody.

According to the Lynchburg City Registrar, the race remains too close to call, with incumbent Chris Faraldi holding a narrow lead of 21 votes over Peter Alexander for the Ward 4 seat.

Concerns about the Lynchburg Republican primary center on several key issues. Primarily, there are significant concerns regarding the chain of custody of ballots collected from drop boxes.

Additionally, absentee ballot processing began before observers were permitted to monitor the process. Records also show that ballot box seals were broken before observers could watch, suggesting potential tampering or mishandling of ballots.

Nonpartisan Election Validity Group Files Landmark Lawsuit in Pennsylvania

United Sovereign Americans, Inc., a nonpartisan, all-volunteer election validity advocate group, and two Pennsylvania residents, have filed a Writ of Mandamus, directed to the following Pennsylvania officials and organizations – Secretary of the Commonwealth, the Bureau of Elections, the Bureau of Election Security and Technology, the Department of State, and the state Attorney General.

They have also named Attorney General Merrick Garland and the United States Department of Justice as additional “Respondents.”

They are claiming that the officials named above are not performing their duty to follow existing laws that safeguard our elections.

“A writ of mandamus is a judicial remedy in the English and American common law system consisting of a court order that commands a government official or entity to perform an act it is legally required to perform as part of its official duties, or to refrain from performing an act the law forbids it from doing. Writs of mandamus are usually used in situations where a government official has failed to act as legally required or has taken a legally prohibited action.”

The Petitioners assert, “The Congress of the United States has outlined the minimum standards which must be maintained by every state in order for a federal election to be considered reliable. As outlined below, in Pennsylvania’s 2022 federal election those minimum standards were not met by commonwealth election officials rendering the certified election results that year unreliable. Respondents in their official capacities engaged in insufficient efforts to ensure that the 2022 performance is not repeated in subsequent federal elections beginning in 2024.”

Illegals Voting Is The Most Serious Threat To Our Republic – For The Moment

Notice, I did not say “illegal voting” That’s fraud, in general, and that’s bad enough. I’m talking about the non-citizen invaders who have been instructed to vote for Biden. Where do they get their ID’s…?

How will this go down?. . I’ve come on one real possibility. Once again, I hope and pray I’m wrong, but it’s something we need to think about.

First, the Junta in DC KNOWS they cannot win an election where legitimate votes are cast and counted. Everybody else knows that, too. What happens from there is the stuff of the instant destruction of America, long in the planning.

We know about the machines – connected EVERYWHERE to the internet and available for switching of vote tallies anytime and in any election where they are used. This is PROVEN, not subject for debate.

We also understand that ballot harvesting, early voting and drop boxes allow the dishonest and desperate to see how the vote is coming in, and how they must alter it to “win”. We are hoping that the RNC discovers this soon…

Then came the information about illegals being TOLD TO VOTE FOR BIDEN, via message (in Spansh) sent to them from the HIAS (Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) – sponsored Research Center Matamoras. I broke that on April 24.

So, let’s take it from there. MILLIONS of invaders are going to vote, illegally of course, in US elections this year. You might expect this to create long lines at local DMV offices around the country, as they register. Why is that NOT happening?

Atlanta is now rivaling Chicago in the crooked politicians and election-cheating game. What unfolded in the Peach State during the 2020 election was downright shameful. If we were a serious country, genuinely concerned about our Republic, it would have been rigorously investigated by bipartisan officials from top to bottom. Of course, that never happened. And boy, were they crafty—using those mail-in ballots like torpedoes, blowing holes in our election integrity from every conceivable angle. This recent report, highlighting tens of thousands of unsubstantiated ballots, has understandably left many Americans anxious, prompting them to question what has changed since 2020 to prevent another “2020 sham” in the upcoming 2024 election.

Hundreds of Officials Are Sounding Alarms Over Election Integrity.

Over 300 election officials across five swing states have raised the alarm regarding ballot irregularities and election integrity in their jurisdictions. Officials in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, and Wisconsin have all cited instances raising concerns about voter registration practices, ballot counting, and chain of custody.

The far-left, Democrat-aligned non-profit Public Wise has accused 334 state and local officials of being election deniers and working to ‘undermine democracy.’ However, an examination of the actual claims being made by the state and local election officials reveals legitimate concerns about the security and integrity of the U.S. elections. In at least two of the jurisdictions listed by Public Wise, officials have correctly called into question well-documented election irregularities and potential illegalities.

Votes were being processed at the TCF Center by election workers, even though the voter’s names didn’t appear in the electronic poll books or supplemental poll books. Poll challengers had no way of knowing if they were watching votes being cast by dead or imaginary voters, as the voter rolls were so over-bloated that it was impossible for them to check for the legitimacy of the so-called 150,000 “voters” who pushed Biden to an alleged victory in the must-win state of Michigan.

4 Arrests Made in Connecticut Absentee Ballot Case

A Bridgeport city councilman and a Democratic Party operative were criminally charged on June 11 for allegedly unlawfully possessing another person’s absentee ballot.

Alfredo Castillo, 52, who represents Bridgeport City Council’s 136th District, and Bridgeport Democratic Party Vice Chairwoman Wanda Geter-Pataky, 67, were arrested this week following allegations they mishandled absentee ballots in the 2019 Democratic Party mayoral primary.

“Integrity of our voting process is vital to our democracy,” Chief State’s Attorney Patrick Griffin said in a statement.

“I appreciate the attention and time the Statewide Prosecution Bureau put into these investigations. I hope these prosecutions will send a message that deters tampering with election results in the future in Connecticut.”

Neither Mr. Castillo nor the Bridgeport Democratic Party responded to requests for comment.

Campaign workers Nilsa Heredia, 61, and Josephine Edmonds, 62, were also arrested and charged. Ms. Geter-Pataky, along with Ms. Edmonds and Ms. Heredia, were charged with tampering with a witness, and Ms. Geter-Pataky, Mr. Castillo, and Ms. Heredia were charged with misrepresenting eligibility requirements for voting by absentee ballot.

South Texas Judge Overturns City Council Election Due to Voter Fraud and Allegations of Fake Addresses on Voter Registrations

A visiting judge has overturned the results of the November 2023 Edinburg City Council election, declaring Gerardo “Gerry” Lozano the rightful winner over incumbent David White, myRGV.com reported.

The lawsuit, brought forward by challenger Gerardo “Gerry” Lozano, contested the narrow victory of incumbent David White, alleging widespread irregularities, including illegal assistance to voters and the use of fake addresses in voter registrations.

The central issue in Lozano’s suit involved allegations against ‘politiqueras’, paid campaign workers accused of illegally aiding voters both in-person and through mail-in ballots. Some accusations extended to voters allegedly using fake addresses on their voter registrations.

The court’s findings revealed that these politiqueras assisted numerous voters who did not meet the legal criteria for such help. According to myRGV, citing Texas Election Code, assistance at the polls is strictly reserved for voters who are either illiterate or physically incapable of filling out ballots on their own. This assistance can extend to physically disabled voters eligible for curbside voting.

In his ruling, Senior Judge Jose Manuel Bañales confirmed that several voters received unlawful help filling out their ballots and participated in unauthorized curbside voting. Notably, the judge highlighted instances of individuals voting curbside from a van, despite being physically able to enter the polling place.

After conducting a three-day bench trial, Judge Bañales determined that more than a dozen illegal votes had been cast for incumbent David White, surpassing his narrow victory margin.
