Former Ukraine Top Spy and Currently Presidential Chief of Staff, Popular General Budanov Has Become a Danger to Zelensky’s Rule

Keep your enemies closer?

We have been reporting here on TGP on how the corruption scandal involving Volodymyr Zelensky’s close friend and partner Timur Mindich shook Kiev’s political landscape.

Ukrainian anti-corruption agencies NABU and SAPO exposed a $100 million embezzlement and kickback scheme at the state nuclear energy company Energoatom, which led to Mindich fleeing justice to Israel.

To survive the political crisis, the all-powerful chief of staff Andriy Yermak was sacrificed by the regime, and Zelensky appointed in his place Kirill Budanov, head of Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR), and his moderate critic.

As journalist and political analyst Vitaly Ryumshin detailed in RT, this has been a dangerous idea.

Budanov started in his new role keeping a low profile, but soon he started making public statements at odds with those of Zelensky.

“While the president has prepared the country for a prolonged conflict, Budanov has spoken of ongoing negotiations and suggested that peace may not be as distant as many assume. When Zelensky highlighted Ukraine’s technological breakthroughs, Budanov has downplayed them. He has also openly acknowledged the growing difficulties of mobilization, a rare admission from a senior official in a country at war.

At the same time, Budanov has been carefully constructing his public image. In Western media, he is presented as both a war hero and a pragmatic ‘dove’, a man who understands the need to bring the conflict to an end. For domestic audiences, his team promotes stories of personal bravery, portraying him as a hands-on commander who has taken part in operations and narrowly escaped danger.”

Ukrainian Press Publishes New Leaked Recordings of Corrupt Fugitive Timur Mindich Lobbying Top Officials, and Implicating His Friend and Partner ‘Vova’ Zelensky

Kiev Regime’s rampant corruption is hitting the press.

Ever since July 2025, it is widely known that the apartment of Timur Mindich was wiretapped by Ukrainian anti-corruption agencies NABU and SAPO.

Mindich is a close friend of Kiev regime leader Volodymyr Zelensky, and they both co-own the Kvartal-95 studio.

Mindich is also a fugitive from Ukrainian justice, hiding out in Israel, accused by NABU and SAPO of masterminding a $100 million embezzlement and kickback scheme at the state nuclear energy company Energoatom.

Ukrainska Pravda reported:

“At that time, many were skeptical about this information. However, already in November, when anti-corruption activists published the first fragments of the ‘Mindich tapes’ as part of Operation Midas, it became clear not only that the wiretapping of the apartment at 9th Hrushevsky Street existed, but also that a number of top officials were caught on the tapes.”

Kiev’s attacks on Russian refinery cutting global oil supply – Kremlin

Ukrainian drone strikes on Russia’s energy infrastructure on the Black Sea coast are worsening the global oil crunch caused by the US-Israeli war on Iran and disruption in the Strait of Hormuz, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.

Multiple Ukrainian drone strikes have hit Tuapse, a key densely-populated port in Russia’s Krasnodar Region, have targeted its refinery and adjacent marine terminal. Regional governor Veniamin Kondratyev reported fires at the site, including a major blaze at the refinery, prompting evacuations of nearby residents and emergency response measures.

The attacks led to high-risk air pollution, with residents advised to use respirators, as an oil spill destroyed miles of the beach in the resort town. Kondratyev also released a video of the town filled with smoke, with a clean-up operation ongoing on the beach.

Former Ukrainian Erotic Model Part of the Team of Divers That Blew Up the Nord Stream Pipeline: REPORT

From erotic model to diver involved in a terrorist attack.

The German paper BILD comes with a revealing story about the Nord Stream pipeline sabotage, arguably the ‘most geopolitically explosive attack in recent history’.

The German outlet interviewed Wall Street Journal journalist Bojan Pancevski, who wrote the book ‘The Nord Stream Blast’ with Paul Ronzheimer.

BILD reported (translated from the German):

“The Ukrainian military granted the reporter unprecedented access. He met the planners and assassins of the “largest sabotage in history” and spoke to the German investigators, who succeeded in painstakingly working and against all expectations to solve the attack on the pipelines that once brought Putin’s gas to Germany.”

The book alleges that the attack was master minded by former top General Valery Zaluzhny (currently ambassador to the UK), and that Kiev regime leader President Volodymyr Zelensky ‘knew about the sabotage attack that his officers were planning’.

While in Ukraine the attack is seen as a glorious combat operation, in Germany, BILD reports, no one defends the act of sabotage.

Zelensky Submits Legislation to Extend Martial Law in Ukraine Again

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted legislation to once again extend the decree of martial law, which as part of a suite of wartime powers has the impact of suspending elections, banning opposition parties, and shutting down media organisations.

According to state-run outlet Ukrinform, President Zelensky has submitted bills to the Verkhovna Rada, the Parliament in Kyiv, this week for the extension of martial law and the general mobilisation, which empower the government to conduct large-scale conscription of manpower and other resources to fight the war against Russia.

The current martial law decree will remain in effect until May 4th, and if the bills submitted by Zelensky are approved, it will be extended until at least August 2nd.

The likely passage of the bills will mark the 19th extension of the initial martial law decree, which was signed by Zelensky on February 24, 2022, the same day that Russia launched its invasion of the country over four years ago.

The imposition of martial law has led to the cancellation of elections, including the planned 2024 presidential election and the parliamentary elections scheduled for the autumn of 2023.

WHCD Shooter’s BlueSky Account Reveals Violent ‘No Kings’ Protester’s Obsessive Anti-Trump Rants, Violent GIFs, JD Vance Attacks, and Pro-Ukraine Obsession

The 31-year-old California man arrested after opening fire while charging a Secret Service checkpoint at the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) Dinner on Saturday had a public Bluesky account filled with aggressively anti-Trump rhetoric, criticism of Vice President JD Vance, strong support for Ukraine, and imagery implying violence.

Cole Tomas Allen of Torrance, California, faces federal charges after the attempted assassination at the Washington Hilton, where President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, and other administration officials were in attendance.

In a manifesto sent to relatives, and since made public, Allen admitted to targeting Trump administration officials, and left writings in his hotel room describing Trump as a “pedophile, rapist, and traitor.”

Allen had checked into the Hilton the day before the event, having traveled by train from Los Angeles.

It has now been revealed that Allen was active on Bluesky under the handle “coldForce,” with eye emojis replacing the “o”s.

ENERGY WARS: Russia Will Shut Flow of Druzhba Pipeline Oil Into Germany

Druzhba means ‘friendship’, which is nowhere to be found these days.

Today, Ukraine restarted the flow of Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia through the Druzhba pipeline that it kept shut to further boost the election of Péter Magyar.

In exchange for that, the EU was finally able to approve the long-awaited 90 billion Euro loan to Kiev – although it must be noted that both Budapest and Bratislava ‘opted-out’, meaning no Hungarian or Slovak money is part of it.

But there isn’t time to celebrate because, also today, Russia announced that it will close a major oil pipeline into Germany.

The Telegraph reported:

“Russia has announced plans to shut the Druzhba pipeline within nine days, cutting the Continent off from Kazakh oil as it faces supply disruption caused by the Iran war.

The planned closure poses a particular threat to Germany, where the Druzhba pipeline supplies 17pc of the crude oil processed by PCK refinery, which provides 90pc of the fuel used by Berlin’s cars.”

Zelensky Demands Ukrainian Men Abroad Return to Fight His War

Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Ukrainian men of conscription age who left the country, many in violation of his wartime restrictions, should return to die in his war. He states it is only “fair” since the army needs them for rotation, which is nothing less than an admission that the war effort is running short of bodies.

“As regards young people who are currently not in Ukraine, but abroad. First of all, there are different groups of young people. I agree with you regarding those of conscription age who left Ukraine. They left temporarily but ended up staying away for years,” Zelensky stated, oblivious to the reason so many fled their homes. “And many of them left in breach of Ukrainian law. The relevant authorities in both countries should address this issue.

Our Armed Forces would certainly like them to return. Because this is a matter of fairness. We have people, soldiers on the front lines, who need rotations. These Ukrainian soldiers are as strong as iron, but let’s be honest: they have families; they are defending their homes, and more than that – the entire state. But this responsibility should be borne by every person who is a citizen of Ukraine who has the capacity to do so. It is both a constitutional duty and a matter tied to conscription age.”

Casualty estimates are running into the hundreds of thousands killed or wounded, while millions fled their homes to escape precisely this outcome. Zelensky continues to be portrayed in the Western press as a heroic figure, but the truth is that he is a madman prepared to see an entire generation sacrificed to maintain a war that cannot be won. When he speaks of “fairness,” what he is really saying is that no one should be allowed to escape. Millions have fled Ukraine to avoid his tyranny. The prospect of returning is slim as there will not be a “Ukraine” to return to once this conflict comes to an end.

From the standpoint of Ukrainian men living abroad, this becomes deeply personal because they are being told that their lives are secondary to the needs of the state. Their attempt to survive and protect their families is somehow unjust. How can any leader claim to represent his people while demanding that they walk back into a war zone?

Ukraine Seeks To Import African Migrants To Fill Labor Shortage After 100s Of 1000s Dead Or Wounded At The Front

Volodymyr Zelensky’s head of his Presidential Office in Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, has announced plans to import migrant laborers from Africa. Essentially, this entails Ukraine establishing new laws for the legal entry and residence of foreign workers.

The government will introduce a new list of “migration-risk” countries to facilitate this plan, according to remarks Budanov made at the CEO Club Ukraine.

“They enter, obtain documents, and then move on. This is a problem that creates barriers for business,” Budanov reportedly said, emphasizing that Ukraine will now move to make it easier for migrants to stay and work in Ukraine.

Last October, rumors swirled that Ukraine was directly recruiting mercenaries from Latin American drug cartels to fight in its war against Russia. Kyiv’s forced conscription policies at home, which often resort to violence, have already raised numerous concerns about the brutal practices of Zelensky’s military as well as the desperate situation Ukraine is in due to loss of life on the frontlines.

It has long been known that Ukraine faces a serious demographic crisis, now exacerbated by men who have died in the war or fled to other countries. Already, there have been voices pushing for mass immigration in Ukraine since the war began. Last year, Remix News reported that Vasyl Voskobojnik, president of the Ukrainian Association of Foreign Employment Agencies, said the population decline can no longer be offset by simply increasing the birthrate. Instead, immigration from Third-World countries is the only solution.

Voskobojnik said the Ukrainian government must develop a migration policy by 2026 that focuses on reducing this shortage.

However, importing foreign workers and foreign warriors (who may or may not have criminal ties) will only add to concerns that Ukraine will ever be a desired member of the European Union, as the EU faces its own crises brought on by mass immigration.

Ukraine police chief resigns after officers allegedly fled deadly shooting

The head of Ukraine’s patrol police, Yevhen Zhukov, has resigned after two of his officers faced criticism for allegedly fleeing a deadly mass shooting in the capital, Kyiv.

Six people died and 14 others were injured on Saturday after a man opened fire on people in the street in Kyiv’s southern Holosiivskyi district before taking others hostage in a nearby supermarket. He was later killed in a shoot-out with police.

Footage has since been shared online appearing to show officers leaving civilians and running away from the scene.

Ukraine’s Interior Minister Igor Klymenko said the officers in question had been suspended and that an investigation into their actions was under way.

“‘Serve and protect’ is not just a slogan. It must be supported by appropriate professional actions. Especially at critical moments, when people’s lives depend on it,” he wrote on Telegram.

However, Klymenko cautioned: “It is not entirely correct to make generalisations about the entire police only by the actions of two employees.”

Zhukov told a news conference on Sunday that the officers had “failed to assess the situation properly and left civilians in danger”. He also said they acted “unprofessionally and unworthily”.

“As a combat officer, I have decided to submit my resignation from the position I currently hold,” Zhukov said.

The Ukrainian authorities say they are treating Saturday’ shooting as a terrorist act but have not yet spoken about a motive. Klymenko described the man’s mental state as “clearly unstable”.

Eight people remain in hospital, of whom one adult was in an “extremely serious condition” and three were in a serious condition, officials said.
