Incidents of Voter Suppression and Election Irregularities in Pennsylvania FLOOD Social Media — Report

On Tuesday morning, Election Day, reports began flooding social media of various incidents of voter suppression and irregularities in Pennsylvania. The commonwealth, home to an estimated 12,961,683 people in 2023, is a key swing state, the winner of which will garner 19 electoral votes.

Scott Presler of Early Vote Action has called for those experiencing election issues to report them.

In Martinsburg, an election official went to a line of residents ready to cast their votes and told them, reportedly, that the polling station has the wrong ballot tabulators and the wrong ballots.

Another report stated that while standing in line to vote in Allegheny County, a poll worker told the residents that necessary paperwork for one of the two districts of the voting center was not submitted and that one of the necessary officials hadn’t yet arrived, effectively separating the two districts and only allowing one district to vote.

Detroit Activist Blows City’s Election Fraud Machine Wide Open! – Elections Whistleblower Has Evidence People Are Being Illegally Registered to Vote And Votes Are Being Cast Using Their Identities

For years, Detroit citizen Ramon Jackson, who refers to himself as an “advocate,” has been an activist for lower taxes and accountability for spending in the city of Detroit, MI.

Jackson became suspicious after working to help candidates in the city of Detroit who shared his views to get elected, but they kept losing by 40 or 50 votes so he decided to investigate. Mr. Jackson went to the Detroit City Clerk Janice Winfrey’s office and asked for the Qualified Voter Files (QVF) for District 3 in Detroit. What he found was astounding!

One of the first discoveries Jackson made was of a good friend by the name of John F. Kennedy, who Jackson confirmed never voted in his lifetime was appearing on the voter rolls, without his consent. Kennedy was listed as a permanent absentee voter in Detroit, despite no longer living in Detroit or even the same county. After he made the discovery, Jackson filed a lawsuit against the MI Secretary of State, the Detroit Department of Elections and Detroit City Clerk Janice Winfrey, in the US District Court Eastern Division, citing a civil rights voting violation.

Mr. Jackson couldn’t find a lawyer to help him file suit against MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, so he filed the suit himself. The case was dismissed for lack of standing.

The Steal is On In NY, NJ–But There Are CLUES FOR POLICE TO FOLLOW

You have to ask yourself: if this is what we’re seeing, how much voter fraud are we missing?

Two dark-complected individuals in a white Alfa Romeo Giulia with temporary/dealer plates were spotted in Crown Heights, Brooklyn stealing two large sacks of what are presumably ballots. Crown Heights is a heavily Orthodox Jewish neighborhood, and they have been notably pro-Trump in the lead-up to the election.

The plate number was O23582V, but in all likelihood, it was fake or from another vehicle. Two notable mistakes by the perps:

1) using a relatively rare make/model car. The Alfa Giulia is an uncommon car to spot, even in New York City. A white one? The Manhattan can think of maybe one or two we’ve seen in the past two years. The preferred colorway is maroon or navy.

2) The bag handler’s sweatshirt is from the clothing brand Sp5der, an Atlanta based outfitter owned by raper Young Thug. They aren’t a common sight in NYC, but they are out there. This particular hoodie is emblazoned with an “I [red heart shape] sp5der” graphic.

Keep your eyes peeled, New York.

Mail-In Ballots Sent to Uninhabited Locations Across Pennsylvania Including Power Plants and a Baseball Field: Report

Mail-in ballots have been sent to uninhabited locations across Pennsylvania according to the Oversight Project.

The mail-in ballots were sent to power plants and baseball fields in Pennsylvania.

“According to data released by Philadelphia City Commissioners, somebody requested a 2024 general election mail-in ballot to be sent to this address and that ballot was returned as undeliverable. And the reason why that is, is because this is not the location of a residential housing unit, but it is the location of some sort of industrial power plant,” a reporter for Real Muckraker said pointing to a sign that read “Danger: High Voltage”

The Real Muckraker reporter said he discovered that another mail-in ballot had been sent to another power plant.

A request for a mail-in ballot also came from a baseball field.

“We’re working to get to the bottom of this. Stay tuned,” the reporter said.

Biden Appointee Judge Upholds Iowa’s Crackdown on Questionable Registrations to Protect Election Integrity

U.S. District Judge Stephen Locher ruled in favor of Iowa’s initiative to scrutinize voter registrations flagged as potentially non-citizen.

This ruling, delivered Sunday, permits Iowa officials to continue investigating and challenging the validity of ballots cast by individuals on the state’s “questionable registrations” list—a measure aimed at ensuring illegal votes don’t dilute the voice of lawful citizens.

Judge Locher, appointed by Joe Biden, dismissed arguments from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) that the voter registration review threatens newly naturalized citizens’ voting rights, according to AP.

Instead, the judge underscored Iowa’s obligation to preserve the integrity of its electoral process, particularly following a U.S. Supreme Court decision allowing similar voter roll clean-ups in Virginia.

Pennsylvania Voter Rolls Infested With Active Voters Living in Anomalous Addresses and Voters with Birth Dates Under the Voting Age

The StopBogusBallots.com team has begun posting videos about the wildly anomalous voter rolls in the swing states.

Voters by the thousands, tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands living in anomalous addresses like hotels, casinos and parking lots – now being made visible with Fractal quantum-speed technology.

In this video, the Fractal team performed an analysis of the current Pennsylvania voter roll – with over 8 million voters.

Those voters were then sorted real-time, at quantum speed, showing an alleged 3,000 voters under the age of 9.

A parallel analysis of the voter registration dates showed these voters registered as early as 1952.

Many of the voters were shown, in the official State of Pennsylvania voter roll to be born in the future – as far into the future as November 27, 2024 – on a voter roll dated October 24, 2024.

The StopBogusBallots.com team believes Pennsylvania may be the first state to register the unborn.

In Huge Blow to GOP, Supreme Court Refuses to Block Counting of Provisional Ballots Incorrectly Filled Out in Pennsylvania

In a huge blow to the GOP, the US Supreme Court on Friday rejected an emergency application seeking to pause Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruling on provisional ballots.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) and Pennsylvanian GOP sough relief from the high court after state supreme court ruled 4-3 that provisional ballots that were incorrectly filled out or missing the ‘secrecy’ envelope.

Lawyers for the GOP argued that there is no identifying information on the provisional ballots once they are separated from the envelopes.

The Commonwealth’s state supreme court ruled that “provisional votes can be counted only after a person’s eligibility to vote and the rejection of their mail-in ballot are confirmed.” – Fox News reported.

“Counting Electors’ provisional ballots, when their mail ballots are void for failing to use a Secrecy Envelope, is a statutory right,” state Supreme Court Justice Christine Donohue wrote in the majority opinion, adding that the rule in question is “intended to alleviate potential disenfranchisement for eligible voters.” – Fox News reported.

Michigan will count ballot of Chinese national charged with voting illegally

A Chinese national studying at the University of Michigan faces criminal charges after voting illegally — but the vote will still count.

While the Michigan secretary of state portrayed the 19-year-old’s illegal vote as “an extremely isolated and rare event,” the vote was self-reported, not ferreted out by election officials.

The student is charged with perjury and voting illegally.

“The student’s ballot is expected to count in the upcoming election — although it was illegally cast — because there is no way for election officials to retrieve it once it’s been put through a tabulator, according to two sources familiar with Michigan election laws. The setup is meant to prevent ballots from being tracked back to an individual voter,” the Detroit News reports.

GOP state Sen. Lana Theis has warned of Michigan’s election-security shortcomings for years. Same-day voter registration does not require an identification; election officials take people’s word they’re whom they claim to be.

Despite the vulnerability, Theis agrees there is no way to retrieve a ballot once it is cast and doesn’t think there should be — the ballot would no longer be a secret.

“Fraudulent” Mail Ballot Request Forms Found In Another Pennsylvania County, District Attorney Says

Officials in Pennsylvania’s Monroe County announced this week that they discovered mail ballot request forms in the county that were found to be fraudulent.

Monroe County District Attorney Mike Mancuso wrote on social media that after a regular review of mail-in ballot requests and voter registration request forms, the Monroe County Board of Elections found “approximately 30 irregular forms,” which were then segregated.

“Several of the Voter Registration Applications and Mail in Ballot Request forms have been found to be fraudulent as they were not authorized by the persons named as applicants,” he said on Tuesday, noting that the named applicant in one instance “is in fact deceased.”

The fraudulent registration forms were traced to a specific individual and a company, Field and Media Corps, an Arizona-based organization and subsidiary of Fieldcorps working out of Pennsylvania’s Lancaster County.

The company “in turn was responsible for submitting the forms in question to county officials,” the district attorney’s office said.

“The broader investigation continues with reference to Fieldcorp’s involvement. Our office is in regular contact and working with investigators from the Attorney General’s Office as well as others.”

The company is a consulting firm that specializes in media and field work for its clients, its website shows. It also helps with voter registration drives, phone banking, and text campaigns, it adds.

Officials in Pennsylvania have said that Field and Media Corps, also called Field+Media Corps, was linked to voter registration forms and mail ballot applications that are being investigated in York and Lancaster counties.

Field and Media Corps has also been linked to voter registration forms and mail-in ballot applications that are being looked at by York County officials, according to a report by Harrisburg TV station FOX43.
