Secret Service agent fell asleep on the job at U.N. General Assembly, left his rifle unattended

A Secret Service Agent fell asleep on the job at the United Nations General Assembly last week. The unidentified agent also left his semi-automatic rifle unattended while taking a bathroom break.

The agent was relieved of his duties.

Per RealClearPolitics reporter Susan Crabtree:

A SecretService Uniformed Division officer allegedly fell asleep on the job — in full public view — while providing security at the United Nations General Assembly last Thursday, multiple law enforcement sources told RCPolitics.

The same officer, an overweight African American man, also has been accused of leaving his semi-automatic rifle (what appears to be a SR16) unattended while taking a bathroom break from his security duties, according to these sources.

New York Police Department officers witnessed and took photos of what they considered the officer’s unprofessional behavior — what they described as sleeping on the job and leaving the rifle unattended — and reported it to their superiors at the multi-agency command center, which included representatives from the Secret Service, the NYPD, and other law enforcement agencies.

A Secret Service spokesperson told RCPolitics that the USSS Uniformed Division officer was relieved of his operational duties “immediately after leadership was notified” of the alleged unprofessional behavior, and the officer returned to Washington, D.C.

The Secret Service released a statement to RealClearPolitics:

“The U.S. Secret Service is aware of a Sept. 25 incident where a Uniformed Division officer working security near the United Nations General Assembly in New York City reportedly engaged in unprofessional behavior, including leaving a firearm unattended for a brief time in a secure zone before returning to the weapon. The officer was relieved of their operational duties immediately after leadership was notified that afternoon, returned to Washington, D.C. and subsequently placed on administrative leave pending a disciplinary review. The Secret Service has strict professional standards that all employees are expected to meet, and individuals who are found to have violated these standards will face disciplinary action.”

From Hunted as One of the Bloodiest Jihadists to UN Delegate: The Transformation of Muhammad Al-Jawlani and the Moral Decline of the International Organization

Muhammad Al-Jawlani, also known as Ahmed al-Sharaa, who in 2017 was designated by the United States as one of the most dangerous jihadists with a reward of up to $10 million for his capture, recently appeared seated at the United Nations General Assembly. This image has sparked outrage and debate.

The photograph, shared on social media, shows Al-Jawlani smiling and conversing with other delegates—a chilling contrast to his past as the leader of the Al-Nusrah Front, a Syrian affiliate of Al-Qaeda.

Al-Jawlani’s story begins in the shadows of the Syrian conflict. In 2013, the UN Security Council designated him a global terrorist for his role in financing, planning, and executing attacks alongside Al-Qaeda.

According to the U.S. State Department, under his leadership, Al-Nusrah carried out multiple suicide bombings in Damascus and other regions of Syria, resulting in the deaths of innocent civilians.

His name was linked to sectarian violence that contradicted the aspirations for a democratic Syria, as noted in an official 2013 report.

UN Declares Genocide in Gaza While 250 US Lawmakers Are in Israel

The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory published a report on September 16 that charged Israeli authorities and security forces with having committed, and continuing to commit, acts of genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The 72-page report, replete with 495 footnotes, was compiled by senior independent rights investigators appointed by the UN Human Rights Council. Specifically, the report concludes that Israel is responsible for committing four of the five genocidal acts defined by the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, namely:

  • (i) killing members of the group;
  • (ii) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
  • (iii) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; and
  • (iv) imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group.

This report brings the UN into line with leading human rights groups, including Human Rights WatchGenocide WatchAmnesty InternationalB’Tselem and Oxfam, all of whom have explicitly labeled Israel’s crimes in Gaza genocidal. The International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) also recently passed a resolution stating that Israel’s policies and actions in Gaza meet the legal definition of genocide.

RFK Jr. advisor chased, assaulted at UN by crazed protester screaming ‘slut’ and ‘Free Palestine!’

A crazed lefty protester assaulted a senior advisor to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the United Nations this week, chasing her around the lobby and into a bathroom stall, screaming “slut!,” law enforcement sources said.

The unhinged encounter happened around 2 p.m. Thursday when Patricia Schuh, 62, allegedly shined a bright light in Sara Kennedy’s face while yelling “Free Palestine!” and pro-LGBT screeds and began chasing her across the lobby, the sources said.

Kennedy — who is not related to her boss at HHS — “ran to the bathroom then a bathroom stall to avoid Patricia but she followed her into the stall and scratched her right eye, possibly with her phone or jewelry,” the sources said.

The stunned staffer was treated by Emergency Medical Services at the scene and refused hospital treatment.

Schuh, who was allegedly filming Kennedy on her phone as she chased her, was charged with assault and harassment, the sources said.

Trump Calls For the Arrest of UN Escalator Saboteurs, Demands Investigation Into Three “Very Sinister Events”

President Trump on Wednesday evening called for the UN staffers who intentionally stopped the escalators at the United Nations this week to be jailed.

Trump also demanded an investigation into three “very sinister events” that took place at the United Nations.

“A REAL DISGRACE took place at the United Nations yesterday — Not one, not two, but three very sinister events! First, the escalator going up to the Main Speaking Floor came to a screeching halt. It stopped on a dime. It’s amazing that Melania and I didn’t fall forward onto the sharp edges of these steel steps, face first. It was only that we were each holding the handrail tightly or, it would have been a disaster. This was absolutely sabotage, as noted by a day’s earlier “post” in The London Times that said UN workers “joked about turning off an escalator.” The people that did it should be arrested! Then, as I stood before a Television crowd of millions of people all over the World, and important Leaders in the Hall, my teleprompter didn’t work. It was stone cold dark. I immediately thought to myself, “Wow, first the escalator event, and now a bad teleprompter. What kind of a place is this?” I then proceeded to make a Speech without a teleprompter, which kicked in about 15 minutes later. The good news is the Speech has gotten fantastic reviews. Maybe they appreciated the fact that very few people could have done what I did. And third, after making the Speech, I was told that the sound was completely off in the Auditorium where the Speech was made, that World Leaders, unless they used the interpreters’ earpieces, couldn’t hear a thing. The first person I saw at the conclusion of the Speech was Melania, who was sitting right up front. I said, “How did I do?” And she said, “I couldn’t hear a word you said.” This wasn’t a coincidence, this was triple sabotage at the UN. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. I’m sending a copy of this letter to the Secretary General, and I demand an immediate investigation. No wonder the United Nations hasn’t been able to do the job that they were put in existence to do. All security tapes at the escalator should be saved, especially the emergency stop button. The Secret Service is involved. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

A Weakened United Nations Plans Medical Censorship and Surveillance

The United Nations is going into its 80th annual conference as an organization in decline. Nevertheless, this week, world leaders will meet in New York to discuss how they can exploit the world’s problems for their globalist ends.

Under the guise of reducing disease, combating mental illness, and dealing with the next pandemic, the UN plans to use its waning power to surveil and censor people.

Since its creation, the UN has sought to exploit legitimate societal threats and problems for their ultimate goal, installing a world government. They don’t hide their true intentions. UN Secretary-General António Guterres said last year during his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos that the “only way” to address the world’s needs is through “strong multilateral institutions and frameworks and effective mechanisms of global governance.”

In 2015, just after the UN revealed its Agenda 2030 plan, UN Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs Wu Hongbo cited a long list of problems that only “global governance” can solve. It’s quite the speech. To soothe concerns of so much power in the hands of so few, he even claimed the UN is just, fair, and transparent. “We need a global governance that encompasses a much broader range of development facets and provides long-term solutions for them,” Wu said, adding that “the United Nations can become a locus for such global governance.”

And back in 1962, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) member, Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor, and former State Department official Lincoln P. Bloomfield wrote a report for the U.S. State Department in which he said:

A world effectively controlled by the United Nations is one in which “world government” would come about through the establishment of supranational institutions, characterized by mandatory universal membership.

Exploiting Health Concerns

draft laying out one of the discussions happening this week indicates the globalists seek more control over how nations respond to disease, mental illness, and the next health “crisis.” In the “political declaration,” they claim they want to reduce death from noncommunicable diseases by 30 percent, make treatment for hypertension and mental illness more accessible, and reduce smoking, all supposedly part of a larger goal to reduce poverty and inequality.

The way they intend to accomplish these goals is by bringing “together governments, civil society and the private sector” — also known as public-private partnerships. That includes funding and empowering the UN’s public health arm, the World Health Organization (WHO). They also plan to “enact within national and, where relevant, regional contexts legislation and regulation.” And they want to develop and implement “multisectoral national plans and, where appropriate, subnational plans.” This is all just a fancy way of saying they want control over sovereign nations’ governments.

The declaration says that accomplishing all this will require censorship and surveillance. The censorship is euphemistically defended as necessary to “counter misinformation and disinformation around the prevention and treatment of noncommunicable diseases and mental health conditions.”

It also mentions their intent to “regulate digital environments.”

White House: Secret Service Launches Investigation Amid Reports UN Staffers Intentionally Stopped Escalator as Trump and First Lady Were Stepping On in Major Security Breach

The White House on Tuesday afternoon demanded an investigation amid reports UN staffers intentionally stopped the escalator as President Trump and First Lady Melania were stepping on in a major security breach.

“If someone at the UN intentionally stopped the escalator as the President and First Lady were stepping on, they need to be fired and investigated immediately,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said along with a report that UN staffers may turn off the escalators to make Trump walk up the stairs.

President Trump returned to the United Nations General Assembly stage in New York City for a major address to the General Assembly on Tuesday.

The President and First Lady Melania Trump arrived at approximately 8:50 am.

As TGP reported earlier, First Lady Melania and President Trump walked through the building and stepped on an escalator that was surrounded by people. There were two escalators going up to the next floor. Melania Trump stepped on the escalator on the left followed by President Trump. As soon as President Trump stepped on the escalator it came to a halt. However, the escalator on the right continued to operate.

Melania reacted quickly and started walking up the escalator stairs followed by President Trump and his entourage.

UN Faces Big Budget Cuts And Job Losses After US Funding Dries Up

The UN has announced it will need to cut $500m from their 2026 budget and will lay off 20% of its staff as it struggles to cope with a massive reduction in funding by the Trump administration.  Trump has eliminated at least $1 billion in total funding from the UN.

The plan is likely to involve an initial minimum 3,000 job cuts out of a 35,000-strong main workforce, with eventual job losses at around 7,000. The overall UN core or regular budget would be cut from $3.7bn to about $3.2bn next year. It means reductions of 15.1% in resources and 18.8% in posts in the regular budget compared with the 2025 budget.

Despite the funding losses, UN Secretary General António Guterres continues to press ahead with his new “pact for the future” focusing on artificial intelligence and policies for sustainable development.  The UN is now looking for alternative funding for their operations, though, it is unlikely they will be able to fill the void left by US cuts.  Most countries have no interest in paying more; the reliance has been entirely on Americans for generations.

Critics of the Trump Administration argue that distancing the US from the UN will lead to disaster.  They claim that in the aftermath of World War I, the failure of the United States to join the League of Nations (supported by elitist President Woodrow Wilson) was a contributing factor to the outbreak of World War II.

In reality, the League of Nations and the UN are precursors to global centralization.  Widespread war has always been the excuse used to push individual nations into greater compliance with globalist ideologies.  The end goal is ultimately to erase nation states and citizen governance altogether.  Just as the European Union is run by a gaggle of faceless and unaccountable bureaucrats, a “global union” would be operated in the same fashion.

War is an acceptable risk, because separate nations and cultures help to prevent homogenized global tyranny.

Global organizations have only brought the US public misery in recent years through universal pandemic mandates and multiculturalist agendas that lead to mass immigration from the third world.  The UN has been the spearhead for “climate change” regulations around the world, from carbon emissions taxation to population control.  Man-made climate change claims have been largely debunked in recent years and the public is waking up to the reality that carbon emissions have little or nothing to do with changing temperatures.

Faith in the UN’s purpose is dying, and their humanitarian efforts look more and more like a cover for a group that wants power and control more than it want’s what’s best for the public.  It’s difficult to defend the idea of taxpayer dollars continuing to pay for their operations.

U.S. Secret Service disrupts telecom network that threatened NYC during U.N. General Assembly

The Secret Service has disrupted a sprawling telecommunications network in the New York tri-state area that investigators say posed a serious potential disruption to New York’s telecom systems and a possible threat to the United Nations General Assembly meetings this week.

In the largest seizure of its kind, the U.S. Secret Service announced Tuesday that the agency found active SIM farms at abandoned apartment buildings located at more than five sites. In total, law enforcement discovered 300 SIM servers – over 100,000 SIM cards – enabling encrypted, anonymous communication and capable of sending 30 million text messages per minute. Officials say the servers were so powerful they could have disabled cell phone towers and launched distributed denial of services attacks with the ability to block emergency communications like EMS and police dispatch.

“This network had the potential to disable cell phone towers and essentially shut down the cellular network in New York City,” U.S. Secret Service Special Agent in Charge Matt McCool said in a video released by the agency.

An official briefed on the investigation told reporters that this week, the sophisticated network “could text message the entire country within 12 minutes,” later adding, “This was well organized and well funded.”

Telephonic threats to multiple senior U.S. officials this past spring – including multiple people protected by the Secret Service – first triggered the investigation, but officials say the network was seized within the last three weeks.

“We cannot share which officials were targeted out of concerns for their privacy, but as the forensics investigation continues, we do expect that we will find more targeted officials once we get through that data,” McCool said.

Early analysis shows the network was used for communication between foreign governments and individuals known to U.S. law enforcement, including members of known organized crime gangs, drug cartels and human trafficking rings, according to multiple officials briefed on the investigation. The U.S. Secret Service says it is combing through the more than 100,000 SIM cards in an ongoing, exhaustive forensic analysis.

“Each SIM basically has the equivalent data of a cell phone. So we’re working through every call, every text, every search made on those SIM cards,” an official told CBS News, adding, “Early analysis indicates that this network was used for communication between foreign governments and individuals that are known to federal law enforcement here in the U.S.”

The equipment was found within 35 miles of the United Nations in New York, ahead of the U.N. General Assembly. Investigators also found 80 grams of cocaine, illegal firearms, plus computers and phones.

“This isn’t a group of people in a basement playing a video game and trying to play a prank,” one official said. “This was well organized and well funded.”

Estonia says UN Security Council to meet after 3 Russian fighter jets entered country’s airspace

Estonia said Sunday that the United Nations Security Council is going to meet after three Russian fighter jets flew into Estonian airspace late this week.

“In response to Russia’s blatant, reckless, and flagrant violation of @NATO airspace over Estonia on Friday—when armed MiG-31 fighter jets intruded into our territory for 12 minutes—the @UN Security Council will convene tomorrow, September 22, to address this breach of territorial integrity and the violation of the prohibition on the threat or use of force,” the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on the social platform X early Sunday morning.

Last Friday, three Russian fighter jets entered Estonian airspace, with the country’s top diplomat calling the incident an “unprecedented and brazen intrusion.”

Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal asked for NATO Article 4 consultations later Friday. Article 4 lets NATO members raise all issues threatening that country’s territorial integrity or political independence or security to fellow members.

“This morning, 3 Russian Mig-31 fighter jets entered Estonian airspace. NATO fighters responded and the Russian planes were forced to flee. Such violation is totally unacceptable. The Government of Estonia has decided to request NATO Article 4 consultations,” Michal said on X previously.

In its Sunday post, the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that “Russia’s reckless and aggressive actions, and its repeated violations of international law and the principles of the UN Charter, require a strong and united international response.”
